(Shintai got to the grand line by accidentally sleeping atop a bird, which seperated him from his crew, find the topic here) Shintai would slowly open his eyes yet again, recently dried from what could only be described as a very very long stream of tears, however unlike the last time he woke up, he woke up on solid ground, knocked off of the bird he had been previously riding, with a very pitiful sniff he would rise, looking around and finding that his setting almost perfectly reflected his melancholy mood. to his sides were tombstones, on top of very cacti-like hills, he tombstones replacing the cacti's thorns. Down the hill he was on he spotted a city surrounding a very large cathedral I don't want to meet anyone right now.... Shintai would think to himself, still depressed he had been separated from his crew. he began to trudge along, dragging his body along, with horrid posture and dragged feet. He was wondering when he would reach some forest, some place that wasn't the hills around him however he found none, and decided to rest and the bottom of an intersection where three hills met. He would slowly cross his feet and look up into the sky where.... am i again? he would think, without truly wanting to know the answer. He was aware he was somewhere odd, completely different from where he had previously explored, but he did not know the true horrors of where he had landed! he landed in the dangerous downright treacherous.....Grand Line! on no other island than Cactus Island! Shintai after about an hour of rest began to rise from his depressing slumber and began to walk to the top of a hill, looking off he saw another town, one in ruin being built up similar to the one he had helped, and later blown up, or should we say, had an explosion occur near the town. He looked down toward it and sat "It seems pretty boring dunnit-Chuu? Sitting down there with no home.... but i guess i aint one to talk am i?" He would decide to go down into the town, shrinking down to his smallest size to observe the efforts of the people, trying to grasp where he was, and more importantly, to try and forget about his crew he had abandoned..... However Shintai was met with another conflict, his stomach letting out a large rumble, and he realized he would have to find food soon, seeing as he had gone without it for a decent amount of time, he would begin to enter a daydreaming state, thinking of wonderful goodies that would cause him to relish in the good things in his life Cheese.....Strawberries....some nice....good...lettuce... he would think, beginning to trudge forward, held back only by his awkwardly set food coma like state from the lust for food. and he would keep walking, entering each and every home that was being rebuilt Shintai had found one home, the house of a not well off, but still surviving family, the cupboards filled with stale bread, molding cheese, and some freshly picked blueberries. Shintai taking a liking to just ripping the edge off the cheese and eating the inside, as to avoid eating the mold, (something he thought was quite brilliant) and he would trudge toward a small doll house, obviously owned by a small girl, and he would enter and lay in the toy wooden bed with all his supplies, drifting off into a deep, food induced sleep.. |

Screams. Screams would resound all throughout the house. Shintai would have found himself, had he awoken to the pandemonium hat had arisen as he head drifted off to sleep, the he had been tucked in neatly within the small doll houses' bed. A teeny tiny sleeping hat placed over his head of hair. The young girl who had owned the doll house was the one was screaming, almost immediately the high pitched sound was halted after a sharp thumping sound. Two pairs of footsteps echoed throughout the household before another scream came, this time from an older woman, this too, within a moment, was silenced. A hissing sound came, seemingly whatever was causing all of the screams had just gotten hit. Muffled cries as a body hit the floor. the house was quiet all at once, only the father remained standing. |

Shintai would wake up to the screams, The screams of a young child seeing something that people would either see and die, or never meet, and live. He had a sleeping hat covering his face, and began to raise his hands, taking the hat off, from inside the house a small candle shot out light breaching into the doll house and giving Shintai a window to look out, he stood up, smaller than the roof of the doll room he was in and looked outside the window. For some reason his body ached, and the room was empty. Maybe he just hadn't slept well What was that..? he would ask himself, walking down the stairs of the dollhouse slowly, trying to make no noise with his steps. once reaching the bottom he closed his eyes and heard another scream, quickly becoming muffled, and the sound of a hiss. Shintai's body quaked that sound was familiar, it sent a chill down his back, surfacing memories that he had almost began to forget. it reminded him of the head honcho of the mouse island El Serpiente, a large snake, about the size of an anaconda but bigger, that hunted the island's mice day in and day out. Shintai being the one who gave it the name. before Shintai left the island of mice he had once lived on he began to fight the snake, the battle raging on for an hour of slashing, dodging, and leaving Shintai bleeding and injured, having to recover, he left and fell asleep on the boat that he intended to leave on. S...S...Serpiente?! he would think, as he thought the only place those dangerous deadly and scary beasts could exist was his island, and he feared that the creature had come back from the dead to harm another place within the world. W..why is Serpiente here?! he would begin to compose himself, steadying his breathing and opening the door. once he had opened it he noticed he saw nothing, only a man, presumably the father standing there. And Shintai slowed down, clutching the walls of the house and seeing if he would be noticed. The wood the floor was made out of was old, but some of the parts on the ground were new, as if the house had been destroyed and needed repairs recently. And Shintai looked back up to the father, confused about what was happening Edited by Shintai Hakai, Jul 17 2015, 05:23 PM.

By the fathers feet lay the figures of both the little girl, and her mother. The father, a tall muscular man with thinning brown hair, looked down at the two of the for a moment. His head and arms hanging limply, his eyes seemingly void of any thought nor emotion. Then, with a start, he snapped back up to attention, his legs shuffling along the ground, his eyes moving along as if he couldn't turn his neck to look around. Finally, the father bent down, grabbing both the mother and his daughter by the backs of their clothing, before dragging them along the ground. This crude fashion seemed almost animal like, had Shintai drawn his eyes towards the fathers back, he would find a large bump protruding from underneath the mans shirt. The man was quiet, now the only sound being the noise of the two women being dragged along. He had not seen Shintai, which meant he had the element of surprise. |

Shintai didn't see El Serpiente, so a wave of relief ran over his body, but he watched the man drag the bodies, he was confused, why would a man randomly kill his wife and kid? well actually, Shintai didn't know what the hell marriage was, so he wondered why he killed their kid, and the girl he liked. it was confusing, and then he began to do it in such a.. unnatural way, he was lifeless, almost. It made his legs quake a little bit, it was intimidating, but Shintai would not waver, he would follow, he would not randomly attack this man, but he would make sure to see if he was doing something with the bodies, maybe the father did do it, but what if they weren't dead... The bodies weren't covered in blood like many dead people he had seen.. he heard muffled screams but not any slicing... But what was that hiss...? People dont hiss... Shintai thought to himself, the things that hissed were animals, El Serpiente from the island being a common one that did it. but Shintai smiled, he knew how an animal would approach knocked out bodies Is he going to eat them..? he closed his eyes, walking along quietly with the man dragging the bodies. He then noticed a bump underneath the man's shirt, and was even more confused. Did he have a tail or something? the mice had tails, Shintai kept walking, examining the bodies as he went, trying to assure himself that he wasn't viewing a dead creature, but one being primed for butchering. If the bodies were meant for butchering Shintai knew one thing, a resolute statement floating across his mind, this man would stop being a man, and start being cut. He had no reason to morally limit himself right now, he was mad, angry, confused, depressed all at the same time. And boy was he well rested. Edited by Shintai Hakai, Jul 22 2015, 04:14 AM.

The bump happened to be by the mans shoulder blades, with each step, the bump convulsed. Each step was long, the man trudging along as he dragged the two unconscious women out through the front door of his house and out into the beating sun. Despite the difference in light levels, the man didn't cover his eyes, nor blink, instead giving a dead eyed stare as he carried on moving. He gave soft grunting sounds after each long step, his breath soon becoming shallow, his throat hoarse from the exhaustion of carrying such heavy people in the ever warm sunlight. Finally, after arriving by a tree stump, he dragged the little girl onto it, dropping his wife. He straightened out his back, his head lolling backwards. His arm moved towards his pocket, drawing a knife as he waved in front of him. He gave a few practice swings before taking a step back, getting a better stance for the next deed he was about to commit, the knife raised back behind him, to kill the young girl. No remorse nor emotion visible in his eyes. The bump let out a screaching sound as it shook. |

Shintai needlessly began to fill with rage, This man was doing something Shintai somewhat expected, he was going to kill the both of them with a knife after knocking them out at this tree trunk. Who gives him the right.... to harm his friend and kid like that.... What...Gives....Him....The Right!!! Shintai was fuming, needless anger out of nowhere was suddenly taking control of his thoughts and emotions, the second he saw the knife he whipped out a small bottle, tossing a liquid onto his fencing swords, a special poison Shintai had developed to make his job easier, and he rapidly slashed his swords outward, he began to run, straight toward the screeching bump, it is what scared Shintai the most, It made him think of poison, or parasites even, there were creatures on the mouse island which often latched on or went into the mice and used them for benefit... So Shintai knew firsthand how painful some of them were, watching the mice screech was... not a fun experience, to say the least. They often also made the mice have to eat more, all for the sake of feeding a painful, leeching, downright despicable beast that set home where it was not wanted. Shintai at the peak of his sprint grew in size, looking straight at the bump he leapt, slashing both of his swords in a X fashion right on top of the screeching bump, attempting to penetrate and destroy whatever it was without harming the 'host'. It was annoying to try and avoid the larger target, he looked straight at it, hoping the attack collided If i hit... i think its over. If i missed....I don't know what the hell can happen, but it might be bad...really...really..Bad and so he hoped. techniques

The young non-mouse mouse boy had managed to hit the nail right on the head. His blades slashed across the back of the mans shirt, his movements halted as he began to shudder. His entire body convulsed and twitched as if he were in pain. Scuttling sounds came from his back and as the cloth tore away, a dark blue substances leaked out, presumably the parasites blood. It was now exposed, it looked like a large pink oval with flecks and streaks of grey all about it. The mans distant eyes looked straight at Shintai. Now that he was facing him directly, the young boy could see the veins that were protruding around the mans eyes, the skin around them wrapped tightly along his now pale skin. It seemed that the parasite did very little good. The blade still held tightly in his hands, he jerked forwards. The iron of the weapon glinting as his arm began to flail around aimlessly. A horrifying thing to watch, especially if Shintai tried to focus on where the blade would come from, as he would come up short with the erratic movements the his opponent displayed. Did this mean that he lacked any kind of form and focus. Parasite - Male used rank 8 knife gatling. |

Shintai let out a cheeky grin as the man convulsed, the sounds erupting from his back were horrendous. The blue liquid had begun to seep out, the dark foul creatures blood spreading itself upon the ground and Shintai's blades. Shintai looked toward the man's eyes and was somewhat shocked, seeing veins protruding around the area. His skin was pale, depressing almost. The life of him possibly drained by whatever Shintai had just sliced. Shintai immediately began to shrink at the peak of his jump, once his momentum had halted. Shintai watched the blade that the man pulled out, and had began to flail around, sending many attacks out very quickly. Shintai was shocked, afraid of what was happening when he suddenly felt himself falling, a horizontal slash had come from the man's attack, an attack that if Shintai continued falling would likely cut him in half, (if he stayed vertical). So he moved his legs up, into a skydiving position, landing atop the blade as it moved. grabbing the dull side of the knife, his two fencing swords now sheathed. He felt the wind fly across his face as he was being swung around. but within the gatling the man did a upward diagonal slash, and Shintai used this opportunity and still holding on raised his feet, into a position where he could jump, planting his legs on the blade he pushed. Shintai flew upward, and was about to reach the now creature like person's face. He turned his body toward the man's head, drawing both his fencing swords he kept going, still going diagonally in a way where he went in a line from essentially shoulder to right ear. Once he drew close enough to sink his blades in he grew in size, attempting to slice both of the swords at once and dig into the man's face, hoping to cause two injuries most in appearance like a equals sign. If this did land Shintai would continue on his path, flinging farther off into the field (aprox. 3 meters from the man) and he would grow to full size, looking at the man and adjusting so he could be prepared if the man let out another frenzied attack. he looked toward the still knocked out wife and daughter, and a frown covered his face, he was disappointed in the fact this man was about to kill the two, severely disappointed. |

As the blades tore across the mans face, thin red lines drawn upon him, his eyes blinked for a moment. The light returning to them as if he were waking up from a dream, his pupils wide before tightening to smaller dots, he let out a cry of pain his hands reaching towards his face. Thankfully the blade in his hand didn't damage him. Tears welled up in his eyes from the surprising new pain that he felt. The blob on his pack began to scuttle, screeching loudly before the man began to convulse, as if shocked through electricity. His arms dropped to the side, his head angled upwards. Turning back towards Shintai, the young mouse-raised boy would find that his eyes had returned to the same distant look from before. The man let out a groan, his old cry of pain now gone. The last of the tears ran down his face, but he did nothing to rid them from of his face. Leaning forwards, he darted towards the young boy, keeping an eye out for his ability. The man, or the beast on his back, seemed as if it knew of the devils fruit. It being a common sight within the Grand Line, particularly on one of the five islands nearest to its entrance. Leaning forward is a dash attack, he's gonna slice at you when you come in range. This guy is fast but doesn't have the greatest hand-eye coordination. |

Shintai's body quaked at the sight of the man's eye's being filled with light. He felt as if he had done something wrong. Something unacceptable, like when he accidentally killed a man in front of his crew. This guy wasn't an animal. There was something wrong with him.. terribly wrong. He had bouts of pain, and suddenly forgot about it. He was suppressing it, something most couldn't do. After he calmed himself he didn't clench his teeth, he calmed down. The pain was... gone. Shintai thought back on the creature that was on the mans shoulder blade. How it screamed with and for the man. Something abnormally attached to the man, something Shintai identified as a parasite. Shintai's body filled with anger now, he had thought of something. That the man was aware of what was going on but not the one actively hurting his family. Shintai clutched his blades, running forward right at the man at a definitely slower pace, but it was still Shintai's max speed. He threw one of his fencing swords in a way that the flat bottom faced straight upward, and he jumped, shrinking in size. He landed on top of the end of the blade, giving him the ability to leap onto the top, The man expecting the shrinking let out a slash toward the blade, hitting the bottom and causing the blade to begin to turn, and out of fright Shintai leaped forward, landing on the man's left shoulder. Shintai looked over at the previously screeching creature. He leaped again toward it as the man he was on felt somewhat panicked, and he gripped onto both sides of it, growing slightly. he then spoke "I'm gonna tear you off! You fuck-Chuu!". Shintai grew to full size, planting his legs in between the man's arms wrapping around at his abdomen, that he could pull with all his might and rip off the filthy spot. |

As the man darted forwards, his target tossed a blade toward him, the saber ringing through the air. Swiping at it with his own knife, the sword twirled through the air, he tried grabbing at the small devil fruit user, but couldn't quite grasp at him. he then scuttled down to his back, the man felt a weight along his back. the parasite began to scream as it was clutched, the boy trying to pull back him off. The creatures spindly legs, which Shintai would be able to see more clearly as he grasped along its body -the shirt the man wearing betrayed the outlines of it- would begin to dig into the sides of the man, drawing blood. the man would then attempt at grabbing shintai, hurtling his own body towards a tree in an attempt to rid the menace off of his back. His shirt would subsequently rip off, revealing the grey body of the parasite, which was about as large as a cushion. it occupied the majority of the man's upper back, it had odd tendrils that were embedded into the man's nape, those were how it was it was controlling the man. Its six legs had dug into the man's side, leaving gashes there, each leg ended in hooked claws. a long nasty looking cut was spread over the creatures back. Above the area where the tendrils were was a small mouth filled with teeth. This was where all of the screaming had come from. |

Shintai would feel the man pushing backwards in an attempt to hit Shintai, and he looked at the tree and began to shrink immediately, luckily the creature had been revealed, letting Shintai see how the thing looked and how it was hurting or hanging onto the man. Shintai's small body slammed into the tree, a huge wall that was the person he was last on hitting him and somewhat squishing him in between, but he braced for impact by turning and facing the tree and crossing his hands. he didn't think he could get out of the way soon enough so taking the littlest damage was his priority. It was painful, but not deadly. He had the strength of his full size so his brace let him resist a lot of the damage a small sized person would take from this, the equivalent of a huge boulder and a man pushing him into it. That thing was so ugly! It was grey and gross and it had a mouth! Is it a parasite or a animal-Chuu?! This is what he thought after he saw the grey creature, it gave him goosebumps and made him somewhat scared of the whole situation, while also being gross enough to cause a mini gag reflex After he took the damage he took out his sword, the one that hadn't dropped on the ground, and he pointed its tip at the location where most of the tendrils originated and he would grow to full size. If the man didn't realize what was happening hopefully the tip would pierce into most of the tendrils and leave them out of order, hopefully letting the man get free from whatever this was that was controlling him, or at least dealing enough damage to the parasite that he would force the man to get away or back off from Shintai |

Skrelch The horrifying noise came as the mouse-raised boy skewered some of the disgusting creatures tendrils. The blow resulted in the parasite emitting an ear-splitting screech, the man it controlled began to follow suit as he fell to the ground. His entire body became noticeably paler, tears welling up in his eyes, his body convulsing as pain began to wash over his entire body. A choked noise came form his as he fell over, landing on his front with a heavy thud. As the man fell, the parasite scuttled away, what was left of its tendrils were pulled out from the mans nape, leaving a flap of skin hanging. The wound that the man now possessed wasn't lethal, though would have to be treated in fear of tearing. The creatures began to drip its odd blue blood, small splotches of it appeared along the forest floor. The creature was fast, much faster than Shintai was. The creature skirted about, aiming to get behind Shintai and latch onto his back with a very swift jump. |

Shintai just barely caught sight of the parasite, it leaped toward his back, and in an attempt to elbow it, Shintai raised his elbow and grew in size, but the attack missed, the parasite was too fast. Shintai felt the tendrils from the creature puncture his nape, he tried to reach behind him but he felt resistance from his own hands, as if he was stopping himself. A surge of pain shot through his body as he felt the tendrils move, another, another, the shocks never stopped. They made Shintai fall to the ground, feeling it. When he tried to shrink his body he at most fluctuated slightly, he was stuck at somewhat big size. A white noise sort of sound filled his head, like a low sounding buzz, Shintai hated it, despised it, even the noise gave him a headache, on top of the extreme pain he was experiencing, and then he felt like he had lost something. He felt no control of his body... alone... still separated from his crew and now...and now he would never return to them. all he could do was think to himself, the loud noise and pain still causing him to lurch. He felt his legs moving without him, his head raise, but he was trying to resist.. the controlled Shintai took a step forward and began to walk toward the two unconscious women in front of him, he bent for a knife, raised the knife, and at that moment Shintai feared their death, and he thought that maybe he himself would die now. So memories flashed before his eyes, and he thought of his regrets. I've done so much wrong recently...I killed that guy.. I hurt a man thinking he was doing something wrong.. and now i'll never see my crew again.. I'm so bad... I do things out of anger and hatred.. Cause so much grief for those around me that I never seem to notice or think about. From now on...From now on... Shintai began to fill with determination I'll be my best, ill work my hardest, Ill acknowledge my humanity and work toward the peace of mind and world that i dream of... and...i'll forgive myself! he looked up at the sky and with tears in his eyes, his throat dry, hard to speak. every time he tried to move the surge of pain shot through his body.. he forced himself to do that movement. He spoke to the world "I'll forgive....myself?" struggling against the parasite. the weight of the harm he was about to do, and had done rose off his shoulders. He fell onto his knees, forcing himself away from the two women and looked at the ground and spoke to himself yet again, realizing most of the harm that befell him was because of himself, he insulted himself, despised himself for his recent actions, and he realized what was wrong with himself. "I'm sorry i never forgived you! I'm sorry i thought i was unforgiveable! I'm sorry i did wrong!"confessing to everything he had done recently, slicing a man's throat open in the east blue... having risked killing the man right in front of him without thinking, anything that harmed someone directly or indirectly and then he looked into a pool of glimmering water, oddly formed from unlikely rainfall in the area. he stared back back at his face he spoke yet again "I forgive you!" He was resolved, he felt stronger than ever, he forced his hand to move, reaching to the parasite, gripping it with all his strength "You aren't gonna stop me! My crew need me! I need them! They need me to help them! To stop the evil of this world with them! Knowing about that i'm invincible! Undefeatable! Not by something as cruel and despicable as you, Who makes people hurt the one's they love!" he pulled as hard as he could, feeling his own skin tearing off, the parts the parasite gripped. he let out a scream of pain and determination, and tried to rip it off. |
