Thanks Rene for the heads up. It's funny how somebody 1000 miles away can tell me their bite-en. Tried Lake ST. Clair today and in a couple hours we picked up a good meal thanks. The power of the Internet is really something.

Nice Perch. I noticed the huts are home made do they fold down and have the 2"x2" inside to hold up the ends?

Yes they do fold down. I built that one in about 2 hours and cost less than $ 100.It Fits between the wheel wells of my truck and I park the 4 wheeler on top
3 sheets plywood
1 tarp
4 hinges3 2 by 4
handful of drywall screws

Wow, that's awesome. As for the power of the internet. You don't have to sell me. I firmly believe it has been my number one source for valuable information over the years and has really helped with all my outdoor pursuits.

Great picture! That is a photoalbum classic.

Your shelter is a great do-it-yourself project. If you want to "pay it forward" write up a short build instruction and post it in our do-it-yourself section. The information will be there forever for future fisherman!
