Tony touches a surface with his hand altering it's appearance and giving it a puzzled like look.
At this point however, his expertise with the fruit has considerably increased and due to that he is now able to use his powers on intangible things, such as the air or any form of energy. On top of that, he is now also capable of choosing how a puzzled surface shatters, instead of simply making it fall as a whole, giving it the ability, for instance, to make it collapse in a way that might be beneficial to him and/or more disadvantageous to his foes.

Description:
Using both hands, Tony takes on an incoming energy/matter attack, activating his devil fruit powers as he comes in contact with it, to quickly puzzle and shatter it. As result, he is able to quickly end that threat with reduced damage to himself, by completely dispersing and therefore, disabling the attack, before it could hit him. The technique also works on any attack that relies on objects, being an effective defensive measure against weapon wielders.

1/2 fortune in meters base is some crazy stuff, and i'd argue with Speak on that but thats what was approved previously by the blues so meh no use fighting it just like Fenrir -_-.

Alright so onto actual techs.
Alright everything looks good just with some minor issues on the breaker. It'd be nice to see a fortune forumla for it or a stops up to rank xx type thing but yeah we can just consider it only stopping strength or fortune based attacks that it beats with appropriate stats+rank of techs used in comparrison to each other if you want. The main reason is because well you won't be able to jigu everything obviously; you won't be jiguing a rank 80 lava hawk for example at your current level.

Wasn't it something about defensive techs that stop everything till their rank or something. I might be mistaken and if not I'll go whatever is used for it, rank based of course.

Also, even though it would be unfair here, the df alone would allow me to do that as long as I was fast enough to do it and had enough AoE. But no need to go there, I'll go with the system.

Sort of iffy on the whole choosing how it collapses thing seems like it'd be more accuracy based than technique based but I guess it's possing brought controlling the shape of the pieces, so if you could put a bit in the base df tech about him being able to control the shapes of the pieces he creates that's be cool. Overall though this seems pretty fine, Breaker is going to require speed and accuracy high enough to follow the attack as so a formula the says Tony's average of the two must be equal to or more than his opponents would be good.

Yeah I figured out the base should be done better according to the new rules. I'll need to revise it yet again next time I get a scoop. I do have a shaping technique but it's like a separate thing, just like shatter, but all those abilities should be on the base technique as core powers.

And I don't see how it's accuracy related, since it has nothing to do with it. It solely based on the proficiency of the devil fruit, and how I am able to master the shattering of a created puzzle. It's more than just to shatter it fast or in a said point but rather make it like a domino if needed, with a controlled way of falling apart.

I don't get the accuracy formula. It has no relation with the technique whatsoever. There's no speed on my puzzling power, it's considered instantly. Other than that, normal battle rules with stats as guidelines. That's my opinion anyway.

The mechanism of the technique itself doesn't have anything to do with accuracy but the method of activation does in that unless you can get your body to the attack in time it doesn't work, Hence the formula. But perhaps I'm being overly strict, placing a defined limit on it might be excessive. As long as next mod is fine without formula consider it flagged

So what's the deal with this, fine or not? I'm just gonna flag it because it seems fine.

Do note that making pieces fall into a certain way will also require techs if it's anything special. Most of those would probably be in the 8-14 range though.
