was talking to a few of the guys at the weigh in station and decided to give it a try. I have done deer, moose and geese, figured i would stop off and buy some jars and a pressure cooker. I have 15 X 1L jars, have the first 4 in the cooker now, will be about an hour before they are done and the rest will be waiting till tomorrow. Put a bit of ketchup in some, BBQ sauce in others, some with garlic and others without. Will keep you posted |
