The cooling air in the sky continued to drop little by very little as the sun set and a particularly bright full moon rose. It was so bright that it made a halo around it's self as it's light refracted off the water molecules in the air. Alice explained to Jasmine the best way she could about how Fudo looked all the while they continued to walk along the hard packed dirt road. "Well... he is about average height, male, gots lots of scars, has a musical treble clef note looking tattoo on his face, and has a mohawk. Oh, and he can be rather loud so that might help us find him." As Alice tried to convey the description of Fudo to her new friend, she talked with her hands as well. First holding her right hand out with the palm facing downwards as if to give a round about height of Fudo. She then moved on to lightly cut across her body with her index and middle fingers to signify that he had been cut up a lot, thus the reason why he was covered in scars. The next thing she did was place her hands up at her head and going in a parallel line, Alice raised them up as if to physically describe that Fudo had a large mohawk. After doing her best to describe Fudo, Alice noticed that Jasmine was having to all but power walk just to keep up with her natural long strides. A soft smile appeared on the woman's face as she changed footing to only taking half steps of what her normal stride was. Thier feet leaving pints in the dirt and sand as they traveled along, looking for Fudo, but the thing that bugged the Ruby red haired woman was where Jasmine was hiding her wings. She recalled them having them but from what Alice could tell, Jasmine did not have any. They could be hidden, the girl could simply not of had any at birth, or they could have been taken from her for some odd reason. She was touchy about her own incident and figured it best not question Jasmine about her wings. If she did have them and they were just hidden away it might be just to try and blend in better, a smart move to make. It was then something moved out the corner of Alice's left eye and instinctively she stopped and turned to look. Part of her knew whatever it was would not be there but looking all the while bight get her a glance at what had moved so suddenly. Thankfully she did catch the sight of something. A black cloak tail before it disappeared along an alley way they had passed. People were walking by them and stuff as it was but, something about the speed about the tail end of the cloak seemed off, like whoever was under it was trying to move quickly and stay out of sight. At the moment they were in the open, so if something were to happen, it would cause too much of a scene. After a couple of seconds of just standing and looking back at the alley way with her body turned, she returned to walking along saying in a soft breath so that only jasmine could hear, "I think we might have a shadow. Not sure though. Also... didn't we already pass this Cathedral?" It might of been a jump in attention but, it was odd that the town of cacti would have two large building that were exactly the same. Apparently, they had somehow made a big loop and found themselves back at the cathedral where they first met. Alice was sure they were traveling over towards the docks but apparently not. "Hmmmm... Strange." |

Approaching the Cactithedrel, Fudo could see it's monumental eerie silhouette in the darkness. Dimly lit by torches and street lamps, the area surrounding the Cactithedrel was anything but inviting. It's eerie appearance coupled with the low toned mourns of the citizens, sent chills down Fudo's arms and spine. Fudo knew he had to keep up his energy around his friends. "Yo, so, this island is pretty shitty. While I was here, it was probably ten times as bad though. The beaches and desert are the worst places to be so moving towards the Cactithedrel is the best plan. It's a good idea that uh, Alice, made her way there. You said that she is pretty tall, so I hope she is pretty easy to find. I just hope that she isn't in trouble." Fudo spoke sincerely and energetically, enunciating everything loudly as he spoke. His heavy steps pounded the sand; he spoke optimistically but he felt anxious. Standing to the right of both Kuro and Keiko, Fudo had a better view of the unknown group to his right, but not the group to his left. Between him and Keiko was Kuro as well, who also hindered the Laphan's tremendous size. Turning his slightly furred zoan head over his right shoulder, he could see that the initial group he spotted was slowly pursuing the trio. Turning he head to the left, Kuro was in the way. So he placed his palm on Kuro's back and tilted his head backwards awkwardly. Spotting the smaller pair also in pursuit, Fudo felt a sense of urgency. Taking a moment to estimate the distance of the two groups he took a deep breath. Bringing his head back to it's average position, he thought for a moment before leaning forward and turning his head toward the pair. "The two groups are getting particularly close. I'd say they are about fifty meters away from us, give or take five meters. If they get any closer I'd suggest that we run. Unless you think that we can handle the group ourselves. No, forget it. WE need to gather Alice first. It's never a good thing to lose a friend, and I wouldn't want you two, I mean three, to get separated. Let's just pick up the pace." with that, Fudo patted Kuro on the back and started to pick up the pace. The Cactithedrel was now almost completely visible. Though, the islanders surrounding it, were well hidden with the dark and the shadow of the building. Following Alice and Jasmine. The masked figures Den Den rang. "Cassius, this is Jerome from Recon S.1. While surveying the area, we think that we've found TGR-113. He seems to bear the same resemblance and abilities as the escaped experiment had. Recon S.2 also spotted TGR-113, and both squads are on route. It is traveling to the Cactithidrel; do we engage?" A sinister smile showed on Cassius face. "I was told by HQ not to engage. However, things may change. Watch them from a distance, break from their line of sight. We will ambush TGR-113 all at once. Over." still hiding within the shadows, Cassius now prepared himself to possibly capture both Alice, and TGR-113. |

The Cactihedrel was what Keiko head Fudo say. Her eyes swept to the monumental building, at first she found the sight creepy, but when her eyes began to dilate with excitement she became more in-tuned and thought it was of ancient beauty. She wouldn't mind hiding in the Cactihedrel hunting the threats Fudo spoke of. There was a different smell in the air, she believed it was the night that made her feel more powerful, it was in her head of course. Keiko began to giggle to herself, "Well be there soon." She couldn't help but think that the sooner they got there the better and as she did her eyes became slits and her voice raspy in an animalistic manner. Kuro immediately took notice and wrapped his paws around her mouth and laughed in a raspy way so no one would suspect his companion. Kuro made sure she really didn't talk now, but with his hands over her mouth he began to hope she didn't bite him. Kuro began to whistle as if nothing was up at all. Keiko noticed what Kuro was doing and became more composed. Her red eyes returned to normal and so did her voice. Keiko began to breath in and out very slowly, making sure she didn't suddenly transform on the spot and begin to indulge herself. Keiko thought of her father and wondered that if she was to return home at that very moment what his reaction would be to what she was now. She was sure he had never intended for her to be a cursed pirate and murderer. She began to feel saddened about the deaths out of her control. She looked at the purple ring G.G had given her before he died. After she killed G.G he spoke to her as if he had been set free from a terrible darkness. I wonder, she thought to herself, who will release me from this dark place. As suddenly as the morbid thoughts came they flew away like bats out of a cave when the Cactithefrel was near full view. Keiko clasped her Nodachi, not because their was a threat but because it felt more natural to hold the hilt as she walked. Fudo was definately the same as always, nothing changed except the obvious abuse he had faced. She wondered that since he faced the abuse in this place as why he would ever want to come back. Unless he was under intense mind control and was luring them in. Unless they already had Alice in their clutches, unless they were already doomed when they set foot on the island. Keiko shook her head, no that was crazy nothing like that could be possible, then again red sand island was nothing but a hopeless conspiracy. Her eyes shifted to Fudo and stayed there. I have my eyes on you she thought, she was afraid that something could have triggered him to come her in the first place some kind of technical bug. I wonder if they could just activate something in his brain, or maybe they never got that far, maybe they put smething in his spinal cord to control his actions. Keiko told Fudo to stop moving. "I don't mean to pry into bad memories, but to go further I need to know what kind of experiments they conducted on you. I know it's none of my business, but if your under mind control, blink twice if you ever still have your mind, and I'll find who ever did it." Keiko covered her mouth, and continued walking. "Forget I said anything. I'm sorry." Keiko glared at every cactus that they had passed to make sure it wasn't a spy or an assassin. It would be embarrassing to her to get followed by an assassin, because being a sneak is her specialty. She kept her ears perked and walked lightly on her toes. "We should run to them, now. The faster we get to them the better. The last scientist that attacked us had tranquilizers. I won't let that happen again." |

Jasmine listened to Fudo's description and cocked her head to the side. Going by word of mouth he was a pretty hard person to miss, apparently. Still, an excuse to keep hanging out with someone as interesting as this didn't have to all that grand. A smile spread across Jasmine's face as she scouted the crowds of people going by. Most of the people were dressed terribly bland and a lot of others were praying as they walked. This island really was a depressing place. Then, as if out of the blue, Alice remarked that the pair were being followed by someone. Jasmine was certain she hadn't done anything worthy of getting a stalker... Yet. Perhaps they were after Alice? She was a very unique person, to say the least. What if it was another doctor hoping to steal Jasmine's thunder and analyze Alice in her place! The thought was too horrific to not be true! Immediately Jasmine began paying attention to her surroundings as much as possible. She wasn't overly skilled at such things and she didn't have the greatest intuition, but it couldn't hurt to stay on her toes. No one was going to steal Alice from her, not until she's researched everything imaginable about this tall lady! "Now that you mention it, we did pass the Cactithedral earlier. We must be walking in circles." Said Jasmine. Her tone was light but the glint in her eyes showed her worry. She wasn't used to strange situations like being stalked! "Are you certain someone's following us?" Jasmine's tone was really low when she asked the question, almost a whisper. There was a hint of fear in the way her voice shook. She kept her expressions level, though. It took everything she had, but she didn't take acting lessons back on Skypiea for nothing! Jasmine ran through all her options mentally. She didn't have much to fight with, and despite her height Alice would be just as vulnerable as any other human without weapons. They'd probably have to make a run for it if someone came to attack them. Edited by KileyBarker, Feb 22 2015, 05:16 PM.

After recalling that they had indeed looped around in a large circle, Alice figured if someone was still following they, they would think they would be spotted and were just looping around as to misdirect them. Alice tried to keep a look out for Fudo all the while every once in a while she would see the same cloaked figure just darting off in the blink of an eye only to have his cloak was the last to be caught. Something was not right, that much was for sure. She remembered the island being a place of near lawlessness, bounty hunter central, a land full of scum but, apparently, it was home to an organized faith with overly temper tantrums throwing priests and eyes everywhere. Everywhere Alice looked, someone was praying, or twiddling some religious symbolic trinket. "Yeah, Every once in a while I catch a glimpse of a cloak darting off and it being gone in the blink of an eye. Someone is indeed following us though, the question is... why?" Spoke Alice in the same hushed to a whisper level of speaking. Alice stopped and chose to look around the area, the Cathedral they were in front of was a major land large and the plaza area where they were in would allow for a large space where if an emen were to attack, it would obviously be seen. The next thing was the civilians were all starting to thin out, now only a handful of people were roaming the streets as the full moon shined brightly in the night sky. It was then As she was turning she saw a large black mass with a red cape and a man coming towards them. At first because of the distance and lack of light the ruby red haired woman was not sure who it was but then it registered. The black mass was Kuro, the red cape must of been Ookami riding along. Further more, the man running along side them was the target in question, Fudo. His trademark mohawk moving about with his movements and in the air. "Well... Good news is, We didn't have to look very far. Look, Fudo is coming and it seems the rest of my crew mates are coming along with. Good. The fourteen foot tall ex-marine turned pirate tapped Jasmine's left shoulder and pointed towards the oncoming trio as she spoke. She then stood up after having to lean down a little to get Jamine's attention. She lifted her left arm up into the air and waved towards the trio as they came, her own soft smile turning into a smirk. |

Traveling with a hastened pace, the trio eventually would catch sight of the cactithedrel in it's entirety. It's massive Gothic profile seemingly blocking out the moon itself. Within the massive shadow of the cactithedrel, Fudo could make out many figures. Moat traveling by torchlight, he noticed a immensely tall figure waving in their direction. The pair appeared too dark for Fudo to even make out who they were. However they were directly in line of where Fudo, Keiko, and Kuro had to go. So he continued forward with his hurried pace. Getting closer, he remembered that Keiko had said she was traveling with a tall individual herself. Considering that there was no one beside the figure even remotely close in size, he deducted that the figure must have been the Alice person. However, he would still ask if Keiko recognized the figure. "Keiko, you said Alice was tall right? Is that her over there? I mean, do you think that can be her? I know it's kinda hard to see with no light at all." Making their way off of the sand of the shore and onto more stony terrain, the trios steps could now be heard. After a few moments, the steps of their pursuers could also be heard. Focusing on the steps themselves, it would seem as only one group, had been following them. "I can only hear the group that was on my right? Maybe they joined up or maybe the other group is setting up some sort of attack. We need to hurry." Wow if that is Alice, then she is nearly as tall as I am, no maybe even taller. If that is her natural height, then we might have a problem. In my experience taller people have egos. There isn't all that much room for egos when I'm around. As the footsteps became closer and louder to the Beast Blood pack, Fudo swung his duffle bag to the front and unzipped it with his right hand. Sticking his right hand into the bag while holding it to with front with his left, he rummaged through the bag while remaining focused on the footsteps and the cactithedrel. Eventually clasping what he wanted to, he pulled out his golden knuckle duster. Releasing his bag from his hand, he fastened the weapon to his hand. After watching Alice wave down TGR-113 and Keiko. He saw all he could. Nodding away in the distance, he knew things would be too good. Falling back deep into the shadows far out of view from Alice and Jasmine, Cassius weaved his way through a back alley. Uniting himself with the second troop, he would hatch a plan to ambush the group. |

Keiko, Kuro and Fudo walked for some time now. Keiko's eyes darted to every shadow, corner and figure as they walked. She was a bit out of it by now. The dull scene made her concentrate on the only loud colors around. Then in her silence she focused on a red haired figure, but she didn't notice the figure, she noticed the red color. Keiko didn't blocked out the sounds Fudo was chattering next to her. She could feel her eyes constricting on that red color, she loved the taste. When Fudo had mentioned Alice she came too, but not completely. Keiko slowly turned her head to Fudo with her black circled eyes on him and her tongue sticking out. Her eyes were wide with confusion. Looking back she realized that the flow of red was Alice's hair. Keiko bite her tongue on impulse and slowly brought it back into her mouth like a predator on retreat. Her teeth snapped shut, and her eyes focused on the other figure besides Alice. Her eyes swept to the girls green hair. She had stopped in uneasiness. This new friend of Alice's showed a kind bubbly personality. Keiko calmed down, and couldn't help but think that everyone in this long moment was admiring Alice. This made Keiko more than happy to see that Alice had made a new friend, maybe even a potential crew mate. Keiko quickly moved her spit around in her mouth so no one would know that her tongue was bleeding. Keiko smiled brightly at Fudo. "Yes, that's ALice all right." Then she heard Fudo mutter again about being followed or in grave danger. This made her smile grow wider as she whispered under her breath, "Yes I hope there following us..." due to her whisper Kuro tapped her shoulder with his fuzzy paws. When Keiko looked at Jack Black, which was one of her many nicknames for him he flicked her nose. Keiko remembered hearing somewhere that a trainer would flick a dogs nose when it did something wrong. Keiko motioned for Kuro to come closer. Kuro had doubt in his eyes but their friendship made him edge closer. Keiko smiled wider than before at Kuro that immediately copied her grin. Keiko's eyes darted towards a small set of figures who were watching them. Kuro's eyes followed Keiko's stares counter clock wise. The black bunny edged back as if nothing had happened as all. "Alice!" Keiko called out to her ship mate. "I see you've made a friend! This is the guy you were looking for, Fudo Saiken. Fudo this is Alice!" Then Keiko waved at the green haired girl. "I'm Keiko and this is Kuro." Keiko felt as if she was being watched, no doubt the others must have felt the same on this creepy island, but to Keiko it was starting to become very inviting. |

Jasmine looked around warily. This was her first time being stalked like this and she was nervous. Still, she tried to hide her unease behind a haughty bright smile. If there was one thing she was proud about, it was her skill to keep her composure even in the face of absurd circumstance. The pair continued their small journey when Alice suddenly halted Jasmine. The tall woman pointed off towards an approaching group claiming that they had found her captain. What befell Jasmine's eyes was a large black spot on the background, like someone had simply blocked out part of the surroundings. It took her a moment to even notice the features of that jet black figure. As to what kind of creature it was, Jasmine was at a loss. She had never seen or even heard of anything like that. There was a burly man with an astounding mohawk, stretching down to nearly his knees, and he was accompanying this monster rabbit-like beast. There seemed to be another woman with the group as well, but Jasmine was too focused on the bear-rabbit-monster to say anything. "W-what is it?" Her voice shook with a sense of awe. There was no fear in it. Her eyes were sparkling. Jasmine's heart was racing. In just one day she'd seen a multitude of marvels. From a giant woman to a rabbit-bear, the number of surprises just kept coming. Now, more than ever, Jasmine was certain she wanted to stay with this small group of unique individuals. A strong feeling overwhelmed her and her intuition cried out that if she let this opportunity pass she'd never get it back. Putting on the biggest smile of her life, Jasmine could only pray that they needed a doctor, or a chef, or even a musician on board their ship. She was pretty handy at crafting little nifty inventions as well. |

As Alice stood next to Jasmine, she looked over at her new friend and saw her practically start drooling over something. Once All of them were finally together, Alice said, "Hello, I'm Alice, Shipwright, demolitionist, and strategist. Been looking all over for you all day. Oh, and this is Jasmine, a doctor. Don't mind her at the moment, I think seeing land dwellers of such large size is coming to a shock to her." With introductions briefly taken care of, Alice tried to think about what exactly what to do now. They were being followed but she didn't want their followers to be tipped off that the prey knew they were being followed. It would be better to bait them into a neutral area where the group could ambush their shadowers. Afterwards, force them to reveal why they were being followed. The first thing was to not inform Ookami, Kuro or this Fudo man. However, just as Alice had finished the line of thought, she thought she caught a glimpse of more cloaked figures, it appeared that Alice and Jasmine were not alone in being followed it seemed. As such, It meant they most likely knew as well but were thinking the same thing as she was. "Well, Now that the gang is all here, why don't we find ourselves a pub and we can further get to know each other in a more comfy setting instead of out in the open, night sky of this plaza? The just over fourteen foot wall ruby red head shifted her body weight from one leg to the other while hoping her subtle change in tone would signify to the group that their current location was a pretty bad spot. It lacked hardly any cover, it was night time so visibility was going to be an issue, they were strangers in a strange cactus filled land, basically, this was a really bad spot to be in if their followers were to take the opportunity to pull anything. "Oh and Jasmine, This huge ball of fluff is Kuro the Rabbit. He is Ookami's pet... thing." Edited by SwanSong, Feb 26 2015, 02:11 PM.

Keiko kindly introduced Fudo to Alice and Alice's friend; Jasmine. Giving a complimentary grin, Fudo marveled at the diversity just between the five individuals he was with. Keiko and Kuro, Fudo, Alice, Jasmine, all of them appeared to be from vastly different walks of life. Thinking about the group he was with, Fudo somewhat drifted off as the others spoke. His golden eyes glossed slightly as he remembered the first group of people he had seen such diversity in; his first crew. Returning to the conversation, Fudo listened to Alice. Once she was done, he spoke. "Yo what's up? Hey Alice, hey Jasmine. Sorry for having you all looking for me so long, but at least we are together now. Kehahaha. Land dwellers, is she from somewhere where there isn't any land?" Cutting himself off to focus on what really mattered, he changed subjects. The area surrounding the cactithedrel became eerily quiet. The small bustle of the average citizen ceased all together. Only in the distance of the Weeping Summit was anything heard at all. "I think that it's a good plan, let's get out of the open and someplace more homely, so we can chill and get to know one another more. Cool? Cool! Let's just uh, hurry, it get's freezing as the night continues on here." Advancing and taking lead of the pack Fudo tried to use his senses as best he could to locate both a crowded area, and the groups pursuers. "I'd suggest we get a move on, there aren't too many friendly people around at night around here, or in general Kehahaha!"Aggressively opting for an hasty escape, Fudo felt more obligated to get his group away from the action. Feeling he may be to strong with his words, he made small talk. "So Alice, you and Keiko. You are a shipwright, correct? That's pretty bitching. How did you guys meet? Hmm. Actually, I'll speak a bit. I think you should know more about you you've been searching for, Kehahaha. Well, I'm a martial artist from Louguetown, you know in East Blue? I'm sort of a wandering sould I suppose, oh, and this, err, body. I am so used to being in this hybrid kind of form, I forget sometimes. I am a Devil Fruit user, a zoan. Some kind of tiger, or some shit. I'm not really sure. Keiko told me that you were one as well? I'd have to say I think your height is pretty cool. To be completely honest, I'm a little less that half as tall as I am now; naturally. Still above average, but nothing compared to you, Kehahaha." Looking behind him he could see a single figure directly behind them. Several meters away, but still close enough to justify concern. "I don't think a pub will be more than five minutes away, but I'm not too sure. I haven't been in this area of the island before." he said in a low tone. |

Keiko's eyes appeared as if they were focused on her comrades while she walked, but she really had her eyes on the figures in her peripheral vision. She couldn't help breathing in and out slowly because if she didn't she would just slaughter the figures on the spot. Keiko smiled to herself she was happy that they were a team now. She ran to Alice and hugged her, "I miss you too!" When she hugged the red head her eyes stared at the figure watching them. Keiko stuck her tongue out and made an amimalistic face. She didn't like the idea of someone stalking Alice too. The figure quickly looked away like he wasn't watching. Keiko backed off Alice and shook hands with the Green haired woman. "Hi there nice to meet you. The pub you say! Well I could use a drink what a great idea with loads of people...who i'm sure will make me mentally uncomfortable." When Keiko said the last part, which she didn't mean to say she coughed, "Sorry I had something in my throat." Keiko played friendly pretty smooth, but then she returned to her silent self. Wait a minute, she thought if we go to the pub then the Tainted won't fight us...unless. Unless I start a bar fight. She was so overjoyed with the thought she blushed silently and even let out a little giggle. Yes, she thought then I can all the blood I desire from the tainted. Keiko began to rub her hands together in excitement as she followed them. "Soon...," she whispered to herself. Keiko began to count the cactus's, at least that's what she told the others. She counted out loud all the "cactus's" she saw, but she was really counting the stalkers. "One cactus, two cactus, three cactus....seven dead bodies, eight dead bodies...I mean cactus's" Kuro stared at Keiko with that wide eye look, "You're losing it..." Keiko shrugged her shoulders and giggled. So what if I am, she thought to herself. She had to let lose sometimes, had to kill when she pleased, right? Yes was her immediate answer, but she kept giggling like she was having the best day ever.

Everything was swirling in Jasmine's mind. An animal-looking super tall man, a giant black rabbit, a woman tall enough to change any light-bulb... She was standing in the middle of giants! Everything happened so quickly that Jasmine swore she'd get whiplash. After a brief meeting the group began making their way towards a local eatery. Walking in that company Jasmine couldn't help but feel a bit alienated in comparison. She was certain that she was a strange sight herself, but among these amazonian proportioned ones, she could only feel a bit insignificant. She listened intently to the conversation as the captain known as Fudo introduced himself and gave a small bit of his own back story. He explained his height and his appearance with a hand-wave and mention of a Devil Fruit. Again Jasmine found herself growing excited. Fudo was the first devil fruit eater she'd met... Ever. "So this is a Devil Fruit..." Whispered the girl under her breath. Once Fudo finished his little spiel Jasmine decided to interject. "Ah, as Alice said my name is Jasmine. I'm from the Sky Island Skypiea, hence her comment about little land. I'm a multi-talented person. I'm a doctor, a chef, and a bit of a tinkerer on the side. I was actually hoping I could maybe work on your ship for a bit in exchange for passage to the next island or so..." She tried to keep the request brief and her voice was tight, but it was sincere. She desperately wanted to leave this island as fast as possible, and she also wanted to maybe get a chance to analyze a Devil Fruit eater as well~ Not to mention she had never even heard of a person as tall as Alice or of a creature like Kuro~ |

The pitter patter of feet could be heard as the group moved along the hard packed dirt covered street. Alice chucked as Jasmine continued to be astounded by just about everything that was going on with them. Hanging back, she leaned down a bit to talk to Jasmine without having to raise her voice more than needed. "Truth be told, just about all of us are Zoans. Ookami there is a bat, and I'm a special zoan type." She smiled as the ruby red haired woman walked along the left side of Jasmine. Alice raised her right arm up just enough for Jasmine to see her hand, It was then she concentrated on shifting her form. Skin turning black as sin and gaining a scale like texture to it not unlike that of a bird's foot. Small strips started to appear and finger nails thickening. Those same nails grew longer, as well as darken as they transformed into razor sharp claws. All this happened in just Alice's right hand and in but a second as well. Then, after keeping control long enough, Alice let her body part shift back to normal. When it did, the skin faded and it all dried up before falling away as if Alice just shed her skin and nails. The bits that fell away turned to dust and then into nothingness. Once more, all this in the span of a second. Alice returned her right appendage to her side as she continued saying, "But some of us would rather like to keep our gift hidden until needed. After all, who would expect a person to turn into a dinosaur right in the middle of a fight right? Alice continued to smile as she leaned back up to her normal height The gang continuing to move along mostly in silence. Then as they entered what she figured to be the district area, Fudo slipped back to talk to Alice. His mouth and mind seemed to jump from one subject to another. This made her question his mental stability as she arched her eyebrows in a way to signify she was questioning him. By the end of it all, Alice chose to just shrug it all off for the time being. She could question him and find out more about him and his ability to be a leader later. The gang continued to move along till they came to a neat little saloon of sorts and entered the establishment. Fudo, you may wanna turn back to normal... just saying, having a giant man tiger might freak people out if not already. The last thing I would like to do is wake up and find myself about to be crucified because some guy wanted to show off around a bunch of religious freaks. The truth of the matter was, she did not too sure what all these locals were capable of, especially with the island history too boot, anything was possible. |

Keenly listening to everything Alice, Jasmine, and Keiko had to say; FUdo remained quiet. By the time the group began entering the establishment Alice told Fudo to maybe revert back to normal. Fudo, would give Alice a stiff look as she turned away, but ultimately knew it was the right thing to do. There wasn't much around, and all that was hid pursuers familiar to his feline appearance. As everyone entered the pub, Fudo could see that the establishment itself was about three stories in height. The first two stories seemed to be where beverages were dispensed while the last appeared to be a motel floor of sorts. Fudo grinned at that fact. He was well aware of the fact that he was surrounded by women; and a rabbit. But three out of four was still good odds for getting some action. Even if one of them seemed a bit, peculiar. Before entering the residential pub, Fudo morphed back into his regular, but still overwhelmingly attractive, human form. Pushing aside two very western doors, Fudo entered a scene that could only be described as, depressing. Every single person, even the bar tender himself, was afflicted with an expression of woe. Nothing, not even intoxication would provide an escape for these people. The dim yellow lights, nearly complete silence, and religious outlook had everyone down. Without the booming of the upper floors, the main floor could have been considered eerily quite. The first floor consisted of the stairs leading to the upper level, a bar-tending area, a seating area, a small dance area, a karaoke machine, and a single door labeled "stall". The main room itself, was dully furnished and only filled to about a third of it's possible capacity, with a bunch of depressed looking men. Most of which were dressed in traditional monk garb, with a few exceptionally dressed street rats scattered about. Upon entering not even a single glance was given to the group. All that could be heard was the mild groans and mumbles of everyone in the room. Upstairs however, music could be heard playing. It was loud and the music had a lot of base. Definitely a step up from the first floor Fudo thought while turning towards the group to get their attention. "Alright guys, let's go get a booth far away from all of these depressing mooks yo. It's kinda boring down here, but if anything, later we can go upstairs to the party floor if you guys are in the mood for a party!" walking a few steps ahead of the pack, Fudo used his eyes to scan pass all of the sad bodies filling the first levels seating area, Fudo eventually saw one tha he liked and made his way over too it. Turning back towards the group he hurriedly waved his hands so that they all could follow. "C'mon, yo, it's time to have some celebration!" Reaching wooden booth, Fudo jumped to one of the innermost spots of the table and sat. The booth he picked one was a semi-circle and had green satin cushions stapled to the wood. The area reeked a little of the usual putrid bar smells, but overall. It was a pretty sweet spot. Once in his spot, Fudo would wait for everyone else to sit down beside him. While in his seat however, Fudo felt as nervous as ever. Just the thought of being on the island was enough to make him uneasy, but now he knew that he was being followed. Pretty soon, he k new everything would go to shit. |

Keiko blanked out on their walk led them to two the western doors. Keiko immediately grabbed Kuro and took a seat on a wooden stool. She had her eyes on the depressed bartender with black circles under his eyes and a saddening sigh here and there. The bartender was cleaning a glass cup with a badge cloth, his eyes were on Kuro. The man sighed in his black vest, he was thin and appeared worn, "What can I *sigh* do for you fella..." Kuro's eyes locked with the bartender but he said nothing, no one said nothing. Keiko slowly removed her arms from her cape and placed her hands on the counter. Keiko slowly ushered the tips of her hands to the wooden counter, and slowly moved her hands down, her nails cut the wood and made ear splitting cracks. This only made the bartender sigh and make his way to Keiko. "Now my counter is ugly *sigh* is there something you would like to drink? You look a little *sigh* young if you ask me." Keiko removed her fingernails from the counter with hands that returned to her crimson cape. Keiko nodded her head, but didn't answer. The bartender stared at her sighed and placed the glass cup on the counter. Assuming that Keiko didn't know what he had the bartender began to recite all the drinks on the shelves, but very slowly. The mans calmness began to make Keiko sad herself because if he had no energy, which no one seemed to show then their blood must not taste good. Keiko remained seated however, and though she wanted nothing she liked to hear the bartender sigh. This is soothing she thought to herself, to just sit and have no care in the world. Keiko knew that the Captain wanted a booth, but she disobeyed at the moment. He had said something about a party, surely their must be more lively people their, this thought put a twinkle in her eyes. Jasmine was lively, and fascinated about odd things. Alice had revealed her impressive dinosaur zoan, and Fudo showed of his tiger zoan, but she felt like hiding all the time. Keiko pulled her hood over her face to hde her eyes. The bartender was still slowly going over the many drinks he had which made Keiko smile. "I'm sorry, there's nothing that I want." Then Keiko grabbed Kuro by his fuzzy paw, and they went to go to the booth their companions desired. The bar was old fashioned like it was a different time entirely. When Keiko went to the booth she began to kick her feet wondering if the so called party would have enthusiastic dancers. "Do you think the people at the party will be enthusiastic, or happy?" She had asked this to her comrades, but couldn't help picturing a bunch of melting zombies in a room, moving their bodies awkwardly before they turned into fleshy soup.
