Would a WS or a Marksman character be able to imitate Roku-O-Gun if they get Rokushiki Mastery, provided they use their respective weapons to execute the technique?

Yes. Izuru is a good example of such.

Edit: If you want details - Izuru

Rattlesnake’s Sonata (62)
Type: Offensive
Range: Melee
Stats: -62 strength
Description: Izuru strikes an opponent causing the vibrations of his weapon to travel across to the offender causing the flesh and muscle tissues to tear and rip shredding them causing large amounts of internalised damage. All physical defenses will be bypassed allowing them to be damaged as though there were naked. This debuff will last for 11 posts.

Seeing as how marksmen alone as one's fighting profession cannot pick up Rokushiki Master, I doubt that.

Why wouldn't Marksmen be able to take Rokushiki Mastery?

Edit: Never mind, it's in the description of the trait.

It should be joted marksmen CAN take the trait, just not as a proffessional trait. I've asked this before and have been told that marksmen can in fact make rokushiki techs and can take the mastery trait if they take it as a general trait.

Most marksmen techs wouldn't translate well at all to rokushiki however as it's a close combat form of fighting. Even weapon specialists don't fit perfectly but we've seen one user do it and it's not a stretch of the mind that a few techniques could fit a sword or something into the style.

The trait itself says it can't be taken by Marksmen in the description Geo.

Rokugan would be manageable for Marksman. Vibrate the gun/arrow with high-frequency waves just like rokugan has, and fire it. If its close-range the vibrations retain long enough to keep their effect and shockwave pulse. If its not that close, then it doesn't work.

Don't see how it would really function for the other forms though. Maybe Rankyaku.

a bullet rankyaku where you swing the gun to form the wave and mid swing fire a bullet which carries the wave farther than normal or does more damage than a plain shockwave?
