So I know that CoO is represented as a speed/accuracy buff + sensing stuff. I also recently heard that buffs do not stack. Does this apply to observation as well? Would it be impossible to use it and a stance or entertainer buff or w/e at the same time?

Doesn't that kinda......invalidate buffs? Not to mention completely go against the manga (I don't see Luffy or the Boa sisters having issues using haki and their fruits at the same time....)

Zoan buffs are the exception to stacking buffs. A transformation will always count with with the single highest buff a character has.

But CoO is a momentary buff. As soon as the moment where you predict what move is going to be used and dodged it, any other buff ( like 24h chef buffs or songs etc) apply. Keep in mind that the single highest buff counts at a time in combination with a possible zoan. So if your entertainer buff or so is more effective, I assume the buff of CoO will be nihil.

Well Oda the thing is that it's a balance issue rather than a logic issue and you can't really pull up canon for this as thats the issue there.
