Techniques

Barfighter Reflexes (3)
Type: Defensive
Range: Any Range
Stats: +2 Speed
Description: Because of being in barfights much more often than usual (and having lots of wine bottles being thrown at you), Ranei's reflexes can be a lot quicker than normal. Ranei can only react if a bullet's being shot from a distance, and if it's a slow melee move. Technique can't be used twice in a row.

Revolver Bullet (3)
Type: Offensive
Range: Long-Range
Stats: N/A
Description: This is an ordinary revolver bullet that’s put into his revolver. It’s nothing much, isn’t it? But, Ranei had rigged all of his revolver bullets and has managed to make more aerodynamics and speed into the bullets, giving it a lot more accuracy to it. Ranei has at most 30 loads of it per battle.

Exploding Bullet (5+1)
Type: Offensive
Range: Long-Range
Stats: N/A
Description: This black colored bullet invented by Ranei has the ability to explode once into contact. Ranei had tweaked the bullet’s interior by adding gas into it. Once into contact, the heated shrapnel will cause friction to explode the gas. Ranei had found more condensed and wider gas, so, the explosion of the bullet has of a 6in radius explosion. Gas is pretty expensive, so Ranei is limited to two shots.

Reflect Bullet (4+1)
Type: Offensive
Range: Long-Range
Stats: N/A
Description: Ranei had come up with an idea for the bullet. Still using the same rubber as last time, he uses it to combine the metal for the bullet. This way, it can ricochet and hit the enemy with a little bit of the same force as a regular bullet (that’s shot off a pistol). The bullet can only bounce off one time, due to the use of metal. Ranei doesn’t have a shipwright for the resources, and rubber isn’t so easy to find. Ranei is limited to two shots per battle.

Steel Bullet (6+1)
Type: Offensive
Range: Long-Range
Stats: N/A
Description: This is a steel and grey bullet in which Ranei had invented. This steel is able to break through things that are above average of magnitude, and with the extra speed into the bullet, it can definitely break and pierce. Ranei had managed to find a load of stronger steel, so, it can pierce through more of a stronger magnitude without losing penetration. Those with a much bigger and stronger magnitude can be damaged, but the bullet will stop at its track. Ranei is still limited to supply with the steel and he lacks a shipwright for the metal. Ranei is limited to one shot per battle.

Flaming Bullet (6+2)
Type: Offensive
Range: Long-Range
Stats: N/A
Description: This fiery red blazing bullet has the ability to set upon the opponent on fire. Ranei had added more of better quality oil into the bullet. Replacing the bullet’s metal with light iron, it can cause easy friction once into contact, and make a more broad fire onto the opponent. Oil is expensive, and the iron is pretty rare to Ranei. Also, Ranei doesn’t have a person for his resources. Bullet is limited to once per battle.

Spiraling Bullet (5+1)
Type: Offensive
Range: Long-Range
Stats: -2 Accuracy (I know, it suks)
Description: A new bullet made by Ranei. This bullet has its tip as a spiral and sharp metal. Ranei had also covered its aerodynamics so the bullet itself can act like a normal one. Once the gun blasts out the bullet, the bullet whirls around very fast. It’s able to drill into the opponent and cause fatal damage. This bullet can also be used to go through very condensed wood easily. This bullet, even with its aerodynamics, is pretty inaccurate, due to the spiral shape and its spinning power. If shooting far away, it can hit the opponent if you’re lucky. If in a close range, the bullet may directly hit the opponent. The creativity of the bullet is difficult to make, so, only two bullets may only be used.

Grenade Bullet (8) (6+2)
Type: Offensive
Range: Long-Range
Stats: N/A
Description: This black colored bullet has the pyrotechnic ability to explode once into contact. Ranei had tweaked the bullet’s interior by adding gas into it. Once into contact, the heated shrapnel will cause friction to explode the gas. Ranei was able to discover better quality shrapnel, making the explosion much quicker when coming into contact. Also, Ranei finds deadly gas in which it’s very sensitive into exploding. This gas is able to explode in a 1ft radius as a result. Gas is still expensive, so Ranei is limited to two shots.

Steel Bullet (8) (6+2)
Type: Offensive
Range: Long-Range
Stats: N/A
Description: This is a steel, grey, and pointy bullet in which Ranei had invented. Ranei was able to find a very strong steel, able to withstand even sword slashes. This steel is able to break through things that are above average of magnitude, and with the extra speed into the bullet, it can definitely break and pierce. Ranei had managed to find a load of stronger steel, so, it can pierce through more of a stronger magnitude without losing penetration. Those with a much bigger and stronger magnitude can be damaged, but the bullet will stop at its track. Ranei is still limited to supply with the steel for the metal. Ranei is limited to one shot per battle.

Flash Grenade (6) (5+1)
Type: Offensive
Range: 5ft radius
Stats: -4 Accuracy
Description: This is one of Ranei's first inventive grenade as he was independently working on his designs. Using his intense pyrotechnic skills, Ranei charge a lot of magnesium into the aluminum case. Using his special kinks into designing a grenade, Ranei can simply throw this mysterious type of device into an opponent range. The grenade will then have a deflagaration explosion, affecting everyone within a 5ft radius, having the sufficiency to cause immediate flashing blindness and ringing deafness. This de-buff effect will go on temporarily for 3 posts. Ranei can only use one grenade per battle.


This then changes my inventory:
List of Special Bullets:
Revolver Bullet - 30 bullets per battle
Grenade Bullet - 2 bullets per battle
Steel Bullet - 1 bullet per battle
Flaming Bullet - 1 bullet per battle
Spiraling Bullet - 2 bullets per battle
Flashing Grenade - 1 grenade per battle

Which means I'll possibly need a new upkeep.

Edit: And oh, btw, Ranei's a primary profession for Inventor. Inventors don’t need to pay upkeep for their gadgets that they use in battle.
Edit#2: Ranei has the trait Brilliant Mind (1 Trait) – Creative and with an incredible knack for making all sorts of strange gadgets, these inventors gain special Technique Points which can only be used on their creations, of the amount of half their fortune.
With 20 fortune, he has 10 special technique points. Which regards to the additional technique rank.

bar fighter reflexes i'm going to say is at more around a rank 14 level really as pretty much you're just faster for the sake of being faster with no real reason why your stats(which is your prime state at your bodies highest natural ability) would increase.

Revolver bullet - rank 4

I must be missing something, but why are some of these techs gettin additional ranks? (7+1), (6+2), etc.

Poison bullet - got an assassin or doctor in the crew?

A rank 6 flash grenade blinding someone completely for 2-4 posts is ridiculous. Instead, let's assign a -4 accuracy debuff to it instead. Lasting 3 posts or less.

Then Tommy tries to think up a plan to defeat this guy and after a few seconds, thought of the perfect plan to knock him out which was to punch him in the back of the head. He then out maneuvers him by side stepping to the back of him and punches him right on the back of his head perfectly which then knocks him out for the rest of the bar brawl. "That took care of him, now who next?"

My bad, I didn't show you the trait I had for Ranei. Brilliant Mind (1 Trait) – Creative and with an incredible knack for making all sorts of strange gadgets, these inventors gain special Technique Points which can only be used on their creations, of the amount of half their fortune.
Ranei has 20 Fortune, so he gets 10 additional STP. Thus, some of them are getting additional ranks.

Well, as of now, Ranei's getting in a crew which has a doctor. I guess I can hold off of the Poison Bullet then.

Everything else is fixed.
