Update # 1: Gig beats Guitar Hero III on expert Well, today I accomplished something I've been trying to do for about a month now. I finally beat Guitar Hero III on the Expert difficulty. In order to beat it, you have to win the rock-off "boss battle" against Lou (the devil). Now, he's been kicking my butt for a while now, but I was able to beat him today using a cheap method that would probably only work on Expert.  Not a very impressive score, due to the fact that I beat him as early as possible, and therefore couldn't obtain more points from the song. But, I couldn't have survived much longer if I had not beaten him when I did.  That's the proof that I beat him. Notice the band name Gigadeath.  And that's the guitar I got for completing expert, the "Distant Visitor" guitar. Kind of creepy, the body of the guitar has a picture of an alien baby. If anyone wants to know my cheap trick on how to kill him, feel free to send a private message my way. Update #2: Gig five stars "One" on expert I did this about a week ago, but am only now finding time to post about it. I finally five starred the song One on expert. Took me a few tries, but I was able to hold a note streak until the solo, and barely got the five stars! This is arguably the second hardest set list song to five star, next to Raining Blood, which is the only set list song left to five star.  Update #3: Gig beats "Through The Fire And The Flames" on expert YES! I cannot tell you how long it has taken me to finally do this. It was so epic when I was finally able to. Once learning to get past the intro, my hardest part was the long solo, which came very close to killing me. Then there were a couple places near the end of the song which killed me a couple of times too. I lucked out near the end, and was at the point where I would have failed if I would have missed another note. =D  For a list of my scores, click here. Score Hero. I'm not that good at guitat hero :). I can only beat it on medium. When I get a Wii this weekend I'll get it, but only after I get Brawl and some other games. |
