Physical AppearanceHeight: 6'0". Weight: 185lbs. Hair: Blue. Eyes: Green.
Clothing/Accessories As for clothing, Junior is quite picky about what he'll wear. He'll wear anything that he himself, deems comfortable. The first would be sleeveless shirts; Junior has always had a disliking for wearing sleeves, for as long as he can remember, anyway, which would be around the age of ten. They're not comfortable to him, and get on his nerves more often than not. Thus, you'll rarely ever see Junior wearing a piece of clothing that has sleeves. As well, another feature would be any hoodie; he has a thing for wearing hoodies. Don't question it.
For the bottom-half of the blue-haired fellow, Junior isn't truly that picky. Not as picky as he is for what covers his torso, or lack their of. It's usually quite simple bluejeans, or any form of pants in general. Nothing fantastic; nothing fabulous; nothing fancy. The same goes for shoes, as well, they're simple. He'll wear a simple pair of Marine-issued boots, and be happy. They're made to last, and to be somewhat comfortable. The colors usually consist of black and khaki, and he has a pair of each.
General Appearance Standing at an average height of six-foot, Junior has the build of someone, that at the very least, is a foot taller than himself. He's muscle bound; his definition is blatant. It's usually an intimidating factor to the average person, and the first thing that most notice. The uniqueness to the Adams Family, is that every member is born with natural shades of odd colored hair. As well, the majority of the Adams Family members would also be their bright, emerald-green eyes. Naturally, the combination of their bright eyes and odd hairs colors mix together nicely. Junior's hair comes down to below his waist, and in his case, is a nice shade of sky-blue.
As for his physically appearance, overall. Junior's skin is fair, with a nice faint layer of tan. There are a few scars that he adorns, though they're not usually visible unless he's topless. Most of which he gained from working with his father and grandfather in whatever times they needed him. The one that was visible to everyone, would be the bullet-wound-scar on his left shoulder, which he received while on a mission with his family, and a dear friend.
Over all, Junior adorns himself with a calm; friendly; heart warming facial expression. He can often achieve that serious look, but it's not one that he wears often. He's usually, if not always wearing a smile; even on his worst of days. His posture is kind of lank; he doesn't always seem to hold himself upright, his shoulders slugged over. It might quite possibly lead to terrible back pains in his elder years, but he doesn't really care; he's comfortable, and that's all that matters.
As "Colour" Ever since going undercover as a Pirate, Junior had to take on a new name and a new face; almost literally, in the former's case. While he has to bite his tongue and go through with it, Junior has began wearing long-sleeved clothing. Mainly to change it up a bit, and to come off as an entirely different person. Aside from that, the majority of his attire consist of the same clothing, maybe differing in colors, but that would be about it. The most highly noticeable new piece of attire, would be the flamboyant, light-bright looking helmet of his. On each side, it has "rainbow sideburns", and on the front is usually a blank screen, however, he can have smiley faces appear, which will light up in yellow, and the faces will be made-out with the black screen. It muffles his voice a bit, making him sound a bit different than he normally would. |

The CharacterPersonality Light hearted, kind and charming. Those are just few of the words that can describe the personality of Junior. It's usually hard to find any reason to dislike him. He's friendly to anyone he comes to meet, and isn't one to push anyone to the sidelines. He'll make the time for anyone, friend or stranger. It's not rare that Junior will go out of his way to help anyone in need. It's a trait that he picked up from his grandfather, Lanchester.
While all of the above is true, he does have his "Marine"-styled personality. Growing up with his father, Lexington Adams Sr., was no easy task. At the age of five, every member of the Adams Family is to begin their training to join the Marines. With both his grandfather, Lanchester and his father, Lexington Sr., he had it tougher than his father before him. Both men were respectable, honorable Marines; however, they're training was vastly different.
Lanchester's training consisted of honor; courage and loyalty, where as Lexington Sr. was about strength; respect and authority. With the mixture of training from both of his elders, Junior has become accustomed to being a picture-perfect Marine. He can be serious when the time calls for it; he can be mature when the time calls for it.
Junior's intelligent, but rarely ever shows it. He hides it behind a facade of being like his grandfather; which is slightly immature and childish. Living life to enjoy what's out there; treating each day as if it were your last. It's rare to have a dull moment when he's around.
When it comes to being in a combat situation, Junior isn't one to stand back and let anyone fight for him; he'll fight alongside anyone, but never will he allow someone to fight for him. The only down fall to Junior in a combat situation, would be that he's usually overly confident; underestimates his opponent, and get's in way over his head.
Overall, you'll want Junior on your side; he's strong willed and determined, and doesn't afraid of anything. All of these traits carry over to his alternate ego, Colour. While he's pretending to be a different person for the sake of his Marine duties, Junior can't-not-be-Junior, in terms of being himself; if that makes any sense. The only thing that has seemed to change, to those who know him, would be his appearance. When the helmet is on, he's Colour; when it's off, he's Junior. Same person; different faces.
Hometown: St. Poplar, Grand Line. History Being the first born, as well as the only son of the fourth generation of the Adams Family, there were plenty expectations for the boy to become and have a successful career as a Marine officer. The expectations were shown greatly to his siblings to follow, but as the first born he took it as his right to live-up to those expectations, and achieve all that he could achieve in the Marines. There was a lot for each of the fourth generation of children to live up to, being born into such a long-line of prestigious Marines.
His childhood was of what one expect of a Marine-brat. As his father before him, began at the age of five. At the Adams Dojo, he would undergo training to learn that of the family's style of martial arts and their style of swordsmanship. He was trained by both his father and grandfather. It was stated by his Grandfather, Lanchester Adams, that he excelled greatly in the style of their own Martial Arts, but he still could handle himself with a sword or two, if a situation were to call for it.
After what seemed like a life-time of training, when Junior's eighteenth birthday rolled around, he was enlisted into the Marines as an Ensign under the guidance of both his father, Commodore Lexington Adams Sr. and Rear Admiral Lanchester Adams. Even with the name that his family carried, each of his elders had to work for what they have achieved in life. While the strings could had been pulled, Junior himself had requested for the lowest rank of the commissioned officers. As he wanted to be no different, and wouldn't have it any other way.
Over the following year or so, Junior had assisted both of his elders as their Ensign on any mission or investigation that they had felt comfortable bringing him along with. While it's true that his father had brought him along on more of the dangerous missions, and while he loved his son, he didn't want to treat him with mediocre work; he wanted to allow him to have a real taste of the Marine line-of-duty. Never did Junior protest anything his father had in store for him, or any of his grandfather's for that matter.
The Adams Family name is carried with prestige, Lanchester has been with them ever since he was of age to enlist. The man before him, his own father, Lancaster Adams was the man who had started it all. Lexington, the son of Lanchester and the father of Junior, continued to carry out the name with honor and respect.
Several years have passed, and as one could guess, Junior has lived up to his family's name, as well as the expectations of his grandfather and parents. He has achieved the rank of Lieutenant, which is respectable in it's own right, even more so, he did it without having to use the name he was born with. He was stationed at St. Poplar, no longer working under his father and grandfather, and instead, able to work on many missions or investigations on his own.
While Junior was out on call one day, Lanchester was invited to a meeting of sorts, where other Marines of the higher-ranks, as well as his own father would be attending. The subject of the meeting was the rise in Piracy, throughout the Grand Line, as well as the Blues. While the rise in Piracy has been going on for decades, and each of those decades, the Marines have tried to enforce their Justice among the lawless infestation, it seemed to be fighting a losing battle. No matter how many they had brought down, two more appeared in their place.
One of the suggestions during the meeting, were to add one of their own men to the ranks of the pirates. While everyone attending the meeting voiced their own opinion, some of them being for the idea and others completely against it. If the mission were to be botched or the identity of the person undergoing the mission were to be compromised, it would come back to the World Government. However, after some carefully discussing the suggestion among everyone, they finally came to the conclusion of attempting the mission.
Among the discussion as to whom would take on the mission, Lanchester stood up and volunteered that his grandson were to take the mission. He was young, and despite his last name, he still had a lot to prove to the Marines. As an Adams, his name was trusted among those around the table; his grandfather and father before himself have proven their loyalty to the Marines and World Government alike, and so far, Junior has done the same. While each of his respective elders have twenty and forty years longer to prove that loyalty, Junior has still shown how loyal he is to the Marines over the past several years, since he had enlisted.
They were skeptical at first, but after continuing their discussion with Lanchester and Lexington Sr., it was eventually agreed upon that Junior would be the best volunteer for such a task. Young, skillful and an honorable Marine at the ripe age of twenty-four. They would allow for him to come up with his own new identity, enter the world of piracy, form a crew or join one. His main mission were to achieve a name for himself, to make an attempt to get deep into the world of piracy and find all the information that he could, that would be useful for the World Government to use against the pirate infestation.
Several days after the meeting, Junior was approached by his Grandfather, then he was informed of what opportunity that was coming his way. Such an opportunity to help his government and continue on the family name through such an important mission. After letting his grandson in on all the information, the rules and such that were discussed throughout the meeting, the twenty-four year old Marine accepted the mission with honor.
Over the next few days, Junior was getting himself ready for the mission that was ahead of him and packed several things that he would need. Nothing that would reveal his identity, of course. Civilian clothes, mostly. So that he could fit in. On the day he was readying to leave St. Poplar on an unmarked vessel, readying himself to set out to his blue of choice, the North Blue, his youngest sister, Larissa had chased him down to the docks. There, she stopped him and held up an invention she had created a few nights ago, after she caught drift of her super duper going to be a secret agent of brother.
He looked it all over, and to no surprise, the helmet she had given to him was quite unique. She insisted, multiple times that he wear it to hide his identity, nagging it to the point where he would put it on just to make her happy. Continuing on, Larissa spoke of how he was a Superhero and how he needed to conceal his identity. She produced a mirror, and Junior looked at himself. The tinted visor didn't allow for Larissa to see his not-so-pleased face. Furthermore, she said with that helmet hiding his face, he would need a new identity. And from that instant, forever and all of eternity, he was given the name "Colour", which he kind of stuck with. |
Abilities and PossessionsAdams Fighting Style The Adams Family fighting-style of choice is that of their own, which was innovated and has sense been passed down by Lancaster Adams, the first generation of the Adams Family to have been enlisted into the Marines. The martial-arts has been used by each generation since. The style itself consist of main-use of the fighter's legs and arms, and rarely use a complete fist. The techniques that are utilized and passed down with the use of this style level from simplistic to being complex. They're trained in taking advantage of their environment, allowing them to take full advantage of their surroundings, and improvise and form tactics quickly.
Out of each of the member of the Adams Family, Lanchester is by-far the most powerful of the Adams Fight Style. It's said that he uses the 'Spirit of the Phoenix' to enhance his abilities. The Phoenix is the mascot or 'spirit' of the Adams Family. Complete mastery of the Adams Fighting Style is said to awaken the the spirit of the Phoenix within ones-self. Only Lanchester Adams as achieved the awakening of the Phoenix, but it's not often that he uses the abilities of the Phoenix that he has awaken. While undercover, Colour calls the style "Arc-en-Ciel".
Along with the above fighting-style, Junior/Colour has access to several Rokushiki techniques that he had learned from his Grandfather, and by no means is he a master of the Rokushiki style.
Weaponry: This unnamed baton, two-sided mace styled weapon is forged with alloy that is titanium in quality and about thirty-seven inches in length. Each end of the baton are thicker and heavier heads of titanium to deliver a much more threatening strike than an ordinary baton or staff. While it's mostly ordinary in appearance and it's style of execution, there is an additional method of attack built into one of the mace-heads in the form of an Axe Dial. Both heads are equal in size, but they are large enough to hold a dial- which one of them does. The empty mace-head seems to be able to be modified if one were to add in an extra Dial later on.
Mysterious lightning-bolt shaped blade made of steel and has the ability to attract and conduct electricity very well.

Devil Fruit Name: Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Thunderbird (Bird-Bird Fruit, Thunderbird Model) Devil Fruit Type: Mythical Zoan. Devil Fruit Ability: This devil fruit turns the user into a massive bird that has cloudy/wispy-like feathers which can be shot out and produce powerful gales. Its powerful talons and razor sharp beak coupled with a multitude of dagger-like teeth together with its electrically charged claws combines for a deadly melee combo. The Thunderbird’s more powerful weapons are perhaps its ability to shoot lightning bolts from its eyes and its ability to generate clouds which can potentially turn into thunder clouds if left alone, producing thunder and lightning. Being a bird mythical zoan, this creature also has the ability of flight. |

Thunderbird: Full Form 14 (4+10) Type: Devil Fruit. Range: Transformation. Stats: +25 Speed / +7 Stamina
| The complete transformation of the Devil Fruit, turning Colour into a massive bird (7' Tall/16' Wingspan) that is primarily black in color, with hints of blue feathers that flow perfectly with it's primary color. The top part of it's wings that go as far as it's tips is a thin layer of black feathers with the same feature of blue tips, however, the mass of it's wings appear to be made up of a thin-layer of feathers that have the appearance of dark gray thunderclouds, and are massed together so that they appear as a cloud, themselves. [Picture Reference] For aesthetic purposes, whilst Colour transforms wearing his helmet, from the end of the beak, leading up between his eyes to the tip of the feather-like tails are a tinted/dark rainbow-color. His eyes maintain their bright-green color. For aesthetic purposes only; whilst transforming, electricity and sparks will surge and cover around his body; this is for flavor only.
In this form, he's able to 'shoot out' or 'launch' his cloud-like feathers from his wings that produce powerful gales. Both his beak and talons are sharp and powerful, coupled with dagger-like teeth and electrically charged claws. It's most notable abilities are that it can generate lightning from it's eyes, as well as produce clouds that can turn into thunder and lightning clouds given the time. Last and obviously, the ability of flight.
| Thunderbird: Hybrid Form 14 (4+10) Type: Devil Fruit. Range: Transformation. Stats: +20 Speed / +16 Strength
| The Hybrid transformation of the Devil Fruit, turning Colour into a human/Thunderbird hybrid. In this transformation, Colour's overall appearance maintains it's human-in-nature figure with Thunderbird characteristics. His arms are replaced, up to the shoulder, with a wingspan of eight feet, maintaining the same appearance as his full transformation. From the shin down, his legs gain talons and a bird-like appearance, while still the same size as Colour's legs normally are. As well, his hair earns the opposite of what his feathers in his full-form are, being primary blue with hints of black that seem to flow naturally together. As well in this form, he earns the same abilities as he normally would in his full transformation. For aesthetic purposes only; whilst transforming, electricity and sparks will surge and cover around his body; this is for flavor only. |
| Arc-en-Ciel |
|---|
Arc-en: Bleu (8) Type: Offensive. Range: Close-combat.
| Leaping into the air and throwing his body weight forward, Colour will ultimately execute a front-flip with either of his legs extended outward, using the momentum to bring his heel down onto the opponent with enough impact to break their defenses.
Arc-en: Roulant Bleu (14 [8+6]) Type: Offensive. Range: Close-combat.
| A more powerful version of Colour's Arc-en: Bleu- he will leap into the air and his legs and knees to his chest, using the leap to give him enough room to rapidly spin forward- fast enough to make him appear as a blue ball. Once closed in on the intended target, either of Colour's legs will extended out and with the extra momentum power behind the strike, the heel of Colour's boot will connect with the top of the head; shoulder; any open area upon the target's upper body. The power behind this technique can break through defenses with ease. This technique can also be utilized from Colour jumping or falling from a high-distance. |
| Arc-en: Rouge (8) Type: Offensive. Range: Close-combat.
| Bending either leg at the knee while close to the opponent, tilting his body on the opposite side of the bent knee, Colour will spin on the opposite foot in one, swift motion, and execute a thrust kick in the opponent's direction. The impact is strong enough to send the opponent flying.
Arc-en: Muet Rouge (22) Type: Offensive. Range: Close-combat.
| The same mechanics of Colour's Arc-en: Rouge- he will have his body tilted to either side to balance himself all the while the opposite leg is lifted and bent at the knee. On the balanced leg, he'll use his heel to make a quick and swift motion to launch out and execute a thrust kick with the opposite leg. An added effect to this version of Arc-en: Rouge is that the rotation of the leg is enough to push a small amount of wind and the quick thrust send out a small close-combat shockwave of blunt-damage, that's within range. The power behind the kick and minor shockwave itself has more than enough power to launch the opponent off their feet and send them several meters back, as well as enough to break through their defenses. |
| Arc-en: Jaune (8) Type: Offensive. Range: Close-combat.
| While close to the opponent, Colour will quickly drop down into a one-handed stance, with his body close to the ground and using his hand to maintain balance with either of his legs extended. Using his one-hand, Colour will spin in one swift, rapid, fluid motion to have either the tip of his boot or the heel, connect with the ribcage or side of the opponent. This technique may often be used evade an attack, and can launch the opponent in opposite direction of the impacted area.
| Arc-en: Vert (12) Type: Offensive. Range: Close to Mid-range combat.
| By either running at or leaping above the opponent, Colour will 'shoot' himself at the opponent, as though he was a bullet, if you will. Either the tip of his boots or the bottom will make contact, and the impact has enough strength to send the opponent flying or break through defenses. Ultimately executing an aggressive drop-kick.
Arc-en: Vertigo (22 [12+10]) Type: Offensive. Range: Close to Mid-range combat.
| Under the same circumstances as Arc-en: Vert, Colour will be running toward or leaping above someone. He will proceed to "shoot" or "launch" himself toward them with the bottom or tip of each of his boots. However, instead of the normal aggressive drop-kick of sorts, Colour will rapidly spin his body, making it appear as though he were a drill. This allows him to break through defenses or knock them off their feet. sending them off the ground and back in a spiraling motion. |
| Arc-en: Orange (8) Type: Offensive. Range: Close-combat. Stats: N/A.
| When in legs-reach of his opponent, Colour will balance himself on either foot and raise the other and launch an onslaught of side kicks to the opponent and this technique will end when Colour chooses so or when the opponent stops it on their own.
| Arc-en: Indigo (8) Type: Offensive. Range: Close-combat. Stats: N/A.
| The technique is ultimately a Tornado Kick. This technique is executed by Colour taking a step forward with either foot and lifting up the opposite leg from the ground, using his hip and leg to rotate his body smoothly and to give himself momentum as his other foot comes off the ground and follow through with the motion and momentum, connecting tip of his boot with the opponent's neck or head. This technique is all one, swift motion. The impact has enough force to knock the opponent off their feet and back several meters.[Video Reference]
| Arc-en: Violet (8) Type: Offensive. Range: Close-combat. Stats: N/A.
| This technique can be executed in one of two ways. While running at the opponent and closing the distance, Colour will raise his leg up once the bottom of his boot is within range of the opponent, aiming for the chest or face- the momentum from Colour's speed adds to the impact. The second style of execution is similar, but with the opponent charging Colour, he will raise his boot, allowing for his opponent's own momentum to inflict damage upon themselves by running into Colour's boot. The first form of execution launches the opponent off their feet from the impact.[Video Reference] |
| Rokushiki |
|---|
Shigan (22) Type: Offensive. Range: Short-Medium.
| (Arc-en: Oro) This technique is an improved ranged melee technique. The damage done by the projectile is blunted, but can pierce soft substances (similar to a bullet). Additionally, the shockwave produced by this technique is short-lived, but nearly invisible and travels at bullet-like speeds.
| Rankyaku (22) Type: Offensive. Range: Medium-Long.
| (Arc-en: Argento) By kicking fast enough, the user literally "cuts" their air with their foot. The projectile is different from standard ranged melee, possessing a keen cutting edge and unusual longevity. A Rankyaku shockwave will continue moving until it reaches the edge of it's range or impacts with an obstacle harder than stone.
| Soru (28) Type: Support. Range: Self.
| (Arc-en: Niveus) Once a post, an individual can use this technique to put on momentary bursts of speed that make them invisible to the untrained naked eye. The user may move to any location they could normally reach within a number of meters equal to the rank of this ability near-instantaneously. During this movement, they cannot be seen by anybody who's accuracy is less than double this technique's rank, appearing as a blurred streak to anybody who's accuracy is above that point. Additionally, the user cannot be hit by a targeted attack by anybody who's speed is lower than the user while the technique is active. |
