Your best nightmare.
[ * * * * ]
Wave was surprised that Alucar didn't seem to make the slightest move to try and avoid the projectile that he had sent plummeting towards him. Instead, he allowed the blade to pierce him through the shoulder. This was a rather odd man that stood before him. Indeed, he seemed to almost enjoy the excitement of the situation despite the pain that must have been coursing through his body. Wave froze where he stood and watched the man slowly pull the sword from his shoulder and lay it on the counter. It wasn't that this sort of thing was entirely unheard of. Nor did it scare or alarm Wave. It was just exceedingly odd. Wave was no stranger to pain, but when he was on the receiving end, he would allow his body to move in order to protect it's weakened sections. It was simply sound tactics. To stand there and take the damage without any apparent regard for the strategic danger it presented... Just didn't make sense to him. It made him wonder. Was this Alucar character truly strong? Or foolishly insane.

Wave didn't have much time to ponder this dilemma though. As he stood there, trying to get a read on the man, Alucar dropped the bottle from the bar he had been playing with. The bottle immediately burst into flames on the floor of the bar. Wave rose to stand straight as Alucar raised his right arm, which opened at the wrist revealing a metal barrel. Cyborg. Wave almost growled, and he leapt to the side as Alucar set off his cannon-like technique. Wave didn't realize, though that this move was made to propel the cyborg up and through the roof, out of harm's way, rather than fire off an offensive attack. He rose from the floor to see the fire the cyborg had left behind. It appeared to be burning quite hot and spreading fast. Wave supposed he could try and put it out, but honestly he didn't care enough about the bar to put forth the effort, especially not when there was a stranger outside asking for a beating. Mag-Lev. Wave rose off the floor, hovering in midair. He knew the man Alucar would probably be watching the front doors, so that was out, but there was a window on the side of the building that led to an alleyway which he could easily take advantage of. Wave thought about just leaving her, but then the fire was in some ways kind of his fault, and he had nothing against her personally. Despite his quirks, Wave wasn't a lunatic killing machine, and it would be bad karma to just leave her to die. Plus, she still interested him a bit... It seemed he was in a rescuing mood today. Wave flew forward, down the bar, grabbing the woman by her robes and heaving her along with him. With his free hand he grabbed the hilt of the sword which he had pinned down the bounty hunter with and pulled it free as he flew past, freeing the man. I'm not saving you my friend. Your fate is your own to deal with.

Wave crashed through the window on the side of the bar into the alleyway. He dropped the woman to the ground and hovered above her for a second. I'm still somewhat interested in you. But, for the time being, you might just want to run. If things get interesting, this whole area could get... Fun. Wave turned and flew out and upwards to hover high above the street where Alucar stood. *Clap! Clap! Clap!* Just in case the man had missed the crash from the window, Wave clapped a few times to get his attention. Hold still for a second would you. It's my first time using this thing. Reaching to the back of his belt below his black jacket, Wave pulled out an odd-looking gizmo which looked almost like a single headphone. Unfolding it, he placed it over his right ear. A piece of green glass extended from the piece around his head to hang in front of his right eye. Pressing a button on the side of the gadget, Wave gazed down at Alucar. Symbols appeared on the green glass and Wave sighed. Hmph! Minor Threat.

Wave raised both of his arms up to either side and snapped his fingers. Two large, roughly coffin-sized crates lifted off the ground from the side of the building where he had left them and floated into the air to either side of himself. The wooden crates suddenly exploded, sending wooden pieces falling to the ground. The crates' contents slowly spread out, hovering in the air around and behind Wave. 45 iron swords of various makes filled the air casting shadows on the ground below. With a crash, the triangular object Wave had carried into the bar with him and which had been seen in the action before with the bounty hunters flew out along with the sword Alucar had left lying on the bar. Three more swords slid out of the triangular object, and the object itself opened lengthwise, revealing itself to be a titanium full-body shield which took up it's place hovering behind Wave's back. The swords joined their comrades and Wave released the sword in his hand to take it's place and there were now 50 swords hovering in the air behind him.

Alucar Castle Dystopia. You introduced yourself, but didn't allow me to give my introduction. I am Wave Dalzeel. At the docks, just a block back behind Wave, two fishing Junks tore free from their moorings and slowly rose into the air, their crews abandoning ship. The two boats each about the size of the bar the two men had just exited hovered through the air over the buildings of the town to the street where Wave and Alucar faced one another and began circling in the air around the two pirates menacingly. The metal pulleys and pins in the rigging, the anchor chains, the wenches that hauled the nets, even the rivets that held the entire boat together creaked and groaned as they strained against the wood of the old fishing vessels. Water cascaded off the barnacle-encrusted hulls, and bits and pieces occasionally fell from the boats as they twisted and turned through the air. I am a Pirate. I ate the Jisha Jisha no Mi. The Magnet Devil Fruit. I am wanted by the Marines. I have a 65,000,000 Beli Bounty on my head, and my fame and power will only continue to grow as I conquer the Grand Line. So, now that you know without a doubt who I am, tell me Alucar Castle Dystopia... What does a Pirate like you want with me?

A gentle breeze blew through, clouds of dust roaming on the wings of the wind. The sheer amount of debris nearly blotting out the cactus-like backdrop of the small island. Visibility, for a moment, was more difficult and with the inferiority of Alucar's human optics, it was a struggle to see without the dirt infesting his eyes. The shattering of glass pulsated sharply through the sounds of the breeze until the silence fell over him once more. The winds slowly died, revealing the empty door way, the sounds of clapping now filtering through his ears,

Hold still for a second would you. It's my first time using this thing. the man asked, floating above Al's person.

Alucar, being the presumptuously arrogant man he was, let Wave ready himself, not worried at all with what he was doing, deciding to take this opportunity to help himself as his adrenaline started to fade and the pain became more predominate and bothersome. Al calculated the odds in that short few moments before pulling a small container, no bigger than a half-dollar from with his jacket.

'I am losing more blood than I assumed, I should have given this pirate, Wave, more credit. Damn this mortal body... Luckily, I can stop the wound from bleeding and seal it up without a suture.'

While the man seemed to be tasking himself with a small tech he held, Alucar ripped away his tarnished coat, freeing his tungsten torso from the constricting cloth. Along with his over coat, his charcoal suit top, hand-crafted and tailored to his specifications, and light-grey button up were removed in this motion. All that remained on his upper body was his right-handed glove which he removed as well, dropping it a top the discarded cloth pile. Uncapping the small container, a creamy-red paste was revealed. Al took a scoop of the gel with two fingers, promptly applying a generous amount of the eerie paste to both sword wounds. Immediately, the sounds of hot metal hitting water sounded, easily heard as a mixture of smoke or steam raised from the wounds. The medicine rapidly sealing his wounds and disinfecting them. The creation used the oxygen in the air in conjunction with the iron in blood to create a chemical reaction that had the capability to cauterized troublesome wounds. The bizarre drug left a blackened scar where the wounds were, but the bleeding had finally subsided.

This was the first time anyone else other than Alucar himself saw the metallic contours of his unfinished body as well as the first time he had been wounded by anyone or anything. It was exciting to say the less, someone finally worthy of his time. "Finally.." he mumbled with a knowing smile.

His perverse body had a sort of synthetic skin stretched over his torso, but didn't match his actual skin as the two-tones meet were his left shoulder met his clavicle, the colors easily identifiable as different. His right arm was a smokey-black, smooth to both the eye and to the touch; the mechanisms made purely for functionality and durability in combat. The cybernetic stinger lashed outwards, stabbing at the air like a rabid dog attempting to take a bite out of someones leg, only to be choked back by it's restraints. It danced crazily in the air over top Al's head, maintaining it's aggressive patterns.

"You couldn't have just aimed for the other arm? Ya dick." he chuckled, rotating his left arm to test how capable it was of a full range of motion and if he was going to be using it if need be. Painful as it was, he could easily manage. If nothing else, he could ignore it with a little help from his adrenaline.

At this time, Wave had begun to show his true power, his control over metallic objects was fear inducing as he amassed his collection. Though it seemed that a grouping of fifty swords just wasn't enough for him. The mad man felt it just to accumulate not one, but two massive watercrafts. He held the ships high in the air, circling like vultures over top them without as much as a struggle. It was rather impressive, in all honesty; and Al had never witnessed someone with such, inhuman power other than himself.

'I am a Pirate.

In a subtle action, very slow as to not startle his opponent, his tail coiled and arched, slamming into the ground in order to hold himself high into the air. Now, eye to eye with the other man as Wave continued to amass his army of weapons, listening to his speech. On common ground, Al spoke softly, like a hushed wind,

"What do I want from you?" he asked inquisitively, surprised by the question. "It has nothing to do with your Bounty, and I didn't intend to kill or even fight you. Money is beneath me; currency is much more of a convenience than a necessity. I take what I wish, when I wish, whether it be money, material, or people if it comes to that; but, this is not one of those cases in the slightest. I am far more intrigued by, not only your ability, but your knowledge of the Beast Blood Pirates. I have read the News Coos, I have read of their achievements and how the public views them and simply put; I love it. I feel that they, much like you, are worthy of my time, my mind, and skill. My tendencies don't seem to be appreciated by most, or at least not in the blues. I figure someone who shares my lust for blood and my way of think is just too rare to pass up, which is why I approached, which is why we are talking now and not fighting over my lovely jacket you ruined." he giggled with an oddly tamed, and friendly smile.

Alcar paused for the moment in thought before asking, the superiority in his voice replaced by sincerity.

"Would you care to have a travelling companion, I don't know the exact details you have, or what your true agenda is, but currently it seems like you too wish to track these cut-throat men and woman down. Maybe they will allow us a niche in their crew."

The arrogance once again filled his vocal chords as he went on,

"Being a lone wolf has gotten harder and harder the further down the Grand Line, and the Marines are becoming more vicious and the Bounty Hunters are never ending as their greed over takes their common sense. I wouldn't join anyone I believe to be below me; I am sure you can imagine how high the bar is in my eyes." his gaze locked directly with Wave, the crimson hues of his irises gleaming demonically in the sunlight.

"So, do as you wish."

Your best nightmare.

Wave floated there in the air, surrounded by his display of power as he listened to what Alucar had to say. He continued to float there for a moment, considering what the man had to say. Wave flung his arms out to either side. The two fishing boats fell from the sky, crashing down at either end of the street. The shield floating at his back folded in half back to it's original triangular form and reattached itself to Wave's back. The 50 swords turned to point their blades down and dropped from the sky, impaling the ground of gravel road below. Wave slowly floated down to the ground. As his feet gently touched down to the ground, he began walking forward towards Alucar. He walked up to within about 5 feet of Alucar before he stopped, resting his hands on his hips and raising an eyebrow as he appeared to size-up Alucar up and down. For someone simply looking for a travel companion, you have an odd way of saying hello. Not saying I necessarily don't enjoy it, but it may end up getting you killed some day.

Wave sighed and began walking, circling Alucar until he stood to the man's left side. He stared down the street facing opposite Alucar. I hadn't really planned on taking on companions. I suppose, at some point I figured I would have to take on some allies or a crew of some sort. As you said, it's hard to operate in these dangerous waters on your own. Wave crossed his arms over his chest, seeming to consider for a moment longer. I should warn you. I plan to make a name for myself quick. Here we are at the very beginning of the Grand Line and I already have a 65 million belly bounty. That should tell you how serious I am about it. You seem to have some skill, but I wonder if you can keep up. There's only one real way to find out, I suppose. Understand, though, if we are simply forming some sort of temporary alliance, I won't take responsibility for your fate. If you end up in prison or worse, that's on you. I don't need that kind of karma coming down on me.

Wave glanced to the side, looking Alucar in the eyes with an intense glare. There's something else you should understand before agreeing. I may have no problem destroying a city to take out my enemies or prove a point. But I am not a random killing machine. If you just have a wicked violent streak, we can do business. But, if you are some crazed psychopath who likes to skin children alive, or a rapist who likes toying with the minds of weak innocent women, this "alliance" won't last long. The way I see it, you should save your dark side for your enemies, we'll be making plenty of them, I assure you. As for the average folk, leave them be. It'll only bring about bad karma if you go out of your way to hurt the innocent. If you get where I am coming from... Then I suggest you pick up your clothes and we get a move on. I've made a bit of a scene here.

OOC

The gears knocked and clicked as they turned within his tungsten chassis, a sudden movement dropped him to the ground after his metallic spine ripped free from the filthy earthen floor. Standing in a flood of swords which rained down from the sky like a glorious plague, he stood mesmerized by flames; the cyborg looked longingly into the destructive beauty of red and orange. Smoke plumed high into the air as the fire grew, running the risk of spreading further if not completely alerting others of shore of a crisis. Al smiled as his favorite melody began to play; the screams of burning men always was something he always had enjoyed. A smell of toasted flesh filled the air, like a mixture of marshmallows and death. He licked his lips, salivating like a dog at the dinner table as he spoke with a toothy grin, showing that he held a mouthful of all canines, not a single molar or incisor to see; his smile only grew as Wave warned that his mannerisms may get him killed someday.

"Your concern is flattering, but I knew today was not the day I would fall. His tone was soft and sweet, standing still as the golden-haired fellow approached, Al's spin retracting back behind his head of hair before disappearing completely within the nap of his neck. Despite holding many mechanisms and weapons within his body, his skin appeared flush and tight, remarkably muscular for someone who didn't actually have much muscle at all; it appeared just as anyone's body would.

"Eat your heart out." he chimed in, holding the same smile in his lips as the man's eyes traced all over him, inspecting him top to bottom before starting to speak once again. Now, standing side by side with Alucar, however, facing the opposite direction; he began his almost monologue-esque speech. Al listened intently, a subtle nod bobbed along with what Wave said as his smile slowly diminished into a mere curling of his thin lips.

"I don't truly believe anyone like us plans on comradery, not because we don't believe, but more so the ideas we hold scaring those who are willing away. If the parties are full of over-inflated egos, it is even harder yet; luckily, this is not one of those cases. It shows the true colors of man and just how intelligent one is to acknowledge someone worthy without senselessly killing them in fear that, one day, they may overthrow them. Human's are inherently paranoid, and pirates even more yet. That's what's known as a tyrant mentality in my opinion, and I don't see oppression as a form of control. I'm not that small or pathetic, and I am surely not weak enough to resort to such lowbrow means of domination.

Alucar couldn't smother his chuckles that slipped as Wave felt it necessary to warn him of who he was and how he was.

"Oh, I know enough to already; I have considered all that, my friend, believe me. As I stated before, I am my own Master, I hold myself in pretty high regards if I do say so myself. As for jail, the Marines would have to live in order to do that. he smiled once more wearing it earnestly. The shattering of glass followed a loud explosion from within the building as Al laughed manically.

"Ah, the kitchens stove must have finally caught flame, he mumbled as a few small pieces of wood fluttered to the ground, mixing in with those already there from the array of boxes Wave ripped open previously. In this moment, he checked to see how Wave was reacting, maybe try and read what he was thinking using sociology and psychology.Though, he only meet the 65 Million Beli Man's intense gaze; he held a serious tone as he warned Alucar of his feelings and attitudes toward those who senseless slaughter the Innocents of the world.

"I am glad you brought that up. I may be wicked to an extreme and my cruelty towards those who cross me knows no bounds. I may have the tendency to torture, mutilate and out right break those I deem deserving, but keep in mind, this isn't how I feel of the innocent, they have not done me wrong. My moves are calculated and precise, I leave nothing to chance or happenstance. he went on, his look becoming more intense as the red hues of his eyes caught the fiery gleam of the flames.

"Do you believe that building held any innocence after using a defenseless woman as bait to attract people? Who knows what they would have done to her or others if I didn't exact my Godly Punishment upon them. They shall burn in life till death, and for eternity there after. No others will fall harm to their cruelty.

Looking to the young tattooed monk, he giggled lightheartedly. With closed eyes and a kind smile, he gave her a look in an odd attempt to reassure her; though, after his extreme display, he doubted he would get anywhere.

"I attract enough unwanted attention, I mean; just look what I wear. Best dressed in all the Grand Line. Granted, that's not hard to do. he chuckled as Wave then told him to grab his clothes ironically enough. He seemed as though he was wishing to leave by the sounds of it.

"Oh, no, no, no. Those clothes are a disgrace to my perfectionism, one moment.

His torso opened and in a blink he pulled a new undershirt, a fresh suit-top and slung it all on him after closing his opened chassis buttoning each before intricately knotting his red cravat, fluffing it just so. In a single motion he pulled his left arm and then his right into his dark red frock overcoat.

"After you, friend."
