Raine was still angry, of course she was otherwise she wouldn't be Raine would she now? Sprinting full pelt at a grunt which moved away from the two others, she gripped the neck of her guitar tightly and held it to her side near the floor, getting ready to hit the thug as hard as she could. He seemed to be too busy watching his comrades to pay her much attention, either that or he didn't feel like she was a thread which just added to her anger. Screaming as she got near to the man she swung heavily in a rising arc to clip the man in the face, catching him on the base of his skull where his jaw should have been situated normally. However, his jaw was no longer situated like that as she'd just dislodged it and it looked also like she'd taken a chunk out of it, at least from what she could see in the moment before his whole body flew backwards and almost did a flip, but only managed about half as he landed on the top of his head. He screamed in pain, although it seemed a lot weaker than it could have been which annoyed her even more and she proceeded to place her guitar on the floor and scream in anger again before laying into him. "I HOPE YOU DIDN'T NEED THIS!" Slamming her fist into his head she caused his nose to begin to bleed, and with a second punch she heard the snap of his breathing utensil break. It looked like someone had cracked a red egg on his face, which although was funny, she didn't see the funny side right now and instead was too busy punching him in other places of his face to break other things. There weren't really any other things to break on his face apart from busting his lip and making him bleed a load, the next step would have been breaking his actual face, but that meant he wouldn't have a skull left and he'd die. Then again she wasn't able to rationally think about that, and neither did she actually care and so she continued to smash her fists into his face, the plaster long gone and any sort of damage to her hands unrecognisable under all the blood. She was beginning to tire a little bit, it had already been a long day and all the exercise was wearing her down, meaning her following punches were becoming a little bit weaker. She kept trying though and eventually was pulled back slightly by Mae. "Hey, hey... Mellow. You did good there, but I'd say he's had enough now" Raine had no energy to argue and she wouldn't have wanted to with her wife anyway, mostly because she loved her and wouldn't treat her badly, and partly because she could actually be scary when she wanted something. She took a few deep breaths and then sat up, no longer looming over the already unconscious man, it was always difficult to turn off her anger, but she'd been luckier earlier in the day with how she'd been, so not really anybody got hurt that shouldn't have been. A final hard punch to the mans face, she stood up and cracked her back a little, her mind still a little cloudy but a lot better than before. It usually took some time to clear. A deep sigh escaped her mouth as she looked down at her hands and noticed what covered them: a mixture of blood, clumps of what was probably skin and hair and what seemed to be shards of either bone or teeth. She didn't really want to check but she needed to wipe it all off so she could assess her own injuries, so she lent down and tore a scrap of the bloodied man's clothing off and wiped her hands down before throwing away the rag and speaking: "Thanks for that... I probably would have tried to keep going. But what about... Oh" She had planned on asking about the others but it looked like their doctor had more of a fighting spirit than expected, as she'd beaten up both the thugs and knocked one of them out and had the other in a choke hold. She grinned, that was what she liked to see, showing those thugs who was boss. Of course it was her, being the captain and all, and no matter how Jeremiah tried to swing it, she was stronger and better than him and she wouldn't hesitate to snap his arm "When you're done beating on that dude, mind patching up my hand? I kind of... Damaged it." "Hmm... You'll have to get used to this sorta thing!" "What's that meant to mean ey?" "Nothing at all, heh" The couple exchanged playful comments before linking arms like in the old days and walked over towards Tyrallia. |

The woman before Jeremiah, who still stood in obvious awe of his pure awesomeness, had reluctantly not given Jeremiah her name yet. Was he wrong? was not an exchange of names the proper and only way to gain an acquaintance? Perhaps this particular female was very forgetful. After another few minutes of umms and errs, the four eyed girl had adjusted her falling, slanted lenses and began to stand up with the posture of a crunched up paper towel, brushing the dust and dirt from her skirt while doing so. She then looked up at Jeremiah, making brief direct eye contact and then suddenly jolting back in reaction, scattering her vision across the floor. "M-mm-my name's E-Eleanor. Nice to m-meet you, s-sir..." "Nice to meet you E-E-Eleanor. ...and don't call me sir, i ain't superior to you in anyway. You may be an assistant, but you're still an inventor... kinda." Jeremiah scratched his head in confusion. It was so easy to address people who you had or intended to annoy, but when confronted with someone has respectful and polite as Eleanor made Jeremiah think about what kind of tone and responses to use. With Raine, it was easy to be logically blunt with the obvious answers, as to wind her up even more than usual. As for Mae, it was easy to be sarcastic as to anger Raine even more, with the possible added bonus of trying to anger Mae, but that seemed unlikely. "W-wait, yo-your a professor too?" "Well, I'm not exactly a recognised genius, but i do possess the same skills as a professor would have, i guess." Eleanor's confused face had lit up with excitement in reaction to Jeremiah's response. "Another inventor? M-maybe you could help me with something..." Eleanor proceeded to fiddle her thumbs and fingers around, each overlapping each other. Then suddenly, her arm shot out like a bullet from a pistol to latch into Jeremiah's hand. "Eh? What are you doing...?" Then, she began to sprint out of the dark alleyway and into the main street, dragging Jeremiah by the mechanical arm along with her. "eh- wait!" |

Tyrallia waved down Raine with her left hand in a 'yeah, yeah, gimme a minute' kind of way as she pressed harder on the thug's chest with her foot. "There are two hundred and six bones in a human adult's skeleton. If you don't fecking talk, I'll crush each and every one individually until you do." she growled in the most threatening tone she could muster. She sounded like Batman, if Batman was a nine year old girl with an Irish accent. To prove her point, she wrapped all five if her vines around his left humerus and started to squeeze. Panic filled the man's dark eyes, and he started babbling unintelligently. "Speak a language I can fecking understand, or I'll work on the assumption that you're yelling in defiance." she squeezed tighter. She doubted she could actually crush his bone, but it was a fun thought. "Mary-sama!" spluttered the man. Tyrallia scowled. She put as much weight as she could on her foot. "The sadist bitch?" The man started struggling, yelling "You dare sully the name of Mary-sama!" with newfound vigour. At least until Tyrallia unwrapped her vines and slapped the side of his head, as she bellowed, "WHERE IS SHE?!" the man stayed silent. Tyrallia kept her eyes on him. "Standing behind me is Titanium-Knuckle Raine. What she just did to your pal's face? Barely scratching the surface. They say she once made a cave in the Red Line with her bare fecking fists. She's been known to sink whole Marine fleets with nought but her hands. So loosen your fecking tongue, before I have her loosen your fecking joints." The man slumped, resigned. "She's staying in the Three Frogs." "An inn?" the man nodded, tears forming in his eyes. Tyrallia paused before saying, "If you're fecking lying, I'll be back to break the other one." The man looked confused. "Other...?" Tyrallia's vines went back to his arm, which she pulled out of socket. Thinking she'd broken his arm, he passed out from shock. Tyrallia let him go and straightened and turned back to Raine. "Hand." she said simply as she took up Raine's hand with surprising care given her previous violent display, and tutted. Several light open wounds, to be expected from brushing up against broken bone. Tyrallia pulled some plasters from a small pocket in her dress, under her arm. "Don't you fecking judge." she told Raine as she placed two plasters, decorated with cartoon pirate patterns, on the two open cuts. "There. The grazes'll sort themselves out." She looked back over her shoulder to the thug. A small crowd had gathered around him, but none were trying to take him to a hospital or anything. Slightly faster movement, further away, caught her eye. Emerging from an alley by the pub they'd been in earlier was a woman wearing thick glasses. She wasn't the interesting bit though - being dragged behind her was a person in a familiar orange coat. "Citrus fruit, one o'clock." Edited by Ludus_Defectio, Jul 17 2015, 04:26 AM.

Raine looked at the man who seemed rather scared on the ground whilst Tyrallia proceeded to tear lumps out of him in a rather entertaining way. She didn't interrupt and she was pretty sure their doctor was in no danger and so stood there with a frown on her face whilst staring directly at the man in the hope that she could intimidate him a little bit more. He seemed like a fanatical follower of the woman that she'd launched down the path only a little bit earlier although she could tell it wasn't long before he broke and became a follower of anyone that could protect him from the wrath of the tentacle girl. Never had she seen that sort of thing be so scary, and octopus' were generally kind of scary when they grew big enough. After shouting at the man didn't seem to work, she seemed to be trying a little bit of intimidation by mentioning the red haired woman stood behind her, who proceeded to click her knuckles as to add to the atmosphere. It was rather entertaining listening to the girls story about her strength and almost sounded a little bit like a child's viscous fairy tale although she wouldn't mention that out loud. "Thank you for your cooperation, we'll be in touch..." She spoke through gritted teeth even though she felt no anger just as to try and make him ever more scared. If he was lying then it wouldn't take him long to try and find a place to hide, although anybody that thought they could hide from her were most likely wrong. Looking down at the suddenly unconscious man she dropped her guard a little bit and relaxed, no longer having the tough girl front up any more. She might have been tough but she didn't really act it all that often, although she tended to threaten people if that counted. Holding out her hand she allowed the doctor to have a quick look at it, who promptly decided that it was only really a little bit of damage and stuck a few almost childish plasters over them, but as Tyrallia commanded she didn't judge her on that, although she was pretty sure she just liked to hide her childish side which was still inside, as if she'd been driven crazy or something like that. Then again in a world like the one they lived in, it took a lot of will power to not go even a little bit crazy. After all this was a world which included robot people and tentacle people apparently too. "Thanks doc. You have an antibacterial on these or something?" Her hands had started to slightly sting which she presumed was the work of damaging small creatures at work constantly. She hadn't really listened much back on Drum Island in school, and really just looked forwards to music lessons, and the odd sports lessons where she could beat most people around at whatever happened, even the boys. Those were the good old days. Speaking of old, she noticed the orange wearing fool out the corner of her eye, and about the same time so did Tyrallia. He seemed to have a girl dragging him along or something, but she was walking rather quickly so it was hard to make out any proper details apart from glasses and clothing and of course hair. It was hard to stop her grin, she was pretty sure earlier she'd said about a woman or something, but them having been in an alleyway seemed rather suspicious. Whatever the reason was for her and him to be walking around hand in hand she didn't care and instead simply waved her hand in front of her in a lazy way, showing she didn't particularly care. It wasn't her job to run after the womanising sod was it? "Leave him, he'll turn up soon enough. Let him enjoy a woman's company, he knows he won't get any special treatment here so I guess he wants it from somewhere else." She laughed a little, realising that the man had quickly become her punch bag, even if he was rather capable in a fight from what she'd seen. He could be a little psychotic though, so of course she needed to keep him in order to protect Mae from him in case one day something happened and he went a little too insane. Whatever, for now she'd leave him to it, perhaps he'd notice them and the unconscious lackeys on the floor and get the gist of what they were doing exactly. Looking over at Mae she realised she must really have been sleeping, as she was currently half asleep. Wait... No she was in a daze, probably thinking about something cute or whatever, but at a time like this she had no clue what it could have been. Instead she looked over at Tyrallia and grinned, it looked like she was ready to go find someone to beat up, and although Raine knew they weren't much of a match she was almost always up for a fight, so she wouldn't hold the girl back. Perhaps they could get the jump or something on Mary, although if the others were there it wouldn't be the best of ideas most likely. "Alright, I guess we're going to go find that inn then... Just be warned they're stronger than us, and even the mighty Titanium-Knuckle Raine!" She laughed and got ready to follow Tyrallia, taking hold of Mae lightly as to make sure they didn't lose her. Fights weren't really the place for the rainbow haired woman but she was pretty decent with her bow so perhaps that could come in handy or something. Whatever happened she wouldn't let her get hurt though, although she was confident they were enough in sync to not get caught like that. Despite having rainbow hair she knew how to hide and knew when she needed to with Raine having to say it, so that made for a much easier fight as she could go all out then. |

Jeremiah had been pulled through the masses of people much like forcing a block of play doh through a cheese grater. Whether this four eyed woman wanted, it seemed important enough for Jeremiah's immediate attention. Important enough to clamp onto Jeremiah's wrist as to cut blood circulation, or fuel circulation... eh, whatever. Jeremiah did not feel this but merely noticed it; his arms had been devoid of any feeling above the knuckles. Talking about knuckles, Raine was probably concerned about where the great inventor was, which would be amazing to see the red haired brute be in actual need for the genius, but the more likely case would be she had completely forgot about him due to Raine's memory bank turning into even more muscle. Mae would be a similar case, except her brain had already grown wings and is soaring the skies with eagles n' freedom. ...and the new girl? Jeremiah had no interest in. She would possibly make a nice play thing, but otherwise, she was other resource to use and throw away for the future of his great plan. Then Jeremiah's trail of thought had halted by a simple poke applied to his cheek. "um... hello?" He jolted back about 2 feet in reaction, as if Eleanor had turned on the cybernetic switch that activates Jeremiah's body, the on and off switch. Of course, the idea of making one for ones own body would be a ridiculous move in this pirate era, where one would easily take advantage of such a feature. "Gah! what the hell is it woman?! I was thinking about possible outcomes of my future predicaments! Not one such as yourself could comprehend!" He raised, extended and shook his index finger, clearly displaying his frustration. But after 5 minutes of angry ranting, explaining his awesomeness, clearly something that needed to be explained on a regular basis, he slowly stopped and began to notice his surroundings. "Wait, where are we?" “ We’re in the basement of the Three Frogs inn, a business my family runs as a means to make money…” Jeremiah glanced around the setting. He noticed various equipment used commonly in chemistry, such as multi-coloured liquids held in flasks of varied sizes. Some bubbled, some fizzed, each one illuminated the room with an array of shades and colours. Among them stood a short figure, a silhouette shifting its huge hands, yet small arms around the bottles and containers, mixing and observing. “Ummm… Uncle! I’ve found someone who can-“ “Holy peaches girl! This is the fifteenth time today that you’ve bothered me in the mists of my research! How many times must I explain how important this process is? Science is an Art! Art takes time! Time is long AND of the essence! Now go get what I asked for and LEAVE ME AL-“ “I’VE FOUND ANOTHER INVENTOR!” There was a long silence before Eleanor’s outburst. Jeremiah watched and stood in awkwardness, not sure whether or not intervene between family matters. But on second thought, he WAS dragged all the way here… “Jeremiah. Cybernetic Genius and inventor. What seems to be the problem?” |

Tyrallia drew her vines together and buttoned her sleeve. In hindsight, she probably should've got directions out of the thug before rendering him unconscious, but it was too late for that now. They'd be able to find their own way. There could only be so many inns in one area, and since they were near the sea of course there would be at least two or three. She walked over to the bodies. The man Raine had battled was most certainly dead beyond repair. She made a mental note to be wary of Raine - should things go awry, she was not someone she wanted against her. She picked up the discarded, cracked mask of the first grunt she'd taken on - still wearable. A plan began to formulate... She held onto the mask for now, and walked in the direction the three thugs had come from - which, now she thought about it, was the same way Jeremiah had disappeared. A thought occurred to her that perhaps they were working on the same case from opposite ends, but she filed that idea away until she had evidence to support it. The crowd parted before her, wanting to keep well out of her reach. Tyrallia had to suppress a smile to maintain what godly image a four-foot-four nine year-old could. Fear was one form of respect. She lead the two women - who were standing unusually close together. Raine had said that they had the same surname, and that Tyrallia 'could guess why'. Were they a couple? - down the road Jeremiah had walked down. It took all of five minutes of following the road straight to land them outside a decrepit looking building, a wrought iron sign hanging out front depicting three frogs, each wearing a waistcoat of different colours. The one on the left stood tallest, and wore green. The one in the centre was crouched low, and wore red. On the right was a frog in yellow. Though the writing beneath them wasn't in a language she recognised, this was clearly the place. She eased the door open, unbuttoning her sleeve. The place looked pretty empty. There were stairs on the left hand side of the room, turning at a right angle against the back wall to lead up to the next floor. Three or four small round tables occupied the right hand side of the room. Along the back wall, under the stairs, was a counter. No one standing behind it. The entire place was devoid of any people. Vines writing, she addressed the two women without turning. "You two, search down here. I'll get the upstairs." She slowly moved forwards and placed her foot on the bottom step, beginning to climb. |

Raine looked over at the child who was currently wearing one of the thugs masks, holding it over her face presumably so that she could pretend to be one and then surprise them. In all honest it wasn't such a bad idea, but she really couldn't be bothered to go searching or looting with the other two people who were knocked out. For now she'd just act as if she were Tyrallia's hostage to get in to wherever they were going, most likely the bar the thug had said about. This meant that she'd need to escort the girl there, being their doctor and new crew member and stuff, although she considered it possible a maternal instinct was kicking in. She giggled a little, like hell she'd have something like that, children annoyed her and if they got on her nerves she had no qualms with punching one in the face to make it be quiet. It was unlikely she would have to give the tentacle girl a beating though, she seemed well behaved and disciplined, plus she didn't seem very annoying as of yet. She just seemed rather... Vicious, which she could respect in some ways, especially someone of that age. "I just realised..." Raine looked over at Mae who had just spoken, rather quietly as if trying to avoid from anyone but her to hear. "Hmm? What did ya realise?" "Well... Our latests crew member is rather young, so it's like we adopted her! I mean, we can't exactly have kids naturally, and so adoption would be the only way, and here she is!" They certainly were on the same wavelength, thinking about the same thing and all. "Uhh, I might pass on that. She's more like... A... Like we're babysitting for a friend, just in a more rather permanent way" She watched as Mae pouted a little and she grinned back at her to reassure the woman. It just didn't seem right to have a child who they knew nothing about and the such as something like that. Plus she could end up being annoying and it wouldn't take Raine long to react. Sighing a little they continued to follow Tyrallia whilst also staying close to each other, occasionally bumping into each other playfully. Being the only person that wasn't able to get on the angry woman's nerves, they were the perfect couple, although maybe because they were the perfect couple was why she didn't get angry at her. Or maybe she was just the perfect wife, well... That was a given. She smirked a little and looked ahead, noticing they'd now stopped walking. It took her a moment to realise it was because they were looking at the sign for the bar. Yet another bar/inn and yet another fight, this was feeling more and more cliché. Clicking her knuckles, despite them being in bandages, she followed once again and entered the inn, trying to act casual whilst at it. She was ready for a fight and she was ready for a nice conversation. Knowing the girls intention she kind of knew how it would end up though. Once inside they split into two groups, and then the couple were left alone. "Why do I get the feeling splitting up will be a bad idea?" "I know what you mean, but let's go find who we're looking for and then go find Orange, that womanising dog!" "I like the look in your eye there! The only trouble is sneaking around might be a little bit difficult, unlike Tyrallia we don't have masks..." "You mean these?" Mae pulled two masks out from behind her back with a grin. "Yeah... No... Those are what you'd wear to a masquerade ball, where did you even get them?" "I was gonna use them one time..." "Alright, let's forget about that, come on let's search around." It was surprising Mae hadn't dropped into a dazed state thinking about dogs, but now wasn't the time for that. Raine made a hand gesture at Mae in order to try and get her to put the masks away, they weren't needed and would probably draw even more attention to them as it was. Besides someone with rainbow hair and the other with red wasn't fooling anyone. This would do for now, but finding this Mary figure would sure be a pain if she was even here. They'd have to keep their ears open in case any assistance was needed upstairs. For now all they could do is search. Drawing her guitar from her back, she held it in hand as if she were about to play it, leaving her lightweight case slung over her shoulder still. She sometimes forgot it was there due to how used to it she was. Holding the guitar gave her some comfort in the foreign place, and although she wasn't exactly scared she was naturally on edge. She had to protect her partner after all, and if she was too laid back then she could get injured, and even though she could fend for herself, she didn't quite have the fight in her. They fought for each other and because they other did, which in some ways was saddening. If it weren't for the anger problems then neither of them would be in danger, but that was what gave her strength so she knew it had to be like that. Like a ghost floating around, suddenly there was noise coming from somewhere, like more than one person at once, although it was hard to tell, too muffled. She felt a shiver up her spine as if it were something evil, for example Jeremiah, he was evil and liked the whole chaos thing didn't he? Thinking about the cyborg bothered her, he was often a nuisance but she knew he was useful and slightly trustworthy, but his personality annoyed her. Still able to hear noises she grinned, this was gonna be interesting. Leading the way, holding Mae by the hand, she searched for where the noise had come from. Every now and then she heard the odd mumble from somewhere, which guided the way. It was a rather weird feeling, knowing that something most likely evil was hidden just ahead and instead of just ignoring it they were actually approaching it, usually they'd have just laughed it off and gone about their way. Tyrallia had wanted to find the woman though, and Raine could imagine Mary being the source of the commotion which was only fair. They were both trying to be quiet but if they had have been disguised they could have afforded to make some more noise, but that would ruin the tense atmosphere and thinking about it all was rather funny. Neither of them were the assassin type and so disguise wasn't their thing. Actually Raine was more of the heavy hitting loud type. Eventually their sneaking led them to near the abandoned counter where after searching around they found what seemed to be a trap door under the rug. How mysterious. Nodding to her partner she tapped her foot on the door and then stamped hard leading it to smash open and allowing them vision of the inside. "Oh... That's not what I was expecting" Edited by Gigasheep, Jul 29 2015, 07:40 AM.

Jeremiah suddenly turned to the loud slam of a oaken door behind him, he was not surprised to find his underlings by the door, peering through on the geniuses in important business. Jeremiah smiled at their idiotic, yet brilliant nature. Being able to bring an unstoppable chaos wherever you traveled was something Jeremiah found to be one of the greatest beauties in this pirate age. Such beauty, such power! Magnificent! He thought, none would be able to match her beauty... Not Raine, the chaos, get your head outta the gutter! No doubt Mae would soon appear shortly, positioned behind the red haired devil as a rainbow-haired lackey. For some reason, these two had some sort of personal vendetta against doors, not that Jeremiah was opposing this, but he found it rather strange that there happened to be a reoccurring theme of breaking doors with Raine. Some could even consider it ironic that a carpenter such as Raine would break nearly all the wood she touched. Jeremiah wondered how she even makes any profit from such a terrible career path. "Oh, there you two are! Ahhhh... I was starting to miss the destruction." He turned to his new scientific acquaintances, who are stuck in awe-struck shock in the damage one person could do to another’s property. Jeremiah waved his hands in front of both individuals. “ What on peaches nam- you better have a good reason for not knocking, ya darn kids! You know how much it is to replace peachwood doors? A ton! Now this is gunna slow my research by a ton! As in a ton of money! This will be gone, due to having to pay for THAT DOOR!” The man, who had yet to introduce himself, has holding a bubbling substance in a glass cylinder in one hand while gripping an empty jug in the other. By the way his arms trembled uncontrollably and his teeth grinded together like the jaws of a paper shredder, it was clear that he was angry. Eleanor on the other hand still stood oblivious to how to react to the situation. Instead, she remained in awe of the glorious sight of Raine’s destruction, or so Jeremiah thought. “Now now Mister Midget… didn’t you need my help? As I recall you asking… So what if my help turned into our help? Consider it payment for the damaged caused on your property but, personally, I like the new décor…” He grinned even harder this time, being awfully smug about the whole situation being in his favour. Like it always should be he thought, as he sunk his fingers midway into his belt line. He pondered the thought for a while, seeing as it was a topic of most importance to Jeremiah. Ever since Raine and Mae showed up, he had been in a run of bad luck with possible opportunities to cause havoc in the south blue, yet it is as if something was holding him back. He definitely was trying to restrain himself around Raine, due to wanting to befriend her and Mae, then to soon convert them into slaves for his every bidding. Then again, they were already causing destruction wherever they went… and that was usually where Jeremiah went, so what is the point? “Ahem, well as I was saying before I was rudely interrupted… I’m Professor Zimmer, an expert in Peach-ology, a very, very deep subject I’m sure you’d know, being an inventor yourself!.. he he eh… He paused for a moment, awkwardly displaying this confusion and nervousness by the thorough stroke of his beard and the shift of his vision. His emotions were opaque to Jeremiah. Then suddenly Eleanor spoke up, clearly breaking from her temporary paralysis. “ For this intensive research, Uncle Zimmer has been recently ordering multiple packages from across the blues!” “Heh, yes, cross breeding peaches and combining scents is no laughing matter! Well, anyway, onto the matter at hand. Even more recently, we received a certain package that didn’t match our order… instead we received a machine of sorts, round, in the shape of a… berry. While the technology is beyond my understanding, it could be within your league, Mister Jeremiah.” “Oh please, surely you jest! “could be…?” Hahahahahaha. We’re talking about technology, my fellow genius… I’d be surprised if I didn’t understand it… so, where is this so-called, machine of sorts?” “It’s in the back room, behind the curtain.” He pointed to the curtain at the end of the room, surely leading to this back room the inventor had talked about. Jeremiah licked his lips in excitement; he couldn’t wait. Edited by StarBarks, Aug 26 2015, 02:32 PM.

The stairs creaked beneath her feet. This was no good, no good at all, a stealthy approach would be extremely necessary if Mary was here. Tyrallia silently resented the fact that she had nothing to call her but her first name. It made them sound like friends, which they most definitely weren't. Going slowly and being careful to reduce the noise she was making, it took Tyrallia a couple of minutes to reach the top, where she was met by a short hallway lined with rooms on each side. One of the doors had a faint voice coming from inside. Approaching the door, Tyrallia quietly opened the door and peered in, feeling her anger automatically trigger upon seeing the figure of Mary, looking out of the window with her back to Tyrallia, her hands on the window sill. She was dressed far more casually than Tyrallia had seen her thus far. Gone was the maid getup, instead replaced by denim short shorts and a leather jacket which was unzipped. Presumably a shirt too, but Tyrallia couldn't tell from this angle. Tyrallia carefully and quietly shut the door behind her. It was just Tyrallia and Mary in the room, but still Mary talked at a normal volume. "...Grand's an idiot, thinking he's so high and mighty. He shouldn't have just stopped me like that. That girl and the women who were with her... I think we'll have to keep an eye on them, a close eye. At the very least, I will win over the girl..." Tyrallia couldn't see anyone she could be talking to. Could she have been talking to herself? Tyrallia looked to the small table in the room. On it lay Mary's mask. Perfect. Tyrallia could identify the face of her enemy. She snuck up behind Mary, who seemed too distracted by her little soliloquy to notice. When she was close enough, Tyrallia jumped and wrapped two vines around her throat several times each, pulling her to the floor. The face that she saw had narrow eyes closed in by eyeshadow and mascara and a thin scar running across one of her temples. Short pink hair framed her face, which identified her without a doubt as the right woman. The eyes were still in the shock phase at the moment, but quickly moved to anger as Tyrallia stood over you. "You." "Gonna win me over, eh?" Mary's nostrils flared, "Who are you?" "Your omega. It's been unpleasant knowing you." Tyrallia started tightening her grip. "Geppo!" suddenly Mary was shooting headfirst along the floor. Tyrallia was pulled over onto her front and her grip broke. "Soru!" a rush of wind, and Mary was gone again. Tyrallia hauled herself to her feet and looked around. Mary was standing on the bed, bent over to grab a sword with a handle almost as long as its blade. Tyrallia ran at her and jumped, readying all five vines to hit her. "Kami-e!" It happened quickly, but somehow All five vines had missed their mark despite Mary not having looked to move. She turned and kicked Tyrallia while she was still in midair, sending her into the wall with a crash. While she was still recovering, Mary walked over and placed her blade under Tyrallia's chin. "Who are you?" Tyrallia let out a small laugh. "Who am I? I am the world. I am the trees and the plants. I am the animals. I am even you." She wrapped her vines around the extra long handle of the blade and pulled it away, standing. "I am Tyrallia!" she wrenched the sword away from an awestruck looking Mary, it embedding itself in the wall to her right. "I am the Goddess of Nature reincarnated! Fear my wrath!" Mary's fist connected with Tyrallia's chest and sent her through the wall. Edited by Ludus_Defectio, Aug 27 2015, 09:52 AM.

Raine looked down at the pitiful excuse for technology known as Jeremiah. He stood there with some scientist dude and the girl from earlier, both talking about some specific nonsense which she didn’t particularly care about. The guy seemed bothered by the door, although all she’d done was smash the hinges which meant it would only take a moment to fix, not that she could be bothered. She was more questioning the orange coated cyborgs choice of words, wondering if it was anything to be annoyed about, after all she did tend to break things along her way. Walking into the room she marvelled at the stuff surrounding her. There were many vials of weird liquids and weird stuff was going on everywhere. She could hear the happy sounds of Mae who was busy smiling at all the bright colours of the liquids and most likely thinking if she could manage to sneak some of them out to use for her own work at some point. “Play nice you lot. I'll be back in a bit” She had a slightly smug look on her face, happy she’d been able to find the man, despite her dislike for him. Now she knew where he was and that he wasn’t up to anything shifty she could go back to searching for the mask wearing sadist girl. Leaving the room with her partner she then leant down and picked up the door, attempting to temporarily lock it back into place on the hinges, hoping her knowledge of making and breaking things might allow it to work. It didn’t so she simply turned the hinges a bit, practically breaking them, but allowing it to stay attached for more. They were at a right angle from the door but she didn’t care, Jeremiah could pay for it. “Alright Butterfly, let’s continue out search for Mary” “Mhmm! Sure.” Mae was still incredibly happy, especially for someone who was about to watch a bloodbath. You could practically see the stars in her eyes along with her wide smile and excitable expression. Raine gave her a smile before looking about for where to go. There wasn’t much to check downstairs but they’d been told to search, so maybe they could check the front table for clues. Moving towards it a little she crouched down and had a look at what was stored there. Among the mess there she could tell there was a locked cash register and a guest book among many other books. Grabbing the book she opened it up and flicked through it, searching for a nearby date to the current day and hoping she could find what room their target would be in. She felt very roguelike, as she hadn’t exactly done something like this before. She felt a little conscious about the fact that someone could walk in and ask what she was doing, however the place seemed empty and they were being quiet enough. She didn’t find anything of use and so presumed that they were using aliases when it came to their names, which was a real shame. “Let’s keep looking… Mae?” She looked around before realising the girl had walked off. A moment later she heard a shout: “Doggy!” She spotted the rainbow haired woman crouched near the front door to the place, trying to play with a dog which was there. She seemed oblivious to the fact the creature was growling at her and ready to bite, and also oblivious to the owner wearing a mask similar to that of the ones seen earlier. He merely looked at Mae, of course unaware that she was in fact an enemy. Rather useful being in a slightly public place. Raine walked over towards the man, smiling a little and acting all friendly to not create any suspicion. “Now now, you should be careful with dogs you know, you never know how they’ll act” She bent a little to show she was talking to Mae, before clenching her right fist and turning on her left heel allowing her to quickly send a punch right towards the mask wearer. He went down without any hesitation as the punch reached his face, crumping a little as he fell backwards into the door. She then turned back to the dog ready to boot it across the room as she was aware it would be vicious, however instead of what she expected to see, she saw the dog rolling around on the floor, its belly being tickled and it woofing in approval. It was a nice sight and she would have joined in if she hadn’t suddenly heard a bang from upstairs. “That sounded dangerous. Let’s go check it out.” Mae was too busy in her own world, her eyes shut and her mouth open, allowing only a single syllable to leave her mouth as a constant stream. She was in another daze, so Raine simply hoisted the girl up onto her shoulder and begun to walk off towards the stairs. It wasn’t safe to leave her alone, and she was rather light so there was very little to worry about in terms of struggle carrying her. As she ascended the stairs she heard the hum stop and then: “Heyyy I was enjoying that… He was so cute and fluffy” “You can pet him afterwards if he’s still there. We’ve got business to attend to.” Raine dumped her on the floor and watched as she crossed her arms and pouted a little. “Fine, but if we don’t see him again I want a pet doggy.” She gave the girl a smile before continuing walking up the stairs, only slightly in a rush. Meanwhile Mae stood there with crossed arms for a moment before finally deciding to follow, breaking into a run to try and catch up. She wanted to be by her side more than have a dog, although they were rather cute, along with kittens and many others animals. As they reached the top of the stairs Raine noticed a familiar figure, however this time wielding a weapon and standing over another familiar figure. Mary seemed ready to strike out at Tyrallia and kill her, however her head seemed to turn slightly to face them. She wasn’t wearing a mask any more although her face was too hard to make out right now due to the darkness of the walkway. She had paused and this gave the rather angry woman a moment to break into a run, moving straight towards the sadist without even drawing her guitar, instead planning on planting a fist right into her face, like the doctor had probably wanted to do (pardon the pun). “WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’RE DOING?!” Raine was annoyed, and of course she would be as her crewmate was being beaten up. She might have only just joined but she was interesting and useful, plus she’d proven to have more than enough worth aboard their lame ship. So the fact she was about to be beaten up again was just annoying and made her want to punch Mary even more. The sadist screamed back at them which was rather unexpected: “Why do you always have to get in the damn way?! Stupid bitch with your… Your dumb guitar!” She looked annoyed, and certainly acting it. She acted almost childish though, which just provoked the already annoyed red-head even more, leading her to move even faster and scream a string of abuse at the girl. As she got close to her she readied a punch and when she knew she was able to hit if she extended her arm, she sent a punch right towards the girls head. Instead of hitting like expected her head seemed to disappear and then her momentum stopped as she found an extreme pain erupting in her chest, sending her back the way she came. She bounced a few times before sliding across the floor. Raine growled, half from pain and half from anger. She hadn’t expected that kind of strength from a girl such as her. She pushed herself off the floor and looked about to find that the pink haired thug gone. She roared in anger and kept her fists clenched, looking back and forth to try and find where she was hiding, until she heard a reassuring voice beside her. “After she hit you she disappeared, yelling something similar to what that man did earlier. I think she did a runner…” “THAT…” She restrained herself, with just one hit she’d managed to be turned from raring to battle to someone with difficulties just standing. She leant against a nearby wall for support, breathing heavily and through her teeth, still annoyed and angry but aware that she couldn’t follow the girl because of her speed. Trying to stand up straight she punched the wall in frustration, causing it to dent and some of the plaster fall off of the wall. The damage left by her hand looked like a cobweb pattern, which instantly had Mae enthralled despite not being the intention. “I’ll kill her…” Raine muttered angrily to herself before walking over to where the dark skinned girl lay, her wounds looking pretty bad. She was a child after all and just from a brief look she could tell that she’d also been punched, including through a wall which wasn’t good. How she was still alive from the beating she’d taken merely in the last hour was impressive, but it was unlikely she’d be able to do much for a little while. She wasn’t a doctor but you didn’t need to be one from the sight of those wounds. “What have we got ourselves into this time?” Edited by Gigasheep, Aug 27 2015, 04:56 AM.

Jeremiah and said-unimportant people had walked down to the end of the room, towards the red velvet curtain, blocking the view of the certain misdelivered package of a berry of sorts. Jeremiah was hoping it would be a weapon of some kind, then he could confiscate it from them because it was 'too dangerous'. He'd say something on the lines of: "Ooooh... it's one of these. Yeah, this is an extremely dangerous weapon of mass blah blah- i can take it off your hands~". He chuckled at the thought of fooling these fools, naming them fools as he had yet to see any intellect from them that would be far superior to his own and he was void of respect for others who was no use to him. First, eleanor entered the back room, followed by zimmer's small gnome-like body hobbled around. Jeremiah entered confidently, clearly displaying he was the professional here. After awkwardly moving the curtain out of his face, he observed his new surroundings. The whole room was poorly lit with one singular bulb in the center of the room that seemed to blind jeremiah briefly. Perhaps it was time to install a pair of internal sunglasses. The room was more like a cupboard, with hardly any place due to the army of crates behind and either side of the room. The floor and walls held the same shading green eyesore that gave the appearance that someone had wiped all their waste on it. In center of the backroom, on top of a dusty, cobweb ridden box, sat the device that professor spoke so vaguely about. To Jeremiah's surprise, the description that barely passed as accurate, was indeed accurate. The device was rounded and colored red like a cranberry. Each side of the sphere had a black square attached to it, four in total and at the top was a base with a leathery valve, sealed tight. Jeremiah quickly attempted to force it open but to no avail, but he managed to gain reactions of scared shocks from his audience. His hands slowly caressed from the top to the front of the machine. He began to notice small silts dotted around the device, labelling how it fits together. "S-so?" " Hmmm... It probably doesn't have a utility purpose; it looks too heavy. Perhaps it's a weapon of some kind, possibly a bomb." Eleanor gasped suddenly. Her quick shock was followed by fast pacing and hand movements. "Oh my god oh my god oh my god, what if it blows up? what if we are caught in the blast? What if it destroys the WHOLE ISLAND?" Zimmer reached out to Eleanor, Gripping her wrist with his ironclad gauntlets. "It's alright Eleanor, Professor Jeremiah knows what he's doing..." They both simultaneously turned towards jeremiah, how happen to be licking and sniffing the device along it's cracks, adjusting his position with each lick. "Erm, right?" Jeremiah then turned towards Zimmer with an unassuring look. "Well, it doesn't smell of gunpowder, i guess that's one advantage, well for you guys, atleast." Zimmer turned and faced Eleanor with a concerning look, as if to say "who the hell have you brought into our home?". Jeremiah, observing the whole interaction, had expected they would judge him so quickly. He swiftly got rid of the thought, and went back to analyse the piece of technology. It was definitely not Blues technology. Perhaps from grand line? Perhaps better? He was starting to get very excited. |

Raine was still knelt next to Tyrallia, half hoping for her to wake up so that she could patch herself up. After all she didn’t know much about medical stuff, so fixing up the girl would be a rather large challenge in itself. As she looked over the girl she realised that despite her violent tendencies, she’d never been one to heal herself. She’d always been pretty lucky when it came to finding people to patch her up, so she’d never managed to learn. Not a wise idea but that was kind of what she did. “Think we can move her? She’s pretty badly injured, would it be safe?” “Hm… Well I mean… We can’t just leave her here can we?” That was true. Leaving her like this would have led to some difficult problems, such as their new crewmate dying. She was an interesting one for sure. They’d set out into the world in search of adventure and ended up getting stuck with Jeremiah just because he had metal arms, and now they had Tyrallia too, just because she’d be useful in keeping Raine alive. She knew little about both of them, despite having been around the cyborg for a while now. Because of this, she had little emotional attachment, yet something inside of her knew that it would be worth keeping the little tentacle girl alive, that and Mae would never forgive her. “Fine, I’ll carry her. Mind carrying my guitar Butterfly?” With that, her guitar was slung off her shoulder and placed against the nearby wall for Mae to pick up. It wasn’t too heavy, so she’d be fine with carrying it. She just didn’t want to have to carry that and a young girl too, in case it swung round and clumped the young girls head by accident, even if it would have been rather entertaining. Rule 7 of Raine: Don’t massively injure a crewmate, unless it’s Jeremiah. Brain damage seemed rather massive to her, so it was best to avoid causing that, especially to a very young girl. Brushing away the parts of the wall which had followed Tyrallia when she’d been sent through it, Raine gave the girl another once over before slowly moving her arms underneath the girl and lifting her up. She was surprisingly light, although having not thrown around many pre-teen girls she wasn’t quite sure if she was around average or not. Although there was that one time… With her arms stably out in front of her, the red haired woman began to walk along the hallway back towards the main place. Perhaps getting her to Jeremiah would be a good idea? If he was a cyborg surely he’d have some idea on medical science, tearing off your arms and making metal ones wasn’t exactly something with no understanding of the body could do. Despite his rather bad taste in hobby, she knew he was reliable at some things, so hopefully he would be here. As they walked along slowly, mostly to not harm Tyrallia, Raine inspected the young girl, having not really had much of a chance before. Her dress was something she’d never seen before, with a weird mix of fabrics and what looked to be twigs and leaves. To match, her tentacle arm looked rather a lot like a plant. Her hair which had looked rather dark and messy before, now looked tidier and a lot more purple than she recalled, although it could have been the light of the candles around them, lighting the walkway of the building. Every now and then she noticed a flutter of her eyes, suggesting she might wake up soon. “You got hit pretty hard back there, I’m taking you to somewhere which will help. Probably…” Whilst she looked at the girl she began to notice something as her eyes opened and closed. Each eye was of a different colour. Had she noticed it before? She didn’t know, her mind was a little hazy and she felt a little sick as it was. She’d just been punched in the gut pretty damn hard, and her hands were bloodied and looked like something from a horror show. She remembered sneaking out when she was younger and going to see it with Mae. It had been on so late at night for a reason, and had been rather upsetting to the rainbow haired girl, although… It had scored her some hugs so she hadn’t complained back then. Damn, the days of her youth had been so long ago. She looked down at Tyrallia again: “You’re throwing away this childhood of yours…” She sighed, it wasn’t her life, she couldn’t make the decisions for her. However if she was joining them she could certainly keep her alive to live her youth out. Raine coughed loudly, hoping nobody had heard her little speech there, she was getting protective over a child who was probably just an annoying normal child once you got to know her. It appeared somebody had heard her though. “Look at you getting all emotional over her. Some might even think she’s your own” “Shush yourself cheeky. If anybody says anything I'll just ignore them, or punch them” A small smirk played on Mae’s face, but it quickly dropped as she noticed something. Her hand reached into a pocket and pulled out a small handkerchief, which looked more like a miniature gay pride flag with the rainbow pattern which coated it. Standing on her tiptoes, she reached across and dabbed it around Raine’s lower mouth. “You’re bleeding…” Her voice was panicked. Usually the blood was external and so there wasn’t too much to worry about, but because her insides were apparently damaged it raised a lot of alarms in the girls head, which was impressive seeing as most of her head was filled with air, clouds and cute things, with the odd rainbow. Raine gave her a smile, wanting to lightly move the hand away but being unable to due to the child which lay in her hands. “I’ll be fine, I’ve suffered worse, and look at how that turned out, I’m still kicking arse aren’t I?” With that they reached the top of the stairs and began to descend, headed towards where Jeremiah had been before. They had multiple people in there so there was a good chance someone would know how to keep people alive if Jeremiah for any reason didn’t. Once they got to the bottom of the stairs they headed towards the little trap door which they’d found earlier. Opening the top again Raine slipping in first, making sure not to let anything hit Tyrallia on the way down. She heard a clutter behind her as she stepped forwards and didn’t even need to turn to know Mae had managed to gracefully fall down the steps. “I’m OK!” Raine smirked, ignoring the red liquid which dribbled out of her mouth as she did so. She hadn’t realised the damage was that bad but she remained resilient and walked towards the mothers meeting behind some sort of curtain. “I hope you children finish up with your toys pretty soon because we’ve got an actual serious matter over here. Where is your medical equipment?” She placed the plant girl on the table, making sure to do so lightly as to not cause any sort of injury, and then flattened the weird dress she was wearing to make sure she wasn’t uncomfortable. Realising how motherly she looked doing so she quickly added a comment to avoid causing any suspicions: “You’re a bloody lump you are. Quite literally” Note

Tyrallia was just about starting to regain some semblance of consciousness. She gave a small, pained smirk. "Coming from the gal who's bleeding even though she wasn't kicked through a fecking wall? I'll take it with a grain of fecking salt. Is three days' rest too fecking complicated for you to understand?" She slowly hauled herself into a sitting position, wincing with both pain and the effort. That woman'd done a real number on her. It hadn't taken that long after having gone through the wall for her to fall asleep, but she remembered enough to make a mental note to not take a kick of hers to the chest again. Or to get caught monologuing. That was apparently a bad idea. "You manage to kill that shitbag then?" she asked Raine, recalling the details of her own confrontation. Clearly this woman had some degree of supernatural power - possibly a Devil's Fruit, however that seemed like a bit of a stretch. She'd seen a lot, but not one of those, so as far as she was concerned, they were a myth. Regardless, those abilities would make her a tough opponent. But Raine was strong, she'd probably managed. By the skin of her teeth, quite literally, given the blood trickling from her mouth. |

“Do you want to be kicked into a wall again? I have no problems with that girl” It was true she didn’t, although Raine was sort of putting on an act. She was in a rather considerable amount of pain and had been trying to ignore it by now but it wasn’t exactly working to her advantage. There was pretty much blood covering her whole body by now, including her face, clothes and even hair, although funnily enough the latter didn’t seem to be any different. She couldn’t tell how much of it was hers and how much of it was Tyrallia’s, but thinking about it she probably didn’t want to know either. Watching as the little girl sat up, she began to question just how many hits she could actually take. She’d been injured earlier, then turned up here and been sent through a wall, if she hadn’t got some broken bones and internal bleeding it would be a literal bloody miracle. Although the girl was dressed in grandiose clothing, it probably just meant she was some snobbish rich family or something, or from the amount of natural stuff on it perhaps plans. It certainly make her extraordinary in anyway, enough to take that much damage any way. “You shouldn’t sit up you know, you’ll bring up your liver through your nostrils or something. As for that spoilt brat…” Raine clenched her fists, which probably wasn’t the best of ideas, and she watched passively as the blood flowed from her hands. In some ways it could have made her laugh, but laughing would probably hurt her gut too much. She was probably verging on unconsciousness from the amount of blood loss, only stubbornness keeping her going. Still, that Mary girl, she was a pain, and next chance she got she’d wring her neck without a second thought. “She’s alive, for now. Next chance I get her head is going to be separate from her body though, that’ll teach her.” She was still very much angry at the fact she’d been beaten, and so easily too. The fact she was able to go after her again once she was a bit better was the only thing holding her back from breaking out of the place right now and hunting her down. Of course she also had to think about Mae, and although the girl could look after herself she had a tendency to make herself rather… Vulnerable. She wasn’t conscoious at the best of times, and in serious situations it was a rather big problem. Speaking of which... "Aaa aahhh" “Hmph, shoulda expected that one” The girl was simply mesmerised by the colourful potions and concoctions which lined the walls and various shelves around the place. It was like bottled rainbows to the girl, who simply couldn’t seem to hold her grasp of reality when she saw them. Mae was holding pretty much holding one single note the whole time, which although that skill made her a rather good singer, the current situation wasn’t helping anyone. “Well… Better than her seeing me like this” Raine looked down at herself again, she was a mess. Once Tyrallia was healed and Jeremiah and his scientist buddies had done something about them she’d go and clean up. The only reason she wasn’t now was because of the sense of defensiveness she had over the crew she’d somehow managed to put together. She had no real attachment to anyone but Mae, so for now she’d simply say she wasn’t moving because her partner wasn’t for now. Thinking about it a little more, the only reason she had Tyrallia aboard was because her airheaded Butterfly approved of the little violent girl, and the only reason the cyborg was around was to act as a punching bag, verbally and physically. Of course his skills with weapons although dangerous could be handy at times she supposed. “So mister professor man, are you going to have to patch up the mutant on the table or am I going to have to conduct a science experiment with these potions you’ve left lying around?” She suspected that Jeremiah would be of no use, and the girl with glasses seemed like if she kept staring at the blood the two had covering them in splotches she’d pass out. The old man also seemed quite surprised but for now had remained silent, probably because he knew they were in some way linked to Jeremiah. Why he trusted the cyborg she’d never know. “I’m speaking to you. You gonna help or are things going to get messy?” Raine began to approach the man slightly, glaring him down and trying to convince him through pressure and fear alone. She couldn’t be bothered to convince him, and it wasn’t her style anyway. The man seemed scared at first, unable to move or reply, he was probably struggling with the blood too, but after a quick click of the knuckles from the redhead he soon began speaking. “L-lady, I don’t know much about medicine, I don’t even know how much of the things around here would help, but don’t go breaking things. I think I have some bandages around here, and I’m sure I could bring the healing properties of peaches to light with enough time” There was a slight pause for a moment. Neither spoke, they simply looked at each other. Eventually the silence was broken rather noisily: “Don’t call me lady old man!” The man shied away slightly, as if all the fight had finally left him. It was surprising he didn’t just collapse from a heart attack in all honesty, but either way she was angry at him for giving her so little respect. Why respect your elders when they were as annoying as that? It made her want to hit him, and hard, but once again she refrained. There were innocent minds in the room, three of them it seemed, so she couldn’t go around causing trouble, especially if her Butterfly could see. However, as the man cautiously tottered along to go find some bandages she couldn't help but walk over to him, his hands shaking more than she'd noticed before and his back slouched. Placing a firm grip on his shoulder she murmured into his ear: “I don’t care who you are old man, you’ll be helping us now. You might have something to do with that stupid cyborg over there, but he’s under my command and you’re under mine if you know what’s good for you” That certainly helped her anger. |

Jeremiah thought that no one in their right mind would turn him away from his observation, his tranquility, his some-what-peaceful-yet slightly-violent-and-horrific state of mind, filled with a mass of malicious explosive intent. But then again, anyone who managed to cling themselves to Jeremiah's bandwagon often wasn't. He turned around to face the small crowd, which appeared to be more like a circus then anything, giving Jeremiah a sudden urge to eat popcorn. Raine was angry, per usual. Jeremiah had begun to relate her to a non-stop alarm clock for a while, while Mae just looked like a Piñata, which is quite the actuate depiction considering how valuable organs are on the black market. Self-note recorded, he thought. He looked over at the flaming bag of muscles yelling orders at the professor who just wanted a normal day. He seemed to be babbling on about the wounded fern plant placed on the table that Jeremiah had lost interest in, but thought to observe the cuts and bruises regardless to get some context to the situation. Jeremiah had no real grasp on medical sciences, but he was sure that the cause to that wound must have been extremely painful. He began to look at his cybernetic hand; soon, soon pain will be a distant memory, physically and mentally, he thought. He thought it ironic that the only doctor in the room was the one wounded, what kind of sick twist and turns would they fate next? he wondered. He had now turned he attention to the doctor, who’s confidence had check out at the door, murmured and moaned about the whole scene that had been painted, turning his eyes over to Jeremiah, him looking back. “Don’t look at me pal, if I was your age I’d know everything about all the sciences by now… perhaps there is someone else in this room with medical experience? Perhaps… you?” Jeremiah extended his arm along with his finger at the small, insignificant woman who had managed to shuffle her way to the end of the room. He jolted in reaction, adjusting her slanted red spectacles. “M-my name’s Eleanor. I-I-I k-know abit about the healing powers of peaches mixed with the right substances, b-but it’ll act as a pain reliever rather than a permanent solution…” She headed over to the opposite table to the patient’s one, which was filled with flasks and liquids that showed about of fifty shades of peach, and began mixing flasks. Looking towards Raine and Mae for assistance on handing her the next ingredients needed. that should be enough until we find professional help, I guess, I’ll keep to the tech stuff that could explode at any second, Eleanor’s got the meds while you guys can help make it, sound good ‘captain’?” |
