Maggy was currently culling the population of hobo's inhabiting Cactus Island. This was neither an exaggeration or a misunderstanding, she was just... Bored. Of course she had a reason, albeit not a very good one. Upon arriving on the island that afternoon, she'd noticed some kids playing by the docks. Being her usual self she attempted to approach them, only for all but one to run away, scared away by just how beautiful she was, as was expected. But one boy stayed, although he had managed to fall on his butt and a small puddle was forming around him. When she asked him where the pirates on this island were, he'd been awestruck with how amazing she looked and stammered something about hobo's, which was why she was here now. "Shame they don't put up much of a fight" The outright murderer complained to herself as she let go of another man, presumably dead as shown by the blood which covered a good part of his body. One of these hobo's had to be one of the pirates that boy had spoken of. Of course she hadn't stopped for a second to think about the fact she wouldn't even know if she'd found him, or what the boy might have actually said. In fact he'd actually said something along the lines of "There aren't any pirates, most the people here are hobo's or priests". It was probably lucky she hadn't heard that last part too, though having missed the first part, the homeless population was going to have a rather unfortunate night. What's worse is that without a policing force on this island, and nobody about at night apart from those that had already lost their homes... Well there was nobody to stop this lady. As Maggy wiped the blood from one of her knives onto a cloth which she'd found on another one of the homeless people, she pondered where to head to next. She'd been stalking the alleyways without much success, and had been adopting the "Kill on sight" tactic which worked so well usually. But now... Well she needed something else. A sudden thought coming into her mind, she began walking down the alleyway, sheathing the blade and continuing to walk until she was at the halfway point. Taking a breath of cool nighttime air, she began spinning around. Wouldn't it just be so cliche if those pirates were to appear? Or maybe an ally to help her fight them? Or maybe both of them? Hint, hint. She paused again, noticing nothing. It had worked so well on Brick Blues... She coughed loudly in the attempts to draw some attention, ignoring the fact that she was currently stood a few feet away from a fresh dead body, and was still slathered in blood. Things would work out she was sure. "Come one, come all. Let's have some fun!" |

Takato stood tall and proud aboard his mighty vessel, the powerful waves breaking against the massive bow, spraying his muscular body with salty mist. Or so he envisioned it; in all reality the assassin simply stood at the forefront of a small dinghy he had stolen. He had been sailing for some time, and his provisions were certainly coming to the end of their existence. If he didn't reach land soon.... Well, that would certainly be an embarrassing death. Sighing in aggravation, the assassin took a step back, and fell on his rear rocking the entire boat as he did so. The brutal weather of the Grand Line was tearing this Dinghy to shreds, and if he wasn't more careful, he could be dead before hunger took him..... equally embarrassingly so. Sighing, he let his eyelids droop down as he drifted asleep, hoping something would be there to surprise him when he awoke next. "Do.... do you think he's alive?" Two priests stood over Takato, looking at the ragged teenager suspiciously. Poking him with their canes, Takato woke up - rather aggressively. Moving at his fastest, Takato had both of his hidden blades out, at the priests throats. A deep anger lied within the assassin, he didn't like being disrespected - let alone being jabbed with a piece of wood while he was asleep. However, his anger subsided as he realized what other people must mean. Looking around, he realized that he had found an island! Jumping backwards, and simultaneously re-sheathing his weapons, Takato nodded to both of the priests before continuing on towards the inner parts of the island. |

Silence. Not even a hobo decided to poke his head round the corner and enquire as to what the thief was currently doing. Well… Assassin, but Maggy had a feeling somebody was already referring to themselves as one nearby, so thief would have to do, and thief extraordinaire she was! Still… It was too quiet, and that just bothered her. At least last time that kid had turned up and given her someone to pick on. She snorted. Damn, the look on that kids face as she told him he was being left for dead. Damn, she could only imagine the number of pieces he was left in after that explosion. “It’s too damn quiet!” The thief yelled suddenly, heading back out of the alleyway and kicking aside a body in the way with surprising force. It was important to note right now her look, which included her typical “You! You’re coming with me” She declared, grabbing hold of the first guy she could find without paying too much attention to his looks, practically throwing him into the alleyway. Without giving him much of a chance, she then looked out across the street. Apart from this one guy hardly anyone was about due to it being late at night but… Wait, she could make out the glow of a bin on fire… Grinning, she whistled loudly, the type you used to catch someone’s attention and then waved her spare arm to call over some homeless people. Weird… She hadn’t been able to find any before. Addressing her new ally, she encouraged him further into the alleyway. “Yes yes, this is perfect. Ok Mr… Oh for fu- Whatever. Just… Walk down that way. There are pirates approaching, we have to kill them… Yessss. When they arrive, you’ve got to sweep in and come help me battle? Got it? Perfect! Now hurry up and hide somewhere” NOTE
