Height: 7’8
Hair: Vyom Packard initially had nape length, deep purple messy hair, which was slicked back. However, now even though Boscawen has his hair slicked back, he has relatively short hair
Eyes: He has deep set drooping eyes, and thin eyebrows that appear to be in a perpetual 'sad' position. He also sports several kinds of shades, glasses and goggles for separate occasions. However, his most preferred shades will be his favorite slim and slick black shades.
Clothing/Accessories: Upon reaching Captain, Boscawen switched to a more classical look by sporting the White and Blue Marine uniform. He wore a full sleeved white marine sailor top with parallel blue lines on the sleeves and collar. While he also sported a marine blue neckerchief white white lines on it. The trouser worn was slim fitting of blue colour which are tucked under black long boots.

Boscawen also wears black leather gloves on both his hands. There are words written on both the gloves just above the fingers and knuckles. On the the right glove, the words 'JUSTICE' and 'SHALL...' are printed in white. While the left glove has words 'AlWAYS' and 'PREVAIL!!' printed on it in the same manner.

He now wears the "Justice" (正義 Seigi) Senior Officer's coat by draping it on his shoulders. The coat to a certain extent is customized with braided epaulet fringes, violet rolled up sleeve ends, v shaped violet and black stripes on the epaulets and with a couple of medals attached to it.

However as Mr. Plague, the most prominent part of Boscawen's clothing are the black pipe hat, the wooden plague doctor mask covered in white leather along with several clear stitches on it; along with a large, white feather jacket that he either randomly drapes on his shoulders or properly wears it. Along with that the most preferred clothing is usually black two piece suit with similar leather shoes or definitely black trousers with black and gold colour boots. The shirt is random in colour ranging from a single colour to a floral shirt. Boscawen also carries a cane with him with the Frostbite logo on it. He can also substitute a paper bag with holes for his mask and hat combined.

General Appearance: Vyom is a tall man with medium body build. Despite this, one could see his sharp body features such at muscle cuts, broad chest, etc. His features could say that, he had trained from a very young age to gain them. He initially had floral tattoos made on the left side of his body. But, over the in Grandline, those tattoos were covered up with an 'X' shaped cut mark on the left side. Also, Boscawen had burn marks in some parts of his body.

After consuming doku doku no mi, Vyom seemed to have turned more pale. Along with that, he now had dark circles around his eyes, which he keeps covered with either his glasses or his mask.

The Character

Personality: Boscawen was initially a laid back person who often talked with other marines in a low and polite tone irrespective of rank. He also had an habit of mocking his opponents during his fights, which was a part of his game plan. He really cared and looked out for his men during his earlier days. He liked talking with non pirates.

However, after, the incident in Sabaody Archipelago, Vyom initially turned a bit cynical and a bit ruthless after the death of his crew mates and was more stern and serious regarding his work. He also became much more thrilled while fighting others However, after being briefly stationed in Naia Island and being acquainted with the Frostbite Pirates secretly, he again had a change in his personality and he reverted back into his old personality of being laid back.

But, This laid back personality is just something Vyom did to hide the monster inside him. In fact, he did not change, he just put forward a fake guy act just to avoid any suspicion of being involved in fishy business. More than that, he is more blood thirsty and ruthless than ever. And this side only revealed itself only when situation really demands it.

Hometown: Swift Breeze(original), Karate Island(early days), Marineford(current)
History:

Boscawen was born in Swift Breeze, South Blue. But, at the age of 4, he was orphaned in the sea as the ship carrying him and and his family got destroyed by a heavy storm, killing everyone else but him. Vyom then ended up in Karate Island along with the wreckage. Being a resident of Karate Island from the age of 4, he had developed an interest for Martial arts. So, from a very young age of 6, he had began training solo in Sandbag forest to become a martial artist as he didn’t have money to pay for being a member of a dojo. He was a poor kid who didn't have any Beli to spend on his training fees. During his training days, he trained with wild animals to bandits who took shelter in the forest(the bandits were afraid of Karate kid) with one dream in mind to be able to fight for his own interests.

By 13, He had well adapted to many numerous martial art forms but had yet to master any. He starting gaining fame at the age of 15 when he defeated many of the young martial artists in a junior tournament organized by the dojos. He defeated everyone until he was eliminated in the Quarter Finals. However, Boscawen after all these years of training to fulfill his dream had lost interest in being a poor person. Karate Island wasn't interesting anymore to him. He couldn’t find anything to do that caught his attention. Even a time came when Boscawen tried out the art of carpentry, but even then he eventually lost interest in it, despite gaining vast amount of knowledge in carpentry.

Then, he decided to join the Marines at the age of 16. And in the span of 4 years, he rose up solely on the basis of his own merit and outstanding performance. He fulfilled assignments of taking out Thieves, bandits, etc very seriously so that he could find his lost interest in life. It appeared he started gaining his lost interest, but by now, he also started losing interest in being a non-commission officer.

Vyoms turning point in his life was during his days as a Lt. Juniour grade. He had a crew with him which was almost like Family to him.But they were killed off in a pirate ambush because of lack of reinforcements as all the marines on the nearest oupost, Sabaody Archipelago Marine base were forcefully assigned to re capture a Celestial Dragon's dog which had escaped. This brought about changes in Boscawen for good. Eventually, his hate for Celestial Dragons grew at a geometric rate.

However, in the Grandline, Vyom actually started to unfold his potential and destiny as he ended up consuming doku doku no mi and also secretly joining the Frostbite Pirates as they all had a common interest now and a common feeling. Boscawen trailed Frostbites and eventually met up with the Shichibukai, Izuru Kazehara and then found common interests. All of them despised the Celestial Dragons and Vyom finally found something in the Frostbites that he almost found among his first crew, i.e. A family.

While going up in ranks, Boscawen had learned an important skill of forging and being able to wield melee weapons very efficiently.

Combat:
Vyom Packard was initially a martial artist and with his days on Karate Island, he came up with his own style of combat, The Inhuman Jujitsu. This martial art style came into existence when he clubbed together some more new techniques to improve his Salvage Jujistsu. However, the martial art style of his still gives a lot of stress on kick boxing, hence his moves are mostly punches and kicks. It also incorporates claw based attacks and occasional grappling.(The mastery is only applied to Punches, kicks and claw thrusts/ strikes)

Along with this Boscawen has developed a new skill in forging melee weapons and armour. And because of that, Boscawen also has proficiency over every melee weapon he creates for himself. But his preference is generally a sword. So he can work his way quite nicely while using swords which he made himself. But he can still use other melee weapons.

Name: The Beast Hunter

Material: Titanium, Adam wood(Tier 3)

What is roughly looks like

Function:The Beast hunter(Saw cleaver from Blood borne) is a versatile, bladed weapon which has a unique folding mechanism located in place of the guard. The hilt, which is made of Adam wood is roughly S shaped and is attached to the flat metal blade of Titanium with one end being forged to slice and cut while the other edge forged to simply shred through targets. Upon pulling the trigger to the folding mechanism, the blade extends into it's longer version.

How it works

The only downside, at least to sane blacksmiths and weapon specialists is the absolute unreliability of the flipping and folding mechanism, as the weapon has the habit to suddenly flip open without any warning at times when the weapon is slashed, be it in the air or on a tangible target. This unreliability adds to the unpredictability factor of the already dangerous weapon.(In-built effect: Unpredictable)

I have some question regarding techs.

Do I need full body for my doku poisons?

And since Shamma said Doku gets passive less effective duration damage, is it even worth investing general effects on duration damage to make the existing passive effect even more powerful?

-Oathkeeper Price: 2,600,000 beli.

-Arrow Jab: The +4 from mastery can be used either for power or for effects. In this case the power should be 4 since you’re using the +4 to pay off the displacement effect.

-The above applies to Whip Kick and Buck Shot as well.

-Submachine Punch should say +8 Gattling rather than 18. It’s just supposed to be the cost of the effect.

-The above applies to Whiplash kick

--As for the duration damage effects on your doku stuff I’m not sure about that. I’ll have to talk to Shamma about how to handle this fruit and I’ll come back with a ruling. Went ahead and took care of what I could at the moment however.

  • First thing is first. While I do appreciate the sudden rise in my beli count. But still have to inform you guys that, oceo perhaps had made some sort of a mistake while counting beli. I mean I could see the 0.5 multiplier on my sd count. But in reality, Boscawen is engaged in his first sl in Grandline at the moment. So in no way can he have 0.5 multiplier, I suppose. Also, I had made a few changes in my arsenal so probably, the entire process of Beli standardization has to be re done. Nevermind. Issue solved.

  • Secondly, I have finished the first two queries of Hids. Although, I personally feel that +4 effect should be both for effect and power instead of either. like Arrow jab should have power 8 and +8 displacement rather than the change I made. Otherwise the tech making process made me a little confused. But thats just me.

  • Not sure I got the next two queries of Hids either. I changed the techs based on my understanding of what Hids said. Didn't know that we don't have to invest more pts on the general effects rather than the one mentioned while all the remaining pts just go fit in the power section.

  • And finally, I am cool with that. Please do inform me about the ruling and thank you Hids

Um... When I first obtained Mastery Trait, I was told that A particular MA style could have three kinds of strikes at once and not more than that. So I included kicks, punches and claw strikes. Didn't know the ruling changed.

Pretty sure that's how it is now Arche. Don't like overruling other mods, but I was confused on that myself and told otherwise. Three kinds of strikes is good, I'll look over this app more later to at least help out with non-Doku stuff while that's being sorted. So sit tight, and if you changed anything you can put it back.
