Chrysoara manned the wheel. He used only his left arm for his right was in a sling. It had been four days since their escape from Salt Island. Everything had gone smoothly on the sea and Ceu and Chrys began taking turns manning the wheel. It was a simple enough task to do, even with one hand. The biggest issue they were having was one of resupply. There were too many people on board the ship and simply not enough food. Chrysoara heard his stomach rumble and give forth an impressive growl. It had been a day since they ran out of food. They had attempted to ration but the former slaves didn’t follow it very well. As a result, he thought they began sneaking extra food out, but he could never prove it. Not that he would bother to try to prove it. He would gladly go hungry if it meant they weren’t.

His arm was mending well. There was no doctor on the ship but Chrysoara took it out of the sling occasionally and used it with relatively little pain. The doctor on Salt Island had said to let it rest for a week and he intended to do that, mostly.

Chrysoara squinted his eyes against the blazing sun. There was a speck in the distance that he felt could possibly be land. He had been following the Log Pose so he knew they were on the right track but, if this was land, it would be the first sighting of it that they had. Chrysoara almost shouted out that he had found land, the way the stories say sailors did. However, he held back. They were hungry and irritable. Telling everyone that he saw land when there was none would only serve to make matters more difficult. Chrysoara paused for a second and shrugged. No need to get them excited, yet.

Chrysoara sailed like this for the next hour. Eventually, the speck became a large blob. The large blob became a definable land mass. It looked like a large island, but it was difficult to tell without any comparison. There were no other ships in sight but, as they quickly approached the island, Chrysoara finally felt confident enough to call out “Land Ho!”.

He waited while everyone crawled out of the many areas of the ship. It wasn’t a particularly large ship nor was it well adorned, but it was a good ship that had done right by them the past few days. Chrysoara could work with a ship like that. No doubt a town on this island would be able to sell them some parts to upgrade the ship as well as supplies to get them back on their journey to Nemea. He needed a Den Den Mushi most of all. No matter what Ceu said – or how right she was – reporting to higher was important. They would hear of the event; however, Chrysoara and Ceu were marines. They were soldiers. They needed to talk to their superiors themselves at some point.

The swordswoman was glad to have a bit of time for her, the past couple of days had been quite stressful. That is if she didn't count on how they left the previous island, being chased like a pirate wasn't what she thought to be doing when she was brought on by the marines, she was supposed to be the one doing the chasing not the other way around. Nevertheless, this time was for her and there wasn't anything more relaxing for her than cleaning the blade of her weapons.

The wakizaki had already been properly cleaned up and was put the the side, all of the tools needed were already prepared two pieces of nuguigami, the wiping paper needed to clean up the blade, oiling cloth, choji oil the sword oil, and an uchiko ball, a cleaning powder needed to remove the oil residue.

Céu began to carefully remove the blade from the saya. The wooden scabbard was held in her left hand and the katana got drawn out with the right hand. Her left hand remained motionless with the right hand doing the effort. The sword has held edge up and the blade slid on the back surface away from edge. The tip of the katana has kept pointing slightly upwards. It wasn't a need for her swords but this habit was drilled into her since an young age so the marine did as taught.

She gently tapped any debris from the scabbard. Then laid it down on her left side. Grabbing a wiping paper she began carefully cleaning the blade with the edge pointed away from herself. The marine girl laid the nuguigami on top of the blade right at the collar of it, and began wiping in one direction going straight from the guard to the tip. She used her thumb to run along the back of the katana as she appreciated no having go through self inflicting wounds again... She only did twice, just to make sure all of the choji oil has been removed. Laying the wiping cloth on her hand she repeated the process on the bottom of the blade.

She began then using the cleaning power on the blade once the sword oil has been removed. Céu tapped the uchico ball every few inches along the flat surface on the top side of the blade. She then cleaned the uchico off the blade with a fresh piece of cleaning paper using the same process as the previous step. The swordswoman was taking her sweet time but as Chrysoara had his meditation, this simple act of treating her sword was her own way of clearing her mind. Picking up the oiling cloth she used the same process as before wiping it only once, being careful to apply to entire surface of the blade. Putting the katana back in the saya reversing the process used to remove it. She placed her sword to her side and began storing all the tools back to their bag and threw away the dirty cloths. The marine girl heard a commotion from above taken the ship was rather quiet, finishing up getting everything in order, she decided to go have a look at what was happening on the deck.

Chrysoara felt his stomach rumble as he watched the boat sailing towards the island. He couldn’t help but feel the heat rising in his cheeks as he thought about why they were hungry. It was his fault, of course. They had been rationing food for some time, which leaves everyone slightly hungry, and so they tried to catch some fish. The fishing didn’t go as well as hoped, which made it Chrysoara’s turn. Now, normally one would assume a fishman could dive in and snatch a few fish in a matter of moments. Truth be told, Chrysoara had felt confident that he could do it, too. Chrysoara was able to catch one or two fish but it didn’t extend their rations by very much. It turned out that practice makes perfect worked in both directions; if you didn’t practice then you wouldn’t be good at something anymore. This, Chrysoara was forced to admit defeat in his food providing ways.

One of the former slaves walked by Chrysoara, laughing. His name was Moash. He was someone who had taken a little bit before he warmed up to them. Chrysoara was pretty convinced he was one that may decide to become a marine after this ordeal. Chrysoara has taken it upon himself to try to convince them to become marines and sail with them to Nemea. Some seemed to be considering it, others appeared as if they were only along for a ride to the nearest major port. A third group rode along for no discernible reason. Chrysoara thought it likely that this third group may decide to leave the boat on Rust Pit Island.

Chrysoara turned from the crew and faced the island once again. It was such a vastly different sight arriving on this island compared to Salt Island. He had arrived on Salt Island all alone on a little dinghy and now he was arriving on the beautiful rust red island on a ship full of people. Chrysoara couldn’t help but feel that life as beginning to look up. Perhaps they would even get a promotion when they arrived on Nemea.

Céu got up albeit slowly as she stumbled a bit before being able to get up, her vision went, for a few seconds blank and the swordswoman was forced to place an hand on the wall to avoid falling over. She was glad to spent a little amount time only for herself, however the problems seemed to be surging immediately. Her abdomen gave a low growl, it was kind enough to let it out before she stepped out of her makeshift room. The marine knew before hand how the situation was going to turn bleak, but she didn't anticipate it would turn as quickly as it did. On the first time Chrysoara took the wheel from her, she took the time off to properly inspect the ship and see what kind of situation they were in.

The ship was rather lackluster in pretty much everything, being the furniture and tools as well of the food it was holding in stock. They could do with some tools being missing but the food was her biggest concern, from the start she gave everyone orders to eat only the essential. However, some food were to be prioritized to the ones handling the most physical heavy jobs while others were to eat just enough. Céu didn't want to strongly enforce it, and she cursed herself for it just for requesting, these people had already suffered enough to have someone telling them constantly what to do or not to do. She didn't felt well commanding these people, they were slaves a couple of days ago and after watching how they were handled on the previous island, her heart felt like it was being squeezed when she was harsher with them.

Picking her swords, she slid them on her belt and quickly got out of the room. The ship was a bit too quiet for her taste, perhaps due to everyone trying to save their strength. The first day on the sea was one of celebration, the freshly made ship crew was quite rowdy which she enjoyed, but despite being fortunate with the weather, the last two days had been quite rough on them. Céu understood that even with her planning they ended up having no more food, a failure of her part, so she secretly didn't properly eat most of the time. A small girl could pass with with less food than others, and even if it was long ago, it wasn't her first time she went without food.

However, it that wasn't already troubling enough, they had the corpse of a pirate buried in ice. The goal of their former mission was taking space in precious storage, half the time she felt like throwing the body to the sea, the other half she thought about using as bait for fish. They tried to fish, for some time, in an attempt to bolster their food stock, yet nobody was able too catch enough, Chrysoara also tried to use his jellyfish abilities to net us some fish but surprisingly he couldn't do much, saying he was a little rusty and out of practice.

Céu was hearing the voices of everyone on the deck, she couldn't understand what were they saying but it was quite noisy. Yet, she quickly realized the second she reached it. Everyone was happy and celebrating, albeit they weren't jumping or shouting, it's been a day they were without food. The marine didn't say anything or join the celebrations, she was glad and felt like a big weight was just removed off her back. However, they were getting close, and taken she sort of saw herself being the one running the ship she shouted even if the strength of her voice didn't carry as well as before this voyage "Prepare to go ashore!"

Chrysoara continued to sail the ship as the cool autumn breeze flew through his slightly translucent blue hair. He was in his normal marine clothing. Somehow, Sasa Dion had known to put his clothing on the ship for them. He was uncomfortable that she had controlled so much of their actions on the island but he was happy to be in his normal clothes. The black kimono he had worn on Salt Island had been so full of salt that Chrysoara wasn’t sure it would ever be clear. He had tried to wash it in the sea once but that was a pretty bad idea. He had forgotten that the sea was salty as well, so it didn’t help nearly as much as he hoped it would. He ended up tossing the clothes overboard and letting the ocean claim them when he realized they would never be in good condition again. Besides, Marines were supposed to wear the uniform at his rank. There were exceptions but they were very few and hardly ever made for a Fishman.

He heard Ceu bellow to prepare to go ashore and made the boat move towards the nearest dock. As he did so, he tried to recall everything he knew about Rust Pit Island. Sadly, he was able to recall very little. It was an island filled with the substance known as Burdum and it was the only place in the world to get Burdum. It was named after the substance due to its rust red color. Other than that (and that Burdum costed a pretty penny), Chrysoara knew relatively little about the island. They were known for one material and it was rare so his parents didn’t deal with the island very often. He wished he knew more of what to expect. He didn’t think it would be an island filled with pirates but one could never be sure; he was especially wary after the incident on Salt Island.

The ship pulled into the dock easily and Chrysoara yelled out “Drop the anchor” before he remembered what had happened on their exit from Salt Island. They had cut the anchor in order to save them. “Hey, Ceu! We need something to keep the ship in place while we go to get supplies. We also need to figure out how long the Log Pose takes to reset on this island.”

Watching the ship getting closer to the island, was like gradually lifting the weight of her shoulder. Céu was not at the helm nor she wanted to be, the thing even if it didn't seem to be a bit unwieldy, it required to have apply some strength to move. Strength she couldn't afford to muster in her current state, she was glad Chrysoara took upon himself to help her steer the ship.

The swordswoman held to the railing of their old wooden ship, as they approached the docks. She wasn't feeling well, her face was becoming a little pale, perhaps a bit more noticeable taken that after Salt island, her skin became a little tan, the lack of color on her face was hard to miss.

Her fellow colleague shouted once they got inside the pier, and she quickly realize the mistake she made. It also didn't help that Chrysoara realized right at the same time, and made sure to point it out. Céu had to sacrifice the anchor just so they could get an edge on their last island escape. The ship was moving slowly but it wasn't stopping as the sea small waves were crashing against the wooden planks of the dock, pushing the ship with them.

The swordswoman wasn't going to just bark orders, it was her own fault, so she acted on the first idea that came into her head. "Everyone tie a rope to the railing and jump with it to the dock!" Céu had already grabbed a bunch and warped it around the railing tying it with a quick knot, she then lowered her body and made a big jump towards a cleat on the pier. With no hesitation she threw the rope around the cleat, and began to pull it trying to make the ship coming into an halt.

Chrysoara watched as the ship began to crash into the dock. He tried to steer it out of the way but there wasn’t much he could do. It was hard to steer with one hand and they had no way of stopping themselves.

“Tie a rope?” Chrysoara asked with a laugh. “I guess it’ll work!”

However, Chrysoara knew he would have trouble tying a rope. That was a task which would generally require two hands. The men and women onboard the ship began running about, trying to tie the boat to the dock. Chrysoara meanwhile, gripped the wheel until his hand turned white; he was trying to steady himself as the ship hit the dock again. It ground into it, and it was jarring. He was a merchant who has travelled on many ships throughout his life; however, he was a fishman. They were designed to be in the water, not on the water.

Eventually, the ship began to halt as the various people tied ropes to stationary objects, seemingly most of them were to the dock. Chrysoara looked at it hesitantly. They would need to get an anchor while they were here. They would probably also be paying for the damage to the dock. Chrysoara sighed, despite knowing that it was most likely going to be coming out of the marine’s pockets and not his own. Still, he was a merchant and hated to see money go to waste.

“We will need some people to stay with the ship just in case these…. anchors don’t hold.” Chrysoara said as he left the ship and looked around. Such a strange island. “Ceu, are you going to come with me to look for supplies? You probably have an idea of some stuff we need that I’ll overlook. I would like to upgrade our ship a bit if they have anything for it…”

On a nearby dock, a tiny boat, no bigger than to occupy at maximum, two people, pulled in. Flat-footed espadrilles slapped on the ground of the port, as a frankly massive woman stepped off of the boat, and tie her boat up to a nearby post. The woman stood up, releasing a self-satisfied sigh, as she stepped back, taking a look at her work, before she turned, hearing the noise of something big grinding against something that was currently splintering. She turned to watch a group of marines desperately jump out and affix their boat to the port, after a seemingly rough porting. She released some baited breath, after they seemed to steady the ship, and raised an eyebrow at how a one-armed man was at the wheel. She wasn't exactly a navigator, but that seemed quite reckless of them. Well, not really a problem for them. They just needed some rations, and this island had happened to show up, so they seemed to be in luck. Suddenly, an elderly man, dressed in sharp attire emerged from the small boat. It was absolutely impossible for him to have been hiding within there until now... Right? Regardless, the man's dress indicated his duties as a butler of some sort, with his snappy black suit and cotton gloves, which were red, instead of white, along with everything else you would expect to be white, instead sharing this dark red color.

The man didn't speak, as the girl reached into her white jacket, making sure her Beli was still there, "Alright, let's find somewhere to sleep, then we can buy some rations, and then we can maybe do some work around here, so we aren't too far behind." She stated, counting off the tasks, as the butler pulled out some bags from the small boat. "Very good, madam." He agreed, holding both bags, before the girl leaned over and grabbed one of the bags, presumably her own. She hefted it over her shoulder, and the two set off towards this unknown area. If there was a marine occupation like this, the chance of her bounty hunting seemed slim, but that wasn't exactly a problem.

The marine girl pulled the rope along with part of their ship crew, but they didn't mange to stop the big ship from crashing against the pier. Céu looked away closing her eyes, she shrunk her body as the awful noise of the wood clashing against each other pretty much gave her a vivid picture of what she didn't want to see. She timidly moved her head to watch the result of her incompetence, in dread to see how bad it was, she noticed how the ship had only stopped with the beginning of the bow stuck on the wooden planks.

The ship had several ropes tied around, firmly holding it in place. The part that was stuck was helping too, even if some people who were at a good distance seemed to start moving towards them. Chrysoara then left the ship and appeared before her, Céu made a tight knot on her rope and got up to reply to her fellow colleague. The swordswoman looked at the large fishman taking awhile to respond, it wasn't because she was trying to process another problem to solve getting added to the pile, but her vision went blank again for a brief second. She felt almost her body stumble forward, but she managed to hold making a fool of herself. They had enough troubles to deal with, she didn't want to had another one to the injured marine. "I think we have more pressing issues than-" Coming from near them someone yelling almost at full lungs came in waltzing, almost making the marine girl jump.

"Who the fuck are you, bunch a buffoons! You ruined the dock!" The men from before were already near them, quite a few of them, yet most of them stayed behind the angry man. The man had a red beet face and a really strong smell coming of from his mouth. His stance was rather aggressive and despite his lack of height being a bit shorter than Céu, his bulky frame almost put the large fishman to shame. His face was roughed and had a really weird curled beard. "Yah better pay up!" He came in strong to both Chrysoara and Céu, as he noticed the fishman step out of the ship. Céu gave a large sigh, and grabbed her owl purse from her uniform pocket. "I am really sorry! How much is it?" She squinted hard at the open purse, trying to see if they had enough money to pay for the damages and the supplies.

Chrysoara sighed as he stepped in front of Ceu. He held his hand out in front of her. “Sir, I’m sorry to say that we have no money. We are marines and I promise that you will be paid in due time. We have come under unfortunate times, lately.”

“Yah, well, it’ll be mighty unfortunate for us when we hafta get tha dock fixed out of our pocket cause you marines take too long with your papers” The man said, growing even more flustered.

Chrysoara looked down at the man. “We don’t have the money to spare. Perhaps we can pay in another way.”

“Anotha way? What do you mean.”

Chrysoara hesitated. He only knew of one way and he wasn’t about to offer the manpower of these people to fix the deck they broke. It was their fault, not the former slaves. Telling them to fix the dock felt too much like forcing them to act as slaves again.

“We got this” Said a large burly man as he walked beside Chrysoara. “A couple of us know how to work with wood. We can fix the dock and pay for the wood by working for you in other ways for the day.”

“Well…I guess so”

“Then, it is settled” Chrysoara said before turning to the large man. Chrysoara wasn’t sure what his name was. They had been together for some time. He felt it was quite strange that he didn’t know his name. He should have spent more time getting to know the slaves than he had. “Thanks.”

“Not a problem. You guys saved us, after-all.” The man said as he nodded and began to lead a few others after the red-faced man. Chrysoara had been so preoccupied in his thoughts that he hadn’t noticed him walk away.

Chrysoara turned to his right to look at the small boat that had pulled in during all the commotion. He thought he had seen an extremely large person walk out of it. He didn’t know who they were, but he hoped it wasn’t more trouble. He turned back to Ceu.

“Leave the ship upgrades to me. I can get them cheap. I’ll also get us a new anchor. I know you say we have other things to worry about; however, it’s fine. There’s no rush. We’re here until that log pose locks onto the next island unless we can find an eternal pose to Nemea while we are here., anyway.”

The girl and her butler walked through the town, the two glancing around. “Madam, you can set up here. I will take care of the purchases and arrangements.” The long-arm man said, holding out an arm, as the girl pulled out a small pouch, and handed it to him, who pocketed it, and carried off the bags, at the same time. The girl looked around, looking around for somewhere she could apply her skills. Her sour expression analyzed the shops and buildings in the area, leading some to stare at her, and mutter among themselves, things like “Who is that?” “Why’s she looking around with that expression?” “She’s kinda scary…” her sharp, trained eyes analysed the crowd, as she noticed she was being singled out.

Noticing this, she reached into her massive coat, causing some to look around, nervously. She pulled out a sign, not too big, that she slipped onto a small wooden pole, before holding it up. It read, simply: “Massages” in neat handwriting, making the small crowd react in shock, “Whaat!?” They yelled, before one pointed at her, “Hey, why were you looking so suspicious if you’re just a masseuse!?” She recoiled, clutching her sign, visibly flustered, despite her large size, “I… I looked suspicious…? I...I’m sorry.” she apologized, looking at the ground, “Ah… No, our mistake” Another guy said, as the whole crowd started feeling awkward. She was just a masseuse, after all, why should she be bullied like that? An awkward silence stretched as everyone continued doing what they were doing, and the girl sat down, finding a bench to do so. She stuck her sign through a small gap between the wooden planks, leaving the sign stating “Massages” at her side. She leaned back, and watched the passing crowd, her almost bitter resting expression returning.

Céu was doing an heavy mental equation to try to determine what amount of money she could give. Her thought process was slowly tying a knot around, starting to show hints of a big incoming headache. Hearing the heavy footsteps of her fellow colleague, Céu saw the ground bellow her turn darker prompting to look up and notice the large back of Chrysoara in front of her. This was rather pleasant as she was starting to feel strangely sweaty, this place wasn't all that hot compared to the previous island.

Chrysoara began to discuss with the small burly man, when a few of the ship crew came about. They quickly offered help to them, Daas kindly took on the job along with a few other to fix the dock and work for the small man. The man who looked to be more on the tipsy side, accepted without any problem. This was a major relief for her, they could get all the necessities missing without being worried about having to go through that again. These people already suffered enough, they didn't deserve to go hungry again.

Céu gave a polite bow towards the former slave. "I appreciate your effort, Sir Daas. You saved us a lot of trouble. Thank you for bearing with my incompetence." She didn't stop her bow, but the man touched her shoulder and gave a small tap on her back forcing her to stand properly. "You worry too much, Céu. Least we could do for you guys!" He and his group then followed the small angry man. "I will make sure someone comes to hand you food!" She shouted as they moved away and waved at her.

A few people had come of the ship, and were standing not too far from them. "We will need your help. Sorry to impose on you but we need to grab supplies and take them to the ship, I know everyone is hungry but please bare with us a little more." She heard Chrysoara and she appreciated he wanted to take care of the ship, but she couldn't agree on his clam demeanor. "Yes but Chrys... these people have been long without eating, yourself included. And let's not forget about your arm, we need someone to take a look at it." Céu voice tone was weak, as she felt her body shake a little. But even among it, it wasn't difficult to discern the stern intonation while speaking about the fishman arm. Facing part of the group near and Chrysoara she went ahead of them and requesting them to join in, having no clue to where she was going.

Chrysoara listened to Ceu. She was a really nice person, though overly apologetic at times. “You’re right about the food. I’m just excited. Do you know how long it’s been since I’ve been able to actually buy stuff? I’m happy as a marine, most of the time. Heck, I’m happier as a marine since I ran into you; however, part of me does miss the merchant life. There’s just something about upgrading things and seeing what you want to buy and sell.”

Chrysoara followed Ceu for a moment. Aa they walked, he noticed that there was a strange crowd nearby. There was an extremely tall looking woman leaning back near a sign. Chrysoara struggled to make out what the sign said as he walked. She drew his eye because she appeared to be much taller than normal humans. In fact, she seemed to be tall enough to stand head and shoulders over Chrysoara, himself. This intrigued the fishman, who was used to humans being rather small creatures.

Chrysoara stopped walking as he took a look at Ceu. She did not look good. Her skin was pale and she appeared to be in pain a little bit. “Ceu…are you okay? Have you been eating your rations on the ship?”

Shit. No wonder she was pushing so hard for them to get food immediately. She must not have been eating! We are going to need a doctor for her, not for me.. Chrysoara thought as he looked at his friend and colleague. He knew that she worried about him and everyone else but it seemed she needed someone to worry about her. Hell, she worried about Chrysoara’s arm and it was feeling better everyday. “I think we should find you a doctor.”

“Hey, is there a doctor somewhere nearby?” Chrysoara began to ask to nearby citizens. They continued walking.

The butler heard a voice speaking to him, and he turned, holding his arms aloof, resembling as though they are waiting to do something, but the extra length and joint in his arms revealed his Long-Arm heritage. He glanced at the two walking individuals, having heard their cries for a doctor of some sort, he stared at the two, noticing both the fishman's broken arm and the girl's apparent weakness. He frowned, this was no disease, this was the telltale signs of being under-fed, her pale skin and signs of obvious discomfort. He soundlessly closed in on the two, this wouldn't be trouble for his mistress, as this was his forte, in fact, as well as the fact that repairing that arm would be a treatment within his mistresses range of expertise, and she may appreciate having some business, as these two were obviously marines of some sort. His silky red glove patted the fishman gently on the shoulder, "Excuse me, but I couldn't help but hear your plight, I may be of assistance. I Know one who can help with that arm of yours, and that girl needs some food, and I cannot stand by with someone trying so hard to pretend not to be struggling. Please wait here, I have just rented out a room, and I must fetch my mistress to notify her." He explained, walking into the crowd and disappearing immediately into it, despite how the crowd was not exactly overflowing with people.

A few minutes later, he returned, from the opposite direction, trailed by the massive woman from before, easily a head taller than Chrysoara, but less broad, but still notably more muscular than most woman, her massive white coat hanging all the way down to her knees. Her sharp but inquisitive eyes scanned the two, her lips pulled tight, as though she was reserving herself. She held the faintest air of a noble, with her composed and almost elegant behavior. "Cool, Let's go, then." She said, somewhat abruptly, after eyeing the two over some time. She turned briskly, her coat flapping in the mild breeze, and her hair flapping behind her. "This way, madam." the smaller, yet still rather tall butler nodded, gesturing towards the hotel room they rented out, after walking a few feet, the massive lady stopped, and turned, "I, uh, I mean, you can follow us if you want, of course." She corrected herself, seemingly flustered, out of completely nowhere.

Céu gave a small chuckle as she heard the excitement behind the words of her fellow colleague, his new found energy was even contaminating her a bit. "Thank you, I feel the same way. Even if this incompetent marine is responsible for our ship being stuck in the pier. It's nice to be appreciated, it really means a lot."Céu politely replied to Chrys, the girl didn't felt like she was done something deserving of appraise to make the fishman happy. But she was taught it was rude to not thank for compliments. Still, it was true she felt somewhat better and relieved with the large marine around.

"You did say you came from a family of merchants, the drive to bargain an item runs deep in your blood." Céu paused briefly to find her words, she was starting to struggling a bit. Her head was feeling rather light, and moving along this crowd of people wasn't helping in the slightest. "I can't say the same about my heritage, but I do feel the same emotion when observing fine blades. When the more troubling issues are resolved, I might even upgrade my katana. I could take a look at your gauntlets too if you want. Yet, I am afraid that will have to be for later, when I have a forge I can work on." They were chatting away when making their way to the nearest market, only for Chrysoara stop in his tracks and addressing her.

"What? Yes, I'm fin~ we nee~" Céu words came as a slur, not realizing, she felt like her body was escaping her. The swordswoman sight began to blur quickly, she barely had the conscious to hold onto the good arm of Chrysoara. However she was incapable to muster any strength, her hands slipped and her body lightly fell over on the other marine. It was a pleasant feeling, akin to being slowly sinking in a large and fluffy cloud.
