| Height | Weight | Hair | Eyes | | 6'1 | 167 Pounds | Biscuit has short dirty silver hair | Biscuit's eyes are large and almost a yellow color, which can seem rather mesmerizing. His eyes are sharp and always portray his stern but kind personality. It is rare to see his eyes flare up in anger, but it can happen on serious occasions... |

The Character
Personality: Biscuit has a great sense of humor, albeit somewhat perverted in some cases, and usually smiles and laughs all round though at times, he smiles to hide whatever is bothering him so no one worries about him; those who are closest to him see right through it. Outside his world, he's just an ordinary, loud, hotheaded person with a fierce will and a knack for getting into trouble .Despite his brash, headstrong, and even slightly dumb nature, Biscuit is a strong fighter who overcomes his opponents through a combination of willpower, clever diversions, and more-often-than-not dumb luck Though his dark side occasionally shows itself once in a while when he is extremely angry or hurt. .....
Although Biscuit laughs and jokes with others he is merciless towards Pirates and doesn't hesitate to kill if the need arises which shows his cold blooded nature. Even though Biscuit appears to be a knuckle head he is a highly perceptive person and can easily deduce things that most people cannot by hearing or seeing something once which astonishes many people when he comes to such a conclusion due to the goofy manner in which he acts most times...But at times when the need calls for it Biscuit is fairly calm, serious, and level-headed |
| Hometown: Cook's Island, Calm Belt | History: He came from Cook's Island where his parents owned a small merchant village. The family had decided to take a vacation on a cruise ship (well, they do have them *points at episode 1*) using some money that they had saved up. Unfortunately, the ship attracted pirates, who abruptly attacked it. Hope rose for the passengers when they spotted a Marine vessel that was rather close by, but faded just as quickly when that ship too opened fire. Biscuit (who was, at the time, 12), who had always been taught by his parents to respect the Marines as the guardians of order in the world, was shocked that they could so easily be bribed into turning against a defenseless vessel that they should be protecting. Between the two enemy vessels, the ship was quickly incapacitated and many of the passengers were killed by the pirates, not from cannon fire so much as to ensure their silence about what had transpired. Others were taken prisoner under false accusations by the Marines. Biscuit’s parents fell into the former category.
The Marine
In spite of his rage at the pirates and desire for revenge, Biscuit realized that his best chance for his own survival was if he jumped ships to the Marine’s vessel and pretended to be a stow away from another town. When he was discovered shortly after completing that task, he begged to be taken along to a Marine base so that he could enlist and train to be a Marine, claiming that it was his life’s dream. The Marines, not being able to do anything else with him, really, agreed to bring him along. Biscuit did join the Marines, and spent three years there, though he never advanced much in rank. During that time, he trained himself hard so that one day he would be strong enough to protect the people around him. He learned the basics of navigation as well as how to judge the weather, neither of which he was especially good at. He discovered many officers who believed honestly and strongly in the job of the marines, to protect the people and enforce order, and many, who merely wanted the power that came with the position. Finally, Biscuit asked to unenlist from the Marines, and, using some saved money, purchased a small ship and set sail. He wasn’t sure what he was looking for, but he also knew that he wouldn’t be able to accomplish anything from within the Marines themselves when so many of them were motivated by money and power.
The Meeting
After a nasty storm, which caught him completely unaware due to his lack of proficiency in that area, he was left stranded on a very small island, with little food, though there was plenty of drinkable water left over from the storm and a nasty gash over his left eye (He's not blind). While looking for something that he could possibly use to escape the island, he found some pirates who captued him. For 2 years he lived as a slave on the Pirate crew, during his captivity he learned to harden his heart and push out any useless emotion he had ever had. He had hate for pirate, hate for the bleakness of his life, and hate for himself and his own weakness. Living 2 years on a pirate vessel told him a lot, he learned about the power of Devil Fruits and the ruthless laws on the sea, plundering and stealing, he soon formulated a plan for escape, he only needed one thing to make his plan complete…. The final piece to Biscuit’s plan came one day. The captain of the vessel had pillaged a Devil Fruit off of a Merchant ship. This was exactly whatt Biscuit wanted, when the men of the crew were rejoicing with their captain, Biscuit snuck a pistol under his shirt. When night came and the crew had passed out from their celebration, Biscuit made his move. He snuck into the Captain’s quarters, reached for the box only to be caught by the captain.
“You trying to steal from...” BANG
The pistol Biscuit had taken was pulled out the minute the captain grabbed his hand. Without the slightest bit of hesitation, Biscuit aimed and shot between the eyes of his captor killing him instantly. A paint of blood dripped down the side of Biscuit’s face and he could only smirk with content. Coming out of his daze, Biscuit realized he must have woken the crew by now. When the rest of the crew came to the captain’s quarters to investigate the gun shots, Biscuit burst out of the room, sliding between rows of legs. He made a bee line for the edge of the ship. He didn’t even look back when he jumped into the cold ocean water below.
The New Biscuit
Biscuit washed up on shore the next morning. Luckily for him a current had pushed him onto an island. Was fate playing games with him again? The island he washed up on was Cook's Island… His home town. Biscuit woke up in a bed, a fisher man had found him on shore and took him home. He was now 17 and with no where else to go, the Marine decided he would stay on Cook's Island for awhile.
For 1 year he lived with the fisher man’s family. Now he was 18 years old and he had only one goal in mind. 3 years ago he decided to quit the marines because he thought he wouldn't be able to change anything but now, he was going to change that dream. Biscuit decided with every fibre of his being to become an Admiral to change the marines and fight the unjust Pirates. He re-enlisted in the Cook's Island Division. However many were against his entry, he had been a captive for 2 years and was a free man for 1 year, that 3 year gap without reporting to the Marines was definitely suspicious. But Biscuit pleaded with them to which they finally agreed to let him back in.
On a certain day Biscuit walked down the streets of a town.Biscuit suddenly spotted something at the edge of his peripheral vision. Turning slowly, so as not to appear to be looking at what was going on in particular, he noticed a group of young men about his own age, maybe a bit older, backing an older man into an alley. “Well, don't they look friendly,” he thought to himself. Then he started to walk closer, all the while not appearing to be heading straight for the alley in case one of the thugs was watching.” I- I told you, I’ll get you the rest of your money next week,” pleaded the old man, desperation creeping into the edge of his voice. The thugs had him backed against the wall of the alley, and in his trembling hands he was holding out a small leather pouch. “That’s all I’ve got right now, but if you’ll just give me a little time-”He was abruptly cut short as one of the thugs, apparently the leader, slammed his fist against the wall to the right of the old man’s head and shouted “That’s not good enough.” Bringing his face right up in front of the old man’s he continued speaking in a low growl. “Maybe we should just take some the rest of this debt in blood,” he said, holding up a long bladed knife.
Before any of the thugs could react, their leader was hurtling towards the ground , propelled by the fist from Biscuit. Biscuit stood next to the thugs, as he glared at them. The two thugs just stared at him, and at the fist that had knocked out their boss with just one blow. Biscuit returned their glances coldly, then took a step forwards. The two thugs backed up rapidly until they were pressed up right against the back of the alley, quivering in fear. Biscuit simply looked at them and said “Power isn’t the ability to make life better for yourself, it’s the ability and duty to do for others what they can’t do for themselves. Never forget that. Now swear to never harm this man again, and get out of my sight.” The thugs ran like they were being chased by a demon, mumbling apologies and promises to live good lives that probably wouldn’t last out the week anyway. Biscuit sighed. Turning to the old man and smiled as he said “Sorry if I startled you a bit, but I expect that you won’t be hearing from them again.” And with that, he turned, walked out of the alley, and vanished into the crowd. |

ohaiyo.
Just as a note, without a martial profession (weapon specialist, marksman, martial artist, etc), you'll be capped at rank 14 for Martial (fighting) techniques.
Just pay up 70,000 for a pistol (rest are free).
Everything else seems fine.
