Here is a couple spinnerbaits I worked on today getting ready for bass season. I am fairly happy with them, This I my first time using powder paint seems to work well. I bought this spinnerbait mold in the fall and this is the second set of baits I have poured, learning as I go! I buy the wire already formed then I do the rest. These baits are 3/4 ounce in a bass profile short arm. ![]() ![]() ![]() Edited by Bassaddict, Jun 3 2008, 12:24 PM.

I had some of my first ones last fall, they were pretty primative with not very good paint in the white and red colors and I killed the smallies with them!! These are my first attempts at powder painting them way better paint, I heat them up sprinkle the powder on then bake them in the oven to cure them, and then they come out very durable.

Hey Jesse,,where do you get your spinner build kit?? those skirts look awesome! Great job... I bet you could make Killer CUSTOM Buzz Baits Bro!! I love safety pin style spinners and buzz baits....can you do in-line spinners too or do you need a different kit?? I'd love to do some and see what happens! I'd definatly buy yours! they look great! I'd love to make some pike spinners (safety pin) and a double prop Buzz baits,, and some double treble in-lines spinners for myself. |
