Clothing/Accessories: Having returned to his duties as an officer of the Marines, Junior primarily wears his custom-designed 'Coat of Justice'. Instead of having it draped over his shoulders, he wears it as a long-vest with blue fur trim around the armholes, the hood and around the bottom. Dark green trousers and military brown boots, and a sleeveless 'MARINE' shirt underneath his coat. Atop his head, he wears a standard 'MARINE' hat, and his left eye is covered by an eyepatch after losing it on Nemea.

The casual outfit that Junior typically wears is quite tuned to the storming presence of his Devil Fruit, as it has become a part of who he is and his character. From the bottom to the top: a pair of slick black boots, with a pair of dark blue pants that are detailed with blue-lightning. There is a shirt underneath the dark blue vest that has the colours of the rainbow in an assortment of shapes down the centre of the chest, and feathers protruding from underneath.

General Appearance: As with almost every member of the Adams Family, Junior has naturally blue hair and bright iris(es). His physique has changed quite a lot since having gone undercover as 'Captain Colour'; when his adventure first began was much bulkier, thicker muscle. With time having passed, he has slowly but surely leaned down to a much more defined physique.

Furthermore, he has lost some of his tans over time. He's not pale white, but the faint layer that once was simply fainted. There are several scars he wears that he gained from his cockiness that he had in his youth, but they are generally covered by his clothing. On his left shoulder is that one that he remembers vividly, the bullet wound scar from when he had taken one for someone.

The Character
Personality: Oh, how so much has changed.

There was once a time that Junior was the lovable, light-hearted and charming. Kind and generous, and so many other words that one would use to describe our bird boy.

After having gone undercover, he has become a bit more callous. It's not that some of those words used to describe him don't apply, they just don't shine through as well as they used to. Seeing how everything on the other side of the fence worked, and how people and their lives were affected by not only the World Government and the Marines, but the cruelty of how the world was structured; the good and bad. There was very little room for any middle ground. And, his side of the fence didn't always fall into the former.

He still maintains the training of his father and grandfather, and he still uses a somewhat professional set of manners and quirks when dealing with anything that would require it. Honour, courage and loyalty are still key components to what makes the boy tick, but there are times that he may stray. Having travelled with Himura and Badon, and being a 'pirate'; he came to learn that not everyone could be saved, and those three components were malleable.

Intelligence still plays a factor in everything that Junior does, while he does often make hasty decisions he realizes and counters himself on the playing field. It does not help that after the Neptunia Event, he has become slightly more paranoid and is quick to jump the gun and overindulge in every detail he can absorb about a situation and reflect his thoughts and theories immediately, leading to over thinking and acting on something similar to fear.

There are lines he never thought he'd cross, as seen with the slaves from Salt Island and his choice to sacrifice their lives for his own, as well as Travis and Rika- something that his grandfather would have never considered, but his father would have done first on instinct for anyone he cared about.

It would seem that in times of war, the reflection of his father makes itself clearer to Junior to he ever realized.

Hometown: St. Poplar, Grand Line

History: He was the first born to the fourth generation of the prestigious Adams Family; one of the golden, long line of families that have been with the World Government for a long, long time. An heir to old money from his elders of the past, most assumed the Adams Family were simply a rich family in a comfy position within the World Government and the Marines. Though such wasn't the case of course, as Junior's grandfather, Vice Admiral Lanchester Adams proved himself in times passed in not only physical strength but tactical talent as well. Of course, triumph continued onto his father, and now the story falls onto the junior.

The childhood of Junior is one that would be expected of being born into a family of the Marines. His training began at a young age alongside his adopted brother Rounin, and the two were constantly challenging one-another and it made for creating two outstanding Marines. Having the teachings of both his grandfather and father, there was a clear contrast between the two of them. Both of them were true Marines to their core but had two very different beliefs of Justice. Over time, Junior took to his grandfather more while Rounin took the latter.

Over the years, one can imagine how their lives progressed. The life of being a Marine brat was a pretty staple one, being the 'brat' of such a golden family came with the added bonus of having expectations of a name to maintain. Eventually, he and his brother attained commission officer rankings, while his younger sister Laci had started working toward her expectations and the youngest sibling Larissa was born.

During their time as low-ranking commission officers, during the Battle of Hatch, Rounin witnessed a superior officer doing something so disgustingly vile he almost became a traitor then and there but waited until the assignment was over and he had returned home to the Adams Estate. It was during the Battle of Hatch that Junior earned the bullet scar on his left shoulder, taking a bullet for his father. This was one of the few moments his father ever showed a sincere moment of worry for his son, though that's not likely true to Junior at the time it was.

At some point, the Vice Admiral had a meeting with other officials that were elder in age and had their names on history for something or another. The subject of the meeting was the cockiness that piracy has seemingly gained over the past several years; taking more risks, doing more drastic things. Names such as 'Sithel Circus', 'Jackson Nolan' and even 'Heaven' had been dropped during this discussion, among many others. They had many figures in play, of course; people more qualified than the soon-to-be 'Captain Colour' that was assigned to travel to the Blues, and try and make some way through the hierarchy of piracy. Of course, as you all know, he never really becomes that relevant and while he maintained his cover, his biggest impact was the Neptunia Event.

Undercover, Junior befriended Rika Badonn and Travis Himura, as well as met-up with his brother, Rounin Nagasaki who had evidently become quite the powerhouse and an apparent member of the Revolutionary Army. As Colour, he gained the trust of Jackson Nolan in the North Blue who then employed him to do what he needed. He has visited many Kingdoms, he met a mole mink named Excalibur and Travis punched a King. They played soccer with some hooligans, and Travis pretended to betray the crew. Rika and Colour travelled to Osula and got into some shenanigans and Junior came into the chest that eventually becomes known to belong to the Yonkou Bright-Eyes. They shot over Reverse Mountain, and Junior discovered the fruitcake (or pie) he had eaten from the orphans on Bayer had the Mythical Thunderbird Zoan. Arriving on Salt Island, Junior slowly slid into the dark side of things when he sent a whole ship of just-freed slaves to die.

They made it to the Nemea Kingdom where they stopped a take-over from happening, and Junior lost an eye.

The chest he had taken from the mayor of Osula held something that was needed for Bright-Eyes to use the destructive power of the titantic weapon, Atlas. It was after returning the chest to Bright-Eyes he made contact with the Fleet Admiral and warned him of the incoming attack on Neptunia. It was then that he returned to active duty, and fought alongside Glasgow and the Amezoku to try and attempt to keep Bright-Eyes at bay but of course, going against the major powerhouses of the Clockwise Pirates and Bright-Eyes himself, they stood no chance.

He eventually met back up with Travis and Rika, opening up to them and explaining everything he had done and was doing and even extended an offer to them to join the Marines as a 'thank you' of sorts for helping him all this time. They declined, and ways were parted.

And that's pretty much it.

Abilities and Possessions
Combat: The Adams Arts is a simple, but effective fighting style and at its core, it's about adaptability. The style itself is for the users to instead of using brute force, us their tactical wit and combat knowledge to adapt and shift gears consistently, moving their body weight as needed for their movements to be guided and precise. It's more of a state of mind that it is a true martial art. He's very knowledgeable of many different forms of martial arts, if not only to be able to combat them. Junior specifically favours using a more 'Kicksman' styled form of fighting, using primarily only his legs offensively in combat while his arms are defensive. Furthermore, he has a connection with the 'Spirit of the Phoenix' as does his father and grandfather and can achieve 'Phoenix Sage' where he can utilize blue fire to enhance his own abilities.

Traits:

Specific Devil Fruit (7 General Traits) - The player may choose a specific Devil Fruit, either canon or custom, for their character. These fruits are limited based on moderator discretion but can be of any of the three types.

Technical Mastery (2 General Traits) - Increases total technique points by 100% of your fortune score, but does not stack with Technically Adept (this benefit overrides the previous benefit). Requires 100 SD earned.

Beast Handler (1 General Trait) - Characters with this trait have a natural affinity for getting along with animals. Wild animals tend to behave either neutrally or friendly towards the character unless they are very strongly aggressive. These animals, with proper approach and care, may be made to be merely distrustful and may sometimes refrain from attacking. The user also gains one NPC pet, who may possess human-like intelligence, behaves as a crew NPC and is controlled by the player of the main character.

Super Sense of Eyesight (1 General Trait) - This character has achieved mastery over their heightened senses, gaining a single sense on par with Observation Haki. They gain special Technique Points that can only be used in this sense, of the amount of a quarter of their fortune.

Rokushiki Master (1 Professional Trait) - The character has completely mastered Rokushiki. Through vigorous training of pushing their body to the utmost limit, they are now able to make their own custom variations on any Rokushiki Technique. Additionally, they gain access to the most powerful Rokushiki technique of all, Rokuogan.

Rokushiki Savant (1 Professional Trait) - The character has a natural talent for Rokushiki techniques and as such, gains Special Technique Points equal to half their fortune to spend on their Rokushiki techniques.

Advanced [Kicksman] Mastery (2 Professional Traits) - The character has attained supreme mastery in one specific weapon or form of attack that they have Martial Proficiency (can make techniques greater than rank 14) with. Okay so first lets get that updated DF description from the list. Its mostly the same but has a nice summary of powers.

You don't need a GM tech now; it applies passively to every mastery tech you have.

Don't forget your DF techs get reduced range/AoE costs!

Assuming the kunai is regular knife sized, 117 mil for the seastone tip, dial, and tax for mixing materials without smith.

What's punisher made out of, and how many shots does it have?

Updated the devil fruit description.

Removed "Phoenix Strike"

I'm like, too lazy to do the math and numbers of the Devil Fruit techniques. Do I have to?

I'll deduct and edit the Edit Log accordingly after you price Punisher, it's six shots and made of steel.

Hydrogen Dial is storyline, Storm Chaser is event.

Edit: Also, I'm sure this doesn't need to be said but for clarification:

This is a revision scoop/patch scoop/whatever. I didn't want to go using my full scoop if I didn't have to,.

k, 3.9 mil for Punisher. Please make sure to note what its made of in its description too!

Gonna have to pay for that kunai too mind. I know it received a pricing, but that was pre seastone price changes and with revision scoops come re-pricing of all items.

Zoan forms are classed as major buffs so no one stat can be more than 50%

Thunder Giant is only -8 thanks to being a DF user on range, so you've got more power there. Sparkman tree also is using normal AoE costs, instead of 0, 8 and 16. You save tp, or gain power here, gotta be worth it.

Only thing I can see so...

Phoenix Warning is strange. It isn't a buff (which Super Sense does not grant anyway), but it doesn't really follow the usual sense format either. Could you make it more in line with an obs sense tech, so with AoE that lets him detect people in that range? Would also be good to specify in the trait and tech what sense is actually being amped, presumably sight.

With Jousting Orange, make sure to note that Junior himself doesn't really know where they will land, or that he's relying on instinct or something. Unpredictable works by making it so the user themselves don't know exactly how it'll turn out. Same with Darkbright

Thunder Giant and Storm Neos are fine as they are, but really if you want them to last more than a single post before dissipating they would need the Construct effect, though its your choice.

The SL "She is not Sweet" doesn't have a link in your gains/losses. Lucky for you I was able to dig it up: http://s1.zetaboards.com/One_Piece_RP/single/?p=1985875&t=5837610

There's a messed up link in your previous gains. First block, second from last, for 18SD, from "Philosophy in a Tea Cup." The link is there in the code but is being overridden by your ship purchase.

My counts keep coming out at 530 SD earned, so might want to double check that.

Alright, I fixed the SD count and the Philosophy in a teacup mishap. "She is Not Sweet" is there, but it's being dumb and not showing for some reason? It's probably a table thing, rip.

Can you help me with the technique specifics? What do I need to change, and such, to make them construct/rank/appropriate or whatever.

Sorry for putting this off for so long. IRL and all.
