Rules A. OOC (Out of Character): Try to do as little of this as possible. It can be annoying for the fact that it interrupts the role play. B. Do not chat: Do not get off topic and talk about things irrelevant to the role play. C. Do not God-Mod: God-Modding is doing something that you shouldn’t be able to. The following is a list of god-Modding. 1. Having your character do something he or she shouldn’t be able to do. 2. Taking control of another person’s character. 3. Not explaining how you do your attacks. Role playing is like math class; you have to show your work. 4. Attacking and killing somebody in the same post. Essentially, this would not give your opponent a chance to defend. D. Do not flame: Flaming is giving somebody a hard time, or starting shouting matches. Instead, try to use constructive criticism. E. Do not spam (stupid pointless annoying messages): Spamming, in my opinion, is the worst rule to break. It is posting about something that isn’t relevant to anything. F. Try to include the following things in your role play: 1. Separate rules. (Which do not conflict with the ones posted here) 2. A story in order to make the role playing seem to have some purpose and meaning behind it. 3. A joining sheet in which people fill out to join a role play. A joining sheet should consist of the following things, although it might vary from role play to role play: a. Characters name. b. Characters age. c. Characters race. d. Characters biography. e.
