One who sets the sun

Upon a fallen tree in the middle of a wide clearing located in some nameless woods, a petite girl of about seventeen years of age sat. She wore a decorative dress of white and blue, which had an intricate design that matched her boots. Her hair fell down to her back, golden as the sun, and was just short enough in the front to stay out of her eyes. The only notable feature on her face was a set of blue within blue eyes which glistened like the water of an endless ocean. Around her neck she wore a necklace which had a small red sphere attached to it that amplified her powers.

In each of her hands, which rested against the tree, she held a flat metal disk with sharp edges, save for the handles that she wrapped her fingers around. Each disk was about nine inches in diameter, and were formally known as Chakrams. The chakram in her right hand held the powers of fire and darkness, while the one in her left hand held the powers of water and light. These powers would lie dormant until called upon. It would certainly not be immediately obvious that this woman was an elementalist, and she wished to keep it that way.

She came to this spot every day at this time, loving the beauty of the forest no matter the climate. In her mind, no weather could wither the beauty of this forest, especially in this clearing. A small, sad smile touched her lips as she ran her hand across the fallen tree she was sitting upon. It would be quite apparent that she pitied it. She would sit in loneliness for hours each day, waiting for the day that another person would find this spot as well. She hoped it would be someone who could challenge her, and fill her secret thirst for bloodshed.
