Hair:
Daisuke hair is naturally white, but by constantly greasing his hair it's more of a platinum color now. His hair stands up about eight inches above his head. The sides of his hair lays flat down on the side of his head, the sides are very floppy at the angle it's often positioned in. While the back of Daisuke's head is completely flat and ends at his lower-neck area. His hair is very spiky at the ends, and has a very smooth texture. A few thick strands of hair covers Daisuke's eyes, lowering into his views. Daisuke's hair is very well kept, shiny, and he makes sure to wash it with his favorite lemon flavored shampoo, giving it a desirable scent.
Eyes: Daisuke's eyes are very intimidating to say the least, they are ruby red with jet black dots. Of course they still have the white around the eye, Daisuke's eyebrows are very thick as well as his eyelashes. His eyes tend to glimmer a lot, because of this ruby red eye color Daisuke often uses this to his advantage to scare off others with murderous glares.
Clothing/Accessories:
Daisuke took a lot of pride in fashion, well not too much but he does like to switch up his wardrobe every now and then. He has three primary outfits, in his first outfit, he wears an sleeveless, V-neck gray sports jacket made of a light silk, this jacket has no hood but has two yellow string at the center neck area. He wears that along with a pair of jet black jogging pants that has yellow strings at the would be zipper area to match the jacket strings. Daisuke' wears two rubber wristbands on both of his wrists, these wristbands being jet black and only for fashion as they have no defensive capabilities. Daisuke likes this outfit because it displays his muscle and Olympic like physique the most out of the three outfits. His second outfit is by far his most favorite though, it's essentially a jet black hooded long coat. Over a short sleeve jet black shirt, both of these pieces has golden linings in them, the undershirts sleeves can be seen partially.On the shoulder area there are four golden dots forming an square]. Daisuke's third outfit is the most simplest, he wears an all white Shihakusho. Daisuke often trains in this uniform, as he doesn't like being seen in public with such ancient attire.
General Appearance:
Daisuke's most notable feature is his lambaste red skin, it's what defines him. Daisuke's ears are small as well as his ears. He has very thin lips, and because of his skin color often has an intense neck shade. Daisuke' has a brawny physique with an athletic figure. Daisuke's attributes make up quite the handsome appearance despite his skin color. Daisuke at times looks very sociable, at other times he can look very twisted with his facial expressions, he has childish like facial expressions at times as well. Daisuke's head isn't too big nor too small. On the back of Daisuke's chest, there's an tattoo in the center in big bold black ink, with an italic like font reading G. Fist.

Personality:
"Admiration is the furthest thing from understanding"
Daisuke initially growing up was a pretty compassionate, hero like, and somewhat noble man. But as time passed and he gained experience as being a Pirate, his entire outlook has changed. Daisuke no longer shows mercy to an opponent or even give them a somewhat honorable death. He kills in basically anyway he can. He is known for his devilish grin, which he puts on when amused, usually by something that isn't supposed to be amusing. Daisuke has very few things he cares about in life, however one thing he simply cannot stress enough is loyalty. He believes loyalty is everything, and those who are disloyal deserve death. Due to this strong belief Daisuke makes sure to keep his circle tight, and not just let anyone join his crew without being under supervision for awhile. Until he could trust them in short. Daisuke never allows people to invade in his personal space, at times Daisuke needs to be alone and have some leisure time to himself.

This time is spent smoking, rarely drinking, working out, and most of all writing;Daisuke's guilty pleasure. Daisuke enjoys writing epics, and scientific fiction, and most of all hyperboles centered around his life. Daisuke keeps these writings to himself out of sheer embarrassment. Daisuke feels writing isn't something a manly man would be seen doing. Going by this logic Daisuke will only show one who he truly trusts one of his pieces.

Daisuke always feels he needs to impress those around him, especially his crew members. So he quite often displays his authority and superiority when needed, which is unneeded by normal standard, but nonetheless needed for Daisuke to be Daisuke. Daisuke at times can lose self control and yell extremities at the top of his vocal cords fearlessly. Daisuke has an vast social perspective, due to his various life experiences that range from both good and bad, he can often see somebody else's pain and understand it, along with their joy. Daisuke isn't the type to completely go around being an ass all of the time, but when his identity is found out by one,he will act according to how they expect him to, Which is pretty much the Daisuke that is seen the most. Which is why he is very often portrayed as an heartless monster.

Abilities and Possessions
Combat: Daisuke uses his Mark IVs to not only add more force behind his already devastating punches. But to also use different "carts" he created to add different effects to his punches as well as boosts. Daisuke is a boxer for the most part,thus he is a well balanced fight physically, and has a lot of different types of techniques and methods of fighting in his arsenal. He uses different types of feint to trick an opponent, before landing devastating blows. Or by simply out-speeding them. Daisuke also uses his Haki skills, he uses armor Haki to strengthen his attacks, and uses Observation Haki to predict the moves of his opponents much easier.
Weaponry: The Mark IVs
The Mark IV's are a pair of gauntlets made out of a legendary material (said to have came from the moon itself) that seems to be some sort of special rock. Inside the Mark IV's are slots where Daisuke can place carts inside. Each gauntlet can hold up to three carts at a time. These carts are activated by Daisuke simply pressing down hard on the part of the gauntlet where one of the carts can be found inside. The Mark IV's are dark gray, and have very small but noticeable craters on them, and a distinct smell oddly. They are a perfect fit for Daisuke and they end just above his elbows.

A simple technique really, Daisuke simply punches straight forward with his lead hand, with his arm extended out, the punch itself is overhand, and when the punch connect the fist is aimed downwards. The cross variant of this technique is Daisuke throwing the exact same punch with his rear hand.

Description: Another core essential to any Boxer's arsenal. A punch that can be thrown by the lead hand, or the rear hand without losing its effectiveness. The user simply bends the arm mid-punch into a 90 degree angle while using their back for support, causing a punch with a shape that's reminiscent of an actual hook.

Description: A simple vertical rising punch, best thrown at the opponent's chin area, or lower abdominal area. Depending on which hand is used, the user shifts their body weight to the left or right for added force to the punch.

Description: A very powerful punch which its forced is derived from the weight transfer and momentum. It is thrown by not bending the elbow, and by whipping the arm sideways from the elbow joint. It is more powerful than a jab and hook, but if one misses, they are more vulnerable to counter attacks.

Description: When the user sees a threat targeted towards the head, they rotate their bodies ever so slightly, and lean on one of their elbows, causing the incoming danger to narrowly "slip" pass their faces, leaving them unharmed.

Description: A simple fake-out if you will. By simply pushing the arm slightly into a punching motion, and by moving the feet over to a location in the same process, the user makes the opponent think he's about to attack. However at the last minute, they perform another feint and change their posture and location again. This technique is used to unlock an opponent's defense.

Description: A jab with much less power than the norm, but with greater speed. Causing the momentum behind the fist to be greater. Daisuke adds less force behind this punch intentionally, in order to use the momentum of the push to send an opponent back by a couple of yards if hit.

Description: A hook with more body weight added force behind it, aimed for the side of the opponent's face, in a perfect 90 degree angle motion. It is both fast and strong, designed to put an opponent on their back.

Description: An uppercut reinforced with more momentum than the norm, by increasing the speed of the punch, and decreasing the body weight enforcing it. It's designed to knock of an opponent's balance, and send them into the air.

Description: A haymaker punch targeting the eyes of an opponent. It's designed to cause the opponent to close his eyes for a few seconds to recover from the impact of the mighty punch, or at least blink in order for Daisuke to buy time, or capitalize on his opponent's moment of weakness.
Eclipse (8 - Feint)(AS)
Type: Defense.
Range: Melee.
Stats: None.
Description: A formidable feint in which Daisuke closes the distance between him and his opponent, and crouches down beneath them. With his lead hand in a fist formation, and a little motion behind it, at the last possible second he performs one more step. This technique is very complicated if you will, he performs the feint crouching to bait the opponent to perform a strike downward, so he can easily step to their blindside at the last possible minute. Making the user to seemingly "vanish" before their opponent's very eyes. Leaving Daisuke with a golden opportunity to strike his opponent from their blind spot.

Description: A series of the core four punches thrown in succession of one another, in the following order, hook, jab, haymaker, uppercut. Daisuke can continue this onslaught as long as his opponent is still standing, and he isn't out of energy.

Description: Daisuke inserts a cart inside of his gauntlets. These carts are purely aesthetic effects that hurts the opponent's eyes. The gloves act as a catalyst for a flash bang like effect when set off. It has a very small range however, and only effects one set of eyes at a time.

Description: In this technique Daisuke circles around an opponent while throwing his combination of four punches, landing shots all around the body of his foe. Due to Daisuke being active on his feet while performing this technique, it is somewhat easier for opponent's to evade.

Description: An empowered Transit punch with all of Daisuke's might behind it, he bends his right elbow unnaturally in this swing, which makes the attack itself very difficult to pull off for most martial artists. If hit the opponent would act like a "bullet" being shot outside of a shotgun, sending them back with a tremendous amount of force, that can keep them soaring away like a bullet for up to tech rank * 4 meters.
Apollo (14)
Type: Offense.

Description: In this technique, Daisuke concentrates a lot of his energy into one punch with either hand. By doing this, he creates momentum formidable enough to create a fist shaped projectile that can be used for ranged attacks and Melee. This projectile doesn't provide cutting damage, and it feels like an actual punch.
Star Step (14 - Feint)
Type: Offense.
Range: Melee.
Stats: None.
Description: A series of feint steps in succession of one another, performed so swiftly that one begins to see afterimages of Daisuke feinting. Causing an opponent to get easily confused by the afterimages of feinting, so Daisuke can capitalize on an opponent's openings.
Explosion Cart V1 (14)(Special TP)
Type: Offense.
Range: (Tech Rank/2) Meters.

Description: In this technique Daisuke inserts an explosion cart inside his Mark IV's. An explosion cart sends an outward explosion blast towards whatever it strikes, causing quite the devastating damage and have extended range over other carts because of the outward explosion it sends. This explosion has a parabolic shape so Daisuke isn't effected by it at all.
Bolt Cart V1 (15)(Special TP)
Type: Offense.
Range: Melee.
Stats: +10 Speed.
Description: Daisuke inserts a bolt cartridge inside both, or just one of his gauntlets. When he is in mid-punching form, at the last possibly second, a round goes off in the gauntlet he's swinging with, causing a great increase in the momentum of the punch itself, thus increasing the speed of the punches drastically, each bolt cartridge contains five rounds. Daisuke can use bolt carts for any of his punches. Bolts last for 3 posts.
Shock Cart V1 (15)
Type: Offense.

Description: In this technique Daisuke inserts a shock cart inside of his Mark IV's. Shock carts contain three small bursts of electricity, with the ability to send a shock through an opponent's body. Causing slight paralysis to weaker foes, and causing a slight stop in movement for stronger ones. Debuff lasts for three posts.
Flame Cart V1 (14)
Type: Offense.
Range: Melee.
Stats: None.
Description: In this technique Daisuke inserts a flame cart inside his Mark IV's. A flame cart is basically gasoline waiting to be lite on fire. When activated by rubbing his palms together, both of his gauntlets are surrounded by light blue flames. These flames last for a total of four posts before letting out. If struck by these flames, the opponent would sustain burns, and this fire also has the ability to lite flammable things on fire as well.
Launch (18 - Take Off)
Type: Offense.

Description: A simple uppercut with a bolt cart inserted into the gauntlet performing it. The increase in momentum causes the opponent to be sent high in the sky, tech rank * 2 meters into the air to be exact. As well as being a powerful punch in itself.

Description: An Apollo punch that provides sharp damage instead of blunt damage due to the motion in which the punch is swung in.
Apollo Assault (20 - Apollo)

Description: A series of Apollo punches one after another with little time periods between them, all provide blunt damage and feel like an actual punch.
Internal Surface (22 - Apollo)

Description: In this technique Daisuke performs an Apollo punch at such a close range, that the shockwave doesn't develop until the punch has already struck the opponent. Sending an internal shockwave throughout the opponents body, making one punch, pack double the power if you will.

Description: A series of Apollo punches one after another with little time periods between them, all of these projectiles provide cutting damage to the opponent. Really, they're like knives the size and shape of fists being thrown.
Explosion Cart V2 (28 - Explosion Cart V1)
Type: Offense.
Range: (Tech Rank) Meters.
Stats: None.
Description: In this technique Daisuke inserts an explosion cart much bigger than the V1 version. In each gauntlet, is an explosion cart that sends an outward blast towards whatever Daisuke hits with much more destructive power and range. This explosion also has a parabolic shape, so Daisuke is unaffected by it.
Bolt Cart V2 (28 - Bolt Cart V1)
Type: Offense.
Range: Melee.
Stats: +21 Speed.
Description: Daisuke inserts a bolt cartridge inside both, or just one of his gauntlets. When he is in mid-punching form, at the last possibly second, a round goes off in the gauntlet he's swinging with, causing a great increase in the momentum of the punch itself, thus increasing the speed of the punches drastically, each bolt cartridge contains five rounds(five posts). The rounds in these bolt carts are much bigger, causing a greater increase in speed, and causing the opponent to be knocked back by the momentum of the punch itself. Bolts last for five posts and take five posts for him to use more.
Shock Cart V2 (28 - Shock Cart V1)
Type: Offense.
Range: Melee.
Stats: -21 Stamina.
Description: In this technique Daisuke inserts a shock cart inside of his Mark IV's. Shock carts V2 contain three huge bursts of electricity, with the ability to send a shock through an opponent's body. Causing slight paralysis to weaker foes, and causing a slight stop in movement for stronger ones. The blue electricity surrounds the gauntlets, giving Daisuke quite the electrifying appearance. Debuff and paralysis lasts for five posts, death for those under 20 stamina.
Ice Cart V1 (28)
Type: Offense.
Range: Melee.
Stats: -21 Speed.
Description: In this technique Daisuke inserts an ice cart inside his Mark IV's. An ice cart is basically a release of liquid nitrogen that actives as soon as the fists come into contact with something. Anything that the gauntlets touch is frozen immediately, and coated in a heavy block of ice, so heavy in-fact, that it slows down the movements of an opponent drastically. Debuff lasts for five posts.
Artemis Step(Soru) (28)
Type: Support.
Range: Self.
Stats: None.
Description: Once a post, an individual can use this technique to put on momentary bursts of speed that make them invisible to the untrained naked eye. The user may move to any location they could normally reach within a number of meters equal to the rank of this ability near-instantaneously. During this movement, they cannot be seen by anybody who's accuracy is less than double this technique's rank, appearing as a blurred streak to anybody who's accuracy is above that point. Additionally, the user cannot be hit by a targeted attack by anybody who's speed is lower than the user while the technique is active.
Moon Lover (28)
Type: Supportive.
Range: (Fortune) Meters.
Stats: None.
Description: Daisuke uses this to blow away ranged attacks. He creates a ball of wind by spinning his hands in a sphere formation, kinda like how Naruto creates a rasengan. The ball of wind is sphere shaped, and Daisuke calls it the "Moon". Once released the ball of wind will completely blow away the ranged attack headed for Daisuke. This attack works on supernatural dangers as well. Daisuke uses every ounce of his strength and speed in the attack to create the ball, giving it the base strength and speed of its master. Meaning those without speed + strength that doesn't surpass Daisuke's own, ranged attacks are nulled by Moon as long as the ranged attack can be affected by wind, things like light, and darkness cannot be negated. The wind currents this technique are strong enough to blow away physically weaker opponents as well.
Bolt Cart V3 (35 - Bolt Cart V2)
Type: Supportive.
Range: Self.
Stats: +27 speed, -5 Stamina.
Description:The bolts inside these carts are much bigger than the last, and they function differently as well. Many bolts go off inside the gauntlets, each bolt exudes a force in the opposite direction Daisuke is facing that cover his entire body;in short Daisuke's body is propelled by force when he moves. This causes a great improvement in his overall speed, rather than just his punching techniques. There's enough bolts inside these carts to go off for five posts, before having to wait another five posts to prep some more. Due to the force, the bolts take a toll on Daisuke's body.
Bolt Cart V4 (44 - Bolt Cart V3)
Type: Supportive.
Range: Self.
Stats: +44 speed, -10 Stamina.
Description: This bolt cart is much bigger than the last, and contains enough bolts to keep up the speed boost going for much longer than the others. The structure of the carts inside the Mark IV's have changed, and a reaction much stronger than the last takes place inside of them. This reaction makes Daisuke's entire body move with more speed then what he normally does at, because of the force being produced by them is so great. The Mark IV's actually began to glow a brilliant gold when this cart is activated, and Daisuke's body leave gold streaks across the battlefield. Daisuke's speed is increased tremendously by this cart, which lasts for a total of five posts, and takes five posts to use again. Due to the force applied to Daisuke's body when this technique is active, it takes a toll on Daisuke's body.

Description: A simple aesthetic effect Daisuke uses to intimidate the opponent. He releases a great amount of his willpower through his body, while exerting pressure to the ground using his strength. His willpower is light blue, kinda sky blue but darker. Actually, dark blue. He can coat himself in his willpower at anytime, as well as his techniques, which does nothing but look cool.
Selenic Power (28)
Type: Offensive.
Range: Self.
Stats: +21 Strength to punching techniques.
Description: In this technique Daisuke strengthens his body with Armor Haki. This greatly increases the strength of his punching techniques, as well as provide extra protection against blunt damage, because his body is hardened. He can only sustain this hardening for a total of five posts, and takes a five post cooldown.
Selenic Catalyst (29 - Selenic Power)
Type: Supportive.

Stats: +21 strength, -6 Speed.
Description: In this technique Daisuke actually hardens his body internally to the level of iron, which drastically increases his defense, as well as his overall internal strength. In this technique Daisuke's entire body begans to bulk up because of the hardening of his body. This technique however trades strength for speed, making it much riskier than the other technique.
Diana's Ambition (28)

Description: In this technique Daisuke imbued's his attacks in his own willpower. His willpower is a bright red, kinda pinkish, and it's very visible. His own willpower allows him to hit logia users, and other devil fruit users.
Mind Of Mani (28)

Stats: +21 Accuracy.
Description: In this technique Daisuke can read an opponent's mind. Well, not completely, but he gets a sharp grip on what someone is thinking. This ability is useful during battle because it provides him with hints of what the opponent will do beforehand, making it easier for him to dodge attacks. He can only read the mind of those whose he's locked in on, however.
Reverse Demon (40)

Description: In this technique Daisuke uses his supreme Haki skills to nullify attacks used with weapons by quickly observing the speed and power of the attack, before hitting it with the complete opposite speed and power, he is able to nullify all damage the damage the weapon would have done to him. So as long as the strength of the user of the weapon doesn't surpass his own. He can only null what he can react to, however.

Description: In this technique, Daisuke quickly observes an attack that the opponent performs, doing so almost in synchronization of the beginning of the technique. By quickly assessing the speed and power of the technique. By hitting the attack with the opposite speed, power, along with his willpower, he is completely able to neutralize the technique, any technique that is of lower rank or at the rank of this technique is nulled, and one without strength greater than Daisuke's own can't breakthrough the null with melee strikes, or without the assistance of a technique higher than this one. Daisuke can only null what he's fast enough to react to. This null is only effective against physical attacks.
Sosai (44 - Reverse Demon)
Type: Supportive.
Range: Melee.
Stats: None.
Description: In this technique, Daisuke is able to completely nullify the movements of his opponents, by quickly using his Haki to observe the speed and power of their movements, and hitting them with the exact opposite speed and power, he is able to completely nullify the part of the body used to perform the movement as long as he's fast enough to react to it. The limb that is nulled cannot be used for two posts after it has been nulled. Meaning if one performed a leg kick that was nulled, the leg used to kick Daisuke with won't be able to be used for two posts until the nullification runs out. Those whose stamina surpasses Daisuke's total in strength is uneffected by the null. And those who's accuracy total surpasses Daisuke's own cannot be nulled at all.
Scopic Eye (44 - Mind Of Mani)
Type: Supportive.
Range: Tech Rank/2 (Meters)
Stats: +44 Accuracy.
Description: In this technique Daisuke can not only read the thoughts of his opponents that are within range of him. But he's also begins to see premonitions of the opponent's next move, making it much easier for him to dodge their attacks.

32 + 150 + (100 / 1.5) + (100/2) + (41 / 3) = 312 SP, check my math though.

Honestly, I'll have to double check about this, but I was told that the technically adapt traits go off of the normal technique multiplier of 2. So 84 * 2 * .5 = 84 tp added.

Flash Cart V1 - Specify 1 target so you can keep that debuff, otherwise we'll have to switch it to infinite targets and nerf it a bit.

Apollo - "This projectile doesn't provide blunt damage, and it feels like an actual punch." I'm confused, isn't a punch blunt damage?

Explosion Cart - Let's get a blast radius on this thing.

Bolt Cart - I'm not sure I understand the logic in how it's giving him a faster punch. When that's cleared up, we're gonna need a cooldown on that too. Also, a rank 15 can only alter 9 stats.

Shock Cart - 9 stats

Flame Cart V1 - 4 post duration, 4 post cooldown.

Internal Surface - This is awfully close to rokugan and personally I don't think it'd be allowed unless you had the proper roku trait. I'll let another mod chime in on this though.

Explosion Cart V2 - need a blast radius

Bolt cart v2 - gotta have a cooldown

Ice cart v1 - I'm very iffy about things being frozen instantly. I'd say it'd be more of a partial freeze than anything. Maybe full freeze if used constantly on the same target for a while. Also, I don't think the weight of being frozen is a good enough reason to justify a debuff in speed. I mean, no weight is being added. Someone is just becoming frozen. Now if it were something like, "the cold temperatures slow their blood flow" I can see the debuff being more justified.

Selenic power - Something has to be done about this. I'll let others chime in once again, but just coating yourself in haki shouldn't be increasing your strength flat out. Sure, it will add power to your attacks and give you more defense, but it's not going to help you lift heavier things or hold onto something tighter. Second part, is I don't think I like the idea of having a haki shield around your character constantly that is giving him any sort of statistical buff. Haki does take concentration and isn't exactly something that can be done constantly. So I guess what I'm saying is this probably needs a duration or at least it should take its toll on your character's stamina IC.

Mind of mani - make sure to specify that the accuracy buff is only against targets you're focused on.

Overall, a better one of your apps I've had to review. I didn't bother counting up TP this time around, because it took me so damn long to review this thing in the first place. Make sure all that is in order the next time around.

He then out maneuvers him by side stepping to the back of him and punches him right on the back of his head perfectly which then knocks him out for the rest of the bar brawl. Chips didn't add this very important piece of info about your king's haki. This is how it works now

Resist comes at of half of tech rank in fortune.
Shared cooldown.
Damage wakes victim.
Two post duration, across all ranks.
Four post cooldown, across all ranks.
Cooldown starts after victim wakes up.
Resistance comes with a debuff at 20% of tech rank from each stat.
Debuff duration cooldown, 4/4.

This was for widespread however, i'll try and figure out something for single target as that would logically be more powerful and effective.
