Some time had passed since the behemoth of a ship had been lifted from the sea. Causing the ship to levitate, Fudo, Wave, Godric, and Tatsuo rode comfortably above the treeline. Having wiped up most of the blood from his body, Fudo proceeded to the bow of the vessel. Still feeling a bit uncertain about his physical health, the big cat zoan was postured motionless. Staring down at the earth that was eclipsed by the ships shadow. Fudo noticed a few dinosaurs actively avoiding the odd presence of the levitating ship. I wonder if people will run from the shadow of this ship when it casts it's shadow on them. I wonder if the marines would run too? I don't know how I feel about regular people would feel running away from me, from my group. I don't know if that is the kind of fame I am trying to seek. I guess now, it's kind of hard to change the public opinion on me. I injured and killed a lot of people on Cactus. I'm sure that my parents heard about this, and aren't at all proud of my fucking actions. It's terrible what survival and will force you to do. It's terrible what uncertainty life throws at you. Staring down, at the treeline, Fudo was incapable of seeing much, he would use his haki to try and track any living things that were not human. If Koga, Kichiro, Alice, or Keiko were among the monstrous lizards the ancient zoan would likely be able to spot their silhouettes. They had very distinct characteristics about them, and if they were among the creatures, they'd be seen. Sadly, Fudo did not spot anything. Within mere minutes, Fudo would catch site of the ship that carried him here; the copy cat vessel. He didn't spot anything out of place as first. "Alright yo, we are approaching the beach. Wave, Bring the ship down slowly alright? I don't want them to think they are being attacked?" Fudo said as turned to the jisha user. It would still be snowing, and the night would have almost completely passed. Only some of the sky would be still be blacketed in the early morning. Edited by Fudo Saiken, Dec 14 2015, 06:10 AM.

Wave gazed out at the island slowly falling into twilight and then dusk below them as they sailed through the sky. The ship was large. Much larger than they needed for just the four of them. He wondered how many other crew-members Fudo had following him. He hadn't bothered to ask yet. He assumed that the 200 million beli man would have some sort of following. Hard for a man to amass such a bounty without at least some sort of support behind him. That also begged the question, how strong were his crew mates? Did they all possess his immense strength of spirit? Could they all materialize such awesome power by simply willing it into existence like he could? Even if they couldn't, what sort of strength did they possess? Would they be a threat. Wave took the time to consider his current situation. He had never planned on joining someone else's crew. Serving someone else's needs. Following someone else's orders. He really had to accept Fudo's leadership for the time being. The man had proven his immense power back on the beach. Wave had gotten the distinct impression that he could neither defeat nor escape from this man. He had been ready to die. To go down fighting. But instead Fudo had stated that he wanted Wave to join him. That had been an unexpected move. Wave hadn't really stopped to think it through. He had seen his way out of what he perceived to be a life-or-death situation, and he had taken it. So for the time being, he would accept Fudo as his leader, but no one else. Wave glanced back from his position perched on the prow of the ship towards his new crew mates. Tatsuo and Godric. These two must possess some level of fighting ability to have made it through the battle on the beach, but did they pose a threat to Wave? Reaching around to his back, Wave pulled a small round device from his waist. Lifting it, he stuck it on his ear. A small green view screen extended forward over his left eye and began showing readings in a dim light. The device focused on the three men on the deck behind him. The device showed a reading of "Minor Threat" over Tatsuo's head, "Threat" over Godric's head, and "Greater Threat" over Fudo's head. So there it was. This device was a spoil of war Wave had gained a while back, and while it was far from precise, it did give a fairly accurate summary of how a targeted individual's strength compared to his own. So, Tatsuo was weaker than he was, but he still possessed enough strength to pose a threat, especially given that Wave had no idea what sort of powers or abilities the man possessed. Godric appeared to be on a similar level with Wave himself, and Wave felt fairly certain that the man possessed some sort of Zoan Devil Fruit ability from the way he was issuing out those beastial roaring sounds back on the beach. If he was a Zoan, and possessed strength comparable to Wave's own, then Wave felt he might be able to beat the man, so long as he employed the proper tactics. Still, Wave wasn't one to underestimate people. He knew better than anyone that any power, used the right way, could produce tremendous results. He would have to be careful if he faced off with Godric. Then there was Fudo, and Wave wasn't especially surprised. He had suspected that the man possessed strength significantly greater than his own. He had been right that the best course of action would be to carry on for the time being and see where things led. He would bide his time and wait for the opportune time to strike Fudo down or bail on this rag-tag group. As they approached the coast on the far side of the island, Fudo called out to Wave. Wave saw the other ship which he assumed was Fudo's sitting at anchor. Fudo was spouting some nonsense about moving in slowly so that the others below wouldn't think that they were being attacked. Wave scoffed at that. We're coming in on a flying Marine Headquarters battleship. What else are they going to think? Wave glanced down at the ship. Nothing special about it from what he could tell. A quick scan with his Almost-Scouter showed that there were no individuals who posed any sort of threat on the decks either. Don't fret over it. I can take care of anything your ship down there can throw at us. Wave allowed the ship to dip down and swung it in to the water's surface. The landing wasn't especially smooth, and the ship rocked violently as it settled in the water. Wave, of course was unfazed since he had lifted off from the ship as soon as he had started the decent, flying above. As the ship finally settled, Wave floated down to the deck, hovering a foot or so off the ground. He snickered to himself somewhat mischievously suggesting that the rough landing hadn't been entirely by accident. Sorry, I hope that wasn't too rough for you! Item

Wave would respond with a scoff, something Fudo wasn't entirely used to in this situation. Turning his body around to Wave, Fudo focused his sharp eye on the jisha user. Leaning his side on the steel beams of the vessel, Fudo just stared at the man. He lazily stared as if he was not amused, the ship would descend abruptly from the sky. It speed in which the ship descended was nothing to fear, and in fact, Fudo enjoyed this experience. He had never before felt such power at the end of his hand. Even though Wave was a a new character to his band of outlaws, despite the violent nature of the man, Fudo had his power almost in his grasp. In the mind of the martial arts master, Fudo, Wave was someone that he could influence. Though he didn't want to control Wave, or anyone for that matter, he knew he had a great chance of making an ally of him. Staring at the man, Fudo could see some strange apparatus fixed upon the side of his face. He was pressed to address this object, and Wave's speech, but for a moment he took in moment. The ship was descending, wind was blowing against Fudo as flakes of snow kissed his warm skin. He was on a giant marine vessel flying through the air, he couldn't have been more mesmerized. As the ship smacked into the cold morning sea, Wave spoke again after elevating over the ship. The sudden collision caused Fudo to slip and nearly fall from his position. His ship began to quickly adjusting his footing, almost falling to a knee. "What? Rough? That landing was as good as I expected it to get..." Fudo slid in an obvious little jab about Wave's inexperience. "Don't worry though, you'll be doing this often, so you'll get it eventually." Fudo was feeling well enough to move about and he would have fixed his stature. Grinning at Wave, he would begin to walk over to the levitating man. "Wave, I just wanted to be as calm as we can. Yes this is a mother fucking marine battleship, but, presentation is everything. Not only that, but, my crew isn't the nicest or the calmest. You wouldn't be given a chance to stop the types of things they'd send at you. They are always in attack mode. The fact that we haven't been attacked now only means that they can tell it's me, or something is going on." Fudo while speaking would have approached wave till he stood a good foot from him. Staring at the mans eyes, Fudo turned his head over his left shoulder. "I honestly don't know what's up, but, we will find out shortly. Before we move one over to that little raggedy ship you see there, is there anything you want to talk about? Tatsuo and Godric are busy with themselves, and my crew isn't here. Feel free to ask as many questions you have, things will get chaotic pretty fucking quick once everyone get's together." The morning light would be gleaming from Fudo's left as well, providing light that enveloped him and Wave. Fudo would tens his muscles a bit, always trying to enforce his loud physical appearance. "Yeah man I'm telling you, this skin of mine is impenetrable. When I become the Lion, I'm like a god. Bullets bounce right off me, swords can't scratch me, my roar is like a thunderclap." Godric said bragging about his ability to the doctor as he got his check up. The two had managed to find a medical room on the ship filled with supplies. Grabbing some, they returned to the deck where the group was. Godric took this time to bond with the creepy spider guy since the other too were bonding. The ship moved through the sky swiftly, Godric could barely tell that they were flying. This Wave character was pretty strong, to be able to lift this ship and carry it to any location. He was pretty glad the man was on his side, for the time being anyway. The white haired pirate glanced at the 200 million dollar man, the supposed Captain of this rag tag team of individuals. Godric couldn't wait to see what kind of power this man had, to be worth that much must mean that this man caused the World Government a lot of problems. Which reminded the young pirate of his own fame. "I heard in the papers that they're calling me "The Nemean". I kind of like the sound of that. "The Nemean". It's suppose to be some lion from legend which I kinda like." The young pirate looked at the creepy doctor, unknowing of what the man was thinking or what he was actually. "So whats your story then Tatsuo?" He asked trying to start a conversation. "You some kind of bug? Who practices medicine? Which reminds me, what are the marines calling you?" The ship landed on the beach and Godric stood up, looking up as the moon shined bright in the sky. Another night on the island was the last thing he needed right now, this rock was causing him nothing but trouble since he got here. The young pirate looked at the doctor for a moment, "Looks like we're here. What do you think these other members are gonna be like? He said he had other members worth 100 million on his ship as well, I hope they're strong. I wouldn't mind testing my might against some of these strong pirates, could get me ready for the marines at G7." The young pirate looked over at the Captain, waiting for the man to make a move and lead them to the crew for introductions so they could set sail away from here. Fudo felt incredibly uncomfortable with the silence that filled the air. The stillness of the water was only amplified by the silence emanating on the ship. After Godric and Tatsuo has spoke with one another, there was no sound filling the air. Something isn't right, something definitely isn't right. Where are Alice and Keiko, it's too fucking silent. Walking over to the edge of the marine vessel, Fudo peered down at the smaller ship that Keiko and Alice were to likely be. There were no lights, there were no sounds, there wasn't a single ship hand on deck. Not even any of the incredibly annoying copy cats that dressed up as the crew. Deciding to not take a chance on standing idle, Fudo use his observation haki to scan the ship. Doing so, he could make out the auras of what appeared to be Keiko and Alice, both of the auras were laid flat against the wooden deck of a lower level. Shocked at this, he could see the aura of Keiko fading, and much weaker then Alice's. "Shit, my crew, they are in danger! I have to hurry! Ran, come quickly they will need your assistance!" Fudo Jumped off the deck of the Marine Battleship with enough strength to ensure he landed on the deck. Still using his observation haki he could see no one else in particular aboard the vessel. Once he landed he would use his 'Quick Silver' technique to move to their location at bullet speeds. Hours Later It was about noon, everyone would have been treated for their wounds sufficiently enough that grievous injuries were no longer life threatening. Everyone would be on the deck of the smaller vessel, under the hot island sun. Keiko and Alice would have been placed on cots that were shaded from the sun. Their cots would be placed side by side, and they were draped by large black bed sheets that hung a few feet above their heads. Neither of them would have uttered a word, and Fudo would have refrained from speaking to the rest of the crew; at least for not long. They would remain in their slumber, as peaceful as they had ever been. Doing what was necessary to make the two feel comfortable. Providing the cots, providing shade, providing a helping hand when needed. Every so often the ancient zoan captain would have went into the room on the vessel that was designated to him. The captains room on this replica ship. Once inside, he would refrain from weeping, he would only go into the bathroom, with it's broken mirror, and stare at his reflection in the shards. Staring at his bruised body, he thought about the events that lead up to this moment. On his last trip he had removed his bloodied clothes, he had refused any treatment until this point. Choosing to wait until Keiko and Alice were awake and healthy. Having removed his bloodied and tattered beach wear, he took a shower, the water was warm, and thankfully the die had deluded and was no loner sticking to his flesh or hair. It only had a bitter taste and smell. Placing on his regular clothing, leather pants, and his heel boots. Now, Fudo stared at his two companions, his back was pressed against the wooden mast that stood on the deck of the ship. After finding the two females in a bloody mess, the captain had nearly lost his sanity. Keeping his composure, he held back all anger and tears, and instead of showing any emotions, he just remained silent. His arms were crossed and his eye was intently focused on the two women, two of his dearest companions. Staring silently for a long period of time, he almost seemed entranced, occasionally, once could see him grinding his teeth. Spoiler: click to toggle

A clap of thunder sent the ship smacking on the waves. Alien bodies bored the ship making their way down below to the sour air in the belly of the beast. There they would find Kuro with sunken eyes bent over the sapling coffin poorly pasted together and sticky with tree sap. His world had crumbled, in the moment he had the desire to search for a doctor. His master Keiko had been attacked by a giant bat and put into a coma. He had told Alice, poor sweet Alice the girl willing to sacrifice her life for Keiko suddenly collapsed. She had given too much blood for her companion and was now to weak with an open wound. The black mass of a rabbit had no clue of what to due. He was trapped with the mocking feeling of the unknown hoping that Alice would wake up on her own, but she did not. The fifteen foot tall rabbit was hunched over Keiko's coffin with tears staining on his fur. He was so grieved to lose his first master and his willed second master in such a small amount of time. He cut into the coffin lid with his claws scrapping it up like a frighted hound. He slowly opened the coffin lid, seeing Keiko's body wrapped in her crimson cape and lifting it partially to see her two deep piercing wounds. One was right below her rib and the other was just half an inch above her hip. She was more lifeless than usual with her body more lanky from the loss of blood giving her sunken flesh to reveal the bones in her body. Her hands looked almost close to a branches with her bony fingers curled up to ensnare death. He heard steps looming down the staircase. He didn't bother to look it was probably those funny crew members but they could not humor him now. The incandescence of rainbow lights were blaring in front of Keiko's eyes within her dreams. The illumination was wild, but so was the creature eerie power. The giant bat's echo location was loud enough to pop anyone's eardrums and Keiko could no longer escape it's hideous melody. She was suspended in some kind of tar within her own mind with no way to break free. Keiko had no weapons and her body was struggling with no prevail, "Get away from me!" She refused to look into it's giant moon like orbs. She turned her head away when the creatures wings turned Keiko's head forcing her to stare into a rainbow of vampire luxury. She was blinded by the lights with tearing eyes, but she saw the fur morphing once again. The queen bats body was morphing into a rainbow texture of shimmering water that dove down Keiko's throat with her last bloodcurdling scream. There was deep conflict within Keiko's mind while she layed on the cot. When she awoke she was on a cot with her eyes barely open. Her face felt hot like she had a fever. She tried to move, but could not. She was too weak from the attack of the Queen bat that broke from reality and into her dreams. "I was in a nightmare..." She was confused not being able to comprehend her surroundings. Her eyes lids felt heavy, but still tried to resist the burning sensation. She had deep and heavy breaths. "Alice...Kuro..." Where am I? Where are they? What is this? She realized she was placed on a cot. I hope this is not some kind of scientific experiment. I cannot move, i is like I'm still suspended in tar. Or was it hair? Keiko cold barely turn her head. Her hands were cold and numb. She felt soar recalling the bruises those creatures have given her. She tried to lift herself, but only managed to slightly crack her back. Usless... I'm useless. Tears of rage began to well up in her eyes as he heard the voices. She wanted to kill them. OoC "Hmm... this is it...?" he said, looking upon the ship that he had walked to from this point. News was slowly traveling across the grandline that the 'warlord' known as Igloo, Izuru Kazehara was losing his status as a subsidized pirate for the world government. This meant that Djazz's not so diplomatic immunity was also running out, and all of the marines he was working for would quickly become his enemy. His goal was single fold. He wanted to find a place that was 'for him'. Somewhere he could settle down and live a fairly normal and quiet life. How surprised he would be to find an island that might as well have been millions of years in the past with literal living dinosaurs roaming around like it was the Jurassic period or something. Before he had an opportunity to move on, he was caught up in the panic of the local marines. Apparently there was not one but many potentially threatening pirates on the island who were making a fuss, and how convenient that Djazz had appeared to be the man to take care of the mess for them. For now, he would have to play along with the marine's game in order to keep a low profile, and accepted the job of taking down the pirates. He was surprised to learn that the man 'Fudo Saiken', according to his most recent of bounty sheets, had a bounty greater than 200 million beli. Raising an eyebrow his initial thought was that it was greater than Izuru's before he had become a warlord. He second thought was a plot that served his own means rather nicely... He was also given the bounty sheets of a few others who he might encounter. It seemed as though the marines were now waiting to make a counter attack for back up, and in the mean time they were hoping that Djazz would be the intervention they needed. He courageously jumped and lunged up the side of the ship to the deck, immediately greeted by a scene that showed as though it might have been the best, and also the worst time for him to be here. 'Fudo' himself was right in front of him, and it seemed as though a number of his nakama were recovering in the shade, "Hmm... they look a bit bent out of shape..." He thought to himself as he walked out into the sun, making his presence quite clear. ""Oy~ Oy~ You wouldn't happen to be Fudo Saiken right?" he said, retrieving the bounty sheet from his pocket and looking down on it then back to Fudo, then back to the sheet, then back to Fudo as though comparing the two, "Yup, definitely him, though... unless he has a twin brother, which I would probably believe with all the crazy shit I've seen... You the guy that made a ship float up and over the island huh?" He said. The 'shadow' he had refereed to early had caught the attention of a number of people, himself included. He waited to get a reaction first. He knew near nothing about this man, nor his temperament or his crew. While he could easily spill his intentions all at once, there was a certain level of necessary banter that had to take place for one man to feel out another. Either way, he seemed a wee bit upset about his harmed nakama, insisting that a heart existed somewhere within a man with multiple hundreds of millions of bounty on his name... "Maybe this is a bad time...?" he said with an almost dry and aloof tone to his voice. Spoiler: click to toggle

The crew had arrived at the location but the end result was not a pretty one. Fudo's crew was on the verge of death when the party arrived, blood stained everywhere as the 200 million beli man exploded with anger. It took a while to clam down but soon the doctor helped sort things out and the wounded began to get treated. Obviously the more critical members went first but soon Godric got his chance to fully recover and with that came a little cat nap. While the rest of the crew did their thing, the young pirate took it upon himself to pick a room and rest his eyes, after all it had been a long 48 hours. After several hours of resting the young pirate rose, dreaming nothing but black voids of nothingness and really feeling refreshed. He stretched his arms out and let out a loud yawn, slapping his lips together to moisten his mouth a bit more. He scratched his head as he regained his thoughts of where he was and what had happened. Things had taken a turn for the worse on this island, his friend had been taken by the marines and he had met up with another crew. He didn't know how to process the whole situation but one thing was clear, the Dr. Xenos absolutely needed to be saved. He looked out the window and notice the time of day, everyone should have been up by now so it was a good time to talk to the Captain about some things. The young pirate made his way out of the room and to the deck of the ship where to his surprise the devil himself was standing, looking over his fallen comrades. "Yeo Fudo, got a minute to chat?" he said as he made his way to the Captain. But he caught sight of another person, one who was not with them when they arrived in this location. In fact, this person wasn't even familiar, he wasn't at the marine base of anything. He was carrying a wanted paper of Fudo as he compared it to the real thing to figure the Captain's identity. "Who is this guy?" the teen said as he looked to Fudo. |

Time passed in incredible speed as empty darkness held in it's grips a new soul. Alice, the ruby red haired pirate who fought so hard, throwing he body to the wastes in an attempt to rescue her sister in arms, no... not just that, her sister Ookami. That ear piercing scream rang through the empty void as she slumbered. As fate would like others to believe, it would of seemed like the end for the taboo lovers. Ookami was on the brink of death herself, however ironic that was. Alice always remembers her sister to be the physical avatar of a Grim Reaper. After all, it would be an impossible task, even for a god like being to reap the souls of thousands all over the world. Fate then revealed that it was not time for them to go just yet as off in the sky, salvation had come in the form of a flying marine ship. Ironic that marines, the very bane of every pirate and the former faction that Alice herself had been from would be there to same the two pirates from the cold boney hands of death. Or, that is what it might of seemed like at first. On the flying ship that crashed into the waters was Fudo and a band of new people. It seemed Fudo was putting his charisma to good use again. Though, how long these new meat bags would stick around is yet to be determined. Had Ookami and Alice both been in good shape, they would of utterly destroyed the marine ship in one go, not bothering to ask questions. However, Alice herself was bleeding from a good sized open hole in her abdomen area close to the kidney area. Nothing vital was damaged but her wound was in dire need of fixing as Alice burned her flesh to keep the bleeding to a minimum. However, it was like tying a belt above an amputation point. It would slow the bleeding, but not fix the issue. Furthermore, internally, one of her intestines had been severed as well as her liver was torn. Both of these things would result in her death for sure but it was thanks to the skillful hands of an unknown man to save her. His hands set to work repairing what he could, but the part of the liver was too damaged and had to be removed. Though, the liver is an amazing organ and would return to normal in relative time. It is just Alice would have to not drink any booze for the next couple months. Now tightly bandaged and most likely to have a new scar, Alice lay beside her sister in a cot in the open deck of the copy cat ship. The fresh open air and shade were just the thing as Father Time marched his unending journey across all of reality within the multiverse. Never missing a step to anyone or anything. The blazing sun burned so bright in the sky as it signaled noon time. Ookami was the first to awaken but he injuries prevented her from moving, silently leaking wet rage from those beautiful eyes. Alice was next to wake as well. Her ripped clothing cut off and thrown away as her whole body was now white in bandage wraps, with some pink and red hues where cuts were. Groaning as those emerald green pools opened. Alice was away from the wall and closer to the central Mast of the ship then Ookami. Blinking as she wondered what was going on, trying to re-piece together the events of yesterday. The demolition pirate struggled to get up but ultimately failed as all the female warrior managed to do was flop over onto the hard wooden deck. Feeling had not all the way returned to her limbs yet. She could move at least. Alice landed the short distance from the cot to the hard wooden deck with a thud and a pain filled groan. Even as a mysterious man appeared at the absolute most worst time possible when Fudo's two biggest heavy hitters were down and knocking on death's door. It would be up to these three other mystery men to help Fudo protect them. As everyone's attention was on this new arrival, Alice crawled back up and stood upon shaking legs. Assessing her condition. She was alive, nothing was missing. She still had all fingers, toes, both eyes, nose, lips, ears, and all that stuff. However, the one thing that alloyed Alice most was someone had regretably forgotten to dress her in a gown or something. The average hieght woman stood on the ship in nothing but medical grade bandage wrappings and nothing else. The white cloth covering her body. After shifting a bit, she realized that she was not completely nude. As she was wearing a pair of white panties as well as a white sports bra. Well, at least someone had the heart to redress her but, these were not the clothing she wore yesterday. No matter, she would figure out who looked upon her nude body in time. For now, the air was thick with tension as all eyes were on this new intruder. "Fuck... out of the proverbial fryer and into the pan. Why does this shit always happen to us?" |

A doctor's job is rarely ever done, for there was always someone with some injury that required attention, this was especially true as the doctor of a crew of pirates who spent most their time getting hurt while hurting others. Checking Godric's wounds reminded him of memories of another life, a more boring and unfulfilling life. But the lion-boy was indeed an impressive and interesting specimen considering his skin which didn't even allow for a needle to pierce it no matter how hard he tried. "I am...something. For now, let's just say I'm your doctor." he paused when the lion zoan asked him if he had a nickname given to him by the marines but let out a sigh "Being in the spotlight is not good for one's health, thus I avoid it. I don't believe they have a fancy title for me yet." Soon after, the ship was landing and the doctor eventually met the rest of the crew. They were a lovely couple of experiments, two females (which didn't hurt things) and both of them seemed quite capable and unique. Of course he'd take care of them with the utmost professionalism, like any doctor should...though nothing was stopping him from taking a few samples for future projects, the same going for the rest of the crew. However, that would have to wait for they seemed to be in critical condition and his more than capable hands needed to be on their bodies, checking every inch for severe wounds. The black haired younger of the two seemed to be in the worst condition although the other, the very attractive red haired one wasn't lagging too far behind on the queue to death's domain. He needed to work fast, using the rest of the crew to help him carry the two up, he got to patching them up immediately. Normally he'd make a joke about them dying several times to lighten the mood and judging from Fudo's face and heartbeat, it was rather unwise. Honestly, while they were in a rather bad condition, it wasn't anything he hadn't taken care off before, an easy quick fix came first with a more permanent one once they were stable. They would not be able to fight for a while. Once the two were out of critical condition, several hours later, it came the time to do a more delicate procedure. Informing the other, male members of the crew to go away, he began the very important task of changing their clothing. Well of course he didn't have anything at hand that could be used as proper attire for patients, even the gowns in the marine ship seemed to have been torn to pieces by some unknown fiend. It had to be done, leaving them in their underwear was less than desirable but he had to do what any professional should, undress them and give them something decent to wear...and change their bandages of course. It wasn't long until after he was done that a new arrival came about. This, however, mattered little to him as he instead focused his attention on the two patients. One of them seemed to have awaken yet she was unable to move, as he had predicted, while the other was doing her damnest to defy logic and get to her feet. As the hot red haired one stood up and stared in the direction of the rest of the crew, he moved toward her, removing his coat and draping it over her bare shoulders. "As you doctor I advise you to lay down and rest as you are in no condition to be standing, much less walking about." he said as he moved to pick her up in order to drop her back where she should be resting like the other one "Failure to comply might result in a very disgruntled doctor having to break your legs to keep you down. Let's not get to that point shall we?" Edited by Ran, Dec 21 2015, 02:17 PM.

Staring at the cots, Fudo's left eye widened as he saw Keiko coming to life. Immediately he felt elated at the sound of her waking voice. Moving to her side quickly, he heard her say that she was in a nightmare, asking for her friends. Fudo placed his hand on hers as she laid in her cot, tired and weak. Moving beside her, the zoan bent down, he would speak as gently as he could."Keiko, it's me Fudo, Alice is okay, she's right next to you. Don't waste your energy don't move you're fine." Fudo smashed a smile as he tapped his thumb on the back of her hand. Slowly rising to his feet, Fudo heard the sound of someone jumping aboard the ship. Whipping around quickly the ancient big cat zoan turned and rose, as he began to focus his observation haki on the intruder. He saw a man that he had no recollection of, and considering that they had destroyed a base just a few hours earlier, a sudden attack was not out of the question. The man was dressed formally, at least his clothing seemed like that of an upperclassman. He didn't appear to be wearing anything that seemed as though he was send from the world government, but anything was possible. Moving within three meters of the man, Fudo took an aggressive stance, raising his arms to his side, the zoan stood tall. Glancing at the mans attire he heard the man speak. Asking Fudo who he was, this unknown man caused more questions to arise. Fudo remained quite as he saw the man pull a bounty poster and confirm Fudo's identity himself. The man was asking a lot of questions and the martial arts master wasn't going to let a stranger just run the conversation. With Keiko and Alice injured, and the the newer members watching idly, he couldn't appear weak, nor allow his crew to be assaulted. "Yeah, I am Fudo. But, you can already see that from my bounty poster. Before I say a damn word you'd better tell me who you are and why you've come here. It's not a bad time unless you are looking to start some shit. So, I suggest you don't make any sudden moves, and be as honest as you can." The big at zoan had his sights focused on the stranger, while focused he heard Godrics voice emanate from behind him. Asking Fudo a queation to Fudo, the Beast Blood Captain responded quickly. "Now's not the time Godric. He said in a low tone as the mythical zoan approached his side and asked him yet another question. "We're about to find out..." Fudo said with a reassuring nod a grin. Spoiler: click to toggle

Djazz now found himself a tad bit curious as to exactly what had taken place before he had showed up... if his mission was to eliminate this gang of pirates then it would have been all too easy considering a number of them were injured and the 'Fudo' guy that seemed to be their leader happened to care about them; at least to the extent that he would get emotional over them. He imagined threatening their life might put their leader in a bit of a compromising position, and to be honest part of him wanted to test the temperament of this captain. A bit of wisdom spoke to his impulses as he thought of the wounded and cornered lion and it's propensity to strike out in desperation. Folding his arms slowly he though "I wonder if this counts as a sudden move..." before speaking much more fluently, "Hmm... well I don't mean to crash the party but, this is a little time dependent. I'm Djazz Hyperion, a lesser known swordsman from these waters but apparently qualified enough to send to chase down a bunch of pirate. Now I'm not the type to kick a man when he's down so I was hoping we could arrange something a little differently then what the marines had in mind for you..?" He said. He didn't want to give away too many details immediately. Information was precious and for him to disappear in the fashion that he had imagined it would require that the knowledge of his true destiny was kept to as few as possible. After all, this required some amount of trust in the individuals and he had no reason to trust a pirate, let alone one with quite a large bounty on his head. "I'll cut to the chase! I'm contracted with the marines, you see. Whatever you did here along with the floaty ship stunt has earned yourself a good amount of attention. They have confirmed that yourself at 200 million beli as well as many others with over 100 million beli can be found on this ship. I'm supposed to come here and prevent you from leaving. The easiest way would have been to disable your ship and make it unable to sail," he said, something that he was particularly good at, and mind you, was something that he could have done without boarding the ship neither making himself known. "With you trapped on the island their reinforcements would come to mop you up. I guess you're important enough that they are sending a few big guns your way. And to think with all the war talk from Bright-Eyes they actually spared a battalion for you.. Hmm..." He said, trying to make it clear. It was the truth as he had asked for. Djazz was either to defeat, stall or disable the ship so that they couldn't leave. Apparently marines as high as Rear or even Vice Admirals were coming to capture Fudo and his crew while a few of them were weakened. This was exactly the reason why he bothered following Izuru in the first place. The immunity that came with their warlord status meant that bumps in the road like random ambushes never happened... or at least happened less often. "While I'm sure for a guy like you the idea of a strong challenge is exciting, I also reassure you that they aren't looking to fight fair, and that your weaker and perhaps wounded nakama would be put in danger..." he said, taking only a second's pause to size up the man who was listening in front of him. No doubt this Fudo guy took his words quite seriously. Especially if any of his broad accusations about his character struck home. Even if he was wrong and his character was completely different then Djazz's assumptions, the very idea that Djazz had the tenacity to pretend to know him would get somewhere underneath his skin... or at least open his ears. "I'm not one for ultimatums, but here's the punch line. Fudo, you do me a little favor and I'll point you in the right direction to keep you from running into the incoming marine ambush... however if you aren't feeling up to it then I have no choice but to carry out my duty as per my contract with the marines." He said, his foot pivoting slightly and his hand moving to grasp his belt near the hilt of his blade as though brandishing his sword. Djazz realized that the pirate would have equally as many reasons to trust Djazz as Djazz did him. For all he knew even if he did accept to hear Djazz out further that the swordsman would lead him right into the ambush. In any high stakes situation, sometimes a life needed be gambled, and a leap of faith required to come out on top. If his words provoked him so deeply that he lashed out against him, then perhaps he would still have an opportunity to enact his plan with Fudo acting as his blind mouse. Tsk... I hate stealing the spot light like this... He thought as he considered how he might have hijacked the attention of those around him. Edited by TGIFlash, Dec 20 2015, 11:10 PM.

Alice looked on as it seemd things were getting even more tense as Fudo burst across the deck over to the rather well dressed individual. This man who has suddenly and mysteriously come to stand aboard the recreation pirate ship looked to be something of upper class. The way he held himself and even the way he spoke was something that screamed this man was a man of high honor and respect. Nothing akin to actual royalty but, more like a mayor of a city. Perhaps a sheriff to a large city. Either way, Alice was not too keen on the idea of fighting him. Something screamed inside her to not even try fighting him as she would surely die. The way he held himself and did not even flinch as Fudo attempted to be the first shield to protect his fellow crew members. It would of been a nice display of loyalty if it was not for the fact that they were all in this mess because of Fudo and his new found friends. Behind her, Ookami was waking up as a man came over and placed a coat over her shoulders. The coat was heavy and to her already weak state, made it impossibly heavy. Thankfully, the random man caught her and lifted her back to her cot. Spouting off about being a doctor and how it would be unwise for her to disobey his orders of else he would have to due further harm for her overall good. Looking at him with a smirk as she tried to focus her will power. However, this time it was not happening. Her limbs were not becoming coated in a black shiny armor of her very will power manifesting it's self into a physical form. So it seemed Alice was weak and was left with utterly no defensive abilities either. Still not one to back down, Alice said, "Ha... any other time, I would of loved to see you try. You would of drawn back a couple of stumps and maybe missing part of your manhood Doc... but for now... The ruby red haired pirate closed her eyes and laid back, using her elbows to prop herself up some while not bending too much around the abdomen area. For fear of bursting whatever patch work he had preformed upon her. He was also the one responsible for dressing herself and her sister. Though, from the way he acted and everything. This Doctor seemed at least professional enough. So, the revenge aspect was let go for the time being. Sighing as she moved she continued saying, "... I guess I am going to have to follow Doctor's Orders. Fucking hell. Just be warned Doc... do anything funny and Imma give you a prostate check with mah fist and maybe leave a foreign object of the explosive variety in there as well. Got that? Now... thanks but, look after mah Sister please. Ookami is her name, mines Alice. Just... treat her, Imma quick healer. Reptile zoan abilities." Mean while as Alice spoke to the fellow red head, she looked past him and back to the action at hand. Rather, the non-action at hand. It seemed Fudo and another man with blond hair and muscles were standing guard in front of the fine gentleman. If things erupted into a fight, Fudo would be at a disadvantage. Not only was herself and Ookami sort of sitting ducks, but Fudo seemed to be recovering as well. This would mean this guy could easily use herself and her sister as weak points. Either by threatening them to get Fudo to do what he wanted or, to straight up kill them. Which would mentally throw Fudo off his fighting game as rage would disrupt his usual techniques. As it was, it was like two power house nations, both armed with weapons of mass destruction were in a cold war. Neither wanting to act but ready to make a counter move. |

Keiko was not amused. She had the nauseous feeling of throwing up on herself. The queen bat forced itself into her body in her nightmare. Was it possible to have actually done so? Keiko was unsure, but she knew it was not her choice to be brought back from the other side. This creature that spirals out of control, the queen bat had killed her and brought her back. She could still hear its echo location even now vibrating in her ears. It must have been speaking to her, since she was put in a coma, but from a far radius. It did something to her. She felt different like something just wasn't right. Fearing the worst she took a long whiff of air. She could not see who was in the room, but she could smell a mixture of different aromas. She knew that there was a man that carried the stench of disinfectant, which must be the doctor. She heard Alice's voice near her assuming she was also on a cot, but then heard her footsteps. She knew it was Alice from the sounds of her steps from her given weight. However, the disinfectant brought her back to her cot and placed her down with slight creek. Keiko heard Alice's kind words and was more than over joyed to hear her alive, "Alice your all right..." Then she turned solemn, "Doctor please come here. I have to whisper something to you, but don't tell anybody." Her gaze was on the ceiling and though she knew her attempts to even move were seemingly fatal she attempted them. Only managing to move her fingers tips she rubbed them together to generate some feeling back. Her long nails were scratching and clicking onto one another. She waited for the doctor to come near. She waited for the doctor to come near her cot patiently waiting for him. Her lips slightly parted showing two rows of very sharp teeth. "I am in dire need for fresh blood. If you can get it, please feed it to me. My stomach hurts..." She could now tell that she was too weak from being drained by the bat and has lost too much weight. Whatever brought her back from the underworld was scarier than death itself and wanted something from her. Her eyes narrows in thought of this utter puzzle of annoyance. She did not want to imagine the sight of her now, but her ribs felt too close to skin and it was unpleasant. Her chest was heaving deeply and her breaths were long and drawn out. Her icy fingertips were wrapped in tight as she practiced moving her fist. Her red eyes loomed to Alice's direction without turning her head. "Talk to me Alice, I miss you so. Your voice always leaves me in vehemence. I'm sorry I could not catch those two canaries I needed them for a special occasion that only comes once in a person's life. I apologize for appearing so pathetic." She could still hear the voice of the outsider. She knew Fudo could handle himself, so she had no need to be worried. If she could get up she would have taken someones blood as a sample so she could always identify them. The aroma of smell could always change, but two fragrances on blood were never alike. She liked the taste of Alice's blood especially there was something interesting about it. Her blood had the perfect texture, color, and warmth she could find no where else. It was a beautiful signature that matches Alice's beautiful red locks. The smell of Alice's blood was just to die for and new that no one could compare to it. However she would need these samples right away... There was a loud thump and when she looked there was the black mass of rabbit. Keiko heard her faithful companion dragging something at his side, but could not see what it was. His arms came to hug her and he licked Keiko's face with a wet tongue that left drool. Keiko smiled sweetly at Kuro before he pulled away. Always pretending to be her shadows the lanphan swiveled under her cot, but not before rubbing Alice's head and kissing the doctors cheek. The fifteen foot tall behemoth gave shallow giggles under the cot with his legs poking out the bottom. |

Godric looked at the two wounded from earlier, they were starting to regain consciousness but the stranger sort of drew attention from that. Godric saw the intensity in Fudo's face, his tone was pretty strict. The young pirate had only just met the man but these signs were kind of obvious, this stranger was probably an enemy from the way he was standing and that sort of meant Godric had to help out in case they were attacked. Of course, he was new to this whole "underling" thing so he would probably want to wait and see what actions the situation called of him. "Hmm?" he hummed, raising an eyebrow when the stranger introduced himself to the group. The name was familiar, but Godric had never met him before. Why did it ring a vague bell then? The wind blew causing strands of white hairs to flow into the pirate's face. He raised a hand to brush them out of his face as he listen. It seemed the man was an errand boy for the marines, but he seemed to be delivering a warning to the group about an oncoming attack from the marines. Godric scratched the back of his head as he looked down and sighed, it seemed the marines were everywhere these days. This Bright Eyes stuff must be that important to them, if Godric was going to understand all of this, he'd have to start reading the newspaper more often. The teen looked at Fudo who was still listening to this Djazz's words, a favor was then asked as the teen brought his attention back to the man. Oh? He's got balls. Not many men would come aboard a ship they were sent to destroy, spill the beans about an on coming attack then ask for a favor out of the blue. This guy has to be pretty strong to think he can hold his own against this many fighters. he thought as he cracked his knuckles expecting the worse to happen. "Wait!" The word escaped him as a sudden realization hit. "I've heard your name before. Yeah I remember now. It was before I came to Little Garden, back when I was on Sky Island. I ran into a strange kid who had powers like this Fudo here but there was another heavy hitter up there. What's his face...." Godric said holding his hand to his chin as he thought about the other's name he met back on the island in the sky. "Tsu... Tsubaki! Yeah that ninja kid. He was with this Warlord. The motherfucker was freezing everything up there, started a whole mess with his ice and fucked up a lot of shit. Marines came and I was stuck handling that bastard Hawking again. Your name came up tho, you're with that Warlord. Fuck was his name again... Ibobo or Ishushu or something? Yeah, that guy. Is he here with you?" Godric asked hoping the situation wasn't going to get worse. |
