Four days passed between The Dirty Beasts confrontation with Commodore Siq Dogg. In the time that passed, the Beast Bloods and their traveling companions had to move several times due to the marines that combed the island. Patrols would systematically comb through sections of the island. All the buildings that stood were set up with ensign guards, city streets and the cities themselves were completely off limits; unless they soughht death or capture. So, where were the beast bloods? After regaining energy to walk alongside his pack, the captain managed to complete a small trek towards Dour Top. It was a section of the island mostly left unexplored because of its inhabitants, so restingng on the outer rim of the cross covered Town seemed like a descent idea. Fudo would have set up shop inside a relatively worn wooden shack. The one room shack had little more than enough room for everyone, but it would have to do for the moment. The sun would have just recently set outside.

Grayish brown boards poorly placed together allowed the shimmering moonlight seep through the cracks in the walls and tin roof of the shack. Cold winds would sweep across the sands of the island, and caused a chill to fill the single roomed building. Sitting in the corner of the room, Fudo's one golden eye flickered through the dark. His body was poorly bandaged, and the pirate they had captured was still connected to Fudo by makeshift tube and restraints. With his silver coat draped over his shoulders, the captain sat with his legs spread wide, his arm resting on the shoulder of the sleeping captive pirate. Surveying the room silently the captain took notice of everyone in the room, and everyone who was not. Most if not all that followed the pirate group from the New Age Priest hideout had left out of fear, or died experiencing it. Within the darkness no one could really see what Fudo felt or thought, but they could feel it through his actions and silence.

It's night, it's time to move again. Time to get revenge, and get out of here. "Yo, everyone, it's time to move. We need a ship to get out of this shit hole. But, before we go, you know what I want to personally do...Silas is still around. I know I keep dragging you all through the mud with me. But there is just one last man I need to deal with. Dour top is most likely where he is, which isn't far. The marines are less active in the night, and we know for a fact that a few of their ships are on the island. What do you all think, huh? What should we do?"

It had been days for the teen to recover, within two he was already gaining back his strength and on the third day, the pain he had just days ago, dissolved away. The memory of siggs and everything that had happened was soon forgot about and the teen was well wrapped up with small bandages placed on his cheek. He was now with this odd bunch of pirates, family, no, the Beast Blood Pirates. They had escaped the clutches and radar of the platoon of marines that were stationed there but it was enough with running around. They were all held up in a shack, comfortably relaxing, the Athenian was up and in full form. He was as though a guard dog but from the amount of rest he had just been given, he wanted to go and stretch.

They were just waiting for the right time to attack and from the sounds of it, tonight was going to be perfect. Thee hound slowly started to change into his human form when the captain spoke and his honey yellow eyes glowed like neon lights in the dark, his figure, a silhouette amongst the other zoan members. Although he was silent, with a stretch and a smirk on his lips "Grrrrraaaaaaahh, finally" Kichirou announced while cracking his back, it surely felt amazing to get out a stretch or two and Fudo was getting back in shape it seemed. Today was the last day to get their revenge and anger out, Kichirou assumed that Issac was either dead or survived the blast but Kichirou had to move forward. Revenge, revenge was what Fudo wanted before they could get off the island and he was all for it.

Them blasted, them blasted marines were going to get what was coming from them, and from how Kichirou was feeling; the intensity of his grin, revealing his sharp canine fangs, things were going to get interesting.

Keiko was upside down in her bat form. Her white hair was draping down with her wings folded over her body. She had been enjoying a wonderful slumber until rustling sounds went off in the shack. The Captain was stirring about in the shack, it was time for them to go kill in the night. Keiko yawned as she opened her red eyes. The shack wasn't very big but she made room by resting on the ceiling, and Kuro rolled up into a ball. She didn't know how, but she managed to convince Azriel to rest with Kuro. The bat zoan thought they were so cute, curled up in the corner.

The Captain was out and about, which meant more adventure was afoot. Keiko cracked her neck, stretching. It had been a while, but she insisted on sleeping to heal her wounds. Her right wing was feeling better already, she had scabs, but she was healing. Keiko dropped from the ceiling in her human form. Her white clothes looked miraculous compared to only four days ago. She found time to stand in the rain in, upside down in a tree. She remained undetected by the marines and even memorized their shifts around the shack.

Now that the captain was speaking about ships, reminded her about all the boats they lost. He was asking their opinion on what to do, saying that the marines had boats. The obvious answer was to go out and steal their boat, while feeding off the marine crew, that was all common sense to her. The bat zoan licked her lips, "We could always steal a ship, by blending in... Take a couple of uniforms. Alice already knows marine codes and ways. She could get us in. Then we can invade the ship slowly killing the marines and feeding off their blood. This way we can get their armor, weapons, information, and food. Plus we wouldn't have to hide anymore..."

"Though, Kuro and I aren't exactly normal. We can just hide in the shadows. The new guy could bait you and Alice, as someone he captured. No one knows his face yet. Then again I might just be upside down for much too long.." Keiko taped the black rabbit head waking him up.

Alice after the event was never too far from Fudo's side. Though, after all the staples and other hack job attempts at fixing him, Alice felt a heck of a lot worse over her selfish actions, She wanted nothing more then to somehow make amends, to redeem herself to her Captain and fellow crew mates. They had to keep going out and finding new living blood bags for Fudo to use and the toll it was taking on Fudo was showing. They opted to just leave the makeshift IV line in Fudo's left arm, every couple bodies they would have to take the rubber tube off of the metal tube in Fudo's arm and clean the system but at least he was getting Fresh blood and seemed to be healing. Earlier that day, Alice had removed quite a few of the staples she placed all over Fudo and used ordinary sewing thread to stitch up other areas. Some places had began to abscess and fill with pus.

Now it was night time, the time when they had learned it was best to travel under the cover of darkness. Now the hour has come at last, the soft and fading light has crossed the west horizon and had bidden them good night. Alice had to admit, what a lovely night it was to walk a moon lite field, so see the softer shades that star light revealed. "Why is it now that the everything is quiet and at rest, when the world is at it's very best, the Beasts must hold ourselves up and lock our existence to the world away? ALice was leaning with her arms crossed over her chest as she remained in her human form for the time being. Her white jacket and gauntlets as well as her bone white seaking bone armor sort of made it hard to hide at night but it did help in the day when she was usually out scouting to make sure the area was secure. Alice listened in on the conversations within the small rundown shack. Speaking up once more, this time so that everyone could hear head as she spoke past her seaking bone partial face mask. "Normally you would be right Keiko, I do have inside knowledge but that bridge was burned and they now know I;m with you guys. Couple it with the fact that in my human form, it is kinda hard for me to blend in with a crowd, especially when I am usually stepping over the crowd, in my zoan forms, it is even harder. Kuro is also rather large and hard to not notice. Frankly, all of us except you in your full bat form would be hard to miss. You would be right in the spare blood boy over there being the only one we could use, but that is not a viable option.

Alice grunted as she used her back shoulder muscles to push herself up and away from the rundown wooden structure. She still had yet to even bother learning the new kid;s name, and the little girl's name for that matter. The fact of the matter was, She really did not trust either of them, and she felt as though they were becoming more of a hinderance over being helpful. However, she really couldn't speak her mind about the two new additions. As per the young girl, something about her seemed off, but, Keiko seemed to be taking the girl on and becoming a sort of mother to her. This made Alice subconsciously move her left hand down to her lower abdomen area, not touching her sin but a sudden empty feeling spreading over her area there. So, Alice could not bare to bring herself to tell her dearest friend that the child had to go. As per the other kid, the male, Alice only tolerated his existence because Fudo seemed to have this bond with him and as much as she disliked it, the boy looked to be a new member of the crew. The logical side of Alice reasoned it was a good thing for their crew to gain in numbers and power. The more primal and currently protective side of her was against the idea of anyone new being around, especially anyone new being around Fudo. Alice blamed herself for every single one of Fudo's and Keiko's injuries.

As Alice stepped around to the doorway, she stooped down enough and left her right arm grab ahold of the top of the doorway as she blocked it off looking inside to Fudo. "Silas is your enemy, a living haunting reminder of the atrocities that you have had to endure on this hell hole of an island Fudo, However, I think it best we not concern ourselves with him. Let the Marines deal with him. We could steal a Marine ship, this is more than likely our best option and really our only option off this island but as it stood, the only way we could take it is at night and by storm. If you were in better shape Fudo, we could easily take the ship. But... you aren't. We have too many people who depend on those of us who are able bodied to protect them. The Boy is able but in a real fight, he would die, the girl would be a blood stain against even a rookie marine. Fudo... your condition and dependability upon your um... blood bag, would leave you far too vulnerable. This would leave me, Kuro and Keiko to do all the work, we would have to not only fight our own fights but double duty fight off anyone trying to attack the others. Kuro would die in this as well or at least become gravely injured. This would compromise Keiko and likely result in her death or capture. As part of the ever deepening rabbit hole, Fudo and myself would act on impulse to save Keiko and this would cause us to join the death parade or be captured ourselves. The marines all know who we are, even in our various disguises. I think the best plan would be to use Silas and as the marines deal with him, it would give us just enough time and window of opportunity to make a last ditch effort to take the marine ship and depart. Even in this, our odds are not good for the reasons I stated already. It is however... our best and really our only shot. We can't hide forever, Marines will continue to scan and secure the island, we can fight and we will all lose in one way or another." Alice's words where harsh and brutally truthful.

She knew very well that the odds of them making it off this shit hole of a sandy rock was going to be near impossible. It wasn't like this back on Red Sand. Back then it was just herself, Keiko and the messenger boy as well as Kuro. They had a storm of biting and blinding sand and rain to cover for them as they made their escape and had careful planning. Weeks of planning to be exact. They had the night and that was it. They had far too many people and most of whom were just too weak. Alice could hold off most of the marines when the crew made their attack on the ship, but she would more then likely perish in the attempt. She was ok with this, she would give her body it it meant the safety and well being for her captain and friends. Maybe in that she could find redemption. "The trick is, we need to find Silas by morning. we will have to bait him into attacking us and following us back into town to the harbors. We will have to bait him into causing a big enough scene to gather a great amount of marine attention. With The marines more active during the day, they will be more scattered and our chances of attacking the ship will be higher, none but the choir boys will be aboard the ships by then. The trick after getting Silas and the marines together will be not dying as we use the chaos to our advantage as we make our escape. The morning as I said, will be our best bet as the sun will blind any marines chasing after us, however, it will affect us the same. So, we need eye protection of some sort before then. Alice had moved away from the doorway as she continued her monologue of reasoning. Speaking as she thought of how things would go down, it was all pretty much stuff she was pulling fresh out of her mind but her crewmates would never know it as it would appear this was something she had been formulating on for a while. She grinned at how smart she had made all of her quick reasoning sound but then became serious once more, the fact of the matter was, there was most likely going to be death, a lot of it, some from the crew. There was no ways around it, even if Allah showed favor towards them, at least one of the Beasts was going to die. Alice figured it was better her than anyone else but, she also had no qualms against using the Boy swordsman was a meat shield either.[/color]

Keiko was listening to the amazonian intently. It turned out that she indeed was off her rocker. Keiko had forgot all about the nuisance machine keeping their dear captain alive. It was almost as if Fudo was a bat zoan as well, since he needed living hosts to survive. The idea made Keiko almost smile, "Fudo and I are parasites together." ::coffee:: The subject was off topic, but she felt the need that they know. "Who know's which one of you are next." Keiko's eyes narrowed, she guessed that meant that only Alice, her and the new guy were in the game. Someone would have to keep an eye out for Fudo and the little girl.

She doubted that the captain would agree to staying behind, but what choice did he have. Alice was speaking about how, they would die if to go on her wild plan. It was all very dark and cynical, which brought a smile to her face. Death was a touchy subject to some, but Keiko knew she was banned from the afterlife. Her swords made a sort of nightlight while they were together, each glowing on her back lowly. "So what are the plans to steal the ship exactly. We can't fight them head on, we could open a path. I still like the idea of the new guy being bait. She laughed to herself, what do you say Kichirou?"

"The thing is your the newbie, Kichirou. So we are going test you. I'm going to put your life in danger, constantly, you will have to take all the risks. That's the only way I'll know if you deserve to live or not..."

Keiko dropped from the ceiling and turned into her human form. she brushed her hair out of her eyes on impulse. "I think I'll start assassinating the marines in the way. If that's all right with you captain?" Keiko pulled out the dagger she obtained from the robotic new age priests. Flipping it through her fingers easily, she felt ready to tell her friend death, that he will have company. Keiko snapped her finger, which made Kuro get up from his slumber. The rabbit wiggled and shook his black shiny fur awake. The black rabbit gave an impish grin, while the little girl had an upset face. "Mom, do you have to go?"

Keiko bent down to the child and nodded, "Don't worry Azriel. I'll be back soon. Kuro will protect you, just like he's protected me all these years." The child smiled, and nodded in agreement. Keiko ruflled Kuro's fur, "Obey the Captain while I'm gone Kuro." the black rabbit began to gibber, "Rawwr awwww errrrr." Keiko rolled her eyes at the black rabbit and stuck out her tongue, she knew that meant, yes.

Listening to his crew talk among themselves brought a bitter taste to the captains mouth. His stretched grin would dissolve after just a few minutes of listening to everyone speak. More so after Keiko and Alice decided to make their way out of the shack where they all were. As they spoke, the captain would extend his left arm out to the living Iv that he was attached to by the arm. Reaching his fingers around the back of the neck to the sleeping man, Fudo would transform into his hybrid form, and begin tightening his grip. It wasn't that he was mad at his crews opinions, or the subject they spoke on, he was upset over the fact that they may have been right. The captain was nowhere near good condition, he was still very far off from being "good" again. His heartbeat still felt apprehensive at times, his range of motion, flexibility, strength, and awareness were hampered greatly. But the one thing he hadn't lost complete faculty of, was his voice; and he would make it heard.

Tightening his grip to the point of choking his "blood bag" Fudo would roar at his crew. "Yo! Where the hell do you think you two are going without me?! I am not a baby sitter, I am not a damn geriatric fuck either! I've been through worse, these staples and cuts, this missing. eye, this fucking fucked heart; they ain't shit! Oh shit..." Fudo looked at the little girl as she stared him down after his rant. "Fuck I...I mean, uh, I...cover your ears alright...don't repeat these words..." Fudo spoke in a light tone when addressing the little girl. But quickly returned his attention to the quickly moving raptor and bat zoan users. "Shit! Get back in here a second. I may not be able to run, but I fucking yell my my pretty little head right the fuck off till marines find me if you don't come back here!" at this point Fudo was steaming and attempting to use the pirates neck as a stool, and raise himself to his feet. Staggering, he slumped against the wall, and had to pull himself upright with his left arm.

His right side was completely shot, he couldn't see, it was covered in gruesomely botched staples and wraps; from head to toe. The only tho that had maintained its shape after the battle was the appearance was his red hair. But even then the roots were beginning to show on the upper portion, considering the product he used was growing out. A slight beard would have formed over his cheeks, chin, lips, and neck, as he hadn't the energy to shave, nor the tools. Tightly gripping the pirate, his nails cut ever so slightly into his neck, the grip itself preventing blood to even make it to the makeshift IV tubing and into his arms. The pirate would be beating Fūdo's hand senselessly trying to escape. Eventually Fudo would loosen his grip but not without getting a few words in on the pirate "blood bag", and his own crew. "Stop beating my hand you fucking bitch! Shit hurts!" Releasing the grip on his neck, Fudo would instead grab the dusty bond hear of the man.

The pirate he grabbed was fairly low on the totem pole, some no name back stabbing street rat. Witty no street cred, or friends to seek him out. The nearing middle-aged bum would be suitable for now, but Fudo sought nothing more than to be his own man, and do what he wanted to do.

"Look here, I am about four-five seconds away from ripping your scalp off and feeding you to that Laphan over there. So shut the fuck up, and stay fucking still, okay!?" Fudo poorly dropped his torso to the mans face, nearly tipping over in the process. The man shook in fear as this happened. Again using the man as leverage, he pushed himself up and again would yell at the two female killers. "Look, we all did some shit here. We all fucked up, we all are bastards and damned as hell! That's what these fucking fruits are, that's what these bounties are, death sentences! If we are going to do shit, then your fucking captain, me, is going too do shit too...even if kills me...come on...this shit isn't me, sitting around isn't me, baby sitting a rabbit and little girl isn't me...at least let me move around Dour Top with these five as bodies. Tess and her three man group should be coming back around, I can go to Top with Kuro, Kichi, and the munchkins while you go scouting! Silas can be at Dour, I can lead him out if he is there!" Fudo was visibly stressed, and perhaps his emotional state made it obvious that he was more so begging than commanding, as mostly everyone there knew better than he.

DIE DIE DIE
[ * * * ]
Alice had not gone out very far from Fudo, if he never noticed, she never really left his side, every so often she would maybe go fifty meters away but she was always back by his side in a flash. She hated herself for his condition, she hated that she could not do more for him. She hated just about everything about this. They were down and out. The marines had a powerful force and they had people who were powerful enough to put Fudo in the condition he was in. That was what was scarier about this island. It wasn't the fact that Silas had managed to hide his monster self for so long, it was the fact that this island was a land where Pirates came to die or be sold off. Pirates were the bottom of the food chain on this island.

As Alice stood outside, she spread her legs a little to give herself a little better footing as she crossed her arms over her chest. She painfully closed her eyes as she heard her captain yelling and she could hear the pain in his voice. She winced and tightened her muscles as she could hear the wood grown in protest as Fudo tried to get up bu failed to. It just proved that He just was not in good strength. The current Blood Donor was going to last all of another few hours before They needed to find a new supply. The worst part was, they were starting to develop a habit, a trail. Surely by now the Marines would figure the Pirates were kidnapping pirates, marines, bounty hunters, and every day citizens off the streets to bleed them dry. The marines were smart, dangerously smart. They needed a better alternative.

Alice turned around and broke her way back into the rundown bungalow. The pale moonlight casting her shadow upon Fudo mostly and everyone else inside. It was as if there was a dark aurora flowing off of her and filling the area. There was a cold and dark feeling in her sharp emerald green eyes as she reached up to undo her jacket, slowly pulling it from the bottom to the top as she revealed the seaking bone armor she wore under the seaking leather jacket. The upper portion and design making her look like she was part skeleton. A metaphorical grim reaper stood in the broken and expanded doorway as Alice looked Fudo dead in his only eye.

"Yell and we all die. Go to Dour and we all die. You die, we all are dead. Get this through that thick skull of yours already!! For the love of pene, You are our captain, A captian is meant to protect his crew, not try and get them all killed. You are in no condition to fight, hell, even the new kid there could hold his own against you for a bit in your condition and if you over exert yourself, you will only cause what little head way in your recovery to be for nothing and you may very well kill over. For the time being, you are going to have to take the back seat and learn to be a back-up vocalist instead of the superstar rock star prima donna that you normally are. Let Your crew handle things and focus on healing... ok? Look, Give me a minute or two, I'll figure something out that might make you a bit more mobile, till then, sit your ass down and be a good step-daddy to the kiddies." Alice hated being so straight forwards about things and hated having to be like this but Fudo needed to rest, he needed to recover more. He was going to need time to rehabilitate with learning to navigate the world with only one eye. He had a huge blind spot now, his depth of vision was gone. He could hardly stand. That was the good news. He was recovering to where he could stand, it was a hell of a lot better then where he was at four days ago. Fudo was a toe away from slipping into the realm of death. Fudo just needed a few more days, a week maybe and he would be ok again, well, as good as he will ever get again.

As she spoke, there was a sense of pain and regret in her voice, towards the end, it even started to crack as she struggled to not cry. Tears were all ready starting to well up in her emerald green eyes, the liquid drops would ruin her makeup that she had on which would not have been a pretty thing. Ookami could handle thinning the ranks of the marines but it was night time, they would all be in near by buildings or on the ships. More then likely the top dogs would still be on the ships, they knew that if the Beasts had not escaped off the island already, it would only mean the Beast had no way off the island, and that they would have to steal a ship. Fudo has stolen a marine ship before, this meant the likelihood of Fudo stealing another one high. Marines were not stupid at the least, slow, but not stupid. If Alice was able to piece this all together, then the marines would surely of put it all together as well and maybe more so. It was a battle of wits now. No amount of brawn was going to help them now. The prates needed to be smart about things.

"Think about it for a second everyone. It is night time. Where do normal people go when it is night time? They return to where they feel safe. For the marines, they will most likely be concentrated around the harbor and the top dogs would be on the actual ships. If we attacked now, we would only be walking to our doom. Marines of high rank, the likes of which Fudo struggled to take on if not higher. We see what happened when Fudo tried to bullhead his way through the marines... he got lucky. What about the rest of us? As I said, we need to wait till Morning sun to rise. The Marines will all be busy reforming ranks and starting a new grid search for us, Silas, and and other pirates. This is most likely the time when they will be at their weakest. Many too hung over, too sleepy to properly form ranks. The Top dog marines will most likely be distracted as well during this time. Yelling at the lower ranking officers ordering them all to form up and get to work. If me and Ookami can find Silas, we can trick him to following up down to the Harbor area and cause as much destruction and chaos as we can. If Silas is the type of man I think he is, he will be livid at the sight of anyone apart of our crew for ruining his cult... twice. Anger is a useful tool to use against people, especially if it is their own anger. During the commotion, Fudo, Kuro, new kid, and the girl can make your ways to the harbor and secure a ship. Me and Ookami will follow soon after. The morning sun will be in the Marine;s eyes as they struggle to take back a ship, thus hindering them slightly but It may just be enough. We just need to set sail off this god forsaken island fast cause the Marines will most likely be on our tails." She was really logical in her explanation of things. Marines were logical, methodical, easy to figure out, they were like a living machine, but a machine is only as good as it's parts. By nature, Humans are prone to error, especially around specific times of the day. By using these faults, the Beast Bloods stood a greater chance, if a fight did break out, and more then likely there was going to be one, at least then, Fudo and the kids as well as Kuro might stand a chance and it would not put too much strain on his recovering but highly critical body.

The captain was kicking and screaming about staying behind, no surprise there. Keiko sat down on Kuro's knee, using the rabbit as a throne. Keiko stroked the rabbit's jet black paw. There was a way she could fight the marine's with out really fighting them. The bat reached to for the strange bright purple orchids, that she had been gathering for days. Since she fought the sniper chick, she had been searching for the same flowers, the girl used as poison. she found those flowers just three days before. Keiko was now crushing the flowers into a violet syrup like serum in a small bowl. she didn't stop crushing the flower with a rock, until the job was done.

Using the poison she tipped her fingernails, and swords with it. She had also been taking the poison in minuscule doses, that way she would be immune in the future. The poison is fatal in high amounts, and can cause blindness, fatigue, dizziness, fever, and swollen body parts. Keiko only experience dizziness in small amounts, and she didn't increase past it. She was painting the tips of her fingers like nail polish, that turned her nails a bright blue purple. If she used this poison, then she wouldn't really have to fight her opponents.

She had stolen a dial glove from the fire-tamer. The glove shot fire, and that was something she definitely needed. The glove was too big for her, so she had to sow it and make it her size. To have her nails pointed out she cut off the tips of the gloves making them cut off. She could also burn her opponents, or use the glove to distract them. If she could just think of a diversion, then maybe she would be able to do as she pleased.

Keiko's eyebrows furrowed, as she saw the man on the floor scrambling. Keiko found the IV machine a bother. The captain was really serious, too go out with such a preposterous machine. The captain, didn't want to babysit, the child, or her bunny behemoth. Then again, he said he would bring Kuro with him and the newbie guy. If he had his sights set out on going out and being crucified, then so be it, but she didn't like the idea of him risking Kuro's life. The child couldn't stay alone, in a shack. If they were to die, then surely she would die alone in this cool place. she supposed she could take Azriel with her, and teach her to be an assassin. The captain was stubborn, and if he is going to die, he's going to do it on his own terms.

"I don't mind taking Azriel, with me. I don't really have a choice, now do I. Let's go Alice, I think we can get past all those marine mooks easily. If we play our cards right."

Fudo could feel the intensity within Alices speech. He may have not had two eyes, but he was not blind to the caring nature and concern his crew had over him. Listening to both Keiko and Alice speak once more he did what he could to remain standing. Proping his back up against the wooden boards of the shack, he looked on at his crew, and Kichiro who seemed uncaracteristically silent. The kid isn't saying anything, I guess he thinks family matters should be left to us...fuck...I don't like what I have to do right now...fucking shit sucks ass...sweaty hairy donkey ass...not good ass... Fūdo would momentarily lower his gaze from everyone, his radiant left eye could be seen twitching emotionally through the darkened room. After a deep hastened breath, his gaze would shoot up towards his crew mates, the focused sharper gaze lingering on each one in the room as he prepared to speak.

Placing his right hand against the wall towards his back, he would push himself forward, into some of the light. The weight of his body would cause the wooden board behind him, as well as under him to creak do to the stress. The yellow reflected rays of the moon highlighted the bandages that wrapped his right arm, neck, torso, and face. The occasional staple would peer out from under the bandages and shimmer in the light as well. Stretching out his mouth, he formed a sinister grin, one that in the moment would likely provoke confusion or mislead the others into thinking he would challenge their wishes. A cold wind rushed into the room, sands could be heard tussling through the air and into one another outside; the frigid wind whistling as it passed between poorly placed wooden boards. "You guys are right, you guys are fucking right."

The captain spoke calmly as he had his one eye trained on Alice. His smile didn't faulter, and he stood relatively upright despite his injuries. "Let me get my peace in at the very least, then you two can do whetever you want. I'll admit, I'm acting up, I'll stay here with the kid, Kuro, Kichiro, and Tess's group when they return here. But look yo, Alice, you are completely right. The marines are most likely secured in their beds, back on their ships, separated from us by sea and metal; at least until morning. I just fucking realized, guys like this guy attached to me, at night time, they get fucking wild. I know you guys have seen these dopes fucking around, drunk off their ass, unfocused, untrained, just doing whatever the fuck they want at night. What I'm trying to say is, we can just avoid confrontation with the marines all together. You want me to rest, cool, you wanna not get fucked up? Even cooler! Most of the pirates here are pretty low when it comes to bounty or even numbers. Why don't you and Keiko, hustle on over to one of the many beaches this desert island fucking has, as just deal with the drunk fucks aboard the ship, if there are any. Most pirates just head to the bars and to the hoes at night, if any one is aboard, they'd probably be drunk too!" The captain did what he could to be persuasive, he knew pirates were out and about at night, if anything one of their ships would be a better choice to take.

"I think that would suit us better. I'd prefer if we were off this island before daybreak, I don't want any eyes trained on our escape. The marines do have fishman in their ranks, and if they spot us in the day, we'd be fucked." The captain said this in a more joking tone, but he still wanted to make sure they got the damn idea of what was going on.

The conflict between the crew's love was eminent, they all seemed to care for each other and were willing to sacrifice themselves to get off this island, and mainly protect Fudo. Each corner of cactus island was heavily patrolled by marines in search of the bunch that made the chaos that happened only days ago. From there the jackal had been traveling with the Beast Blood's, keeping close eye on Fudo while he rested. Being on this island for more than afew days was making him starting to get seasick; missing travel on the sea to another island. But this had to be taken care of, the crew's bickering about the safety for everyone showed how much they cared about one another. They were truly a family but the Athenian thought that some of the suggestments were a bit rash and not truly thought out. The teen's light amber eyes grew lively when Keiko brought up killing in a humorous way, his tone came pleasantly in the air as Alice finished what she was saying. It was kind to hear amongst the small shack that they were in. “You are all Beast Blood's, but I see no one here that speaks like one. We, fear nothing or the vast amounts of enemies that standeth in our way. They will all.. Perish fore we seek greatness. We are not to shy from death and our feelings towards the Dirty Beast. In the end, a Beast lays their own life down for their pack” Kichirou said with a pleasant gaze to everyone and a sincere and comforted voice. He wanted everyone to understand they weren't weak, Fudo, wasn't weak and that they could get through this together if they truly wanted to.

Kichirou hadn't been with them long but he could tell that they had been through alot. But the Athenian was here to change all of that, he adjusted the bandages that were tightly and fittingly wrapped on his arms, “We do this together, we take them out all at once, the Beast Blood way!” The Athenian spoke the wise inspiring words so that they could hear his plea, they had to do this together to get this done, regardless of this awkward confrontation towards the teen. They were ready more than ever for this fight, Apollo had faith.

Keiko couldn't help, but stare a Kichirou in question. Was this guy serious? Did he not see what terrible condition they were all in. She had personally been made a voodoo doll, but in comparison Fudo was a shrunken head. This was all really too much for her. He gave a really inspiring speech made for a group in mint condition, in the beginning of their journey, that was arrogant to pain and suffering. Then Keiko had a great pause, "Wait, did you just say your in our crew? No, one has decided that yet. I'm sure, you need to go through some intense initiation." The jackal had a lot of heart, it's too bad he will most likely have it ripped out of him. Keiko wrinkled her nose. Did he call the captain a dirty beast? Where had she heard that before. Tsk, tsk, oh well it didn't matter now.

The bat zoan heard the captain giving a huge speech, as well, which was too much for her short impatient attention span. She heard Furo say they Alice, and her were right, she nodded. Then she heard the captain say that they could do whatever they want. That was all she heard, because now she could do as she pleased. Keiko quickly grabbed Azriel by the hand and made her way out of the shed. Her eyes narrowed, it was time to take out the closest henchmen as possible. The night air felt cool on her skin, and smelled like rain. she loved the presence of the night, and almost found herself laughing.

She didn't want to give herself away, she she told Azriel to be silent and listen. Keiko covered her face with her cape, then hid her weapons under her cloak. Her curtain like outfit could be seen when she moved. She knew there was going to be drunken pirates about two blocks away. She studied this guy for quite some time. She knew he was going to be sleeping as always laying against a building wall, while his paranoid partner was scurrying about. Keiko smiled, this was going to be too easy.

Their was a dim light above their heads. Keiko had Azriel watching from a distance. Keiko walked slowly towards the light and fell on the floor. The paranoid man jumped, and pointed his gun at her. Keiko looked at the pirate with tears in her eyes. "Can you help me? I'm scared, I don't know where I am!" The pirate put down his weapon, and came closer to her. He was kneeling on the ground and helped her up to her feet. Keiko smiled at him, making him blush. She reached to for her dagger, and slashed him across his vocal cords. She had done this so swiftly, that he didn't realize the attack for a moment. She slowly placed him on the floor, licking her finger tips. The guy on the wall had a hat covering his face, he lifted the brim, and pointed a numb chuck at her.

Keiko was the first to speak after Kichirou's thoughts, she didn't seem to quite understand the mood that he was attempting to get everyone in but he surely got her adorable sense of humor when she exclaimed being with this crew. “Crew? I see no Beast Blood's present but one.” The jackal said with his hues quickly changing to his primitive color yellow. Did she not feel the flow he was going for? Not feel like today was a good day to die like any? Siggs was garbage compared to all the other people they were about to face and fact is the Beast Blood's had to show them that they were taking their stand right here. “I belong to no one and prove my gains to only myself” The Athenian wasn't quite sure the small shots that were thrown at him were testing his sense of humor or simply challenging.

She was a skilled swordswoman but he still seen her as a cute short girl who had a pet rabbit. They all endured alot through the week, the hound hadn't even considered joining them thus yet and untrusting glancing made the illusion of small sinister eyes peering down at him. Though an aura around Apollo revealed that he wasn't affected by such vibes and glances, his sword was ready to clash anytime, and the sight of all this blood wasn't sickening him the least. The time for resting was done, the jackal slowly tied up his hair traditionally on top of another like a samurai would but seeing as though he had alot of hair, it draped down and afew bangs hanged in front of his face. The shack was accumulating dirt and debris in the air but the smell of oldness arose in the room, no fresh air coming up here.

Alice looked at the new kid and it took all she could to not burst out into laughter. Behind the bone white seaking bone armor, the ruby red haired woman's lips wrinkled as she struggled to not let her amusement be known, this was a very serious time and she needed to be so. However, every time he opened him mouth to speak, it was in such an archaic dialect that it was almost like the kid spent far far too many days reading Shakespearean works of literature. Then there was the fact that as of now, anyone with open eyes could tell the Beasts were in no such condition to be going all out. Furthermore, he even seemed like he was delusional in that he thought he was apart of the crew already. This was even more laughable. When he and Ookami traded words with each other, she felt another emotion.

Alice felt several emotions in fact. His speech was in the right state of mind but it was given in the wrong time, further solidifying his naive nature. The kid had a sword and thought himself all big and bad because he survived a few scrap ups. Alice almost reasoned Fudo was in this mess that he was in because the man had to spend half the time keeping the kid alive. Alice knew under the player persona Fudo put on, under all his swaggy nature, the man was super intelligent and had a heart of gold. However, the emotions Alice felt were of a negative nature. She was not sure what to call it but it was a feeling where she wanted to go over and smack the kid up side the head for backhandedly disrespecting her dearest friend as well as outright saying that Ookami and Alice were not beasts, the kid had stepped over the line this time. Alice was not going to allow this. Her eyes narrowed on the kid but they went off of him for a brief bit as she watched Ookami and the girl leave.

Alice knew she could catch up with her friend but for the time being, she needed to correct something first. "Kid, shut up. You ain't one of us, and with that mouth of yours and how blind you are to the world, you will never get the chance to either. If you think you all big and bad with your butter knife, you can step up and see if you got what it takes to really run with us. I'm tellin you now kid, you ain't got a chance in hell with the way you are now, and I doubt you will be in another 100 years. Grow up boy." Alice did not know what Fudo saw in the boy, but he was dead meat walking. She could see in his smug sense that he really did believe he had what it took but he was still young, too young to really see that he was in the junior leagues trying to compete with the majors.

Alice was still livid over the kid's comments and before departing she stopped to turn back saying, "Oh, and if you disrespect ME or my best friends again little boy, I'mma knock your jaw off... Oh! And don't be smart and try sayin something when I leave either. I am in no mood for idiots." And with that, Alice stormed off following behind her friend Ookami. It was not that hard to do when the wind blew with their scents being up wind. It also was easy with her red cape as well. Alice remained silent as she walked a couple maters back behind her friend, watching her as she was also worried about Ookami, but, she knew she was ok for the most part. The child she was bringing along with her made Alice worry the most. Why would Ookami be bringing a child into a literal war zone?

Eventually the small group made it back to town in the cool night's air. Alice had been around Ookami long enough to know when the girl was in a hunting mode. From the way she was moving and the direction they were going as well, Alice reasoned Ookami already had her sights locked on someone. Alice felt a little sorry for whoever Ookami had picked to be her next victim. Choosing to stay behind, the rather tall woman mad her way over to the little girl and placed her left hand on the small child's shoulder, but to do so, she had to first get down onto a knee. "Looks like it is the night of the hunter..." Alice closed her eyes as she smiled down at the child but obviously, her smile was covered by the boney mask like armor. All the while it seemed Ookami had already taken out her prey and was moving to her next kill.

Keiko saw the metallic numb-chucks twisting in the air. The pirates weapon cut through the air, making a SWOOPING sound. He had obvious skill, for quite some time, but Keiko didn't want to deal with his nonsense. The bat zoan couldn't help but laugh, "Kukukuku, you are unbelievable. I could tell from your heavy breathing and sweat off your brow, that you were awake. Even so, you hadn't warned your comrad of my coming, and new with your experience that he was in danger. That's interesting, that you'd rather watch him die, than save his life. He must have been your competition." Keiko had a cat like grin taking form on the side of her mouth.

The pirate did not stop showing off his skill, Keiko raised her eyebrow taking a whiff of the air. She heard something in the distance, and for a moment was frightened for the child's life. Looking back she saw Alice. "I should have known it was you Alice. Would you care to dance?" Keiko picked up the dead body. She began to twirl the deceased pirate around, all the while with her eyes on his comrades face. The dead pirates throat had streams of blood on his clothing, and his eyes were curled back showing off his red veins. Keiko noticed that the dead mans skin was already a light lavender. She grabbed the body tightly, as she danced with her fingers intertwined with his.

The other pirate was still swinging, but he began to slow, as he was becoming disturbed. Keiko placed the dead mans lips by her ear, "What's that? Did you hear what he said? Revenge." The pirate on the wall began to curse. His potty mouth was sputtering every fowl word known to man kind. Keiko stopped in her tracks, "Sir, there's a child present, women. You have bad manners. Don't curse, or I'll start being cruel to you." This only made her target curse louder, and more vulgarer than before.

"Very, well. We will begin target practice. She used the dead man's hand to cover her eyes. Did you know I'm blind, as a bat?" Her finger was over the dead man's holding the trigger. His finger covered her eyes, but without seeing she could hear the man charge at her. She heard his heavy breathing, along with the fowl smell of alcohol. Waiting until the mad was close enough, she fired a single shot. Keiko dropped the dead man, seeing that she had shot him in the center of his chest. She could see the red circle begin to expand in his white shirt. The man fell to the floor, sputtering blood. "It's too bad that bats aren't really blind." Keiko picked up the gun, and examined it. Her eyes widened in surprise, it was a Tommy gun. Looking back at the man on the floor, he was dead. Keiko's happy face returned to a deadpan expression. she couldn't help, but think that her opponents weren't any fun anymore.

Turing to Alice, she smiled, and was walking over. Holding the gun behind her head, "Can you believe the terrible language that came out of his mouth. He wasn't a very good role model. Your turn to show off your skills to my daughter Alice. ALice has amazing strength." Keiko's eyes were locked on the raptor red hair, she averted her eyes. Keiko took Azriel's hand and began to swing her arms playfully. "I'm only really mean to bad people, I don't kill everyone. I try to give them a chance, depending."

The captain had felt confident in his words, but it seemed that not everyone agreed with him. Kichiro, the young blooded boy, came out rather calm and confident about his views to the crew, and even though his tone didn't imply anything outright disrespectful, his choice of words we're as poor as they could come. Growing a bit dizzy, The Dirty Beast tightened the grip on his living IV, trying to stabilize himself, he ultimately pulled himself backward toward the wall once more. The wall creeked considerably, but the noises he produced wouldn't be nearly loud enough to derail the jackal zoans personal speech. Straightening his gaze towards the would be member, Fudo listened to every word the warrior said. He felt as through delusion or excessively optimistic voices filled the brain of the child. His thoughts, the wording, the timing, all of these things seemed as though he was listening to some child with no thought of consequence; no real understanding.

The mind behind the body of the beastly captain would wrestle with frustration not unlike the frustration he felt when addressing Keiko and Alice. However, this time it was not directed at his internal struggle, but the an external source, Kichiro. Does this fuck feel nothing, see nothing? I put my body out there, lost my fucking eye, nearly died and for what? For him to think that I'm a big bitch for not wanting to stare down death again! It hasn't even been a whole fucking week, I haven't been able to even move at all till now! What the fuck!? What is with all this fucking shit talk right here? Is he fucking serious right now? He sees no beasts here, no one is talking like a beast blood. Wow, really. 'We', what the fuck do you mean 'we'. You ain't shit right now! You dontn know me! You don't know us! A considerable amount of anger had begun to show on Fudo's face. The invisible eye brow he had scrunched and furrowed as much as they could, his nostrils flared, and his smile had been completely wiped fom his face, forming a complet scowl.

Within the darkness his emotions were mostly hidden, but his golden eye beamed through the blackness of the night. Like a beam, the burns into Kichiro's chest. Placing his bandaged right hand against the wall, he prepared himself to rise once more, but Keiko would respond to the man quickly. Believing she could handle it, he removed his hand from the wall, and instead chose to build tension in his hand; with a balled up fist. Keiko is cool, she can handle this without me. I don't have to get enraged over shit like this. My heart can't take it. Listening on, her brief summary was basically what he was thinking, he thought that the emotionless response was something more clear than what he could say, at least rationally. Unfortunately it seemed to Manet things were being lost in translation. This was proven as the younger zoan seemed to lash out at her simple response. Going as far as to say they weren't 'any beasts present but one'.

Why is this guy taking open shots at them. Fuck, is he trying to start shit with us? Yo, he's talki like he knows everyone, like he's decided who we were at a glance! Keiko at this point, had already made her exit with her newest companion, the little girl. For a second time Fudo would attempt to place his hand against a wall in order to propel himself toward the younger man, but was again cut off; this time by Alice. Stopping mid-motion, he would again just rest his torso against the wooden boards, shrouded in darkness. However this time, he positioned his legs more in line with his shoulders in order to allow quicker movement in case it was needed. All right, round two then. Maybe Alice can speak some sense int the fucking kid. Maybe, it would get through his think skull. Alice is emotional and shit, like me, but she can talk, and deliver shit straight. Still showing and angered face, the tiger zoan just stared on at the conflict, optimistic in the shipwright's ability in conversation.

Sadly, it seemed that Alice was going on full speed ahead with emotion. Fudo noted it with a hum, before getting pulled into her narrative and somewhat aggressive behavior. Yeah, she pissed as all fuck. Yea, dudes blind as hell. I thought the same shit. He is rolling with us, but that doesn't mean he is one of us, you are right Alice. He is thinking with his muscles and not even with his brain right now. Initial fucking, initial fucking perception ain't everything kid. Oh, shit. She warned him. I think it's fair though. She went a little of trail and shit, but damn, she let him have it. Maybe he will get it now? Na, not really? Fudo listened, agreed, and then watched as Alice stormed off after his fellow crew mate. Before the boy could form a rebuttle to her, or even spout some more archaic nonsense, The Dirty Beast would spring into action, for the last time. Shoving himself off of the wall, and toward the jackal, Fūdo dragged his human IV by the hair. Staggering towards the boy, do the the pain, and physical stress, he maintained his upset appearance. The occasional beam of moonlight would strike his face, but he wouldn't stop until he stood under a wide enough light for his face, and torso to be exposed.

That space wing fought three feet from Kichiro, he would pause as his eyes met the boy. "Yo, I'm not going to say shit, like 'I'm going to fuck you up' or 'Shut the fuck up' but, seriously, you have me at that point. Now, dont go off all emotional and shit, and run away! You just said some of the shittist shit talk I've ever heard, especially from someone I thought was more. Don't go off and play victim now. Yo, you straight up told them, and basically me, that I'm not who I am. They aren't beasts, the three of us are not talking like Beast Booods? How would you know what 'we' talk like, how do you know who we are? You are coming off ignorate as fuck, I'm sorry, no I'm not sorry for that. How are you going to tell me and us how to act? Do you not see how fucked we are? It's been literally four fucking days! If you are only here to prove nothing to yourself, why even follow me, why even try and help? What are you looki to get out of me, if you only care about yourself?!"

Fudo took pause before speaking, but no more than two or three seconds. Leaning in closer to the boy, he would speak some more. "Look, let me finish. Do you see these bandages? You were with me fighting out there right? You saw me getting punched and cut up by the marine out there, right! If you saw all of that, how are you going to tell me that us wanting to take caution with our next actions is not 'us'? You didn't even see what the other two were doing the entire time, you didn't even experience what they have. I'm talking rough, Alice said she'd punch you if you tried too. I would have to if I wasn't patient. Fuck, look. You've hung around enough to see what we've gone through, don't judge what we say, don't try and act like you know us. If you want respect give it, if you want attention, do something that draws it out. Don't talk shit about us, when you don't know who we are." Fudo's tone and speech trailed on it was pretty lengthy, growing lighter as he continued. This was completely unintentional, but his breath grew light as he continued. "Do you get what I'm saying? Or not?" The tiger zoans IV even shook his head in agreement, but Fudo tightened his grip in response.
