Eileen stood outside of the Marine base she was posted at Drum Island. She stared up at the dark sky, watching the snow fall in gracefully and slowly. She could only marvel at its beauty as she stared at the small white spectacles, either landing with its army in the ground or upon another building collection.

The Marines in the area had just completed one of their most challenging tasks, which was to reclaim the castle. They were celebrating loudly inside the base. Eileen decided to take a moment and step outside to contemplate. She had arrived shortly after the task was finished, to which she had to oversee clean-up duty. While Eileen was looking for something more daring from her newly appointed position, it didn't annoy her in the slightest to take on a small supervision task. After all, her journey could only become tougher from here.

She extended her right hand, bare without its glove to protect her from the chilly wind. However, she didn't feel cold in the slightest. She watched as the snow slowly descended upon her hand. However, instead of landing on what appeared to be her solid hand, the snow phased through her hand and was no more to be seen. Shortly after, white steam emitted from below her hand and flew out into the air. Eileen watched as the steam quickly dissolved into nothingness.

There was still a lot for her to learn. It wasn't just her newly acquired abilities, but also the mental and challenging struggles she will continue to face in the Grand Line. Her adventures so far have been nothing comparable in the Blues. Yet, despite these struggles, Eileen had yet to take to the time to ponder on how much she has changed as a person. Everything around her has changed, but has that influenced her so far?

Numerous thoughts raced her mind, yet she has had so little time to process. She was hoping that in the midst of one of her breaks (such as now), she could take the time to process. Even then, it was hard to do so. So instead, she acknowledged she would always change as a person. Sometimes, it just takes time to process it a little more quickly. For now, Eileen just needed to continue pushing forward and be the light within the Marines.

She let out a soft sigh before a Marine lieutenant came out of the door. He immediately located Eileen and shouted in joy.

"Come celebrate with us, Captain Falkner!"

A smile soon followed after. A smile of optimism and hope. It was going to take awhile to get used to that new title. "Alright, you better have saved some drinks for me!"

I'm going to be less active as of 9/25/17. Kinda hitting a point where I'm contemplating why I'm here while having a full-time job.

"Mmmmmmmmmmmm!"

Casey let that sound out as he finally got to stretch. He was now sure the ship is far enough so that nobody would notice he sneaked out of it. Not that anyone from the crew would notice him, seeing as most of them were dead drunk. He wasn't even sure if they would mind the fact that he hid in the back of their incredibly uncomfortable engine room. They did seem like a happy bunch of people. But, alas, Casey isn't the type to make risks if he doesn't have to.

Looking back at the ship he could see lights of various color and hear loud, drunken singing. Only for a moment did he stop to look at the lights. They were a pretty weird choice of decoration for a ship. They aren't even a good tactic at sea, since they attract more attention. Or maybe the crew wanted to attract attention? Whatever. He lost focus of the lights and just listened. Yeah, they are definitely drunk. He could also use a drink. Yeah, he could totally go for a beer right now.

With that he turned away from the ship. Asking them for beer might be a good idea, but he figured he could find it somewhere else anyway. Also he wanted to explore this weird place the crew decided to dock at. It wasn't much of an ordinary island for sure. It seemed too tall and the ground was... wooden? Weird. Is it actually a ship? Maybe. That didn't matter now. He needs to find another ride anyway. But first, he needs to find beer.

Walking further he decided to put his dark stetson hat on. He doesn't wear it often, but it was quite cold. Also he doesn't like snow falling on his face. Having to walk through it was already annoying enough. It seems this is a winter area. Or a winter island. Whichever, the important thing is that it was cold and snowing.

He soon saw something in front of him. Is that a... sleigh? It seemed like it. It was a pretty large sleigh, the biggest Casey had ever seen. Not that he had the chance to see many, but this one outclassed those by miles. There also seemed to be a man sitting by it. Awesome! He could ask him for.. Is that a bottle? Is that beer?! Sure looks like it! Taking it from the guy is probably a bad idea, but he can totally ask him where he got it. Yeah, let's do that.

He was soon approaching the man from behind. That was definitely beer in his hand. Good! Now, Casey didn't look very presentable, but that shouldn't be a big problem, right? Sure the rough cloth covering his right upper body tends to intimidate people a bit, but this guy has been drinking. He won't even notice it.

"Hey, where can I get one of those?"

The man looked at Casey with a 'huh?' expression. He probably wasn't expecting company. He then looked at the bottle in his hand, which that Casey was pointing at. He then laughed. A lot. Casey wasn't sure what to do. Was this man drunk? Probably, seeing his choice of clothes. He had a very weird costume on, as well as a red nose planted on his face.

After laughing for a while the man just chugged his bottle. Casey figured it would be best if he just left the man alone. Even if he did get an answer he doubted it would be correct. Drunk people don't really have a good sense of direction.

Walking away from the man Casey could hear another laugh start up behind him. Wow that guy is annoying. Oh look, another person is coming from in front of Casey. Maybe they know where he could get beer? But this time he should try to act polite. Maybe that way he will get a proper answer? The man is pretty close now, let's find out.

"Hello young man! I'm trying to find some proper beer around here, could you help me out? You see I just got here and I've had a pretty rough..."

Casey was greeted with a focused face, some mutters and a hand waving in the direction from which the man was coming. From the mutters he could only understand "no, we already did that one...". The guy was reading some very long list. Casey wasn't sure what it said though, he couldn't catch glimpse of that. Anyway he got his answer. Beer that way.

He took another look at the man he just passed. What is up with this island? Is everyone acting this weird? And why are both of those guys wearing the same costumes? Well, not the same. This other guy didn't have the red nose. Or the reigns. Or the beer. That guy is chugging it again. Wow, it is taking him forever to finish that one bottle. (OOC: Hehe, get it? Forever, cuz it's a never-ending bottle? No? Okay.)

Continuing forward Casey saw a gigantic tree with many lights and decorations over it. Around it there was a bunch of people, tables, stands... Now it all made sense. It's Santamas again! That explains so much. But, hold on..

Turning around Casey noticed that the sleigh was now gone. Could that have been... Nah! And it doesn't really matter. There is plenty of drinks around, so surely there could be some beer. And there are so many people. There must also be many ships Casey could sneak into next. This is just great! A wide smile appeared on Casey's face.

"Well happy Santamas to me!"

T’was the night before Santamas, and all o’er the boat
Not a pirate was stirring, not even Fudo
Then a lonely man came with a bow o’er his coat
On his back, sat a weapon but it wasn’t a crossbow

No, this pirate was dated. His weapon was recurved.
He appeared in search of the King of the Oak
Who was said to arrive on this night. Unreserved
Was the man as he boarded the ship with a joke.

On the ship, was a tree which was tall as can be
“This works” Amos said, settling for bed
Hours would pass as he waited on a boat in the sea
He was roused from sleep by a man all in red

“Ho Ho Ho” the words rang out from a man in the sky
While four others flew close behind. The first man
Sang and cheered while throwing presents from up high
With a jump, he would grab a present as he ran

T’was a Pirate named Amos who waved and would say
“Thank you, stranger.” As he eyed the gift on Yule Night.

A chilly, thick mist hung over the air like a shroud of clouds. It had crept up on the ship like a thief at night, quietly rising from the sea as the crew celebrated the holidays. Now some of them had gathered around the Yule tree, quietly singing hymns to themselves, or where there were couples, laughing and dancing. Had they known what was to happen soon, they might not have picked that particular place for their celebration.

What was at first only a tiny spark of something red and orange near the base of the Yule tree suddenly exploded into flames. The flames spread quickly up the tree's dry trunk, icy branches snapping and cracking from the heat. The effect was, to say the least, predictable. General panic took over the Yule square as even the most fearsome of the celebrants backed away in hurry, frantically stamping out embers from their thick red jumpers, some even voluntarily jumping overboard to avoid even the slightest possibility of ending up a human torch.

Only a lone, distressed figure remained near the tree. Hashimoto Rio rubbed his hands together, looking into the flames and coughing quietly. Red embers streaked from the base of his throat, burning black spots on the floorboards.

"Just wanted to make myself warm..."

Why did the bloody tree have to catch on fire when all he wanted to do was warm himself up a bit?

- - -

A bright something lit up in the horizon, blurry but barely visible through the thick mists. Rudolph the red-nosed man blinked, almost in disbelief, at his salvation.

"Hey, guys!" he exclaimed with glee, barely even daring to believe his eyes.

"I think we're not lost after all!"

The four other Heroes of Santamas let out sighs of relief, cheered and even whooped in turn, especially Leras, the new guy.

"It's almost like fate, isn't it?" Leras called out cheerily, pre-checking the box on "Yule Celebration Ship". There were no other ships in the vicinity, after all. Maybe they had expected their arrival and lit a signal fire in greeting?

"It sure feels like that,"Rudolph replied over his shoulder, and then set his eyes on the strange, yellow-orange light. It was obscured somewhat by the red glow of his nose, but he didn't let it bother him. Instead, he redoubled his efforts.

- - -

Finally. Rio finally felt warm. He had taken a step back from the roaring bonfire and started leaning on his polearm, which he'd embedded to the floor blade first. Nobody would mind a bit of floor damage if there was an unexpected fire, he figured, so why bother dismissing a good resting spot?

The fire wasn't spreading, thankfully, though nobody had come around to stop it from doing so either. As his eyes wandered over the bonfire and towards the mesmerizing night sky, however, he began to see a strange red glow in the distance, blinking in and out of sight.

- - -

"Prepare for Routine Three!" Rudolph shouted over his shoulder. Routine Three was a drive-by, suitable for exactly the kinds of situations they were in right now: when visibility was low and chances of a quiet, stealthy landing even lower. They'd drop the prepared gifts in specialized bubble-pods that dissipated instantly upon contact with the ship, trusting in the Spirit of Santamas to guide the presents to those who deserved them.

"Go!"

- - -

Rio watched as the sky lit up in bubbles. Hundreds of bubbles. They floated down in strange patterns, almost as if they weren't bubbles at all but some kind of strange...

One of the bubbles floated right in front of Rio's face and burst open. A colorfully wrapped box appeared from within, landing right at his feet.

"Uh..."

Rio glanced up at the sky again. He was sure he'd glimpsed som--

Pow!

Suddenly there was smoke everywhere around him. Rio coughed into his hands, thinking the fire had finally gone out of hand. But when the smoke dissipated... nothing had changed. He looked around himself suspiciously, expecting more cheap parlour tricks. When none came, however, he slowly relaxed. Then he shrugged. Strange. For a moment there he was sure he'd glimpsed a half-naked man with a glowing red nose pulling a sleigh of perverts behind him.

"Is nobody going to check up on this fire?" he muttered to himself as he set out to tearing open the mystery box.

The time of the year where it seems everyone puts their differences aside in the season of holiday spirit, or was it for free stuff? Shugo enjoyed this holiday, although last year he found himself viciously beating up santa. This year he just wanted to relax and enjoy the good vibes. His smile was forced as he entered the ship deck and dressed in holiday colors. Wearing a ugly sweater pattern with reindeer. “Just stay calm.” He voiced, he didnt wanna cause any trouble this year, attracting too much attention would only be a burden. He was already considered dead and didn't want news of his return spreading/ Although keeping his composure when surrounded by so many possible opponents was hard to do.

He found himself standing before a towering tree, scattred with presents, although it was being guarded by quite the famous team. They only showed themselves around this time of the year and after that they vanished much like a myth. Shugo could easily use his assassin skill to sneak pass them, but he found that to be boring. He decided to approach the one that stood out the most to him.

The Fourth Helper, he found his use of smokescreens and candy more familiar to assasins, using them as distractions. Shugo thought about fighting this man, but for once he just wanted to talk, they engaged in conversation, laughs and cheer. Shugo malice even slipping for a moment. Learning new techniques with smoke and other ways to mislead his opponents. This helper was more knowledgeable than he thought amd he wa impressed. They carried on through the night drinking from a glass that seemed to never ended, Shugo would find himself highly intoxicated and trying to pick a fight with almost anything that moved/ His chances at going unnoticed was gone, he became a party animal, climbing the tree and invading presents as if the all belonged to him.

So much for the holiday spirit.

Nakashima once again found himself in the middle of holiday festivities, and he knew he would force his way through this as he does all other things he begrudgingly must suffer through - by drinking himself into oblivion. It would be easy. After all, this ship was packed to the brim with booze, he had already drunken plenty.

The swordsman stumbled along, eventually finding himself at the front of the ship. Slinking drunkardly over the railing, he didn't find it hard to find a view to look at - namely the man running along with a glowing nose. In his drunken hazard, he was sure he was dreaming or at the very least seeing an optical illusion of some sort, but as he scooted closer and closer, he realized it was actually a nose.

Nakashima was climbing on the ropes towards the red-nosed running man, and once he was close enough, in his drunken hazard, he..... poked his glowing nose to see if it were real.

"Woooooooooooooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh" Nakashima held the word far longer than was even remotely necessary due to his drunken state, and eventually he carried on "Your nose is reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal" Nakashima got so giddly and happy at that, that he asked a probably very rude question "CAN I HAVE IT?!"

Don bit down hard on a piece of wood as he finished up working on his tail. The fishman spit out the piece of wood and groaned, cracking his neck and sighing. He had finished up working on his tail, cleaning away blood from the operation with a damp towel. He glanced back at the tail which had a shark fin at the end, a hint to his shark lineage. He rather fancied the sight.

Wiping the sweat off of his face and rinsing it with some cold water, he looked up at himself in a mirror and grinned. Wiping himself dry, he grabbed a mug from a table and drank some, the hot chocolate within flowing into his mouth and dancing across his taste-buds. "Nothing hits the spot quite like some hot chocolate on Santamas," Don exclaimed.

With the flick of his tail, it grabbed hold of a coat which was draped over a chair. The coat wasn't his usual attire, red and green Santamas colours all over. Slipping it over his arms, he gave one last glance at the mirror before turning a door knob and leaving his room. The ship was large and filled with many faces, unfamiliar with most. A large Santamas tree stood in the middle of the ship, a reminder of his childhood. Seeing the large tree made him think of home. With a smile, he took another sip of his hot chocolate and approached the tree.

There were various colourful presents around, but what caught his attention was a rather bizarre creature off in the distance. Lumbering over, he noticed that his steps were getting sluggish. Looking down, he noticed that there was no mug of hot chocolate in his hand, but a large mug filled with beer. Belching out loud, he neared the creature he saw. It was a penguin, but Don could have sworn it had the face of some other bird.

"Hhh-ey, you're kinda like.... uhhh... thosssse Egyptian godsss," Don said, stumbling to the side and slurring his words. Wiping his eyes, his vision focused as he suddenly looked around confused. The penguin disappeared and a noise caught his attention from above as he saw a man running drunkenly in the air while pulling along a sleigh. Don wiped his eyes again and stumbled back, the sleigh gone.

"Did someone spike my drink..?" Don said, looking down at his hand. He was holding another drink this time, a glass of ale even bigger than the mug from before. He didn't even think about what was going on, his muddled and drunken state causing his attention to be wrenched away by something else; his interest in what was happening being lost upon hearing the noise of laughter and rowdy partying. With a hop in his step, Don headed over to the noise to party.

Once again, Sakura found herself suddenly in a brand new vaguely Santamas themed location although at least this time, she didn’t manage to get kidnapped by some annoying gremlin or get stuck in a factory, or chat up an eldritch abomination – well okay, that one was actually fun and she did get an awesome compass out of it. But yeah, here she was on the ship of fun, staring at the gigantic tree they managed to find this time around. Ah well, they were also giving her giant mugs of deliciously spiked eggnog so she had no real problems, it wasn’t like something major was happening while she was gone that would make her have to hunt down a fool or something!

Her adorable bunny was doing fine as well, safely perched on top of her head and away from drunken attempts to try to eat her, and she was in a perfect position to catch those delicious candies that the weird guy kept tossing from the sky! Why, who knew but then when a bunch of weirdoes decided to run around pushing a sleigh in the sky, well Sakura decided to just roll with it rather than figure out the level of strangeness that led to that stunt.

“Eh, mellow celebrations are fine too.”

So was getting to watch the various people do silly things and laugh at them. Like that guy who somehow got tangled up on top of the tree. Good times.

One of the people waiting on their own ship (well, technically belonging to her superiors) was a young woman in a pinstripe suit. Wearing her beige-blonde hair in a braid over one shoulder, Kyna looked more like a young businesswoman or a cubicle worker than a Marine NCO. The fact she was holding not a glass, but a half-finished bottle of wine kind of ruined that image, though. With a tipsy gaze, she stared at the passing sleigh and the colorful figures riding it. Ah, she always did this when Santamas came around. Or her birthday. Or someone else's birthday. Or any kind of reason for a party, really. Kyna wasn't that much of a party girl, but she was definitely too confident about her ability to handle alcohol.

So there she sat, calmly feeling the numbing buzz of alcohol set in. Kyna pondered to herself why the guy in the too-small outfit looked oddly familiar, but dropped the thought before long. It was probably just the alcohol speaking. More curious, probably, was the weird penguin-pigeon. Maybe it'd eaten a Devil Fruit? Kyna had heard of animals eating Zoan fruits. Well, everyone knew the story of Tony Tony Chopper to some degree. This was her first time seeing one, though. A little off-putting.

A heavy man in reins, pulling the sleigh. Looked kind of funny at first look. Then again, at the same time it looked a little... Weird. Some kind of BDSM thing, getting tied up and probably whipped to keep going. Finding herself not too pleased with the mental image, the girl took another deep drink from her bottle. The gulp almost came up through her nose when she thought she recognized the fourth figure as well, but after a short coughing fit and a closer look, she had to write that off as her imagination too.

Maybe this whole sleigh-watching thing wasn't for her. Then again, presents...

“Bah, Humbug,” would probably be among Valta's vocabulary is she wasn't so silent and if she knew what a Humbug was. Needless to say the Santamas Spirit wasn't having an effect on the constantly angry Marine girl. Not only was she unsure of where she was and how she got onto this festive ship, she had heard that the figures center to this holiday were Pirates. The last thing she wanted to do was receive some kind of gift from pirates, unless that gift was their arrest.

Standing off to the side with her arms crossed she watched the festivities carry on without her, keeping an eye out for these “Santamas Pirates.” Sure there were other pirates hanging around but to go after them might scare off the big prize. Her anger was innate enough to her that she was able to hold off going off the handle at the mere sight of a Pirate. That was a bit of an open secret, she was always angry.

Some time later the sounds of... something started echoing through the air and it seemed like something was moving through the clouds. From the general reactions of the other guests this looked to be signs of these Santamas Pirates approaching. To think they would arrive from the sky. Valta just needed to get up to them to deal with them.

Springing to action she ran towards the tall Santamas tree in the middle of the ship and leaped onto it. Quickly she moved up the tree, managing to not disturb the decorations too much as she was deeper into the branches. Reaching the top she looked towards the obscured sleigh and waited for the time to strike.

Once it seemed like it was as close as it was going to get, Valta jumped from the top of the tree, preparing to strike, but little did she know that one of the sleigh's riders was tossing candy from the back. Hit with a shower of sweets her moment was countered and she began to fall back down towards the sea below, landing in the water with a huge splash. By the time she managed to climb back up onto the deck the sleigh was long gone.

Defeated she sat down to dry. There was always next year.

The ginger brawn had finally located the ship where Santamas was to be held, a troublesome task. The invitee didn’t even care to specify the exact location where to find the ship, good thing his alternate form got one of the most superior nose, could be the best, the world had ever known. His ship, Red Hot, revved up, bobbing wildly as it was closely approaching his destination. Santamas on a ship? That was the first, no more soot-filled chimney and all those troubles.

Not before long, Bronz was already sailing through the air, humming a tune of one santamas song, standing on a harpoon that his ultimate companion had fired. Teddy had to stay to maneuver their ship, poor little guy but it couldn’t be help or else they wouldn’t have a ship to hop on after the festivity. Moments before the harpoon would hit the hull, he hopped and landed on deck, less graceful than a seasoned gymnast.

Now on deck, on his holiday-printed polo shirt, red beard fashioned like old man Clause’s and a boots to match, Bronz would walk around. The festive vibe was on, people from around the globe that under normal circumstances he wouldn’t chance to meet had gathered, variety of the seasonal snacks, figures and personalities, and of course the quintessential tree.

Having a day-off from his heroic life was worth it. He wasn’t really a man who liked festivities, but due to his recent conversion, perspective had changed; Santamas, a season where in heroes were born. Sharing, giving, making people smile, as mundane as they might be, saving someone from sadness despite how brief would be nothing short of heroic. He had never been appreciative of Santamas until now, and of course, in years to come.

Bronz was munching a handful of ginger bread sticks when something appeared up in the sky, a puff of smoke and behind it was an unidentified flying object. Overtime, the obscurity was increasingly becoming clear, or were, as it was comprised by strange creatures, led by running men with red-lit noses tugging a sleigh behind. On the sleigh, he still couldn’t make out the personalities riding on it, but basing from the silhouette he could observe, there was a bird, a dwarf, a flapping red coat and behind, were the same looking men towing the sleigh. Strange. But he had seen all strange looking creatures from previous Santamases. It didn’t matter, the intention was all the same, giving.

With tasty snack to bide his time, the Pirate-Hero patiently stood, he’d get his present soon.

Pointing towards the sky, the red-nosed clown stared in shock and awe at the B-grade Pirate crew that graced the night of such a holy festival. The ramshackle crew flew overhead, waving at the patrons who had gathered by the massive Sanatamas Tree, thinking to themselves that they had truly impressed their audience. Clarabell merely waved at them, feeling that they had been trying their best, much like the rest of the populace of the violence-ridden world that she inhabited.

"Take care until next year" she wistfully remarked.

As Cynthia got onto the ship, she didn't know bow to react, the ship was covered in festive decoation, there where food later out as fae as the eye could see and enough drink to kill a thousand men. These where the type of pirates that loved to party, but seemed to be themerd around Santana's day, which was a wired theme to take if she was honest.

Clouded formed above her as she saw from a distance that somebody was creating a clouds with some wired device, how odd, she thought to her self, but the surprise didn't end there, candy started to rain down as one popped on her head, picking it up she looked at the candy in wonder as she placed it in he mouth.

Her he yes flew with enjoyments as sparks clears up as the taste of peach's danced in her mouth. A small smiled crossed here face as she enjoyed the sweet fast of peach's. Cynthia would then sit her self down whiles resting her head agents her arms as she later back... Happy Santana's everyone, she thought to her self as she continued to chew on the candy like an excited child.

After stating that it was part time, the captain of the Beast Blood pirates would lead his two most trusted companions to the usual location for Santamas Festivities. Wearing his usual iced out coat and leather pants the muscular, scarred, handsome captain disembarked his vessel. There was plenty to see aboard this massive Santamas vessel. Actually, the zoan didn't even realize he'd made his way upon and unknown ship. It was the holidays and as usual the Santamas celebrations left a festive haze of joy and confusion in the minds of many. The Ancient cat had received many a gift, currently he'd be wearing augmented gloves from a gift he'd received years ago at one of his first celebrations. Taking in a deep breath the ancient zoan viewed dozens of crew and strangers. Samson for example would be taking photos.

Fudo would make sure there was a photo of him and the entire crew of his that was present. The Ancient zoan experienced some joy viewing the many faces of the those present as well as the holiday crew members on this holiday vessel. Using his observational haki, Fudo would gague the auras of all the others around him subconsciously. Most if not everyone present seemed to be well below his level, but that wasn't his focus. Everyone for the most part was excited and enjoying themselves. This only bolstered his festive spirit as he approached one of the individuals who was running the show. Approaching a man in an undersized elf outfit, that was directing the show, Fudo smiled, extending a nod and greeting.

"Merry Santamas Yo! I'm in an incredibly great mood this year-round,
I hope I can get a gift that can help me achieve my goals! Merry Santamas!
" Waving, the zoan looked around the ship, bathing food and snacks as he socialized with his crew and the occasional stranger.

The Beast Blood Pirates had boarded an unknown vessel. Keiko swore she could hear the rattling of jingle bells. It was Santamas but she thought nothing of it. She had no idea it was Santamas at all. The bat zoan boarded the ship and descended the levels to see if the belly of the ship was worth for the taking. She took her time on each level and travelled completely in the dark. With her heightened bat sesnses her ears guided her and the far she traveled the louder the bells became. Ching Ching Ching! What was that sound? Where could it be coming from she wondered? She heard the clinging metal of her boots and the old creaky floor boards. At last she had reached the last floor and the hall felt unnaturally cold. She heard the jingling within louder thsn ever. It was coming from that room. She opened the door and was blasted with a cold wind. She had not expected it and the phoosing was loud in her ears. She opened her eyes and bright blue light was coming from inside. To her surprise she saw a penguin busy at work. The animal was huddled over brown boxes and appeared to be wrapping them with brightly colored paper with stripes, polka dots and zig zag. Keiko raised her eye brow unsure of what was going on, she tapped the penguin shoulder lightly, it turned around and revealed it face. It had the face of a pigeon and had a present in its wings. Keiko felt kind of afraid, she had never seem or heard of anything like this. The penguin raised its arms. It was offering her the present. Keiko said thank you and realized it was Santamas. She realized then that the reason she had forgotten about the festive holiday was because she had everything she could have asked for with the beast blood, a wonderful family and home.
