"Pinching you?" Julia asked, fearing the worst. Thankfully, as Apollo turned around, Julia could see that his shendyt was still in one piece with no signs of being snipped. That didn't rule the naughty snippers out however; they may have just had a hard time getting a good hold of the cloth between their scissors. She wondered if she had also been the target of a snipping, and looked over her shoulder to check her own backside. Thankfully again, the coat was still whole. If only her other clothing could have been so lucky to escape unscathed, but this was no time to mourn -- there was most likely a snipper on the prowl!

"I think someone's trying to cut off a piece of your shendyt. But luckily they haven't gotten a good hold of it yet. Though they're probably still going to keep trying..." Julia trailed off as she began to scan the bleached townscape. Everyone looked to be going about their day, paying the couple no mind, but then she spotted a young boy hiding behind a corner. The way he jumped when he and Julia locked eyes was a dead giveaway that he was the culprit! Well, Julia wasn't scared of little kids, having had to babysit often when her life was much simpler, and put on a stern "older-sister" face and marched over to the young native who was growing nearly as pale as the city he lived in.

"Hey! You were trying to snip of our clothes weren't you? Cut it out!" She ordered with a surprising amount of authority from someone who had been so helpless against the trio of soldiers. Again, kids were an enemy that she felt confidant against. However, when the young native saw that she was keeping her hands on her hips and wasn't planning on actually punishing him, he grinned wide, stuck his tongue out and blew a big raspberry at her.

"H-Hey! Listen to me, or else I'll tell your parents!" Julia was shocked and a little embarrassed at the kid's defiance and fell back on old techniques that she realized, a little too late, would be ineffective in the Grand Line. After all, the kid's mom probably would have praised him for snipping off her or Apollo's clothes. The kid was, unfortunately, well aware of how empty Julia's threat was, and began to laugh at her, and even began to snip his scissors at her threateningly! Imagine his surprise when a heavy fist popped him on the back of his skull, and it wasn't even Julia's!

"Where did you learn your manners, kid?! I have half a mind to hit you again for waving around your scissors at her like that!" Standing behind the child, her hand still curled into a fist, was a tan skinned, raven haired woman of about Julia's height. She was dressed in all white, suggesting that she was a native, or at least lived on the island. The kid turned around, tears already in his eyes, and began to complain and whine, but the woman cut him off, completely overpowering him, "Kids are supposed to listen to their elders! Now apologize to this woman and scram!"

The child turned back to Julia, hiccupped out an extremely curt apology and scampered away, tenderly rubbing the bump on his head. Satisfied with her work, the tan-skinned woman turned to Julia and smiled, the fierce expression from earlier had completely vanished. She extended out a hand for Julia to shake, "Hi there, I'm Dora. I can tell you're not from around here -- the kids don't listen to you if you're not willing to punch them. Bunch of brats."

"Uhh… Hi, I'm Ju-- er…Kathryn. Thanks for that…" Julia responded slowly, still a little stunned at this woman's sudden appearance. She hadn't met anyone on this island willing to help her out like that, and from the way she talked it sounded like she wasn't a native after all, but she was clearly experienced in the ways of Gesso.

"Hey, how about you come over to my house? I can give you a change of clothes that won't get you snipped, and you can even stay with me until you leave if you want."

Julia was stunned. Just where had this woman been when she had first arrived on Gesso? Such hospitality, and for no reason! Or at least, no reason Julia could discern. She wanted very much so to go with this woman to her house, but she also had to keep Apollo in mind, "Uh, he's with me. Can he come too?"

Dora looked over at Apollo and shrugged with a smile, "Sure, but I don't have any clothes that will fit him, unfortunately."

Julia turned to Apollo and called out to him, still looking just a bit confused by this sudden turn of events, "Hey, Ap…Z-Zebulon, this woman wants to take us to her house, she says we can stay with her if we want. Is that okay?"

No way.” Apollo told Julia when she'd said someone was trying to cut a piece of his shendyt off. Sure Julia had said the townsfolk would do something of the sort but Apollo never thought for a second that they would try so on him. Apollo thought the the chances of having his clothing snipped were beyond low. Apollo twisted his body the best he could to get a good view of his own backside. “It’s probably just a bug. There is no way someone would be trying to cut a piece of my shendyt off.” Apollo added.

By the time Apollo had finish checking himself using various positions, he looked towards where he heard Julia voice in time to watch the interaction between her and the fail thief unfold. “You were right?” Apollo said in a whisper realizing that even he will be targeted, "I didn't even do anything to that kid." Apollo was shocked, and more so because once again Julia surprised him with her amazing eyes that noticed the thief. And the more Apollo spent time thinking about it, the angered he became at the thief and the kid thief’s actions against him. It wasn't just a piece of clothing nor just a shendyt, it something special to Apollo that the thief tried to cut, and it held memories of both good and bad times.

Apollo rolled up his imaginary sleeves in preparation to give the kid thief a good beat down, but it was for naught as seconds later the kid thief was beaten by a new face, Dora. Dora gave the boy a good hit on his head letting the boy know who was in charge. Shortly, the kid thief ran past Apollo after his rather brief apology to Julia. When the kid thief noticed that Apollo had been the one whose clothing he tried to snip earlier he snipped his scissors at Apollo just as he done to Julia. “Fucking brat.” Apollo said in anger as he swung a kick over the kid’s head causing the kid to skedaddle when the kid realize he was not hurt. At a noticeable distance from Apollo the kid pulled down his eyelid and blew a raspberry at him.

If it were not for Julia Apollo would have ran after the kid thief. “Zebulon? King Zebulon? Lily’s father? He’s here? Alive? Where is…!” Apollo sputtered until he remembered that Zebulon was the alias he was going by. “I’m Zebulon.” Apollo said loudly and proudly by pointing to himself with his thumb while he poked out his chest, all before joining Julia’s side. Apollo face was a bit red from embarrassment. He kept his back straight, head high, and eyes straight forward, and mouth shut. He just hoped Julia took that as a yes so he would not have to open his mouth and embarrass himself anymore.

Dora chuckled, “I think he’s okay with it Kathryn.” Dora walked up to Apollo and tried her best to pat his shoulder but settled on just reaching his back. “Relax.” Dora told Apollo, which didn’t really make things better for Apollo. Dora shrugged, “Okay follow me…” Dora made a face of discomfort, “Kate” Dora said looking at Julia followed by a smile, “and Zeb.” Dora said shifting her eyes to Apollo then smiling. Proud that she had made Julia’s and Apollo’s name much easier to remember Dora began to strut towards a building not too far off.

The building Dora walked up to seemed smaller than the other surrendering buildings but looked the same as the others when it came to its design. It also seemed that the building would usually go unnoticed. “This is my home sweet home.” Dora said proudly and happily as she open the door to her house. An aroma of pleasant smells rushed out through the widely open door of Dora house as she disappeared into it in a rush. A faint screech led Apollo to believing that she must have left the kettle over the flame too long.

Once again Julia and Apollo were alone. The pleasant smells coming from Dora’s house made the deep breath Apollo took a very enjoyable one despite it not fulfilling its purpose. Apollo took that deep breath in hopes that it would help him come up with something better to say than ‘I guess you were wrong about everyone here being awful’, but it did not help. “After you.” Apollo finally said while motioning his hands as if he were clearing a path for Julia to walk through.

Despite Apollo holding himself back from stating that 'not everyone here is awful', Julia felt the sentiment all the same, and that thought was quite shocking to her. She was still dumbfounded as she walked inside Dora's home, completely silent as she tried to process it all. Just who was this woman, and why was she being so hospitable? Julia was not so paranoid as to suspect any foul play from her host, but she still wanted eagerly to know just who this woman was.

The interior was decorated with the typical Gesso fashion sense in mind: Brightly colored ornaments were sat upon shelves and hung from the ceiling and walls, though everything was arranged in a bit more tasteful and less blindingly obnoxious way than most other interiors Julia had seen during her time on the island. Also on the shelves and walls were framed photos of Dora and occasionally others. The most notable thins about these photos was the fact that they were obviously taken somewhere other than Gesso, as they lacked a bleached white landscape. Julia cocked her head to the side; some questions may have been answered, but they only brought up an even larger one, "So is she an explorer or something? But why settle down on Gesso?"

Julia eased herself down into an armchair that was covered in a floral pattern. Anywhere else it would have looked pretty tacky, but on Gesso the little pink petals and green vines no doubt made it exceedingly fancy. Julia could have cared less about the furniture, however, still in a stupor over Dora's pleasant disposition. The soft cushions eased her tortured mind, however, and she let herself sink into the armchair with a heavy sigh, as if she was blowing all her troubles away, or at least trying to. Her eyes flashed to Apollo and suddenly she felt a bit guilty for getting so relaxed -- the ceiling wasn't too low at least, but neither the doorways nor furniture was made for an eight foot tall man in mind. Hopefully he could find a comfortable place to relax as well.

Dora returned swiftly from the kitchen with two piping hot bowls of stew. She set one down on the table in front of Julia, and the other in front of Apollo, or at least wherever she decided Apollo should be in case he hadn't found himself a place to sit.

"The stew is still very hot, so give it a moment to cool, or at least blow on it before you try it." She warned, and then extended a hand out to Julia, "Speaking of hot, you should take off your coat, Kate. You must be frying inside that huge thing! I'll hang it up for you."

Julia agreed, the oversized coat was making her quite warm, almost a little sweaty, and she rolled the heavy garment off her shoulders and arms and handed it to Kate. Almost immediately, a quip about coats taking themselves off in Soviet Rushland, or something like that, faded from her mind. An odd coincidence, but she thought nothing more of it as she handed the coat to Dora who left to go hang up the coat and get her own bowl of stew.

She was gone before Julia could remember to ask just who she was, and why she was being so friendly, but the question was still on the tip of her tongue. So, turning to Apollo, she asked the question to him in a bit of a whisper, just in case he had any insight, "What do you think of her? She doesn't seem too nice or anything, does she?"

The doorway into the house was a little above seven feet tall but not by much; to get into the house Apollo had to crouch and bend a bit while using his hands to get a feel of where the top of the doorway was, to prevent himself from accidently hitting his head while straighten himself upright. Fortunately the rest of the house could accommodate Apollo’s height should he choose to walk around, but Apollo did not have that luxury just yet. As soon as he was in the house Dora dragged him up the stairs without speaking a single word.

The second floor of the house wasn't as well lighted as the first floor, nor as colorful as the first floor. The second floor also wasn't as high. Dora motioned with her hands for Apollo to follow and Apollo did so obediently. Apollo’s mind wasn't as focus on where Dora was leading him to as to noting everything around him. And everything around him were covered in sheets. Without looking underneath the sheets Apollo lean towards the thought that they may be just ordinary boxes and furniture underneath the sheets. The thought that there may be bodies fixed into a position to mirror boxes and furniture was the other option but that was because it reminded him of a scary story he heard when he was younger. Apollo also could not help but noticed the sheets were covered in layers of dust and so were the floors, save for a few sheets and floor paths.

Apollo had been walking barefooted for so long, Apollo’s foot sensitivity was not up to par with those who have not, and it kept Apollo from noticing the dust he had started collecting on his feet. Gently, Apollo blew out through his licked puckered lips at the collected dust on his feet. Apollo kept blowing on his feet till they were as dust free as he remembered, but this filled the air Apollo was breathing in, with dust. It only took a minute or two before Apollo had to sneeze, and a few seconds before he let one out. "Aaaachooooooooo!" Apollo sneezed so unexpectedly strongly that it threw his balance off and had him stumbling into some of the covered boxes and furniture.

You found it”, Dora said after founding Apollo tangled in furniture and sheets. Dora's statement eluded Apollo, but he was still sneezing so he couldn't tell Dora or show her how lost she had made him. Lucky Dora went on to explain anyways, “There is an archipelago of islands that I visited with my friends, which had a weird custom. You see, instead of sitting down on seats, around a table, they sat on mats! Whether they were reading, drinking tea, or eating, they were using a mat.

"You figured I could sit on the mat since I can't on the seats you have?" Apollo said, once he stopped sneezing, to which Dora made sounds of agreement to. "Why did you need me to tag along then?" Apollo asked Dora. "To pick out which mat you would like to sit on, silly." Dora said as she pulled out the mat that was sticking out between Apollo’s left armpit, which Apollo watched with eyes filled with fear. Apollo looked into Dora's eyes with the very same eyes filled with fear in the hopes that it would stop her, but she paid no mind. Apollo wriggled, squirmed, and fidgeted in the hopes that it would free him from entanglement but it was already too late. She unroll the mat, and patted it until it was free of dust. Dora’s latter action caused Apollo to sneeze again and his eyes water, leaving him unable to answer the question Dora asked as she held up the mat for Apollo to see. “So. What do you think of this mat?

A few minutes later, Apollo was walking down the stairs with a mat held between his left armpit, a few steps behind Dora. “Make yourself comfortable. I’ll bring out some hot stew for all of us. Oh and don't worry about the broken furniture.” Dora said as she reached the last step. She turned to look at Apollo with amusement, and Apollo gave her a force smile that hid the embarrassment caused from breaking so much furniture on the second floor. “At least you didn't walk through a wall or left a hole in the ceiling” Dora giggled perfectly imagining it happening, as she left Apollo to himself and entered the kitchen. “I dislike dust”, Apollo muttered to himself when he was alone. Apollo walked to and checked himself at a five feet mirror that hung behind the house entrance door, to make sure Dora really dusted off all the dust from his body, after she had helped him get out from under the sheets and furniture.

Certain that he was dust free, Apollo entered the living room where Julia was. Immediately upon entering the room, Apollo’s eyes went to what Julia was looking at, framed photos that were hanged on the walls and standing on shelves. The photos that caught Apollo’s eyes he picked them up. Apollo wasn't sure himself why he did so, but he felt as if he could feel the emotions captured in the photos when he did. So Apollo kept at it for a bit, till a thought crossed his mind and a desire to learn about Dora’s past excited him like a kid waiting to hear their favorite bedtime story. Looking at Julia, who seemed to have questions and concerns of her own, Apollo wondered if they shared the same questions, concerns, and curiosity.

Apollo went back to looking and picking up the photos until Dora returned from the kitchen. Dora set down the two bowls of stew in her hands on the table, the table that was in front of Julia. Apollo walked over to the bowl that was meant for him and unrolled the mat he held between his left armpit for some time now. The design on the mat was one that left a person pondering on what to think of it. Dark green vines with black roses, blue morpho butterflies resting on the black roses or flying about, and gold trimmings. Apollo just liked how comfortable it felt between his fingers as he whipped the dust free mat in the air before placing it on the floor in front of his bowl.

Oh my. Zeb, maybe it would be better if you sat on your knees.” Dora said to Apollo as Julia motioned to take off the coat. Apollo didn't know what was wrong with sitting with both legs folded towards his body, crossing each other at the ankle, with both ankles on the floor, but he changed his sitting position on the mat as suggested. It felt weird to sit in Dora’s suggested sitting position but Apollo was able to ignore the weird feeling, after he started eating his bowl of stew.

"What do you think of her? She doesn't seem too nice or anything, does she?" Apollo could hear Julia whisper to him. “I think she’s going to make us sneeze to death, then bake us. Wait no, I'm too big. She'll probably cut me up to fit me into the oven. It’s okay though she’s a good cook.” Apollo joked at first before he continued with a serious answer in a tone of voice that didn't reveal whether what he said was a negative or positive, “… She seems … motherly.” Apollo looked up from his bowl, he wanted to see what facial expression and body language Julia was expressing, in response to what he had said.

JULIA?!” Apollo exclaimed, letting go of his bowl of piping hot stew only to have it fall onto his knees and thighs. Apollo let out a short yelp of pain before doing his best to quell his need to express it. “Julia!” Apollo repeated, in an unsure but exclamation tone of voice. One thing Apollo was sure of was that he was glad he switched sitting positions. Apollo reached into his pocket where he kept the den den mushi and Julia’s wanted poster and pulled out the latter.

Apollo showed the wanted poster to Julia before holding it up next to her face. “You look just like her now.” Apollo finally revealed to Julia, albeit out of breath from excitement and confusion. “Is everyone alright?” Dora came back into the room asking worried, only to see Apollo holding Julia’s wanted poster.

"Motherly, huh? I guess I can agree with that, though maybe she's more like an older sister. Well, anyways, if Apollo thinks she's okay then I suppose she is." Julia nodded to herself, content with Apollo's analysis. Trusting now that Dora wasn't trying to slip them sleeping pills and then make off with all their stuff and shave her bald, Julia brought to bowl up to her chest and began to blow on it before scooping out some of the broth with her spoon. Just as she had begun to sip on her spoon, Apollo suddenly cried her name which startled her so much that she dropped own bowl of stew, its contents spilling out onto her stomach and lap.

"AhhH! WH-What?!" She yelled loudly, sounding very annoyed and in pain due to the burning hot stew on her tummy. At first she looked quite upset, her teeth were bared, and her brow was knit closely together, but as soon as Dora came back into the room and Julia saw her see the bounty poster, her eyes went wide out of fear and with a burst of adrenaline, reached forwards to try and swat the bounty poster out of Apollo's hands.

"Oh my…" Dora began, and Julia feared she hadn't swatted fast enough. Now they'd get kicked out of her home at best, and thrown into prison at worst. There probably wasn't anything in between, either. She gulped and braced herself, hoping for the best, "You two did look pretty helpless when I first saw you, but I guess I went too far in assuming you could handle feeding yourselves."

Dora shook her head, sighing, though not in an overly upset manner, while Julia was left with her jaw hanging open. Dora walked over to her and took her gently by the wrist and began to lead her upstairs, "Come on, let's get you into a new outfit that doesn't smell like stew. Zeb, you're welcome to find a bed sheet or towel something if you want a new shendyt for now."

By the time Julia was inside Dora's room, she had finally managed to get her mouth closed, but she was still a bit stunned in the brain. There was no way Dora hadn't seen the bounty poster, and even if she hadn't, it was a bit suspicious that she wasn't at all curious about what Julia had tried to slap out of Apollo's hands. Speaking of slapping, a sudden swat on her rear snapped her out of her stupor.

"Hmph, you think just because you're a pirate you can get away with spilling stew all over my furniture, "Kate"?" Dora chided as she walked over to her dresser, still sounding only playfully upset. She began to pull open her drawers and started sorting through bleached white clothing.

"N-no, I….I didn't mean to spill the stew! Er…wait, you know I'm a pirate? You saw the poster?'

"Mmhm. But don't worry; I won't turn you into the marines. I know not all pirates area bunch of low-life thugs." Dora said, trying to sound reassuring this time instead of annoyed, "Judging from how helpless you are, I can't imagine you being a bad person."

Julia couldn't help but turn a bit red at that comment. Was she really so obviously helpless? It's not like she didn't know how to feed herself! Though, as far as Dora knew, that could have been the case. But before she could get a word out in a favor, Dora had already finished setting aside a new outfit for her, and was on her way out of the room.

"Alright, change into that. I'm going to go check on Zeb, if that is his real name. You're both welcome to more stew, but you're going to have to clean up the mess you made with the first bowl before you can have seconds. Okay?"

Julia, who was having such a hard time keeping up with the present, remarkably managed to nod and respond. "Okay. Uhm, thanks."

"No problem." Dora smiled, and then closed the door to her room to give Julia some privacy.

Julia stood still for a moment more; she was still in shock at what all had happened even after all this time. To think she had found this woman who was willing to feed and clothe and shelter her without expecting anything in return! And on top of that, she knew Julia was a pirate and didn't even bat an eye at her bounty poster. The only explanation that she could come up with was, despite all of his quirks, Apollo was some sort of good luck charm.

The scent of beef and salt suddenly invaded her senses, causing her to wrinkle her nose. When the scent had been coming from the soup, it was delicious, but when it was coming from the stain on her shirt, it seemed a little gross. Without wasting another moment, durng which the scent might sink into her skin, she pulled off her soiled shirt. She used some of the dry spots of fabric to dab at her skin to get off any remaining moisture, and then began to change into the outfit Dora had provided. There was a black camisole which went under a white dress which would reach up to her knees. There was even a light, white jacket which she could throw over the top of the dress. It was actually quite the upgrade from her plain t-shirt, so she found herself somewhat eager for the change in wardrobe. And as she was getting changed, she couldn't help but wonder how Apollo and his shendyt were faring.

I think if you stare any harder you might burn a hole through that wanted poster, then through my carpet and floor.” Hearing these words snapped Apollo out of a trance like state that snuck up on him, mid-cleaning of Julia’s and his own spilled stew off the carpets, floor, table, and tapestry, after looking at the swatted facedown wanted poster on the floor. For Dora it appeared as if Apollo had not moved an inch since she left with Julia, still sitting on his knees with his hands on his laps, staring down, but the area did look a bit cleaner to her. Apollo rubbed his eyes and massaged his face with both hands in preparation to answering Dora, “Oh, h-uh, h-um. Just cleaning up after the mess we made.

The silence, left Apollo to wonder if he had not answered Dora correctly, so he replayed Dora’s words in his head. That’s when Dora’s comment really hit Apollo, like having a bucket of ice cold water thrown at him. So Apollo shifted his eyes from staring at the wanted poster to Dora, whom had her left side leaned against the wall with her arms and legs cross; the left arm and leg over, then in, the right. Julia had not swatted the poster from Apollo’s hands fast enough, Dora now knew Julia is a pirate, and now Apollo knew she knew. “Where is she?” Apollo queried, concerned of Julia’s whereabouts and safety.

Dora thought about teasing Apollo a bit but she picked up on Apollo’s concern, “Relax, I left her upstairs to change her clothes in private and unharmed.” But Dora couldn't help but let something slip, “You are free to go upstairs to confirm if my words are true, if you hurry you may catch her in her undergarments.” Apollo went back to cleaning, ignoring Dora’s comment and hiding a sly blush that crept up on him. Dora pouted, "Well you're no fun." Dora left the wall she leaned against to inspect the tapestry, carpet, table, and floor Apollo had already clean. And to her surprise, the tapestry, carpet, table, and floor were all properly cleaned. “This isn't your first time I’m guessing. Spilling food and then cleaning it up I mean. You've done a great job of cleaning so far.” Dora said to Apollo but did not even begot a peep out of him.

What? No. What are you doing?” Apollo said when Dora started cleaning alongside him.

What? Can't I clean my own house from time to time?” Dora replied.

No that’s not what I meant. You didn't spill the stew, we did! We, should be the ones cleaning it, not you.

Well too bad. I’m hungry, and Julia will be down soon. I prefer if this area was clean before we sit down to eat again.” Dora explained in a pompous manner. Apollo opened his mouth to respond only to be cut off, “Ah quiet you. You're horrible at multitasking. Look, look at what you are doing to my floors.” Apollo had scratched them by accident. Again, Apollo attempted to speak, this time to apologize, but Dora cut him off again, “Give me that, go clean something else or change your clothes or something.

Apollo raised his hands in surrender before raising himself off the floor to do as he was told. “So, you're cool with Julia being a pirate and all?” Apollo wondered, as he went over to the last shelf of photos he was looking at before Dora brought out the bowls of stew.

mhmm,” Dora started off but instead of continuing, with an explanation behind the acceptance of Julia being a pirate, Dora decided to ask Apollo a question, “does this baby den den mushi belong to one of you two?” Apollo looked at the den den mushi in Dora’s hand before searching his pockets for the den den mushi he had received earlier. “Yeah,” Apollo started after his search came up with nothing, “it must have fell out of my pocket when I pulled out the wanted poster.

Since the hand the baby den den mushi was on, palm was open, and the arm extended out, Apollo proceeded to take the den den mushi out of Dora’s hand and place it back into his pocket.

How did you two meet?” Dora asked as she went back to cleaning.

Um, Julia ran into me on the beach. She wanted to get off the island on the boat I had gotten off of. Hell I did too, but it wasn’t going to happen. Uh, we found out we were both stranded, so we decided to team up to see if we can get off this island.

It sounds like the making of a great show. What’s the plan? Steal a ship?

Nope, our plan is to fix the ship Julia came on which won't be a problem for me once we get the supplies. What we really need to find is a navigator. Hey, you wouldn't happen to be one, would you?

Heavens no, I can't navigate to save my life. My friend who was nicknamed 'The Map' was our navigator, and I would constantly ask him and check with him to make sure we were going in the right direction.” Dora revealed referring to the people she use to sail with as "our" and "we". “In fact that’s him, the second to the left, in the photo you were holding before.” Dora added. Apollo pointed to a couple of photos before Dora nodded, instead of shaking her head no.

He was a navigator like no other.” Dora remarked.

I bet, it seems like you've been everywhere, thanks to his skills. Where is he now? Is he on the island?

…No.” Dora answered and then silence filled the room.

Did you know Julia was a pirate when you met her?” Dora finally said after a minute past and the cleaning completed.

No, hmm. I forgot how I found out, I think she may have blurted it out.” Apollo shrugged before he continued, “I was pretty surprised when she told me she has almost 3 million beri on her head.

Do you have a bounty on yours as well?

I’m not a pirate.” Apollo answered flatly, with a tone of voice that did not say whether pirates were good, or bad.

...But she, is.” Dora reminded Apollo, trying to pry Apollo's feelings and thoughts about Pirates.

Yeah, but I need to get off this island no matter what it takes and as soon as possible.

And Julia is the key to making that happen?” Dora wondered.

Apollo shrugged, “Well, Yeah I guess.

Silence filled the room again, allowing Apollo to be alone with his thoughts, to ponder Dora’s somewhat unhealthy sudden interest of Julia’s and his, life.

Why were you holding a wanted poster of Julia and shouting her name?” Dora queried.

Something weird is going on. You see, before I shouted her name, Julia didn't look like well, Julia.” Apollo said nudging his head towards the wanted poster on the floor. “I mean she looked like the photo when I first met her, but then she didn’t. She seemed like a totally different person!" Apollo shook his head as his mind tried to figure out why Julia would sometimes look like herself and then not, again. "Everyone else that looked at the wanted poster and her thought the same.” Apollo added when he successfully changed his train of thought.

She never seemed like a different person to me.” Dora disagreed.

You see, weird I tell you. Weird~

She was wearing a coat from Soviet Rushland.” Dora muttered as if it the coat had magical properties and it's magical properties were common knowledge. Dora looked towards the direction of where she hung the coat.

Huh?

I said, where did you get the wanted poster and baby den den mushi?” Dora lied looking at Apollo with eyes filled with suspicion and distrust.

Why?” Apollo asked, as his mind grew suspicious in response.

I'm curious.

Where do you think I got it?” Apollo asked flatly. It sounded to Apollo as if Dora had already made up her mind on where/who Apollo had gotten the den den mushi from.

I don't know, that’s why I'm asking.

It sounds like, you have an idea.

What I think does not matter. I want to hear from you, I want to hear the words come out of your mouth on where and who gave you the baby den den mushi.

It does, matter! What's the point when you have already made your mind up about who and where I got the wanted poster and baby den den mushi from?

Where did you get the wanted poster and baby den den mushi?” Dora repeated frustratedly.

As I already said, I want to know why, you want, to know!” Apollo insisted in a low guttural sound of hostility.

If you don't want to answer that question then tell me who are you really?

Things were escalating quickly, as Dora and Apollo each raised their own voice with every response.

What is with all these questions? I don't understand why I'm being interrogated. Why are you suddenly so suspicious of me?

Because you won’t tell me who you are, where and who you got the wanted poster and baby den den mushi from!

I will, when you tell me why it’s so important that you know.

Ugh, fine.” Dora said before quickly closing the distance between Apollo and herself. 'She's fast.' Apollo thought, barely even having time to think so. Dora grasped Apollo's wrist, with a tight grip, as if to prevent him from running away or reaching for the baby den den mushi. “I want to know because when I found the baby den den mushi on the floor, it was transmitting.

Kelly sat upon The Pumpkin Coach’s main mast, a feat that only she of the crew was able to do. This made the top of the main mast, her spot, where she can be alone to her thoughts, but that’s not what she was doing up there. She was looking after her men surveying Skipjack, and looking after Ballometo and the men she assigned to him to search the water for survivors and the cause of Skipjack. That’s what she was doing, before her black den den mushi on her wrist picked up a transmission between den den mushis on the island.

The most surprising thing about the transmission was hearing one of the marine soldier of The Pumpkin Coach demanding of two people named Zebulon and Kathryn of a pirate named Julia, whereabouts. The two never responded, as if they weren't listening, as if the call, was not intentional. Even odder, Kelly was baffled on why two people she had never heard of before today, were in contact with one of the Pumpkin Coach soldiers.

Kelly recognized the marine soldier voice, but even if she hadn’t, besides herself, Ballometo, and Commander Manuel, only the Lieutenant Junior Grade had, and carried baby den den mushis. Hearing all she needed to hear, Kelly took out a baby den den mushi of her own, out of her pocket and began to bark out orders. “Decide amongst yourselves, but I need this done immediately. Bring back the Lieutenant Junior Grade to me, for questioning.” Kelly said to the baby den den mushi, which transmitted her message to the soldiers surveying skipjack, who picked up the receiving end of den den mushi call.

Kelly looked down at them, the men who were surveying skipjack. She watched them decide who should go and who should stay. Most wanted to go she figured as she could hear complains about the ship being cursed or haunted. After a quick holler through the baby den den mushi and a few matches of rock-paper-scissors, the soldiers had finally decided the lucky two to carry out Kelly's order. Kelly returned the baby den den mushi back into her pocket and waited for the soldiers return. Kelly was feeling uneasy, "The day sure is moving slow." Kelly said to herself ironically.

Julia stepped over to a mirror once she had changed into the dress and couldn't help but smile at her reflection; the dress Dora had given her really was much cuter than her previous attire. It suddenly occurred to her that with Al himself gone, so was his vice grip on their/his wallet. While it may not have mattered due to Al having all the money on his person, wherever he was, on Gesso she could actually turn in her boring, yet colorful, t-shirts for some quality clothing. In fact, soon after coming up with the idea, she decided that before she and Apollo left the island (if they could indeed be so lucky), she would do a lap through the market to pick out some new outfits. Imagining the new clothes she could soon have, she exited Dora's room with a cheerful, carefree smile on her face for once.

"Thanks for the clothes, Dora. I'll start cleaning up the ste-- Ah, I guess you and Apollo already started." As Julia came down the stairs she sounded more light-hearted than she had ever been in weeks. Many would say that her smile suited her far more than the perpetual frown that had been plastered over her jaw ever since she had first entered the Grand Line.

As she stepped further down the stairwell, however, her smile slowly turned downwards and her brow furrowed into a more puzzled look as she more closely examined Apollo and Dora. At first she had assumed they were cleaning up or maybe Dora was scolding Apollo for something, but when she saw their faces, she got to feeling that something was wrong, and it wasn't the spilt stew.

"What's wrong? Did something happen?" She asked and began to scan the sight before her for clues. Her gaze caught sight of the baby den den mushi and she felt a wave of fear wash over her. Her eyes went a bit wider and her mouth hung open as she slowly extended a finger at the snail phone. As she spoke, her voice shook just a bit out of fear from the horrible scenarios that were now racing through her head, "S-Someone didn't call that, right? It's connected to the Marines…"

Thoughts of betrayal filled her head. Had Dora suddenly decided to cash in on a quick two-and-three-quarters million beli? Or maybe it was Apollo who had turned his back on her! But no, Julia forced such thoughts out of her mind -- for now. She'd at least wait to hear if the den den mushi had indeed been used, and then, and only then, would she allow herself to completely freak out.

When Dora revealed to Apollo that she found the baby den den mushi on the floor transmitting, Apollo’s face became a cocktail of anger, anguish, and apologetic. Meanwhile Dora’s facial expression became one of disgust, as she watched Apollo’s eyes shift back and forth from Julia and the floor. Neither Apollo nor Dora answered Julia question outright. Each wondered whether it would be better to talk before or after the other, and what words to use as well who would Julia believe more?

Kathryn! Zebulon! Where are you guys?” The lieutenant junior grade shouted for the past few minutes, through both his hands which he had cupped over his mouth. “Say something you guys”, but the lieutenant junior grade received no answer, only stares. “You there, since you like staring so much have you seen a kiss happy fiend with her freakishly tall pervert bodyguard?” asked the lieutenant after singling out a man who stared too long. “No. No sir.” The man responded after being gripped by the collar by the lieutenant junior grade.

The lieutenant junior grade flew into rage and threw the man to the floor, “ARGGH! I need to find those two, or else I won’t be able to find that pirate woman!” The lieutenant pointed to everyone and anyone else who dared continue to look at him and asked of them, “How about you?” “And you?” “You?” “Have any of you seen these-OUCH!” the lieutenant junior grade screamed out…like a man, it was a manly scream; followed by a manly jump, that no one dared say otherwise.

The lieutenant had no idea what had caused the pinching feeling he felt on his thigh but the townsfolk felt that they would be blamed for it, if they were not the ones to place blame first.

So it was you? Get over here.” The lieutenant said as he reached out into the darkness of the alley. What the lieutenant junior grade pulled out seemed like a cat, the way it wiggled and squirmed in the grip of his hand, but under the light it turned out to be a kid. The lieutenant junior grade turned the kid, who was still in his grip, till he was face to face with the kid, “Hey kid, do you not know who I am? Huh brat?” The kid grinned wide, stuck his tongue out and blew a big raspberry at the lieutenant junior grade.

The lieutenant junior was speechless, which was okay with him because he felt that the kid’s action needed not words, but punishment. With the hand the lieutenant junior grade had gripped onto the kid, he raised it into the air, and brought it and the boy down.

“Wait!” a single townsfolk spoke up seconds before the kid’s face was implanted onto the town’s floor. “I-I seen the kid earlier…he was trying to snip some clothes off of some tall half naked fellow who was walking alongside a woman with a really big coat.” A curl smile spread across the lieutenant junior’s face as the single townsfolk went on, “Are they the ones you're looking for? May-Maybe you can forgive the kid for what he has done and let him go if the kid tells you were he seen them last?”

Well kid, do we have a deal?” the lieutenant junior grade asked to the kid, through his curly smile, and place the kid back on the floor, gently, feet first. The lieutenant junior grade even dusted the kid’s clothes off, and straighten them for wrinkles, though the latter was a lost cause. The lieutenant junior grade waited patiently as the kid thought hard about the deal, the townsfolk silently urged the kid to agree, but at the end of the day, the kid stayed true to himself. The kid pulled out his scissors and snip his scissors at the lieutenant junior grade but a bit too close to the lieutenant junior grade nose.

In one swift motion, the lieutenant grasped a handful of the kid’s hair, lifted the kid into the air by his hair, and then slammed the kid's head into the ground. “You shitty brat”, the lieutenant junior grade screamed as he proceeded to kick the kid. The townsfolk gasp in horror, some tried to move closer to the lieutenant, to try to convince him to stop. “You guys want to be like this kid here? I’m a fucking lieutenant junior grade, I’m not to be messed with! I demand respect!” the lieutenant junior grade stopped kicking the boy to say in response to the townsfolk actions, causing them to return to their homes or any nearby building, just to be out of the lieutenant junior grade’s sight.

Now, where were we?” the lieutenant said to the boy when they were alone. The kid was badly bleeding and covered in bruises and swellings. His panting’s were horse, and the pain so great he was unable to cry. The kid raised his hands suddenly, “Oi, do you really plan on snipping your scissors at me again?” questioned the lieutenant junior grade. As best as he could, the kid folded every finger except his index at a particular direction. The lieutenant junior grade followed the kid’s finger with his eyes to the last house he could see, “Now was that so hard?” The lieutenant junior grade fiddled with the saber he had in his belt before pulling it out and placing his left foot on the kid’s chest.

You displayed quite the pirate-like behavior kid. Your crimes maybe small, but who knows what kind of monster you will grow up to be if I let you live. Also let’s not forget that my reputation is at stake here. I’ll just have to execute you here.” The lieutenant said to the kid. The lieutenant junior grade lined up his saber to the kid’s neck and when satisfied raised his saber high into the air and then brought it down to the kid’s neck with great force.

“Halt!”

The lieutenant junior grade stopped mid swing to find two marine soldiers behind him. “Oh thank goodness you two are here, I need you guys to round up the people in the vicinity.” The lieutenant junior grade asked nicely of his fellow but lower rank marine soldiers. “We are not here to assist you. We are here on behalf of Lieutenant Commander Kelly to bring you in for questioning.” One marine soldier said, “Is that a kid? Were you about to kill a kid? What is wrong with you? Drop the saber.” The other marine soldier added.

Well, fuck. You see guys, I don’t have time for this.” The lieutenant admitted to the two marine soldiers. He kicked the boy a good distance from him and told the two marine soldiers, “I don’t think the kid will make it if you guys decided to bring me in now. Hehe and I think we both know that one on one I will win versus either of you.” The lieutenant, returned his saber into its scabbard at his waist. “You’re not going anywhere.” The marine soldier told the lieutenant junior grade. “So you plan on letting the kid die then?” the lieutenant junior grade replied.

“No, we’re just going to go with option number 3.”

The lieutenant junior grade was dumbfounded at the marine soldier response until he saw one of the marine soldier pull out a den den mushi.

-Pew, pew.-

Oi, I only gave you two options. I’ll double back for your heads, try not to get me in trouble till I return.” The lieutenant junior grade, snarled to the marine soldiers he had just shot in the legs. The lieutenant junior grade, fired one more shot, at the den den mushi that had fallen from the marine soldier’s hands after being shot, to make sure that they would not use it. “Hahaha”, laughed the lieutenant junior grade as he put his pistol away and made for the house the kid had pointed to earlier.

Finally, Dora broke the silence, “I found it on the floor transmitting. I think that maybe your friend here isn’t who he says he is.” “Are you kidding me?” Apollo began to reply, “I already told you it probably fell out of my pocket and started transmitting after I pulled out Julia’s wanted poster. I can’t believe your accusing me of something I would never purposely do!” Apollo whipped his hands free out of Dora’s grip and stepped back. Dora and Apollo were like two hungry wolves, surrounded by a room made of meat, but both only wanted the one dangling in front of them.

Not once since Apollo started talking did he look at Julia. Apollo was scared. Even though it was an accident, it was his fault that the marine who gave them the wanted poster and den den mushi now possibly knew that Julia couldn't be far off.

"What?! No, Apo-- Er, Zebulon isn't a Marine! I'm positive!" Julia tried her best to resolve the situation; the last thing she needed was for Dora and Apollo to start fighting -- especially if actual marines were on their way. In truth she couldn't be positive that Apollo wasn't an undercover marine, but as she worked that possibility out in her head, it didn't make much sense to her that he was seeing as he didn't take her in when her bounty poster was first revealed.

However, despite Julia's assurances, Dora still didn't seem convinced that Apollo was telling the truth. Julia bit her lip and began to panic, wondering what she would have to say to convince Dora of Apollo's innocence, when suddenly she heard a commotion from outside on the street. "Ah! Something's going on outside! D-Don't do anything rash okay? I'm going to make sure it isn't the marines."

Julia left Dora and Apollo to stare daggers at each other and went to the window for a peek outside. What she saw horrified her: not only was it a marine, but it was a marine beating a child bloody. She gasped and clasped a hand over her mouth as she watched, and her eyes went wide as she saw him lift his sword overhead. By the grace of God, two other marines showed up on the scene and stopped his rampage (at least against the child), but the damage had still been done. He had still nearly killed a child out on the street! Julia couldn't believe what she had just witnessed, and tears were already rolling down her cheeks. Suddenly the crazed marine was running towards Dora's house, but instead of scurrying to a corner to whimper and hide from the same fate that child had just suffered, instead Julia just backed away from the window, fist shaking with indignant rage for the abused child.
Out of the corner of her eye, Dora could see Julia standing by the door, her cheeks wet with tears, her face red, and her fists clenched painfully tight. A look of concern suddenly washed over her and she slowly got up to approach Julia, "Hey, what's wrong? What was outside?"

Suddenly a loud, crackling noise like thunder rang through the house as the door was kicked off its hinges and the insane Lieutenant stormed inside, saber and pistol brandished like the arrogant bastard he was. Dora sprang to her feet, eyes wide, but before she could figure out what she should do, Julia was already acting.

"YOU BASTARD!!" The shout shook the room as well as Dora, and it came from the most unexpected person -- Julia. What was even more unexpected, so unexpected that even Julia wasn't quite ready for it, was the girly screech of pain the marine cried when Julia knocked nearly all of his teeth with a single punch to the side of his jaw. He collapsed to his knees, dropping his weapons and began to fall to the floor. But before he could hit the ground, Julia swung out with her foot, connected with is gut, and launched him back out the door. He flew through the air until he hit a wall, which cracked a bit from the impact, and then the monster marine fell to the ground, barely conscious.

Julia stared at his body for a moment, breathing hard, shuddering. She shuddered and shuddered again, her face still dark red with anger. And then, without much warning, the poor girl who had never quite experienced anger like that before suddenly fell backwards like a board. The intense emotions she was feeling had apparently caused her to faint.

For one of the marine soldier, the bullet that was shot at him was now lodged into his leg muscle, which was kind of the best case scenario when it came to bullet wounds. The blood lost wasn't as bad, especially when compared to his fellow marine soldier who wasn't as lucky and now had a bullet size hole in his leg. The marine soldier with minimum blood lost was able to put aside the pain and first aid for himself and crawl to the kid. The other marine soldier had to administer first aid on himself immediately.

The marine soldier that had crawled to the kid, slid his hands underneath the kid’s head and lower back, but when they kid moan in pain to the gentle touch, the marine soldier had to assume that the kid had broken bones. Tears built up in the marine soldier’s eyes; he cursed the lieutenant junior grade, “We are supposed to be the good guys.” The kid was in such a sorry state, and the marine soldier was no doctor, he was sure the kid would die, and for that he felt powerless, hopeless, and angry. “We aren't all like the lieutenant junior grade, really. I tried kid, honestly. I'm sorry, I'm sorry.”

Slowly the townsfolk came out from wherever they hid, at the sight of the marine soldier crying as he hovered over the kid. The kid open his mouth, and try to mutter out words of no thanks, the kid was in no mood to kick the bucket just yet, but even muttering out words was an impossible task given the condition he was in. “It’s okay…I understand…your welcome.”

If the kid could move his facial muscles, he would have looked ticked off. “Tears aren't going to heal me asshole.” The kid thought to himself. Then he remembered something, something he had successfully stolen. So with all his power, the kid tried to move.

To everyone that looked on, it seemed as if the kid were just grateful that the two marine soldiers tried to oppose and stop the lieutenant junior grade abuse, so that was the reason behind the kid pulling out a baby den den mushi from his pocket, albeit with a considerable amount of tremor. It wasn't though, the kid wanted the marine soldiers to tell a doctor to get his or her ass over to where he was and save him. “That’s…that’s the lieutenant junior grade baby den den mushi. Why do you have it?” the marine soldier with the kid inquired of the kid. The kid grinned,”hehe”, then passed out.

“Forget why and how, hurry up and use it to contact Lieutenant Commander Kelly!” the other marine soldier pleaded.

Apollo grinned at Dora, “Isn't she the baddest badass you ever seen?” Then Julia fainted. It took a while for Apollo to stop being a bystander and start being a dependable companion. If only he made the switch sooner, he would have caught Julia before her head hit the floor. “Crap. I need to get her out of the doorway before someone sees her.” Apollo said out loud.

As Apollo began to move, so did Dora. Dora slammed Apollo against the wall, her hands on his shoulders, she pinned him there as she searched his eyes. “What are you doing, let me go! If we don’t move her, someone might see her.

Dora was a bit reluctant, “I'm placing my trust in you, don't betray me, or her”. Dora let go of Apollo shoulders only to grab one of his wrist and dragged him into the small hallway between the living room and kitchen. She let go of Apollo before she open the sole door in that hallway and pulled out Apollo’s coat. “You guys only have one Soviet Rushland coat, so use it to make sure you two are never seen together.” Dora instructed Apollo, who was somewhat confused.

Dora sighed, “This is no ordinary coat. It makes its wearer unidentifiable by anyone who isn't perceptive.

I see, that explains so much.…wait a minute! What are you trying to say?” Apollo replied, rolling up imaginary sleeves.

Zeb, now isn't the time. You are putting me at risk as well, just put on the coat and take Julia out of here.” Dora ordered of Apollo.

Apollo nodded and put on the coat as he was told to, “My real name is Apollo.” Apollo said before flashing a daring grin to Dora. “If you avoid capture I'll be at the town’s bar tonight.” Dora shouted out by the time Apollo reached the doorway, and hovered over Julia’s unconscious body.

Although getting someone onto his back to give that someone a piggy back ride was not a new concept for Apollo, getting an unconscious body onto his back was. Though it was not in record time, Apollo finally managed to do just that. He kept Julia’s legs together around his waist by tying her ankles together with his bandana. As for Julia’s arms, he had them crossed around his neck. Apollo only needed to use one hand to keep Julia’s arms together around his neck, his large hands made that easy.

Apollo left through the front door, lucky everyone was distracted to notice him leave with Julia on his back, hell everyone’s attention went back to the boy after they witness Julia kick the lieutenant junior grade into a nearby house wall. “Hmm, maybe I should take the marine you knocked out with us. He won't be able to to reveal any information to the other marines if we have him.” Apollo figured and said to Julia’s unconscious body. And so Apollo snuck over to the lieutenant junior grade body and dragged his body around back of Dora’s house before going straight out of town with him.

[---]
Apollo reached an open space in the outskirts, and with thankfully no outpost in sight, lax a bit from hastily moving to just walking.

Though it wasn't unusual for the sunlight that shone through the rainbow cloud to be blocked by it, as Apollo noticed for some time now; this time around it felt as if something else were blocking the sun. To quell his nerves, Apollo looked up, and just in time to notice some maniac bird diving down directly above him.

Apollo let go of the lieutenant junior grade, and used the hand he had on him to keep Julia from falling off as he jumped out of the way. The bird collided with the ground, proving Apollo’s instinct of moving out the way to be a good one.

Through the dust that filled the air after, and the sunlight that shine through it, Apollo could make out a woman’s figure in the dust. “Just where you think, you are going, with one of my soldiers?” said a voice that originated from the dust.

The woman in the dust raised one of her arm and spouted long feathers, all Apollo could see was the shadow of the event. With a wave of her arm, the dust disappeared, and so did whatever spouted out of her arm.

Another marine soldier?” Apollo asked of the woman who stood between him and the lieutenant junior grade, the latter still passed out on the floor.

I’m no foot soldier, I’m the Lieutenant Commander of the 76th division ‘Pumpkin Coach’.” The woman replied, only revealing her title.

Apollo turned his head to the side and looked at Julia whose chin rested on his shoulder, before returning his gaze to the Lieutenant Commander, “I’m not going to let you take Julia.

Jumping to conclusions are we?” responded the lieutenant commander. She narrowed her eyes and continued, “That’s fine with me, Zebulon. It’s more fun this way.” The lieutenant commander lunged at Apollo to execute a downward punch.

Heh. Look who's jumping to conclu---holy crap, why is everyone faster than me?” Apollo said barely dodging the attack by jumping back. “This would be a good time as any to wake up”, Apollo said to Julia, as he did everything in his power to hold onto her.

“She won’t get a chance to wake up!” the lieutenant commander Kelly said to Apollo after her fist connected with his face. The force behind the attack sent Apollo reeling, and caused his hold on Julia to loosen to the point that she hung from Apollo’s waist.

Apollo raised his hand to his face, placing it directly above his jaw. He tsked at how loose it felt, and the pain it brought him. Lieutenant commander was no push over. Apollo kept his eyes on the Lieutenant commander, not that it made a difference as the last attacked proved that if she wanted to move faster than he could see or react to she could. Fear began to build up in Apollo, and his wobbling legs did not disagree. Lieutenant commander returned the gaze.

“Hurry up and wake up, Julia, or else we will die here.” Apollo pleaded and warned Julia’s unconscious body. Honestly, if the situation wasn’t so bleak and hopeless, Apollo would laugh at how Julia’s body hung from his waist. Her legs were still wrapped around it, held together with Apollo’s bandana. She basically just fell back, her upper back and up lay on the ground, and her arms extended out, and she had a priceless expression on her face.

Apollo untied the bandana holding Julia’s leg together, he really didn’t have any better options. Julia was weighing him down, and now no longer supporting her weight, maybe Apollo might have a chance to win.

“Giving up?” the Lieutenant commander inquired of Apollo, “No. Just warming up.” Apollo responded. Apollo tried to smile at his remark and the expression it begotten from the Lieutenant commander, but it was too painful to do.

Without a warning, the Lieutenant commander closed the distance between herself and Julia. Apollo responded immediately, “You will not take my f-friend!” Apollo spun where he stood attempting to deliver a backhand on the Lieutenant commander. The lieutenant commander dodge the attack with a counter attack, she leaned back and kicked Apollo in the stomach mid spin.

Cough, wheeze, grumble…

“Man I should never sleep on an empty stomach again.” Apollo said to himself as he pushed himself off the floor and untangled himself free of the sheets and blankets on him.

“What a bad dream.” Apollo said when he was free. Apollo rubbed his face, he was such a heavy sleeper, falling from his bunker did not even wake him up. Apollo grabbed his cloth and quickly began to wrap and fold it around his waist into a shendyt.

He balled his sheets and blankets into a ball and threw it onto the bed and just as he was about to walk through the ship wall, Apollo stopped himself. “Just in case, I’ll just use the door.” Apollo nervously chuckled. After Apollo went through the door he found himself on the ship deck with two beautiful ladies and breakfast was already prepared.

“Morning Apollo!” two beautiful ladies happily said to Apollo in union. The smiles on their faces brought warmth to Apollo’s body, as did the sun light. “Good morning Bathymaas and Katari.” Apollo returned the smile. “We already ate so you can eat everything that’s left.” Bathymaas told Apollo. Apollo happily sat down, bow his head, and thanked Bathymaas and Katari, and then those he loved, and finally to the girl he dreamt about, “I’m not sure if you are real, but if you are I wish you the best of luck on all your adventures… Julia.” When all was said and done, Apollo began digging in.

Fin.
