Exiting the room Fudo walked forward towards the first passageway before him. Everyone was now exiting the torture room that they were all in. The passageway was relatively short, nothing more than a few meters long. Towards the end of the passageway, it split into two directions, left and right. While the passageway was short and dark, it wasn't without it's horrors. Within the small length of the hall, there were dozens of miniature cells. No bigger than what a common medium sized pet would be given. The ceiling of the room was a little more than average itself, and it had five of these cages stacked towards the ceiling, and an astounding nine or so along the length of the wall. The walls were draped in blood. Small dried rivers of blood dripped down from cage to cage until they all piled onto the floor. All the cages were in bedded in concrete walls, the hall they they were in was also eerily silent in comparison to the other areas heard in the distance. The hall itself wasn't lit at all either. The only light came from at the end of the passageway. Fudo's expression was nothing more than a blank face. He showed no worry, fear, or surprise. He would be lying to everyone if he uttered even a single word of surprise to anyone around. Instead he simply turned to everyone and gave a solemn stare. Standing in front of the entire group, He turned so that half of his torso would show. Slowly moving his arm back he turned his palm towards the group as a sign that that his group should stay back. Turning back towards the end of the hall, Fudo could hear something, or someone approaching through all the faint moans and cries of the Hideout. Taking a few light steps forward he turned back towards the group and made a signal for them to go lower. Then he raised his right pointer to his lips, as a sign to stay quiet. Crouching down a bit lower, he began to move against the caged walls. Moving along the wall, his right side lead him forward. With his right arms held out in front of him, he paced himself toward the end of the passageway with a tilted head. Nearing the end of the hall, he was nearly six feet from end of the hall, however he now noticed that the nose was coming from the side opposite to where he had been travelling. Realizing this, he quickly, and silently, walked to the adjacent side of the dimly lit passageway. Raising and flattening his profile, he got to his feet, and slowly shimmied towards the edge of the hall. Tilting his head closer to the edge, he could hear only a single pair of footsteps moving towards his position. "The fucking Suture Priest, yea I know, that dude with the damn porcelain doll gimmick going on. Yea, he doesn't know how to fucking press a button to call back to HQ, but he fucking got upgraded to know all the little intricacies of the fucking human body! Yes, I know, a waste of resources! All the higher ups around here are getting the same procedures done too...what? Yea, I'm almost there, slow your fucking roll...Cassius, you are a fellow Commander here. You have no right to dictate my pace when walking! Whatever, I can do what, see ya! [click]" said an unknown voice on a den den. The person coming is a man, whoever he is, he is affiliated with the New Age Priests and from what he say's, he's a high commanding officer, probably knows all the information about the place and the layout. He was talking on a den den to Cassius, whoever that is. Should I take him in, or knock him out? It might be a bit risky but I'll take him in, he is more useful alive then not. I'll just have to disarm him. Turning back towards his group Fudo gave a nod towards them. Waiting silently, the unnamed priest casually strolled towards the hall, and past Fudo who was in the shadows. Whistling a offbeat tune, the man proceeded forward without even caring to glance at the large amount of people before him. Instead, he whipped out a night stick, and began beating on the cages. Beating on the cages caused the inhabitants to rile up. Within seconds the cages began rattling with the distress with dozens of depraved mindless souls attempting to scare or assault one of their captors. Edited by Fudo Saiken, Mar 30 2015, 08:38 PM.

Keiko watched intently after Fudo signed to the group to hush. Then another priest emerged from the lit halls with a beating stick. It was rattling the cages covered with the blood of tortured people with the souls of untamed animals that immediately screamed out with ravenous cries, pleading for the bitter-sweet revenge. Keiko's eyes rolled into her head for a moment breathing in the scent of fresh blood. When her eyes rolled back she decided that the revenge they wanted would be theirs for the taking. If there was one thing Keiko love about her sinister ways of justice was when the victims get it for themselves. The group hide behind the frame of the doors, crouching low afraid the priest would get to them. She waved the crowd to move farther back which they did. Afraid that Alice would turn on a full rampage seeing another Sutra priest she had Kuro cover her eyes lightly with one of his arms. Then Kuro had his back to the scene and did as Keiko told him to do with her eyes. Kuro blocked out the light coming from the door frame which could have been the equivalent to a full on eclipse in an already dark room. Keiko crawled with her body swaying gracefully left and right to glide easily with her long nails growing in the tips of her fingers. Her snake like motions with her nails dragging made the sound of dull knives on the floor. Unfortunately for the priest, it didn't hear it with all the animals crying for fresh meat and moaning like the descendants of the island. Keiko could see perfectly in this atmosphere with her pupils going into sharp slits around her red irises. She unlatched the locks of the captured tortured slaves. She saw deep wounds in long thick stripped scars melted into the prisoners backs. She knew it would be difficult to kill the priest alone with their feeble suffering over time so she thought she would make it equal to their level. Keiko planned her movements through the maze of cages painted in rusted blood stains. Then she climbed up the wall with her nails digging in and travels on the ceiling over the priest. Digging her long talons that slid through claw holes in her black boots rooted into ceiling cracks as she hung down. When the priest pulled its arm back to hit one of the slaves in a cage she grabbed his weapon, which easily slid out of it's hand. Taken off guard it saw her perfectly on the ceiling, she stood perfectly quiet made a swift movement and dropped his night stick. The Sutra priest picked up its weapon and raised it behind it's head. "You wouldn't hit a woman, would you?" When the priest's arm came back down to beat her savagely their were thin little twinkles all around the room. Keiko bent her upper half backwards towards the ceiling making it miss with loud CLATTERS going off at once. Keiko had tied a trip wire going from all the latched to his nightstick setting all the tortured souls free. "I didn't kill you, you killed yourself." The Sutra priest began to panic as the animal minded slaves came at it trying to rip it apart with it's hands. They were so the tortured they had succumbed to that they had to endure a spiritless cavity of a body. She felt grief for a moment knowing that she would have to put down these tortured "animals" so that they could die in peace. Before the enslaved could grab the sutra priest Keiko grabbed his weapon pulling it back, she had wires around it's feet as well pulling the know it all priest up side down to the ceiling with the twisted hands to try and grab at it. Now it's face was by her face, "You're going to my Captain all he needs to know, or I'll let them tear you apart bit by bit. If you still won't tell I'll kill you and make you wish they did it..."

Remaining hard pressed against the wall, Fudo quickly became forced to move due to the Priests rousing of the caged beings. Focusing on the task of capturing the man, Fudo sharpened his vision on the Priest. The Priest was dressed in garb that would usually be associated with desert travel. Baggy khakis, a light shirt covered in a ballistic vest, a waist pouch, dark combat boots and a large white cape draped over his back. Fudo took notice of a side arm and assumed that the man may also have an artificial appendage. Artificial appendages were commonplace among the New Age Priests, or at least commonplace among the Priests he had encountered over a year ago. Focusing on the man, Fudo had failed to immediately notice Keiko. Preparing a strike on the man, by the time he had, it was too late; Keiko had sprung a trap. Somehow she managed to not only release most of the trapped beings, but she managed to tangle up the Priest in her grasp. However, as she began handling the Priest, all the creatures that she had released attacked. The beings that emerged were emaciated, severely wounded, experiments. Their skin was so pale and leathery, that it could only be assumed that they all must have been shrouded from the light for a long period of time. Within the darkness their pale white skin shown easily. Many of their arms, legs, and torsos were covered with deep gashes and scar tissue. Many of them covered in their own fresh blood and feces. All at once they clamored for the priest, their broken chatter and squeals didn't even register in Fudo's mind. Taking a precautionary step backwards, Fudo peaked his head around the corner. Moving quickly he surveyed the hall. "No one...good." Turning back towards the scene that was unfolding before him. He could see Keiko and the others behind, watching in confusion and fear. There isn't much I can even feel right now. These people are just some of the unfortunate souls that have been kept here. But they are going to ruin our chances of escaping if they are let loose in the place. They are mindless, after everything done to them, they are nothing more that mindless beasts. It saddens me to have to take a life. But it is necessary. It's either them or us. Backing into the light, Fudo watched with a look of remorse, as the piling mass of tortured souls fought their way to the Priest. "Keiko!" Found shouted at the woman. The tortured people paused momentarily, their sunken eyes darting about them in confusion. "They can't see very well I suppose..." he muttered to himself. Once getting her attention, Fudo would sign to Keiko that she had to hurry up with whatever she was doing. There wasn't any time to waste. I hope you know what you are doing Keiko, I don't, we don't have time fore any fuck up! |

Keiko's eyes focused on the captured priest in his light garments, and smiled. She raised her hand slowly to his jaw line and slowly began to cut down the line of his neck with her nails lightly. She didn't left his blood dripping down on the mindless savages below and they went crazy for it, many of them stuck out their tongue with the desire to drink when the small drops pivoted them in the darkness. They probably would have hoped that it was water when they were human, but now it mattered not. The priest let out a squeal as she lowered him slightly so that their hands began passing through the top of his head trying to pull him down. The fear made Keiko swallow the saliva in her throat. "Tell me," she said softly, "Where is the map to this place?" He nodded and Keiko brought him in closer to her staring into his face waiting for an answer. When the priest opened his mouth his throat sounded dry, he was clearing his throat for the words, and then he spit on her face. His spit dripped down her forehead in a glob patch to the brim of his nose. Keiko put her foot on the sutra priests arm holding it to the predators. "Last chance." He started yelling his eyes closed ready to take in the sweet pain of being ripped apart. The bit into his arm several at once before he screamed that he would help. Keiko easily pushed the savages away from his arm and pulled him up. She dropped down in the heard of "animals" and promised to give them a quick death. There were too many and had begone to gnaw at her, but too weak or too slow break through her skin. Keiko swiftly flew between them snapping their necks with ease so they wouldn't have to suffer. Then she piled sprang to the lines cutting them making the priest fall with a loud Thump to the ground, he fell on his shoulder and let out a little raspy sound. Keiko couldn't help but think of what a coward he was, and too stupid to understand that they were too weak to actually bite through his arm. The priest was holding his arm covered with bite marks and tears in his eyes. Keiko was also covered in bite marks but knew that they would fade in sometime. Keiko restrained the mans arms behind his back with a bloody rag that he felt disgusted to touch. Then she quickly pushed the man to Fudo as he shook. He quivered with fear looking at the captain. Keiko came up from behind. She could picture herself putting her hands through the monsters neck and pulling him apart from there so she wouldn't have to hear that annoying dry wheezing he did. Instead she came up behind the priest and pulled back his eyelids with her nails wanting to dig them in. "He's all yours captain." Keiko collected Kuro and the group before entering the room. Kuro had to duck down to come in as he covered his nose from the stench thinking of the poor "animals" that went through such torment. Keiko went to the cages with the others rattling on as they disturbed the group making too much noise, and wanted them to be at peace. Keiko stuck her arms through the bars piercing through their throats making them bleed out quickly with small incisions. Those enslaved that dies this way became calm and closed their eyes for an eternal sleep. Keiko returned with Kuro before wiping the blood on the garments of the sutra priest. "I will not rink the blood of the innocent, you shall be tainted with their deaths." Keiko and Kuro had to wait for their vision to adjust to the light in the new hallway. She kept her eyes on the sutra priest as Fudo continued to lead them. Alice remained calm and the group were astonished even get as far as the hallway, and have a captive to show them the way. They hated the sutra priest and argued in light tones to trust to show them the way. Keiko couldn't help but think that it was a trap that the priest they had caught already knew and his purpose was to make sure they never escape torture with the bliss of death.

Keiko seemed to know everything Fudo was thinking, and acted with precision. Having bound the Priest to the ceiling, she swooped down, and one by one, laid the poor distraught souls to rest. Standing alone in the light, Fudo's vision adjusted to the brightness and he soon lost sight of what was within the dark. But as he remained in the light, he could hear the snapping and cracking of bones. The first noise caught the tiger zoan user off guard, the noise entered his ear and his body instinctively twitched. One after the other, for a short period of time, he could hear the same snapping noise. As the noise continued, the rattling, hissing, and squealing that was around Keiko and the Priest, eventually became silent. The hair's on the back of Fudo's neck, and on his arms began to stand as he heard this. Hearing Keiko speak to him, Fudo attempted to make a step forward, however he was caught off guard by the priest being thrown to his feet. The priests arms were bound and he was scared for his life. The man stared at Fudo and shook. As if the sight of Fudo was more traumatizing than what Keiko had done to him. "Y-You...you're TGR-113...they said they...had something high profile...but you...you shouldn't be here...this...they should have known this...don't kill me! Please, don't kill me! I'll do whatever you want, just don't kill me please!" The Priest seemed puzzled at first, more concerned with the why and how than the present. The Priest lowered his head to the side of the ground, seemingly thinking for a moment before he turned his face to the Captain and began pleading for his life. Fudo looked down at the man, and crouched to his level. Throwing the mans cape over his head, he removed his waist bag and pulled away his side arm from him. He has no enhancements on his body, at least none that are obvious, I still should be careful. These men are tricky. Fudo looked at the man and grunted. Placing the side arm between his back and pants, Fudo tossed aside anything the man could use as a weapon. Belts, knives, pens, pencils; everything and everything was removed. Turning the man over, Fudo took off the mans vest and began to search his pockets. Nothing of real consequence was found on the outer pockets, but on the inner pockets he pulled out a key card and a small map. Smiling Fudo stared at the man, then back towards the map. Holding it into the light, Fudo could see that it was a map of the town and not of the facility itself. "You're lucky...we still need you. If this were a map of the facility I'd let my friend back there bleed you dry." Placing both of these things into his side pocket he proceeded with his search. Ripping open the mans underlying shirt, he checked for any sort of augmentations that the man may have had. Patting the man down, he could also feel nothing hidden in his pants. Grabbing the Priets by his arm, Fudo rose to his feet and carried the man along with him. Turning his head to the bat zoan, Fudo spoke calmly. "Keiko, feel free to take the mans ballistic vest, and check his waist pocket as well as some of this other stuff. There are some knives and of course the night stick." Turning his head to the ear of the Priest Fudo whispered into his ear. "If you misguide us at all, I will tear you to shreds...take us to the armory...do you understand?" The priest gave a nervous nod, and began leaning towards his right. "It's...it's this way." he said with a nervous pitch. Fudo turned his head back towards the darkness. "Okay everyone, stay behind me a bit, if anything happens, then my first priority is all of you. Keiko, Kuro, remain to the sides of the group! Okay? Let's go." |

Keiko walked on the side of the group calmly as she turned into her human form once more. Her claws slid back into her long black buckled foots, the white fur retreated into her body, her pupils into circles that looked like giant marbles. Keiko let the knives dance over her fingers one to the other, she found it such fun she almost forgot where she was. Kuro took the honor of holding the night stick. His fingers are so stubby he kept dropping it a couple of times. Every time he dropped it he held up the line. Kuro would grumble and wag his stubby tail in the mans face behind him. The man was caught in it twice and squirming to be free. Every time this happened Kuro would laugh and wiggle more taunting the man. The very last time the man became irritated and he pulled on Kuro's tail in anger. Kuro's response was of course expected, the giant bunny farted. Sending a powerful smell into the mans face as he gagged for air. Keiko held in a laugh but her powerful senses made her gag as well. Then her eyes shifted on the man as she was play full handling the knives made her forget hr troubles. This was interesting she thought I should have got a couple of these sooner. In a while she throwing them up in the air and catching them again with precision she made sure she didn't miss but she had to practice her skills. When the little crowd behind her saw they were careful to steer clear in case she was to drop it at all. When one of the small knives went a little back she caught it before it hit the ground to stab a man in his big toe. The man huffed but was both grateful and ungrateful because she was the reason as to why the close call had occurred in the first place. When she thought she had it down packed she stopped just in time before Fudo could turn around. They went were the jerk was leading him, and he did sound afraid and smelled afraid Keiko knew that for sure but it didn't mean it wasn't an act. Keiko whipped the sweat from her eyebrows and tilted her head to hear the little cracks in her neck.

Leading the pack with the Priest, Fudo held the mans arms behind his back. Keeping a stiff hold Fudo gripped the bindings of the man with is left hand; his right was free. Feeling safe with the situation, he lowered his right arm, and dipped his right hand into his pocket. Fishing out the Priests Identification Card, Fudo raised it to eye level. "So, New Age Priest Commander Roymain Gastova...interesting name. Is there a Mrs. Commander Roymain Gastova? Any little Roymains running around?" Fudo looked at the priest, both of their eyes met. Like before the Priests expressed confusion. "What does that have to do with anything? Why do you even care?"He said before sinking his head into his chest. His response caused Fudo to laugh casually. Reverting his head back to it's normal position, he stared up and down the hall. Tilting his head slightly towards the man, his golden eyes met the sand brown eyes of the Priest. "I asked because I wanted to know if you had anyone to live for...or anyone that would miss you if you fuck up and lie to us, to me." Fudo's eyes widened and he showed his trademark sinister grin. Gastova began to sweat; a few drops poured down his brow before returning his vision to the floor. The two walked with the group not far behind them. At this point Fudo could only see a single door ahead of him, one that was labeled 'BM-002'. This door was pretty average looking, nothing more than an iron slab that was loosely hinged to the wall. Looking back Fudo signaled for everyone to stop. Grabbing Roymain by the collar he walked him a few steps closer towards the door. The door itself at this point was no more than a few feet ahead of them. Holding Roymain close to the door Fudo spoke. "I'd like you to know Roymain, I'm the type of man that takes honestly very seriously." With his free right hand he grabbed the Priest's medium length, scruffy brown hair. Pulling back he pulled the Priest back so that their eyes met once more. "I take honesty as serious as life it self. A person that would lie to me, especially a person in a position like you, if they lied to me! Yo, I'd kill that man so, just, violently, ya' know? I really care about my life, and you should to? So, I'll give you this last chance...if I open the door and there isn't an armory, if there isn't my coat sitting somewhere on the other side; I'll kill you. If there is, then I won't? Deal? Cool?" Fudo walked towards the door and placed his hand gently on the knob. He looked at Roymain, smiled, and began turning the knob. "NO! Wait, it's not there, please, don't open the door, it was towards the opposite side of the building please don't kill me! Please! Please TGR-113, I'll let you go...I mean, if you let me go, I will go too!" Fudo released his the knob and Roymain. Throwing him by the collar against the wall Fudo swiftly gave him a punch to his rib cage with his right, followed by a punch to his ribs. Fudo was holding back, but he punched him with enough force to cause Roymain to heave. Roymain's body buckled and gripped his waist. Bending forward Fudo gripped him by his hair and then gave him a stiff knee. Once the mans head rose, he grabbed Roymain by the throat with both of his hands. Grabbing the priest tightly, he raised him against the wall. "I said I would kill you if you lied to me Roymain. I said I would kill you if you lied." Roymain flailed and tried to claw and beat Fudo, in order to free himself. "You didn't open, you didn't open the door...you said...let me take you there...let me take...you..." Fudo grinned at the man, holding him until he nearly passed out. Fudo could see the light in Roymain's eyes dimming and his flailing becoming nothing more than sluggish jerks. Releasing Roymain, the Priest fell onto his underside. "I remember what I said Priest. I just wanted to give you a taste of what could happen if you lie to me again." Grabbing the Priest by his collar once more, he turned to the pack. Waving them aside he spoke. "Our friend here was a little mistaken on the location, that won't happen again! Right Roymain?" Roymain looked at him then nodden. |

As the group traveled the hallways that had carried along the countless souls that bad been converted into this machine orthodoxy cult Alice could not help but remain silent. Sure, Fudo and Ookami both seemed to be ok with her rampage but she wasn't. Sure, she was still pissed as hell that these monsters of metal and flesh had destroyed the ship and shit but at the time being, she was more ashamed of how she had let herself loose control like she did. She wanted to make these guys pay but not as a mindless beast. As the group traveled, Alice had to keep a hand on the walls as the passageway seemed to grow ever darker. Then, suddenly in a slip up, ALice tripped over something and this made the hybrid raptor woman go falling into the opposite wall that she had been guiding herself on. However, the wall did not support her. Instead, somehow, the wall was pushed with her weight and the red head went tumbling through. The wall, apparently had been a gimble door and made to where it could be opened silently but still allow for near perfect indiscretion. It was as if place there to make it impossible for anyone but whoever had it there to know the doorway was there at all. Alice, however, had the fortune and misfortune of finding this doorway. She tumbled on through and then tripping again fell down a long low angled stairway. The stairs just kept going down before finally coming to a split. The stairs lead to opposite right angles to the secret stairway thus meaning the tall red dead pirate to finally come to a stop. Alice rolled down the stairs till she finally slammed into the stone wall upside down. Her legs spread apart and her tail flopping down to slap her in the face. Groaning as she tried to reorient herself, but the tumbling and lack of awareness of where she was made for standing up a bit of a hard thing to do. The world spun for Alice as she tried to steady herself but tripped on the left hand passageway of steps as she tried to right herself. "Oh Fuuu...!!!" She said but thankfully, she only fell a few steps. As she laid on the steps she tried to wait it out as the world continued to spin. Additionally, there were a few things she was noticing. The first thing Alice was noticing as the world seemed to be returning to how it should was it was no longer cold and clammy but was warm and humid. A contrast to how it was in the tunnels. Another thing, there was a subtle roar of what she could only guess was the roar of a furnace. As she got up and headed down towards the sound, the heat grew hotter and hotter as too did the sound of the furnace but there were other sounds coming as well. It was the sounds of workers tending to this furnace but when she got to the end of it, what Alice saw was something she was not even prepared for. at the end of the stairway, there was a flat outcrop that overlooked a huge area. The whole place was just vast, it was as if a whole city was down there but the city was a hot and red hell. Strange little creatures ran around screaming while some carried what looked to be fuel of the furnaces while others seemed to be throwing themselves into the molten openings. Flames cussed out everywhere but way off in the distance there was this giant natural opening, as if it was the very heart and the core furnace for all the other little ones. Long legged machine things that strided over place looks to be easily fifty feet tall as other smaller things with black as soot backs walked around. These backs or backpacks had an opening to them where the strange creatures with four arms could just pick something up and throw it into it's backpack. However, the fleshy mechanical things seemed to only stand at four feet. There were other things as well, humanoid beings, more human looking than anything else Alice had seen thus far since awakening in this hell hole. They were pale skinned, and were of male and female, yet, they all wore similar outfits. As Alice moved along the narrow outcropping she noticed all of these and was able to get a closer look at these human. They all seemed to have black spiky earth looking arms from the elbows down, and wore only a long tattered red skirt that totally covered their lower halves. The faces were all covered in a black half mask with red round goggles. They all seemed to carry with them a large book that they would walk around reading from out loud. It seemed to be the holy book that these cult freaks were reading from and as Alice moved in the shadows to avoid detection, she could hear some of the things that these furnace priests were speaking about. It was the usual tells from the good book but, they were altered in ways to match with the strange nature that was the machine orthodoxy. They spoke of how the Father of machines would come one day and make everything pure, and how the skin was a barrier. A lot of really strange stuff. However, As Alice moved, making sure to not gain any attention, which wasn't all that hard as it seems that they did not pay any mind to her at all. Infact, it was as though she could freely walk around and they would not even register being there. It was as if she did not exist to them. But, there was this feeling that something was watching her, something not like the rest of these strange abominations of flesh and metal. Then, suddenly, after turning a corner around one of the more larger natural opening in the earth that had been converted into a furnace, she was touched by something metal and thin. It was a light touch along her rear which came to a surprise to say the least since she had been in this furnace area for at least a good thirty minutes and not a single thing paying any attention to her existence. Alice turned around to the right quickly, in the opposite direction of the touch that grazed over her rear to see what it was that touched her but nothing was there. then there was a tap on her left shoulder. Again, Alice moved to see what had done it but yet again, nothing was there. "What tha...? The fuck is going on? The hell is doing this show yourself damn it!?" Called out the ex-marine turned pirate. She continued to look around in the area, trying to see what it was that was very much noticing her existence even when all the other things there weren't. After a few seconds of her ordering for whatever it was that was playing games with her to reveal itself, she felt this hot breath on her right ear's side as the thing spoke in a whisper, "But you would not like what you saw... just as Alice turned to see what it was and even grab at it, the presence was gone. However, again, this time in the other ear it spoke in the same whisper, "... there for, I hide from sight and light. Whatever this presence of being was, it had a strange voice. It was mechanical but it also had a male tone to it. It seemed like a young boy's voice but had some husk to it, as if early teenager. This sort of explained why she had her rear lightly brushed. "Urabrask would like to play with you. If Dino lady can find Urabrask, Urabrask will help dino lady, but if she can not find Urabrask... than she will be thrown into the furnaces. We play now." Spoke the whispering voice of the teenager machine boy thing. It apparently was named Urabrask and wanted some kind of entertainment, even if she did not want to play. However, the risk was high as she could not seem to grasp or even see the thing but it seemed to be able to move around with great efficiency, speed, and stealth that it could do whatever it wanted to her. |

Proceeding forwards with the pack, Fudo hadn't noticed the departure of Alice. At least not at first. Now, almost carrying the ruffed up Priest, the group began approaching another fork. Three options this time. However this one didn't require Fudo to ask Roymain for help. There would be a single massive sign hanging from the ceiling that clearly read one of the desired options. "Alright so, the choices are Barracks, Mess Hall, and the Armory. Now I am guessing that the Armory is holding all of our things, as well as being in the right direction right Roymain? Hahaha, you don't need to tell me anything, I can read just fine. Wait, how long have we been walking now?" Thinking to himself he waited for a response. Promptly a person moved forward and spoke. "'Bout five minutes or so in this direction, perhaps a little more, sir...uh...guy." "Alright that sounds good lets move, keep to the walls like before, don't get in the way, use anything as cover." During this section of the trip, there seemed to be cases upon cases of items that were just packaged up and left lying against the walls. Great for cover, not that great for a evil organizations, but they had captured him, so they must be doing something right; right? Holding Roymain by the end of his shirt, he placed the Priest before him. Just in case there were some unsightly people that wanted to shoot or come in for a sneak attack. "Roy, you know what's weird, we haven't encountered anything or anybody since seeing you, we also haven't seen anything weird. This is so weird, especially since you were on your...den...den..." Fudo looked at the man pulling him towards the wall and lifting him by his neck once more. "Where is your den den Roymain!? Where is it!?" Roymain chuckled and cackled, angering Fudo, the tiger zoan gripped his neck with full force in order to cause the man harm. However, Fudo could feel a force pushing back, one that wouldn't allow him to even cause the slightest indent in the mans throat. "The fuck are you made of!? This wasn't happening before!"Turning back to get the opinion of someone, he noticed that the red haired behemoth, Alice, was no where to be seen. "Uh, guys...I think I might need some help! Guys! Alice! Keiko!" Fudo roared and gave another look at the crowd. "Alright, Alice, I don't really see you! If she is there please point her out, if not...we may have a problem." |

Meanwhile in the heart of the furnace layer of the Machine orthodoxy, in the very heart of where the whole cult's secret world was gaining it's power, Alice was now being forced to take part in a deadly game of hide and seek with an unknown enemy. This enemy was named Urabrask and seemed to have the ability to move with such speed and stealth that it could literally do anything it wanted to her and she would not be able to do anything about it. This much was troubling for sure. Coupled with the heat of the Furnaces that wear all over the place, her skin started to gain a redness to it and sweat started to glisten over her. She had to think, how could she win this and keep from being thrown into a furnace? How could she find this masculine robot thing that was wanting to play with her? That was then she had an idea. It was a down right dirty idea but if this Urabrask was what she thought he was, than it may just work. Looking around, she started to wonder around trying to gain any hint at where this creature might be. Then, it was when she realized that she should not be looking around her per say but the ground around her. It was filled with fine black soot, red dust, and other dust sized things, meaning, it was easy to tell where this creature was at. Taking off at a full sprint, as fast as she could run, Alice tried to move to a more open location. back towards the secret stairway. As the red head raptor hybrid ran, she made it look as though she had tripped but in actuality, she was using it as a way to secretly pick up some hand fulls of the Furnace layer's dusty covering. As she ran, she made sure to kick up some of the particals into the air as well. Just as she thought, the creature was indeed following her and in the brief moments where she could turn to look behind her, she would see a massive creature with a glowing red dart over and stay in the shadows. To an average human, it might have seemed huge but to Alice, it was the same size as her roughly. However, she noted it was bipedal but could move on all four limbs like a beast. It also had no eyes per say. As the ex-marine turned pirate moved on avoiding the furnace priests, the screaming/scuttering goblin things and the long legged spider things, she continued towards her planned area. Once there, she slowed down and then stopped at the cliff face's bottom. keeping her back towards as well as against the rock wall, she looked on trying to see where Urabrask was. Time passed and the dust settled to the earth again but this time, she had a plan. Using the hand fulls of the dirt/dust, she threw them into the air in the area where she figured Urabrask to be, thus forcing him to move to another location. This was to trick im into being exactly where she wanted him and with no more dusty dirt in her hands, she quickly took of the red cape that Ookami had put around her to reveal her melons. It was a dirty and shameful tactic. Something even she was not too ok with but if It meant a shot at winning this deadly game, she would, though, her crew mates had already seen them as well as the other captured souls, what was the harm in one more being seeing the fruits of her life choice? Just as expected, the trick worked. Before her was the dark red and cherry red glowing Urabrask the Hidden. The monster machine and organic thing that was going to throw her into a furnace. He stood on his hind legs which were like an animal's legs and stood at a good eight feet tall. froom it's shoulders were exhaust vent pipes of sorts that made the beast seem closer to ten feet tall. the creature had no eyes, no nose, no face really other than teeth that lead to an exposed jaw. It was a creature that seemed to be made of the same organic metal and flesh but the metal looked different, it was harder, more pure, it was something Alice had no idea what it was. In fact, the whole creature looked to be made of the organic metal, parts looking like flesh were metal and it was rather over all weird. Alice was not ready for a sight and backed away from the hulking creature. It was a fierce thing and to think that it could move with such speed and stealth that it was a true testament to what it could do. however, just as Alice backed away, the thing seemed to grow pink in the head area before falling back onto it's back twitching. Urabrask had passed out after seeing her melons as it seemed. Moving over and picking back up the cape that Ookami gave her to cover her top up with, Alice tied it off in a similar fashion and crept closer to the monster saying, "Looks like I win." |

Keiko was so busy twirling the silver dagger as she tossed it into the air showing off it's moon like shine that she hadn't noticed anything what-so-ever. She didn't notice the priest, Fudo's yelling and definitely not Alice's disappearance. It wasn't until the crowd pushed past her in defiant search that she noticed. They asked her if she had seen the raptress, which made her not only dumbfounded but confused. Keiko looked at the captain believing it was some kind of joke but saw the seriousness in her face. She felt both embarrassed and insulted. She looked at Kuro who shrugged his black shoulders that anyone else would barely be able to focus on in this nightmarish lighting. Keiko breather out slowly and unhappily. She was so stressed out about losing their comrade that she could feel her temperature going up and her face blush deeply. she had no care to talk now or complain or call out as it was all methods of uselessness that only brought trouble. Instead Keiko crawled up the wall to the ceiling for several reasons, one to get past the crowd of people, to avoid instant detection if seen, and to drop down on any unwanted threat. Keiko knew that Alice was behind them the whole time she but thought that perhaps Alice was just trying to control herself and would catch up with the group later. Keiko crawled with her hands gliding over the cold surface gracefully, though her hands were cold and couldn't detect any sign of heat in the blackness. She kept her ears perked like an animals waiting for some kind of sign of her friends return. In her silence and quiet contempt she found nothing as she scrambled back through the narrow halls with the feeling of possession to not only break lights but be condemned by them. In her transformation with her nails stuck to the ceiling and her long white hair hanging down she decided to casually walk through the halls upside down. She walked and walked but nothing no one until she felt a hot draft that made her want to not go in that direction because her senses were well sensitive. She saw Fudo and the group had been staring at her the whole time and she couldn't think, but give them a side ways glance. Keiko pointed in the direction ahead of the strong heat where she wanted to avoid and stay in the cool moldy darkness. "There seems to be something going on that way. Her ears could pick up strange noises and mumbling, but just as they came disappeared. Keiko didn't want to go down that way it was like walking into a volcano for her and she would have passionately refused, but she did go for the captains sake, she was his assassin after all. Who else would protect him? Definitely not the weak group of people with not minds of their own but to follow, none of which had volunteered to fight or risk their lives. The heat of the this wretched place made her feel as if she had a fever and feel tired. She found her self crawling on the empty ceiling, and appeared like a white curtain that just didn't belong. No, no no she said to herself this is not where I want to be. She stayed in her crawl very close to the ceiling. she touched her forehead and felt warm sweat and rising temperature, she did indeed have a fever, and with the sensation of dizziness she refrained from moving. Her red dialed eyes went over the halls seeing strange figures that were both tragic to look at and a disgrace that in her time would have to see. It was the group in her blurry vision for some reason she wanted to slap them. Though she had a love of innocence she didn't know how long any of them would survive. Surely she thought Alice would be back soon? But where was she now? She hoped that they hadn't laid a finger on her friend. Her eyes swept over the beast with great putrid details and her eyes stopped on one particularly familiar, it was Fudo. It appeared to be that the sickness gave her the feeling of throwing up. Keiko flipped dropping down to the side of her friend. In her delusions she was talking to herself in a sort of madness. "You ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?" It must have been all the blood the constant killing and the lose of her ability to be happy. The lifestyle she choose made her old life completely vanish and incarcerated for only the thirst of blood. She tried to remain still with the spinning room, with her eyes became dark and sunken, tired and concentrate on the darkness ahead. She could feel her temples and veins pulsing powerfully. Kill them she thought to herself kill them all. She laughed in naughty coos danced by herself in swirls and ran ahead into the dark halls so she wouldn't hurt anyone. her laughs were powerful and echoed throughout. "Protect yourselves," she yelled in the voice of a rabid animal becoming herself for a moment, " I have no escape from myself..." Edited by Incandescence, Apr 7 2015, 09:15 AM.

Looking towards the group, Fudo could see neither Keiko or Alice. All he couls see was the massive lump of fur and farts that was Kuro. Still holding Roymain, Fudo could see a large green light flashing from the direction of Roymain. The light originated from Roymains mouth, needless to say it was unnatural. With the top of his skull hung back, his jaw widened to the base of his neck. A large humming was heard and Fudo had little time to react. Tossing Roymain upwards enough to avoid having himself harmed, the Tiger Zoan ducked down and away from the man. Within a moment a large explosion blew a hole in the hall causing large amounts of debris and dust to fill it. Stumbling on the floor, Fudo scrambled to get his footing and find his crew and group. Dashing through the smoke Fudo could see everyone running away from the location. "Kuro Round them up guide them to safety! Hurry, help them!" Fudo hadn't much care for the people, but he held a deep sympathy for their situation. Turning back to the billowing smoke Fudo would stand his ground. Regardless of the presence of anyone behind him, and their innocence to the situation, the Beast Blood Captain would make a stand. From within the smoke he could see the sharp green light that Roymain was producing appear once more. Holding his ground, he quickly adjusted hisself, his footing, and took a stance. From within the smoke he could hear the robotic chucking of Roymain; and he even heard his footsteps approaching. Each step over gravel and debris brought the cyborg one step closer to Fudo. The flashing light would go off once more, targeting a spot on the ceiling just behind the Captain, then another striking a supply box beside him. Both shots caused Fudo to twitch slightly, but he stayed his ground. The shot that pierced the ceiling behind him happened to bring down a large portion of the ceiling revealing another floor. The one that struck the supply crate, revealed encased black boxes, all of which were strong enough to weather the blast. Realizing this Fudo got an idea. I'll lure him here, then have him choke on a box and boom, this bitch will be done for."Hey Roy, you missed, I'd expected more from you! I guess the Commanders of the New Age Priests are as worthless as the religion itself!" With that, Fudo started to laugh loudly and mockingly towards the smoking hall and Roymain. Eventually, the man would walk out, his eyes glaring a deep grreen color, and his jaw hanging to his chin. Internally Fudo found the sight extremely creepy. This guys is a fucking creep. The Skeleton was tied to a chair in the basement of the cactithedral. The Skeleton also had a burlap sack over his head. Koga, Zauriel, and Scamp made it to the cactithedral and entered the basement before The Skeleton woke up. Koga had done his reconnaissance very well. He learned that The Skeleton suffered from arachnophobia, which is the intense fear of spiders. “Zauriel. Bring me the jar,” said Koga to Zauriel. Zauriel replied to Koga, “Which jar would that be, master Koga?” Koga replied to Zauriel, “The jar of spiders.” Scamp had a slight look of wonder and confusion on her face. Scamp asked Koga, “What will you do with a jar of spiders, master Koga?” Koga replied to Scamp, “I will use them to instill and inspire terror and fear in The Skeleton.” Scamp then asked Koga, “How will you get him to talk, master Koga?” Koga replied to Scamp, “Easy, my dear little Scamp. I will make him fear me. I have done reconnaissance on The Skeleton. I have learned that The Skeleton has arachnophobia.” Scamp asked Koga, “What is… arachnophobia, master Koga?” Koga replied to Scamp, “It is an intense fear of spiders. Just the mere sight or thought of spiders will have him shaking and quivering in his boots. Woofufu.” Koga first wanted to use the dogs that Zauriel had kept on the grounds of the cactithedral. Zauriel, get the hounds. “Right away, master Koga.” Zauriel returned swiftly with two mastiff type dogs. Both males, weighing in at over 200 pounds each. Scamp asked Koga, “What will you do with the dogs, master Koga? Will you release them upon The Skeleton, master Koga?” Koga replied to Scamp, “No, Scamp. This is just the first step of many ways of inducing fear.” The Skeleton was now beginning to wake up. “First comes the confusion, then… the reality.” |

Kuro saw Keiko run wildly running away into the distance. He saw her eyes opened wide as she waved her arms screaming in the darkness, "I'm a vampire! I'm a vampire!" Keiko ran down a thin dark hallway covered in boxes while the group stayed in the fork lit up brightly. The fever made Keiko want to remain isolated as she crashed into the boxes and slithered through them, so no one could see her. Kuro didn't know what was going on, but knew Keiko would be fine he didn't want her to take her temper out on him. The last time that happened they were on Drum island and an avalanche came down the mountain, which caused by roaring with laughter as she was going to fall off a cliff. He didn't know what she was so upset about the avalanche saved her life, and he saw the most beautiful flower that was much more important to admire than going into the snow to look for her. When she came out to yell at him she did what she always did after she ranted to the open air she fell asleep. Kuro went into a sort of trance but was brought back to reality when green flashing lights zipped through the air and the walls. Kuro puckered his lips seeing that the captive had become hostile. The group had scattered in all directions trying to stay out of the lasers sight. Kuro crawled on the floor like a shadow and when the priest wasn't pausing attention got the drop on the guy. With Kuro's height and weight he managed to push the possessed man to the floor his face down. Kuro let out a raspy laugh of success thinking that the captive was too easy. Then he thought how he must have money in his pocket, so he was searching the mans garments for money, because he was a thief after all and loved the shine of beli. Not only did Kuro stare back at his black furry hand unsatisfied finding nothing, but had to growl at the captive for being so poor. As his body was hunched over the priest he heard a slight giggle from him, as the mans head slowly began to turn counter clockwise to face Kuro. At first Kuro looked at the man confused thinking, that the man killed himself. "So stupid," said Kuro's face. Then when the priest face became distorted in crescent moons smile, while his eyes displayed full moons. Then his smile became wide as he opened his life laughing wide and shaking his head about as his eyes began to glow green Kuro was completely caught off guard and freaked out he slithered across the floor thinking, "That Yellow belly creep, is so scared of me. So weak, the Captain can take him..." Kuro made his way back down the hallway backwards with his face on the priest who seemed to defy gravity and standing with vigor. Kuro dodged behind the corner before the man could shoot him with the laser right next to the other group members watching on. Kuro looked at Fudo and smiled, which meant, "He's all yours!" |

Remaining in a stance Fudo watched as Kuro dashed into the fog and went after the laser burping priest. Through the smoke the coat-less captain couldn't see much; but he could hear some strange noises. He could hear something or more likely the priest being tossed to the ground. Withing a few moments however he heard nothing but rummaging and a strange snapping noise. Some of the smoke subsided, and Fudo Called out "Kuro, you alright? Yo!?" Fudo then saw Kuro on the Priest, both of which on the floor. Kuro's massive size even on the ground was large enough to eclipse the robotic man; all but both of his feet which remained with the toes facing down, just behind the beast. "If I didn't know better...I'd think something a little...suggestive now..." Fudo said in a light tone with a confused look on his face. Fortunately, no one beside him was watching, mostly everyone had ducked and high tailed it from the immediate area. After the odd mechanical cracking noise ended, Kuro scurried past Fudo, with a look of confidence in the Captain. Fudo nodded at the laphan as he passed, and gave him a grin of confidence. Turning back to the body of the priest, he could see that the priest had Pushed himself up from the floor. Everything seemed normal, and Fudo nearly charged him, but not before he saw that the mans face, and entire head was facing in the complete opposite direction it should be. "What the fuck are you, Roymain? I've never..." From the opening in the ceiling Fudo could hear shouting, more soldiers were closing on on their position. Roymain's face was disturbingly happy as his eyes became a dead white color. His mouth glowed the same emerald green as he laughed. "I am, the main enforcer of this place TGR-113. I am what's going to end you today!" Fudo gave a look that could best be described as indifference. Fudo had nearly rolled his eyes before a odd charging noise entered his ears. Roymain's face rolled back a another time as he slung his jaw down to fire off a blast once more. Extending his right arm outward, he grabbed one of the boxes that had survived one of Roymain's the initial blast, then chucked it at the mans open mouth with all of his force. Thew box filled the open mouth of the robotic man, just before he fired of a shot. The box seemingly, successfully, not only stopped the blast, but caused Roymain's mouth to implode. With a massive green blast, Roymain's head blew apart up to his shoulder. The blast sent metal shrapnel in all directions and caused Fudo to shroud himself from the blast and even be pushed back a little. Lowering his arms from his face, Fudo grinned. "That was pretty easy Roy...you weren't as strong as you thought huh?" |
