I love to head out for smallies in the float tube. One lake Fish and I used to got to is a great little lake. It is a little bit of a portage but woth it. Nothing like top water bassin with a fly rod. The little guys ( 10"-15") come flying out of the water, but the big guys (18"-23") just suck the fly down. All you see is little ripples. I'm going to make a trip in for sure this summer, Fish is getting a little to heavy for the float tubes so we'll have to bring the canoe. |
