I want to remove Shigan and replace it with Jugon which was a technique by Fukoro. It's still Roukishiki counts as Roukishiki as it's Soru related and I've paid for Soru. So basically I'm removing Shigan and renaming Tekken ho Jugon and making all the Shigan Jugon variations instead with Shigan like properties in terms of piercing and method. I'm going to put down the reason why this being that this happened is due to him learning differently.

Bara Bara no Jugon (Rank 16)(Branched from Pistol) Type: Offensive Range: Melee - Medium Stats: Power: 8
| Description: This technique is an improved melee strike. The attack is quick and nearly invisible to the naked eye, executed at bullet-like speeds firing an attack using the speed of Soru! This is a Roukishiki Enhanced Strike using Soru as it's foundations! It's simpler and packs a punch..it isn't capable of switching damage types, carving non metallic object or precise damage however it's a good substitute for Shigan achievable by those with talent rather than practice.
Capable of being done away from feet but body must be almost intact.( Quick).
| Baragan! (Rank 22) (Branched from Jugon!) Type: Offensive Range: Melee - Medium Stats: Power: 10
| Description: This technique is an improved melee strike. The damage done by the user's fist is the attack is quick and nearly invisible to the naked eye, executed at bullet-like speeds. This can also be preformed by hair appendages in the shape of arms. It is the Chef Kempo variant of Shigan using the principles of Soru a Roukishiki enhanced strike. This move is incapable of piercing flesh like it's variant however it packs a greater punch, (Quick).
| Fork! (Rank 26) (Branched from Baragan!) Type: Offensive Range: Melee - Medium Stats: Power: 10
| Description: This technique is an improved melee strike. The damage done by the user's finger is treated as piercing. Additionally, the attack is quick and nearly invisible to the naked eye, executed at bullet-like speeds. This can also be preformed by hair appendages in the shape of arms. It is the Chef Kempo variant of Shigan using the principles of Soru. Out of all the Jugon variations this is the one the most similar too Shigan as in this branch of techniques the precision and material breaking abilities return. A defiant thrust of one's appendage into a focal point of damage which can pierce most non metallic substances. (Piercing, Quick).
Capable of being preformed by any finger in a linear motion within Bara range.

| Description: This technique is using the improved melee strike Fork's movements on a nail. The damage done by the user's finger nail (or toe nail) the attack is quick and nearly invisible to the naked eye, executed at bullet-like speeds making it possibly damaging. The user fires a finger nail using the same swing as Jugon which is capable of quickly moving towards the target tracking them before making the same impact as a bullet.
Capable of being done by any nail on the body however range is limited by distance from feet.(Curved Projectile, Piercing, Quick).

| Description: This technique is using the improved melee strike Fork's movements on a nail. The attack is quick and nearly invisible to the naked eye, executed at bullet-like speeds. The user fires a finger nail using the same swing as Jugon which is capable of quickly moving towards the target tracking them before making the same impact as a bullet. The bullet fires with better tracking and damage potential.
Capable of being preformed by any nail on the body however range is limited by distance from feet.(Curved Projectile, Piercing, Quick).
| Carving Fork!(Branched from Fork!)(Rank 30) Type: Offensive Range: Medium Stats: Power: 14
| Description: The user creates a long fork using their hair and fires it telekineticly at the target using the fundamentals of Fork. This is incredibly fast and hard to see with the naked eye fired similar too if it was launched with a harpoon gun. It will not stop till it hits it's target and will tear through objects in it's way, Once it reaches it's target it will tend to drag them forward with it till it reaches something it having the ability to maintain force till it reachs the edge of bara range.
Limited to use only in Bara Bara range the Partisan being quite short.(Piercer, Displacement, Quick)

Why should I be allowed to do this?: These technique trees both had quick as an elite effect therefore they are still changeable. Saves me a bit of tp and it can make when I scoop later a whole lot easier. The major change is that I've removed Damage type change which I really don't want or need anyway. Saves me more power and makes more General Effects open up.
I get this changes my move set quite abit however so did the patch. Once this is done I will no longer need any further patching and I'll be on my way.

| Description:Once per post, the Bara Bara user can separate part of his body into pieces to deflect the force of a strike or incoming impact that could be harmful. The smaller surface area reduces potential damage and chance to hit. During that post he can no longer use that appendage or item to attack the target, Often been done when the opponent is doing a wide swing it can cause them to be caught off guard afterwards. He is known to mutter Bara repeatedly whilst preforming this. (Deflect 8)

| Description:Using instinct-driven, reflexive movements and loosening up all of their muscles, the user dodges an attack much the way a piece of paper, Whilst turning into chunks of flesh! While in use, this technique reduces the effective accuracy of any targeted attack made against the user by a value equal to this technique's power plus it gives a chance to deflect attacks also. If this would reduce the accuracy of that attack to 0, the attack can be passively dodged without any expenditure of Focus. Attacks can not be made while using Sakura by whatever limb separates into pieces and this variation is purely unique to him alone. It is named Sakura due to the paper like seperated body part seeming similar to falling Sakura petals.(Paperlike, Fullbody, Dodging Formula, Deflecting 8)[/b]

So I had this idea for making a deflecting block.. and It made really no sense that Kuroda would not learn how to use Kami and Shigan differently from non devil fruit using practitioners. I plan on branching this into one which is unpredictable and disorientating. I don't get why making it quick would reduce the lowering of Accuracy.. I may try and ask for that to be tweaked slightly otherwise this seems like a cool fun branch let me have it. Basically let me use this for my Kami base. I'm aware now all of the General effects will be filled and I'll have to pay for additional as I add more with TR boosts. I mean I should be able to make Roukishiki variations, I'm paying the same cost for techniques other would for the same effects... let it slide! I mean I have a unique physiology I'd expect the same for a skypeian wanting a glide branch into their own style of geppou.

Can't just remove or change techniques without a scoop, unless a patch demands it specific changes be made. If you've already updated, which according to your sheet you have, then those techs stay put until you scoop.

Aww that's a bit unfair seeing as my entire character's build was changed by a recent scoop but if you insist.
I'm not gonna complain but it seems a bit silly not to let me change techniques effected only by a recent patch seeing as they aren't viable.
You guys pretty much crippled Shigan something I use alot, Pretty much all my techs were based on it, there is no chance of an exception? I mean it's natural I take time to think over such effects over a period of time and being a long member to expect me to be active enough to think it over in a short period of time is silly.
You've also made it impossible for me to even claim a scoop because you've said I cant keep my old LR which would mean I'd need to scoop AGAIN after seeing as you prefer to keep it too a minimal. I'd also need to change my haki focus. So like this is better since the only way I could possibly scoop properly is 500 SD.
So what I'm asking, Could I please keep my Old LR if I scoop now or could I make these patch revisions? Pretty much every patch that's came out in the past 6 months has a major change too my setup and I'm getting overloaded with necessary changes.
This wouldn't be a problem either if you'd said it be ok for me to trade in that AP that I foolishly purchased before a major advancement change as I'm currently in a topic which may gain me the necessary SD to scoop in time not something I'm asking for but another major change that muddled by character sheet up.
Put on top that the ban I got for not keeping my edit log up too date because dare I get lost rping rather than mindless micro management. Plus on top of that the massive red x I got for that and delay too my original process and pending till literally a week ago...over a change that was done the previous week.
Anyway this is my case more in detail, however if you don't feel still it not be ok for me to change the techniques changed in a recent scoop then that's fine. I'll just wait till I get to 500 SD. I won't be salty or nothing if this gets denied but meh.

No, it isn't unfair, because this applies to everyone. You know what would be unfair? Making an exception.
The rest of those paragraphs jump to about 4 different irrelevant topics and I don't really know what it is you're even trying to say with them. I have a hard enough time deciphering what it is I'm even supposed to be approving in the original post.
You can't just remove and replace a tech after updating them because you've decided you don't like them anymore. Something like that requires a scoop.
On that note I suggest re-reading the scoop rules. According to your gains/losses the last you revision scooped kuroda was at 210SD, and revision scoops reset at every 200SD. Assuming you are off the general scoop timer, which is every 4 months, then you'll be fine.
