Clothing/Accessories: Ronma's outfits are as adaptable as they are numerous, and he doesn't adhere to any specific choice of clothing. Paired with a black leather jacket bearing the Blade Bloods symbol at the back, Ronma's outfit adapts with the climate and his mood, typically borrowing styles from the island he lands upon, but always having a more urban twist to it and various pairs of expensive footwear, always matching the rest of his outfit.
General Appearance: Ronma is medium height male of darker skinned (African american) descent, having a fairly light skinned complexion. His build is fairly built for his size, sporting a strong body body that also reflects his hidden power. On his right arm, Ronma sports a large mixture of body art that travels all around it, connecting and interconnecting to make a wall of imagery, ranging from dragons, to blades, to swordsman and swordswoman, all the way to the symbol he had seen on the flag flown by the beast bloods when he joined, constantly evolving as his whim sees fit. He nearly always looks tired, yet despite that he stands with clear confidence and is often seen with a dark glint in his eyes, and an expression of nonchalant disinterest.

Throughout his travels, Ronma has seen the world for what it is, meeting many different people in many different cultures. He has grown and adapted to the many challenges thrown at him, growing stronger and smarter as a result. Most of his travels have led to him experiencing many life and death battles, on his part or others, giving him a much more muted reaction to killing, and watching others kill. He isn't a good person, he isn't a bad person, but he is the sort of person that believes that the constantly changing path he has set himself on is the only path to take, and every decision must be made without regret, even if others believe him to be a fool for 'wasting his talents'. Praised as a hero, and hated as a villain, his entire life revolves around his own whim. Still, despite his way of living, he joking, possessing somewhat cruel humor at times that borders on genuinely dark in others, even going as far as to make a joke out of the mental and physical issues that others, even those close, to him suffer. He has a habit of making his jokes far more cruel with those he actually likes, with his worse offenses directed at his loved ones.

The Life and Times of Ronma D. Williams Born to Michael and Rose Williams, Ronma's beginner's were one that was racked with strife. His father left him at an early age, off to profit off of the money that was to be gained through more 'illegal' purposes, and his mother, in her grief, left him to his grandmother, who was a harsh and pressuring old crone. While, at first, this seemed to be little more abuse at the hands of the old woman, he found that all of this physical and emotional torture was just her way of preparing him for the harshness of the world, especially given the place in which they lived; Remitenka was a place for the strong, and little else. If you were weak, you were cast aside with ease. If you had no skill, you were no use to anyone. It was an island where women selected someone for being skilled ins something, rather than being rich or handsome; and, the day he figured out why his parents had left him alone, he would be able to handle it with no issue.
And so time stretched on.
Life at the bottom of the barrel was difficult, and the area of the island reflected the lifestyle of those a part of it; while there were many who had average lives, this was also home to the poor, which is a direct connection to a lack of skill, the inability to make use of it, or those who were too lazy to act. At the age of ten, young Ronma had begun to search for a dojo to join up with, as was the typical tradition of any of the island's residents; though his grandmother had taken to joining up with a sewing dojo, he himself neither had any skill in the art, nor any interest in knitting sweaters, or spending any extra time with the woman. Eventually, his searches had him fall into a samurai dojo, which actually employed multiple sword styles, and found himself interested in rising to the top of it, even if he did not, initially, have much luck in using any of the techniques taught to him. It was a long road where he labored tirelessly to the be the best, at least, of this group, and eventually he was able to reap the fruits of his labors.
He had become the strongest, at the age of fifteen. It was during this time that his skill became well-known around the island, both at the top and the bottom, and so many went out of their way to join the very swordsman dojo that he eventually took over from the previous head, who was a skilled swordsman in his own right. Still, despite how powerful he was, he stayed at the bottom of the hill, deciding that he was not truly worthy of ascending to the top; while he was certainly strong within the island, he was more than aware of the fact that there were stronger, or even far more skilled individuals than himself, and so he continued to join various different sword combat-based dojo within the island, leaving past dojos behind him. At the age of sixteen, a year after his initial accomplishment, he grew bored with the challenges that other swordsmen on the island had to offer, and so set his sights on various other dojos, joining them, learning, and yet finding himself incapable of achieving the same success as he did in the art of the blade..
And so it began.
At the age of twenty, still in his prime, Ronma had been considered one of the strongest swordsmen within the island, and, after defeating countless individuals--including those who had arrived on the island for one reason or another, having the strength to get through the calm belt--he felt bored with it all; he was the greatest in the island, but that meant little to him. Gone were his ambitions to reach the top and live a pampered life; now, he sought only to improve himself. To expand his ability and press onward, in hopes of finding someone who could match his skill. And, on the day of his twentieth birthday, he had decided to travel away from the island, searching the world for those who were strong; strength meant little, as being the absolute strongest just presented a wall for him; he was put so high, he was never expected to be stronger. During his journey of improvement, however, he found himself facing all manner of opponents, strong, weak, average, and of all sorts of walks of life, from criminal to military.
And then, during his travels, he met the only man that had ever matched him in skill and physical ability; his name was Kamina, and he was a man that trained hard, even if he lacked the same drive of self improvement. After a fight that lasted only for a few moments--stopped due to the other man's concerns for the environment--he offered to keep in contact, as well as connections to many brands that could help pay his way through the world, and forging a blade for him in order to replace the one that was broken during the fight. While the fight was cut short, a promise was made between the two men to fight again at some point, which spurred Ronma on to train even harder than before.
After joining up with Fudo Saiken, he has taken on a more confident personality, opting to reinvent his clothing style, fighting style, and overall outlook as he strives to continue to get stronger.
The story of Ronma, and his 'Evolution' and eventual creation of the Blade Club started even as early as he landed on Jaya, nearly being robbed, and being faced with the 'Many faces of Keiko', or as he calls it, altering his perception about what it takes to truly bring out one's true potential...and to squander it. He thought about the many masks that people hid behind in order to escape the harshness of reality, and his own mask that he used to live in a state where he felt 'content', even if his soul screamed otherwise. It was this ideology that led him to split off from the crew, yet again, as they arrived to their next destination; skypiea. There, he began to train among the various beasts that inhabited the milky sea, before realizing that none could challenge him...and then he set his sights on the streets.
He challenged many to bouts of combat, purely for sport, striking down most that dared to challenge him...and then he met a band of thugs in the inner streets, whose leader found the concept of a man seeking something impossible interesting. He trained with them, he trained them, leveling his swordsmanship as he began to expand the small group into something better...something bigger. Through popular vote, he began to train himself to limits he had never fathomed before, quickly drawing out his body's true strength as he began to rapidly get gains and mastering his body to tremendous levels. In no time at all, he found his true path, even going as far as to take down the leader of another small gang with a single, decisive strike.

| "My oath is very unbreakable, my style is never mistakable." | Combat Style Overview Overall, Ronma's way of fighting can be stated as both methodical and calculating, often times turning defense into offense, and vice versa, for the sake of constantly applying pressure, even in situations where he is not actually acting. His style revolves around using as little actual movement as possible in order to inflict devastating blows to his foes, when using his blade, and overwhelming them with raw power when fighting purely hand to hand. He analysis both his opponents and their actions, dissecting their habits and weaknesses, before using the collected information to take them down as quickly and efficiently as possible. Despite this, however, he is a deep believer in 'kiai' and, as such, many of his named actions come with the names before the attack, a habit of his that may irk some, but he believes adds power to the moves he worked so hard to create. Flair A sword style that has come much more refined with time, utilizing a single katana, foregoing a more traditional samurai, or even katana style, in favor of the advantages of adding both style and intimidation behind every strike. The style itself has a wide range of styles, but focuses purely on a katana, and often make use of the lighter weight of the weapon in order to outmatch slower attacks. Under no Hadō Less of a true martial art, and more of a strange fusion of more basic, instinct-based animalistic attacks and knowledge of attack concepts that have been seen and used time and time again. Ronma, in particular, believes that the style is driven by the 'Under', a dark force he believs (even if he would never say it himself) will overtake him if he becomes too carried away with it. | Weaponry La Monja Keiko 
| La Monja Lore La Monja Keiko is a blade that is a cruel joke, crafted from a mixture of Ronma's past three swords and dubbed what it is dubbed in order to parody one of his crew member's belief that they have sword's that actually possess wills of their own. Whether fact or fiction, he still makes fun of the idea, treating the weapon as though it possessing the soul of the swordswoman whenever on of the swords she owns 'takes over'. More than that, it is made from the materials of a Kaminari grade blade, a cursed weapon, and technological marvel. It possesses a seastone edge, and while it doesn't effect the user under normal use, it makes it highly effective versus other devil fruit users. Additionally, the use is able to revert the weapon to its normal state, causing the cutting edge to switch sides with the blunt edge, without altering its shape, allowing it to be (mostly) harmless in combat.

Important Items Goggles  | Goggles Lore A pair of round and sturdy inventor goggles. Contrary to what their name suggests they aren't actually pink, the glasses are made to protect sight against all blinding light and are tinted a dark reflecting shade. What makes them pink is that the person wearing these has a positive outlook on life (advertised, real use may disappoint). They're also pretty indestructible.
While wearing these goggles, the user is shielded from any blinding light and can see through various reflecting surfaces with more ease. Once per sl, he can call upon the glasses their true power to increase his accuracy by 20% (capped at 15, always round down) and essentially slow down time around him. The user gains a moment of complete clarity as time itself freezes for the post that he activates this ability in. He is affected by the ability as well so all this does is give him more time to examine his surroundings and catch a breather. The accuracy bonus will last for another 3 posts.

- Five Ocean Mall Funbucks (100,000 beli value each). The Ocean Mall Funbucks are mock 100,000 Beli notes with Lord Elsington Halstingdingdingworth's face on them, and are redeemable for goods only while at the Ocean Mall IC.
- A blank card. Your character won't know why, but they'll have this feeling like that blank card is very important, and that they should hang onto it.
- Inspirational Picture of Remitenka - A vivid picture of the island of Remitenka, taken from the air. Ronma may look at the photo and draw upon great inspiration, giving him +1 to all stats for 1 post. This can only be used once.
- Parka and Ski Goggles - A badass white parka like this, covered in red, green, and blue tribal patterns. Additionally, some awesome skiing goggles like the lower ones here, which do a great job of maximizing visibility in cold, windy conditions.
- Fight Month Anniversary T-shirt - A very high quality cotton t-shirt with a flashy Fist graphic in front of it. It is dark red in colour and feels nice to wear, more so than regular clothing. A symbol of survival, wearers of this t-shirt can feel a certain pride for their commitment to violence.
- Saint Drunk's Bourbon Hunting Bottle - A magical bottle of bourbon with a very fancy shape that makes it look expensive. Tastes just like regular bourbon and aside from the label having some guy that looks a lot like Egoraptor on it, there is no real defining weird thing about it. However once per sl, any character drinking from this will get drunk off their ass no matter the quantity they drank. No exceptions, even Zoro and Nami would get drunk off this stuff. The drunken spree lasts at least for 4 posts. The bottle magically manages to refill itself between sl's.
- One red finger in memory of Daisuke - When you break the finger, it summons an image of "Supportive Dad" played by Cthulu himself that scares nearby mooks with less than 25% of your max fortune into insanity.
- The Shamma Gift - Your character receives a beautiful porcelain tea cup. Once per day, at 11AM in-character time, the cup fills with steaming hot tea, the real stuff, not some american knockoff shit that comes in bags and probably contains carcinogens and fat. It's very delicious, but inexplicably cannot be used in combat.
- Blades Apology Point - Each user gets one free Blades Apology Point. Abbreviated as BAP, these points are a way of Blades saying he's sorry for making you wait so long to have your SL graded. A user can cash in their BAP to make their SL top priority for Blade's grading list (think of the Yaksha gift except with SLs), no matter which character. However, all characters in said SL that have a BAP must spend it. In addition, Blades holds the right to deny grading the presented SL if he has a good reason (it's already claimed, it's 8+ pages and Zander's narrating, etc.).
- Jaq's Chain - This wearer of this chain becomes emotionally sensitive. As such, they are able to understand the feelings of a relatively weaker single NPC. Due to this, the NPC will become emotional for 1 post, however the user will suffer the same emotion as the NPC and able to better understand them. Can be used once per SL.
- Peel-&-Stick "Diamond" - There's not much to say on a first glance besides "Shiny gem." On second glance it is quite obviously a hideous fake. This "diamond" looks more like cut and polished glass than anything else, meaning it's probably pretty sharp. You notice that on the back of the gem is some plastic that you can remove so you can stick it onto something, making it look that much more valuable. The adhesive is quite bad, so it only lasts for 1 SL.
- Tri-Corner Hat - This hat seems kind of cheesy, old fashioned, and has a massive feather from some unknown bird sticking out of it. The hat itself doesn't really stand out, it's nice to wear and doesn't seem to attract too much attention but these four hats really seem to belong with each other. In fact, if ever all four of these hats were brought together you're sure you'd know some kind of synchronized hip-thrusting dance to inspire these four three musketeers into action! When all these hats are worn in close proximity of each other, each wearer gains a boost of 2 strength and 2 speed for 3 rounds. This power of camaraderie can only be used one per SL.
- Bottle of Carbonated Wine - The bottle itself is a nice, black glass with a fancy contrasting label that tells you all sorts of unneeded information about the vineyards history. The only important words are "carbonated" and "wine." You've tried it already, and can say it tastes quite bad, like they carbonated the trash wine to save money. At least the cork has seemed to trap the carbonation. For now, you have a 1 use only cork launcher, just shake and release.

50,000 Certificate - A certified bank certificate that ensures the redemption of exactly 50,000. The major problem, and why it's still a certificate, is that you don't which bank to redeem this at. There's no name, address, or anything useful. In fact, you doubt whether or not this is worth 50,000.
- Wet Blanket - This blanket would keep you warm if it wasn't wet. As it is, it’ll protect you from a single fire or heat based attack before drying out and losing its powers.
- Tool Set - A set of tools and parts, ranging from hammers to latches and gears, given their own, easy-access compartment.
- Badass Bandanna - A square piece of cloth (about 16x16") with a stylized fist on it (like the pokemon fighting-type symbol) with the word Fight over the first and Month below it, in high-impact, edgy stencil fonts. Those who managed a draw each get a white bandanna. The logo is always black. It can be worn around the head like a normal bandanna, wrapped around a limb, bandit mask, whatever.
- Locket of Brotherhood - A cheap, heart shaped locket for your trouble. Inside is a faded picture of the character (Lilian Reim) you RPed with for the March 2014 contest. It serves as an eternal symbol of your friendship.
- Red pair of Toyish Stereoscopic Glasses - Has corresponding reels that can be inserted through the side. The object earns its name because of what the stereoscope reveals; the wearer perceives his events, surroundings, and fellow people as if they existed in another existing canonical universe (for example, when viewed through the Bleach reel, a swordsman might be viewed as wearing a dark kimono, and their sword might appear to resonate an aura of power.* A Slam Dunk reel might cause characters to be perceived as though wearing basketball jerseys, glistening with sweat. A Kill la Kill reel might... uh... UH.)
- “The cancer you say? Not as badass as the demons that ran Santamas before you say? …Yeah, you’re probably right, no offense taken.” TenGoulupukki shrugged, and tossed a trinket to Ronma. “Here, I know how stressful it must be, being you, so here’s a stress doll, and one that you probably don’t run the risk of breaking.”
The doll itself is about the size of a dwarf, and has an odd looking face. The catch it, while a dwarf is normally about equal parts head and body, this… thing has an overwhelmingly vast amount of neck. Squeezing down on this neck with one hand is extremely effective in calming Ronma down, but if he uses both hands, he will find a strange side effect. Once per SL when he does this, he will hear and feel a satisfying snap, and be imbued with a remarkable energy. As such, the power of offensive techniques that use his hands will be increased by 4 for 3 turns. However, this is only applied if the technique results in a choke, which is an added free effect. For instance, a punch or a shigan has the option to end in a choke rather than a strike for these three turns.
- Beli Note - An exclusive limited edition 8,000,000 beli note which glows in the dark. Can be spent as normal currency or kept as a momento.
- Sunglasses - A pair of extra sparkly sunglasses fashioned in the shape of the number 8. This attention demanding eye-wear can be used once to boost the fame reward earned in a future SL by 8%! Afterwards they lose their appeal.
- Straight Outta Impel Card - A Get Out of Impel Free card. This black and white piece is not official and every Impel Down jailer has seen one and knows they are not real. However, any other jailer or law enforcer may pause for a moment to consider the validity of the item, giving an opportunity to get away with a small crime.
- Poster - A rolled up poster requesting help to find a missing Admin. The 'Where is the Unspeakable?' poster is unable to state last known whereabouts but does apologise for an inability to hand out Eye rewards until he is found.
- Ancient Bracelet - An ancient dusty silver bracelet with the words Raftel inscribed on it several times. Characters in possession of this item have an 8% better chance of uncovering clues in the New World to find the lost island.
- Bubbly Bill Coupon - A coupon from Bubbly Bill's Ship Coating offering a free ship coating on Sabaody. Bubbly Bill is able to offer a bubble coating in any color of the rainbow.
- Pink Candy - Pink candy wrapped in a foil with the number 8 on it. When eaten, the candy brings out the inner potential of a character based on the following;
If over 200 SD Earned, the character gains 8 SD! If between 151 & 200 SD Earned, the character gains 16 SD! If between 101 & 150 SD Earned, the character gains 24 SD! If between 51 & 100 SD Earned, the character gains 32 SD! If 50 SD earned and below, the character gains 40SD!
- Stylish Sweatshirt - A stylish orange sweatshirt with the number 8 on front and back from Doskoi Panda. This item makes the wearer just a little more charismatic and more convincing when talking with mooks. However it is only fashionable on Autumn islands and has no effect when worn out of season.
- Anniversary Can - An old dusty can of dog food with a glowing silver 9 on its half opened lid. The can has several dents on it which suggest the previous owner did not care much for it. The text wrapped around the can asks the bearer to hold on to it until next time for an even bigger reward.
Strangely there is still some dog food left over in the can but it smells awful. Any character brave enough to publicly eat all of the old pooch chow at once will be inspired and gain a 9 stamina buff for their next 9 SLs. However, they will also suffer from indigestion and have their taste buds ruined for the same duration. Eating only a small portion or consuming in a non-public place will only inflict the negative portion, not the buff. Eating the dog food does not remove the Anniversary Can.
The Anniversary Can cannot be scooped onto a new character.
- Pumpkin Punch! - This delicious Halloween beverage is stored in a single use flask which will refill itself up to three times (between SLs). When drank, the user gets a +3 bonus to all stats which stacks with other buffs. Literally said I didn't want the scoop before this.
Haven't even used the other app yet. Said I didn't want it when I had the time to reply.
Far as I can tell, I didn't really use my scoop, as I'm more or less making changes to an app that's going to be the scoop.
I have no clue why I can't rescind an approval until my scoop timer is unlocked. Kind of defeats the purpose. Didn't used to be like that.
