Hey Yo!
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
|
(Short post, I'm sick so deal with it suckas xD) Continuing on on towards the hideout, Jet casually glanced back to Jin found his Zero on the way there. Jet ignored Jin's comment on not wishing Jet would survive his fight. He didn't need the support of some wanna-be samurai kid that had the hair of an old man. Jet had a more important thing to be concerned about, which was his own fight against the Ax Man. Even though he gave Jin the slightly tougher opponent, the Ax Man would not be the walk in the park that Jet wanted since the Ax Man wielded incredible strength and had great endurance. Jet sighed as he wanted an easy fight so he would not have to waste too much time on a lowly thief, plus he let Jin fight Zero due to the odds against Jin. If jin defeated Zero, Jet would not mind the man being part of the crew as Jet just wanted the crew to have members that hold their own without the need of having Jet as a baby-sitter. Jet then noticed that Alexis and Rain found the archer woman whose name was Sharr. With the two-on-one advantage, the victors of that battle was going to be obviously Alexis and Rain. However, Jet didn't know what combat experience the two women had, and there was a possibility they could die and fail in embarrassment, a thought Jet found amusing. Jet did want the two to win though since their death would be a waste of all the antagonizing Jet put them through in such a short time. Shrugging, Jet knew only time would tell, which would probably be thirty minutes max for that fight to be over. Nearing the actual Thieves' Hideout, Jet put his hand on the hilt of his Broadsword. Even though he told his potential crew that the Ax Man would be know threat, Jet was showing his confidence. The Ax Man could easily slice Jet into pieces like a chef preparing sushi. That though made Jet hungry instead of afraid as his stomach rumbled due to his only food for the day was an apple. Jet groaned at the thought of how annoying it would be to fight while hungry. Jet knew he would have to end this fight quickly if he wanted to get some food before Bastian retrieved the ship. Now entering the the Thieves Hideout, which was ironically another warehouse, Jet spotted the large, unnaturally buff Ax Man standing in the middle of the Hideout. The Ax Man grinned. “I was expecting one of you weak, pathetic bastards to show up. You could have gotten here earlier so I would not have to waste so much time waiting here just to kill a weakling like you.”The Ax Man then flexed his muscles and swung his ax around in like a show off. Jet just looked on with an emotionless blank face, contrast to his arrogant appearance back at the warehouse with Bastian. Playtime was unfortunately over, and Jet would have to get rid of this pest if he wanted to sail the seas as the most feared pirate along with his brother. Remaining silent, Jet drew out his Broadsword and motioned for the Ax Man to attack. “Let's just get this over with.” |

He had finally gotten the attention of Zero from behind him. Jin didn’t know how he was going to beat him. Zero was catching up by second by second. Jin had finally reached a small gate at the wall to get outside. The marines should have been distracted by the warehouse being on fire. Zero was behind him and cursing at him at the same time. Jin was just focused on getting around the hilly area around Loguetown. Jin finally reached to the area. A few trees surrounded him and now Zero said “Now you have nowhere to run kid.” While carrying his folded cloak, he threw onto the ground to his right. Without another second a throwing knife passed through the air and cut the air a few inches away from his right ear. Jin quickly drew out his katana from its sheath. ”Should be glad I gave you a warning before slitting your throat, but then again where would the fun be.” Technique Jin started to run towards him, but then again Zero’s range would keep Jin at a distance. Zero threw another knife at him this time it only sliced his right cheek by a little. Jin touched his cheek to check the blood flowing from the wound. Zero looked like he was down to 6 more throwing knives. Jin had to have him waste each one of those throwing knives to be able to catch up with Zero and fight the way he likes to. Jin started to back up step by step. Zero suddenly charged forward and attacked with both of his throwing knives in an inverse style. Jin blocked them without any kind of trouble. While at a deadlock between daggers and a katana, he said ”Who the hell is your boss. I suggest you tell me so I can spare your life. If not this will not turn out so easily because you will die in the process.” Zero didn’t care about a word that Jin had said. He pushed himself back from the deadlock that Jin and Zero were in. Quickly another throwing dagger flew towards Jin’s forehead. Although Jin had only a few seconds to react to the knife, he dropped down on the floor and rolled to his right side. The dagger got stuck on one of the tree trunks. Jin went over to the tree trunk and completely forgetting about the fight going on right now, he examined the style of the dagger and the materials that made it. He found it interesting, because the material was steel and blacksmithing style on the throwing knife was something Jin had seen only once or twice before. Technique Zero looked at Jin with strange eyes. Zero only had 5 more throwing knives. Jin could only guess that he was only going to fight with at least two throwing knives in his hand after throwing the rest. Jin didn’t pay attention the other throwing knife coming for Jin. The throwing knife actually cut somewhat deep into Jin’s left shoulder. ”Fuck really? Right when I turn my head?” ”I don’t give a shit about respect during a fight. You threw some stones at me so fuck you and just die now!” Jin looked at the blood going to the floor. Jin wasn’t going to do well if this fight kept going. All Jin knew was that there were only 4 more throwing knives on Zero right now. In Jin’s head he said to himself that he needed to go on the offensive and let’s see how fast his hands and arms can go. This time Jin engaged the fight with taking the throwing knife in his left hand he threw it in any direction toward Zero. Zero’s head turned around the see the path that the knife took. Jin let the tip of Trinity to touch to ground and ran towards Zero. Once he was in good distance with Zero, Jin swung Trinity in a downward slash to Zero left neck. Zero blocked with an x position with the knives. Jin then without a second phase thrust Trinity to Zero’s abdomen, but Zero dodged by side stepping in time but got scratched near the ribs. Continuing from the thrust, Jin slashed Zero’s abdomen with a vertical slash. This time Zero jumped back to dodge the whole slash. Jin stared into Zero’s eyes. He wanted to kill him so much, so soon will he be able to catch up to the rest of the crew. Edited by Nightbyte, May 22 2011, 07:45 PM.

Sebastian waited patiently as he watch his crew walk away, each headed after thier desired targets. He wasn't the least concerned if they would succeed or not, as he told his brother he knew that he made the right choices. Now, he himself had a job to do which was likely the easiest of them all. He looked down to the makeshift molotov cocktail, however as Sebastian checked his pockets he realized he didn't have matches nor a lighter. "Probably should have thought of that before everyone left," he said to himself as he looked around the empty alley. Perhaps chane or luck was on his side when he saw a small lighter on the ground, it had blood on it and Sebastian immediately connected the lighter to the dead marine in the warehouse. It likely fell from his pocket after Gray had killed the guy. Sebastian reached down and gave the lighter a few flicks before the flame was lite. He brought the clothe to the flame and, once lit, tossed it the warehouse window. Then Sebastian himself took off before the fire became noticeable, headed in the direction of the thieves docking area. Upon his arrival he could see his plan was already working as many people ran to try and quell the fire. Due to the fact the sun was setting, it was easy to spot where the fire was and it had gotten quite bigger than he expected. The warehouse likely exploded due to all the alcohol and some of the flames hit other buildings. "What a mess we have caused," he said with a smile as he neared his own destination. The dock house was empty, so much so that Sebastian got an uneasy feeling about it. Nevertheless, his ship was here and he would get it. He needed the ship to be ready to set sail by the time his crew finished off the three chumps. That in mind, Sebastian barged in the dock and found it was almost pitch black, save for the small cracks of light coming from some of the windows. There were numerous parts of other ships that had been dismantled. Sebastian hoped his own wasn't among the trashed ships. "Can I help you," a voice said from the darkness. Sebastian looked to see only a silhouette of a person in from of one of the windows. Sebastian could see from here that the man was smoking due to the fact everytime he hit his cigar the tip lit up. "I'm looking for something, a thieving birdie told me i could find it here," Sebastian said as he tried to walk around to see if maybe a different angle would get him a better look at his new guest. "Well there is nothing here for you, pirate. So piss off before I decide to start doing my job," the man said as moved from the window. "And what job would that be," Sebastian said smiling at the man in the darkness. The man flicked a switch and the lights in the warehouse came on. Sebastian was a bit surprised at what he saw, it was a wonder why the marines never shut the thieves down. Now he knew why, "You are a marine...," he said under his breath as he looked at the man. The marine was clothed typical clothes aside from his marine issued hat. "Looks like kicking your teeth in will be more fun than I thought," Sebastian said as he took a step forward. A loud bang rang in the warehouse as a bullet whizzed by Sebastian head. "Another step forward and the next one is going between the eyes," the marine said as he pointed a pistol at Sebastian. "And here I thought my part would be easy," Sebastian said as he cracked his knuckles. |

Alexis walked alongside Rain in the hope that Sharr would reveal herself rather soon. After all, she didn't really feel like searching high and low for this bitch. She listened to Rain as she started to voice a plan, a plan that worked rather well in Alexis's opinion. She was rather glad that Rain had thought of a plan so she wouldn't have to, and to be honest, her plan would be rather similar. "Okay... sounds like a good plan." She said quietly after letting the information absorb into her head. She nodded again and saluted Rain with understanding, grinning a little bit as she turned back and headed towards the roof she was talking about. She hopped up onto a rubbish bin and grabbed hold of a drain pipe to hoist herself up. When she was up in position, she gave a discrete thumbs up down to Rain and held her gun up, pointing just to the side of Sharr; as if to miss her. She knew that Rain would be going up to Sharr, and waited for this to happen. Of course, the perfect time came after a little bit longer of waiting. Her stomach was just starting to hurt from lying down on at a strange angle on the roof tiles too, so it came as a relief to fire a well-aimed shot at Sharr that would distract the woman and force her to dodge a little bit. She stood up on the roof and spun her gun round on her index finger, grinning a little bit in a lopsided manner as Sharr finally noticed where she was. "Little bastard..." Sharr muttered loud enough for even Alexis to hear, so she must have have actually said it quite loud. Alexis took aim after Rain lunged for Sharr with her rifle, and shot a second time just after Rain was thrown out the way. Sharr dodged the shot and took out her gun, pointing it at Alexis with an evil glint in her eye. "You little children aren't too bad." She said through a sadistic smile. "Children?" Alexis burst out laughing and looked sharply at Rain when she threw down a smoke pellet. "As if!" She grinned and saw Rain start running from her vantage point up on the roof. She blinked as she heard a gunshot and jumped down off the roof carefully, using the drainpipe to swing off since it was broken, and landing safely on the floor. She took off running after Rain, drawing level with her and looking back over her shoulder with her gun pointed into nothing. She couldn't see anything behind her, and cursed as a bullet skimmed past her head. "That was close..." She muttered, seeing a few of her red hairs fluttering down to the floor. She started firing randomly in a hope to at least hit Sharr, but heard no cries of pain or agony. Alexis glanced at Rain and sped up her pace, sprinting now with Sharr still following. She ran past her comrade and nodded in understanding as to what she had to do, grabbing hold of some bins that lined the road she was running down. She threw them behind her as if to slow Sharr down, spilling rubbish contents all over the floor in the process. Alexis remembered to keep her hearing sharp and listen for when she heard gunshots and a smoke pellet go off. When she heard them, she stopped running and sprinted back in the opposite direction to where the smoke was covering the area. "You little, BRAT!" Sharr screeched, holding her ankle in agony where she was shot. Alexis held up both her pistols, grinning to herself as she loaded them at the same time with two loud clicks. "You put up a decent fight, yanno... so who's the little kid now?" She said innocently and fired randomly all across the floor in random directions; knowing that quite a lot of her bullets would hit the woman. She kept firing until one of her guns clicked to say it was out of ammo, and she shrugged to herself, looking down at herself. She was pretty unharmed apart from a few scratches, scrapes and bruises from the jumping and bashing into objects. "Let's get rid of her, Rain. That was pretty good teamwork, if I do say so myself!" She said brightly, placing her guns back into the holsters. When the smoke cleared, the body of Sharr really wasn't a pretty sight. Alexis just shrugged slightly and looked at Rain instead, noticing the wound her friend had sustained on her arm. "Ouch. That wound looks nasty... we'll get rid of Sharr and then sort that out, eh?" She smiled and grabbed hold of Sharr's ankles, ready to drag her somewhere out of sight. {Fight Over- Victors; Alexis and Rain} |

Rain looked up to Alexis, a thumbs up was Alexis's ready sign. Time to get this show on the road then, eh? she thought to herself as she headed over to Sharr. She had by this time let the peddler run off, and Rain then approached her without much disgression. "Hey, so what was that about? With the peddler and all?" Rain held her hands behind her back, resting a bit on her lower back, walking casually over. "But seriously though, you're a bitch of a woman. I mean... that's my opinion." Sharr's forehead started to wrinkle drastically, and her eyes burned with a passion of anger. She had started to pull out her guns, A shot would be good about now Alexis... Rain thought as she closed her eyes and gave Sharr a wicked smile. Perfect, Rain thought as her smile became full of disdain. She grabbed her rifle and swung the butt of it toward Sharr, "Shut up with that noise..." Rain said however, an unanticipated counter came about. Sharr had thrown Rain and Alexis shot once more, catching Sharr's attention. Rain then grabbed a smoke pellet and continued with the plan. She threw it down near Sharr's feet and took off running towards her, jabbing her once with the butt of her rifle and continued to run into the alley, motioning her hand for Alexis to follow. Technique Used Rain continued running and before the smoke cleared Sharr had started shooting angrily and a stray bullet found its way into Rain's left arm, Alexis had hopped down off the roof and started following. Damnit... Ok... I didn't think this through... She's shooting angrily. Check. Alexis is firing back. Check. Now something to hide behind... Nice. A small turn... I'll hide there. Hopefully she doesn't see me with all the firing. "Alexis, keep running, I'll turn here and wait. Just keep her attention," with that said, Rain leaped into the small dead-end alley waiting for Alexis and Sharr to run by, ducking down, concealing her visibility. Calm mind... cool thinking... focus. Rain watched as Sharr ran by, still firing randomly forward, she was probably angry at this point. Perfect! Now to just... Aim. Rain ran out of the alley and held her gun up, wincing a bit from the pain of her left arm being shot. Careful... she said, as she ducked down leaning against a wall, another bullet ready to go in her hand. She then shot Sharr, aiming near her legs, but missed, shooting above her head when the pain became more intense. Damnit, she thought as she loaded another bullet. Sharr hadn't heard it with all the shooting going on, so Rain was safe for the time being. She aimed once more and focused her breathing. Snipe Shot she thought, then shot once more, shooting Sharr in the ankle. Sharr had fallen and Rain rushed over, and threw yet another smoke pellet onto the ground and watched as Alexis turned around. Technique Used Alexis had seemed pretty cheerful and Rain smiled. "Thanks Alexis. I'd appreciate some mending on this arm, it just hurts alot. But let's get rid of her first." With that, Rain decided to shoot her once more in the head, "That's for my arm... bitch..." Rain waited for Alexis to finish hiding the body, and looked at her and said, "Let's get going, we're probably keeping everyone waiting, but yeah, that was nicely done." With that, they both took off in the direction of the harbor, Rain wanting to stop and get mended first. {Fight Over- Victors; Alexis and Rain} Edited by Aether of Dusk, May 28 2011, 12:00 PM.

The Ax Man charged at Jet, raising his large ax over his head. As he closed in on Jet, who stood there staring at Ax Man with emotionless eyes, the Ax Man brought his ax down on Jet with great force. Jet, already predicting the attack, jumped to his left , performing a tuck and roll as he landed. Having avoided the attack, Jet once again motioned for the Ax Man to attack. The Ax Man, angered that Jet dodged his first attack, charged a second time. This time, the Ax Man used more of his speed to see if he could surprise Jet. Jet witnessed the Ax Man raise the ax above his head again and wondered why the Ax Man would go for the same attack since the first failed. As the Ax Man brought his Ax down a second time, Jet jumped to the left again. Jet's dodge was suddenly interrupted by the fist of his opponent. Jet flew several feet backwards as he was hit the stomach in mid-air. Jet landed on his feet as he did his best to quickly recover from the powerful blow. Jet clutched the spot where he was hit as he now found it hard to breathe. He had to admit it the Ax Man's recovery time was impressive as he was able to hit Jet a moment after swinging his ax. The Ax Man chuckled as noticed Jet clutching his stomach. “Seems like you were not able to dodge that, were you? You're out of your league kid!” The Ax Man ran at Jet swinging his ax horizontally towards Jet's neck. Jet ducked the barely ducked the swing, with the blade of the ax soaring over his head with quick speed. Retaliating with a counter-attack after the close call, Jet slashed the Ax Man's thigh with his broadsword. Unfortunately, the wound wasn't as effective or deep as it could have been, annoying Jet. The Ax Man growled and kicked Jet in his gut with his uninjured leg. Jet flew backwards again, landing harshly on the warehouse floor, and noticed he was kicked in the same spot as he was punched earlier. Unlike the first hit, Jet wasn't able to recover quickly, the wind was knocked out of him. Jet struggled to get to his feet as the Ax Man slowly approached him, grinning. "What's the matter? You acted all cool in the beginning. Hell, you haven't even tasted the power of my ax yet. Don;t worry though, you'll only need one taste because you'll no longer be breathing after it.” Chuckling, the Ax Man raised his ax for a death blow, but did not notice Jet clutching his pistol. As the Ax Man was about to end him, Jet drew out his pistol, shooting the Ax Man in his injured thigh. Roaring in pain, the Ax Man dropped his ax he turned his attention to his thigh. Seeing his opening, Jet grabbed his broadsword, and smashed the Ax Man in the jaw with the pommel of his sword. Technique The Ax Man was stunned by the blow, staggering backwards. As Jet was about to follow with a slash to the abdomen, the Ax Man surprised Jet once again with a swift yet powerful punch to the face. Jet's attack was stopped completely and he fell to the floor. Getting up from the blow, Jet saw that the Ax Man had just picked up his signature ax. Jet sighed as he was counting on fight the Man without his ax.Back with his ax and pissed off, the Ax Man started swinging wildly at Jet. Jet was able to to dodge each blow so far, but he knew he couldn't keep it that way for long. The swings of ax seemed to get faster although Jet knew it was just him tiring. As he continued his dodging, Jet noticed a ladder leading to the second floor of the warehouse. Taking his chances, Jet attempted to block an ax blow with his broadsword, a move Jet previously tried to avoid due to the Ax Man's strength. As the ax connected with the broadsword, the force of the attack sent Jet staggering back which gave Jet just what he needed, distance. Now a good feet away from the Ax Man, Jet bolted toward the ladder, and rapidly started climbing with the Ax Man pursuing. Hopefully Jet's plan would work. |

Another throwing knife left Zero’s hands. Zero was now down to three throwing knives. Jin had no freaking clue when he will use his other throwing knife or will he just fight him in close combat with one. This time this throwing knife missed Jin because of the pain in Zero’s abdomen. Without letting Zero take another second of breath, Jin ran towards Zero carrying Trinity like before. He let the katana come towards Zero’s abdomen coming from a diagonal upward slash coming from the right hip. This time Zero only got scratched in the right hip, but dodged the remainder of the slash. Zero took his turn to fight back at Jin. Keeping his two knives in an inverse style he began to swing at Jin. Zero’s speed was only little faster than Jin’s speed. Jin only got a few cuts on the cheek from the exchange of strikes. Each one of Zero’s right handed knife attacks was followed by his left to try and catch Jin off guard. Only a few times did this happen, but Jin was confident that he would be able to kill Zero in close combat. Jin got the upper hand but fell for a trap Zero had set up. Jin went for a diagonal slash from Zero’s right shoulder to his left hip, but Zero did block it with both of his knives. Next he pushed Jin back from the Parry. Zero lifted his right knee to Jin’s jaw. The strike knocked Jin onto his knees. The pain was troubling. Jin held his jaw. ”What the fuck was that? Knocking my down with a god damn knee. Fucking cheap shot.” While Jin was on the ground, Zero connected his throwing knives in his hands to a string that was connected to his glove. Jin didn’t know what was happening, but leaning on Trinity, Jin finally got up and ready to fight it out again. Two throwing knives flew around and towards Jin, but he dropped down on the ground to dodge. He and Zero has been going in a circle with the rolling and backing up. Zero and Jin had backed closer to his cloak. He wanted to see if he could use his cloak as a weapon so he needed to get closer. Jin felt a bang on the back of his head. Both throwing knives were going back towards Zero. Jin could have only guessed Zero attached strings to the knives to be able to bring them back towards him. He wanted to cut off the strings. Jin was once again on the defensive. Zero threw more knives at Jin, but this time Jin just spent time just forcing the knives location positioning him closer to the cloak that he left on the ground. He didn’t bother cutting off the strings yet. Again Zero kept throwing the knives around trying to at least land one onto Jin, but each time Jin would dodge or block off the throwing knives. Jin finally got to his cloak after dodging knife by knife. This time the knives came directly towards Jin’s face. He sidestepped both of the daggers and grabbed the string. ”You really think that you could have gotten away with something like this?” Jin grabbed the cloak in his left hand and then tugged the strings in his right hand. Zero being surprised that Jin had grabbed the string rather than the knives was caught off guard with the pulling. Zero fell face first a few feet in front of Jin. He grabbed his cloak and covered Zero’s head in it as quickly as possible. Zero squirming for air to breathe in, but Jin kicked him in the gut to make him shut up. ”Right there was the worst choice you could have made. Right now I don’t give a shit if you are the leader or there is someone else. I am just going to kill you now.” Jin knew it was a good choice to stare the man in the eyes right before he died. Jin took the cloak off, and Zero was waiting for this opportunity. Jin was prepared to have Zero pop out of nowhere. Jin lowered his Trinity to a horizontal point and charged to stab Zero in the abdomen. Zero did not dodge so he died. Jin looked at his bloody hands. ”Well great now I gotta clean all this shit up. Well fuck it I won’t. See ya Zero have a nice time in hell.” [Winner: Jin Loze] |

The loud bangs from the shots fired made Sebastian's ear's ring. He was ducked behind a boat that was half gone, likely scrapped by the thieves. The man firing, was talking but his words were muffled by the loud gunshots. "What idiot tries to hold a conversation while he is shooting at someone," he thought as he looked around him to see what he could find to help his rather dire situation. Suddenly the shots ceased and the corrupt marine couldn't be heard, Sebastian risked a peak to see if the man was still there only to have a bullet whiz by head head again. "Yup still there, this is getting rather dull," he said to himself shook his head. This was getting him nowhere, he had to find his ship and this guy was making this easy job more difficult. There had to be a way to get this guy off his back so he could get to finding his ship. A dead silence fell once again, though this time Sebastian didn't risk taking a peak. Instead he looked around him again, there had to be something in this warehouse he could use. His eyes finally stopped on something that would be perfect in this situation. "Bingo," he said as a crooked smile spread on his face. Sebastian crawled toward the object he spotted, the gunshots going off yet again. Sebastian was beginning to wonder if he was simply good at dodging or if this guy was simply a shitty shot. Either way, he had to have wasted several clips on just one guy and hadn't hit...."Fuck!" Sebastian shouted as a sharp pain hit his shoulder. A bullet had found its mark finally, much to Sebastian's displeasure. "Did i get ya," the marine said laughing. "Not really," Sebastian said back as reached the spot he was headed to. he ducked behind the large object and grunted from the pain in his shoulder. "You wouldn't be willing to just go away, are you," Sebastian shouted as he grabbed a fairly heavy large iron ball. "What are you doing over there pirate, have you pissed yourself yet," the marine shouted as he kept aimed at the last spot he spotted Sebastian. Conveniently enough, it was hard to see Sebastian from where he was due to all the other parts from old ships scattered around. "Nope, just enjoying your wonderful hospitality. I must admit, this is maybe one of the best parties I have been to," Sebastian said as he grabbed the lighter from his pocket. The cannon now prepared, Sebastian gave a low grunt as he tried to aim the cannon as best he could. The cannon let off a loud scrapping noise as it was moved to the point where the barrel of the cannon was aimed in the direction of the marine. "I see you pirate," the marine said as he took aim and prepared to fire. "As do I marine," Sebastian said as he light the cannon, both firing at the same time letting off another loud boom. "So much for subtly," Sebastian said as the bullet missed again. The cannon smashed into several objects with enough force that caused all the objects to be sent flying with it. The back wall of where the marine was standing was completely gone, and from what Sebastian could see, along with the marine. "Well that was fairly simple," Sebastian said as as he looked at his handiwork. However, now he had to move a bit faster due to the fact that loud boom would have drawn some attention. This in mind he approached the the back of the warehouse where several ships were docked. He looked at each of the ships until he finally came upon his own. "Ah, sorry to keep you waiting my love," Sebastian said as he touched the ship, "Did those bad thieves hurt you?" A swift kick would end the reunion between Sebastian and his ship, landing perfectly on hon the back of his head. Sebastian head would slam into the wood of the ship due to he impact. "No we haven't hurt the ship, the same can't be said of you however," the marine said as he himself was covered in wounds and blood. His vision a bit blurry, Sebastian had a hard time focusing on his target. He made a swift kick aimed directly behind him, but the kick was caught by the marine, who in turn lifted Sebastian by the leg and swung him around so that his back slammed against a pile of junk. "Fuck," he said as pain seized his body. "Your out of your league pirate, I will burn you with your damn ship," the marine said cracking his knuckles. Sebastian chuckled as he got up slowly, doing a quick body check. "Nothing broken, just hurts like shit," he said to himself as he tried to regain his bearings. He wiped the blood from his eyes that had trickled down from the wound on his forehead. "You know, your really starting to piss me off," Sebastian said, his tone changing to a more serious one. he looked at the injured marine, his dark yellow eyes appearing to look into the soul of the marine. "Let's wrap this up, marine," Sebastian said as he cracked his knuckles. |

Alexis grinned as she walked with Rain towards the harbour. "I was wrong about you, Rain. Here I was thinking you were really innocent... you're actually pretty darn nasty." She laughed as they walked together, obviously not meaning the last part. She was rather surprised as to how not-innocent Rain came across as after initially thinking she was very innocent indeed. Alexis kept a look out while they were walking, just incase there were any Marines lurking around the corners or some of the underlings that could have something to do with Sharr and the person who stole Bastian's ship. "Alright then. We'll just borrow this here house and get your arm fixed up as best I can manage. The most I can do is stem the bleeding. We'll have to get somebody else to remove the bullet if it actually went into your arm." She smiled sympathetically and walked round the corner, immediately coming across a door. After opening the door, she took hold of Rain's hand after checking it wasn't attached to her bad arm and led her companion inside. The house was completely deserted; as if it hadn't been lived in for a little while at least. It seemed odd that the house was just left without a trace of anybody living here previously, but Alexis didn't really care about that. As long as it was somewhere she could help Rain, it didn't matter. She pulled out one of the four dining chairs in the kitchen and motioned for Rain to sit down. Alexis smiled and fished around in the bag she had sitting around her waist with assorted pouches all containing different things. She always kept a roll of bandages with her, just incase she gained a wound from her dangerous practise in markswomanship. She unwound a good length of the bandage and after waiting a bit longer for Rain to sit down, she gently but firmly tied the bandage around her comrade's arm. She finished off the bodge-job dressing and dusted her hands off after biting the piece off the roll; tying it in a neat bow to keep it in place. "There." She announced, hoping that it would be okay until they could get Rain to a proper doctor. "So... I wonder where the others are..." She pondered aloud as she walked across to the window overlooking the harbour, her green eyes scanning the area for any sign of the crew. |

Her arm had her in a slight daze. Rain began to have a headache as Alexis spoke. “Heheh… Thanks I guess…” Rain answered with a slightly panted and light laugh. She looked down at the ground and closed her eyes, then tilted her head back, opening her eyes again, and stared up at the night sky. The sky was clear; the waves seemed to crash loudly on the nearby shore. The pain was getting worse, shooting through her entire arm now. Rain clenched her eyes shut, as another wave of pain came through her arm. She grabbed her left shoulder with her right hand as she let her left arm hang limp. She slouched over a bit and rolled her shoulder once, the pain dimming from a searing one, to one more relaxed. The bullet hadn’t passed through completely as she could feel it in the back of her arm, but she couldn’t tell how much blood she was losing. She let go of her shoulder and placed her right hand on her neck, then placed it at her side and looked down at her left arm as Alexis lead her around a corner; the blood had found its way down to her palm now. It hurts so much… but only when I flex it… Alexis is safe though… a small sacrifice for my friend’s safety I guess. As she looked back up, Alexis had grabbed her right hand leading her into an old house, an oddly abandoned one at that. Alexis had moved into the kitchen first, moving a chair so that Rain could sit, however Rain started to look around after Alexis had started rummaging through her belongings. The walls were empty, nothing really in the interior. The halls were bare, and the old decor almost looked as if anything would break under slight pressure. Rain winced again as she returned to the kitchen. Then she watched as Alexis pulled out a roll of bandages and tore off a part to use on Rain’s arm. She looked at the chair again, and sat down in it, it surprisingly holding her alright. She held her arm towards Alexis and looked around the kitchen. There were normal things any kitchen should have, however, spots of age and rust lined the entire room. Rain was disrupted from her scan of the room with a slight pull on her bandages as Alexis finished. It stung only slightly but Rain ignored it and looked toward Alexis with a soft smile, “Thank you so much…” she said softly, a little dizzy from the loss of blood. Alexis started to gaze outward and reminded Rain that they still needed to return to the port. Rain stood up, shaking slightly, her vision blacking out from standing up quickly. She pressed her hand on the table and stood for a minute before saying, “We should be going Alexis. I’m still worried that we’ll be late because they may well have been done, even with our teamwork. I don’t like to keep people waiting. So let’s go… *cough* and hurry…” She started to stagger towards the door but regained her composure. My arm shouldn't hurt this much, so why does it? Hopefully with these bandages the blood flow won't be as bad and I'll be fine. Thankfully Alexis was with me. With that, she stood in the doorway and motioned for Alexis to follow her to the final rendezvous. Waiting for Alexis to follow, Rain took a peek in each direction, the fire was still going, but seemed to be dying out slightly. Rain couldn't help but shake her head and laugh, then followed her comrade to the thieves' port. |

Jet reached the second floor of the warehouse after climbing the sturdy, iron ladder. The Ax Man was a tittle behind, as he was only halfway up the ladder. A logical move for Jet would be to simply tip the ladder and get the advantage over the big man. Unfortunately, the iron ladder was bolted to the floor to prevent an action like that from happening. Using the time he had left before Ax Man climbed to the second floor, Jet reloaded his pistol. Jet with his reloaded pistol, walked over to the ladder ready to shoo the Ax Man down. As he neared the ladder, a hand appeared over the floor and grabbed Jet's leg, pulling it from under. Jet hit the floor with a loud thump, dropping his pistol to the floor. The hand that tripped Jet was of course the Ax Man who finally climbed up to the second floor of the warehouse. Jet noticed the Ax Man kicked Jet's pistol down to the first floor, causing Jet frown as the fight was going to be annoying close range. The Ax Man chuckled as he withdrew his ax from its sheath for a second time, and tried to slam it down on the grounded Jet. Jet rolled to the side, with the ax embedding itself into the wooden second floor. Taking advantage of the ax being stuck in the floor, Jet swung at the Ax Man's left arm with his Broadsword. The Ax Man countered the attack by kicking Jet in his ribs which were injured by other attacks by the Ax Man. Jet flew a few feet and slammed into a crate that broke from the impact. Jet reached for his broadsword that he dropped after the kick to the ribs. The Ax Man intercepted Jet, sliding the sword off the second floor with his foot in similar fashion to what happened to Jet's pistol. Jet was then kicked again in the ribs, causing blood to spurt from his mouth. He was then lifted up by the throat by the Ax Man, and launched into the wall of the warehouse. The Ax Man chuckled once again, greatly annoying Jet, who was pissed that two of his weapons were disarmed by a giant moron swinging an ax. He was also pissed on how much he got his ass kicked that quickly. Jet then kept his cool and a confident smirk appeared on his face. “I see I've been playing around too much, you brainless poor excuse of a behemoth. I'll do this pathetic world favor by fixing the mistake you mother made. Giving birth to a waste of strength like you. You're strong, but that's all you have. Since you are facing me, your chapter in life will come to an end.” The Ax Man shouted some random gibberish in anger from Jet's insulting comments and swung his ax in one horizontal swipe. Jet was able to dodge it by jumping backwards out of the ax's range. Jet then placed his hand under his coat and withdrew an iron throwing knife, semi-concealing it in his left sleeve. The Ax Man charged Jet and swung his ax down diagonally from the right. Jet rolled to the right to get out the ax's range again. Jet succeeded, but his black coat did not as the ax caused a large tear in the left side of the coat. Seeing the his coat was now ruined, Jet scowled and removed the coat, throwing it to the floor. Now without his coat, Jet's torso consisted of a white undershirt and black vest that held six throwing knives with one knife missing. The Ax Man laughed with a deep resounding voice. “Looks like I ruined your fancy coat pretty boy, but enough of this game. I”m gonna chop you right down the middle and then have a party on that ship of yours.” Jet just shook his head and motioned for the Ax Man to attack. The Ax Man refused and motioned Jet to go on the offensive again. Appearing unarmed, Jet charged at the Ax Man this time. The Ax Man readied his ax for the right chance to deliver a death blow when Jet was with in range. Just as Jet neared the Ax Man, Jet threw his knife into the gut of the Ax Man..The Ax Man dropped his ax he clutched at his wound. Taking advantage of the distracted Man, Jet lifted up the heavy ax. Due to the weight and his injured ribs, Jet felt a sharp pain in abdominal area. Jet succeeded in lifting the heavy object and manged to drop it off the second floor and onto the first floor below. The Ax Man cursed Jet under his breath as he removed the throwing knife out of his gut, now wielding it as his own weapon. Jet smirked once more as he drew out his combat knife. “Know we fight on my terms, which is good since we are short on time. I believe it been almost thirty minutes.” Jet flipped his knife in his hand to reverse grip and stared the Ax Man straight into the eyes, trying to apply intimidation. The Ax Man raised his knife in the air like a serial killer and moved for the attack. Due to the bleeding from his gut and thigh, the Ax Man was relatively weaker and slower than the juggernaut he was before the fight. Jet seeing this, pushed the Ax Man's knife arm aside as it was coming down with his right arm. With his left arm, the one that held his knife, Jet stabbed into the Ax Man injured thigh, and then ripped down with it. The Ax Man screamed in pain and raised his knife again. However, after stabbing the Ax Man in the thigh, Jet had already set up the kill. Jet hammered the knife rapidly into the Ax Man's torso, starting from under the ribs and ending at the chest, where the heart would be. Jet then ended it after the last stab to the torso. After that last stab, Jet stepped behind the Ax Man, reached under his throat with the knife hand, and then gripped the Ax Man;s head with his right hand. With fluid motion, Jet executed the Ax Man with the throat cut by moving both of his hands in separate directions. The Ax Man dropped to the floor, blood gushing from his neck. Jet spitted on the deceased body in victory as he wiped some blood off his mouth. (Victor:Jet L. Belmonte) |

OOC Jin took off his shirt and started the tear some of the sleeves clothing pieces off. Once he had he wanted to wrap his bloody wounds around with the clothing pieces. Sheathing his bloody katana, he walked away from the hills. Looking back at the body and then at his dirty shirt in his hands. ”I am pretty sure they can wait for me. I’ll go find another shirt to put on. Man blood stains shit up easily.” The marines were still taking care of the fire, but then again marines probably didn’t want to risk their own lives to kill and protect the innocent lives of Loguetown. Finally reaching the town and looking the alleys to try and stray away from the marines around the town. He knew the marines would ask questions about why he didn’t have any shirt on. People out at this time of night were either drunk or just walking around. He got strange looks from the sober people, but from the drunks a few bumps and thuds here and there. He made sure to check his pockets after they bumped or hit him. He really didn’t like the chance that his wallet or beli may go away. He went towards a clothing shop. He took out one of the red shirts that he could find. It would disguise the blood decently well. He was well bounded with his clothing to not bleed everywhere on the floor. The clerk looked at Jin strangely at Jin’s body. ”Don’t ask not a great day today.” Giving the clerk a few hundred beli for the shirt and ran off. He started to put the shirt on. He set his eyes on the port next. ”Although I hate Jet I hope he does make it alive. Well I guess it’s time to check on everyone.” |

The sound of objects breaking rang throughout the dock house as Sebastian did his best to overcome his enemy. However for every move he made, the marine was one step ahead it seemed. In a vain attempt to knockout his foe, Sebastian made a move for a roundhouse. However the attack was ill aimed due to Sebastian's vision still being slightly blurry. The marine easily dodged and delivered a kick of his own, that sent Sebastian sailing into another pile of rubble. "Give it up pirate, you have already lost," the marine said as he chuckled. Being that he was shot and still a bit dizzy from the sneak attack, Sebastian knew that the marine had the upper hand. He watched as the marine approached again, likely ready to finish off this altercation. "Last chance to run marine," Sebastian said, whipping away the blood from his face which only served to smear it around. The corrupt marine stopped in his tracks though his smile remained, "As if a amateur pirate like you could beat me. I mean did you truly think you could defeat me," The marine said in an arrogant tone. Sebastian hesitated before answering as he looked around for some avenue to get out of this situation. Sebastian glanced down finally to see the marine's gun just in reach. Sebastian assumed the gun may have fallen here when marine was caught in the cannon fire. As the marine closed in, Sebastian finally answered the marines question, "No," he said as he swiftly reached for the gun and fire all in one quick motion. The marine had likely didn't notice his gun was missing and now paid the price for it as Sebastian aimed directly at the man's neck. "I'm gonna cheat," he said as he rose to his feet watching the marine gasp for air. "Bet you didn't expect your day to end like this when you woke up this morning," Sebastian said as he emptied the clip in the marines head. His foe dead, and revenge properly delivered, Sebastian was ready to get away from this damned island. And it all started because Jet was late arriving at the damn docks, "I swear I am gonna kill him first chance I get," he said mumbling under his breath as he immediately began to attend to his ship. It had to be untied from the dock so that when the crew arrived they could raise the anchor. He had just about finished his project when he heard someone entering the boat house. Sebastian glance over his shoulder to see who was entering and smile at the familiar face, "Damn, you look like shit," he said to the crew member, ignoring the fact that he looked in worse shape than his partner. "Help me get this rope untied so we can be ready to get the hell out of here when the others arrive." Sebastian turned back to the ropes as he continued to speak, "The sooner we leave this peace of shit the better." Spoiler: click to toggle

Alexis smiled as her friend thanked her for her rather basis patch-up job, and shook her head. "Don't mention it, Rain. I'm no doctor, so I can't really do any more for you." She said softly as she turned and frowned at Rain who had now stood up a little shakily. She waited so that she could open the door, and then after leading Rain outside, stopped and offered her friend a piggyback. "You're too weak to be walking. After that much blood loss, I'm surprised that you're still conscious." She smiled slightly, and before waiting for Rain's consent, she pulled the other woman up onto her back. Thankfully Rain was small and light, so this made the piggyback much easier to prolong. As Alexis walked towards where they were headed, she kept an eye out for a doctor's place. This was Loguetown; so there had to be one somewhere, right? It seemed that her thinking was contradicted for a long time while she made her way towards the port, but she caught something out of the corner of her eye. "Hey, Rain! Look; it's a doctor's house! We're in luck. He or she can get you patched up properly." She sighed with relief as she headed towards the building. It was rather close to the port, so it wasn't out of their way. After Rain had been tended to, they could easily continue without much of a hitch in their pace. Alexis was feeling somewhat guilty for not getting injured with her friend in this much pain, but it couldn't be helped. All she could do was make sure that Rain recovered as quickly as possible. She walked up to the door and gently slid Rain down to the floor, making sure that she didn't touch her bad arm in the process. Alexis grabbed hold of Rain's good arm and held her tight to make sure she didn't go anywhere, since she did say that she didn't like to keep people waiting. She had a feeling that if she let go, Rain would carry on. Alexis knocked on the door that had a sign above it stating it was a doctor's place. "Hello?" She called as if somebody could hear her through the gaps on either side of the door. "Is anybody in? I've got a friend of mine who has a bad bullet wound! She's sustained a major loss of blood. I've bandaged her arm to stop more blood loss, but... she needs medical attention!" She continued shouting at the door as if somebody would hear her, rather desperately in some respects. She knocked loudly, rang the doorbell and then waited. As her hand fell from the door, she immediately crossed her fingers; a childish habit of hers that meant she was hoping for something to happen. Now all they could do was wait to see if there was a doctor in the house. |

It had started out a truly wonderful day, the sun shined down with barely any clouds to obstruct it. The gentle sea breeze carried the scent of the ocean and rejuvenated the mind and body with its cool touch. Loguetown was steadily growing bigger in the horizon as the ship approached ever closer towards the port, nothing seemed to be able to put a damp on Kazumi’s good mood as her violet eyes looked contently on her home town. She had been gone for over a year now, traveling across east blue and generally experiencing life as she lived it how she saw fit. And now she was finally returning home, back to the house she grew up in, the bath tub that soaked away so many of her problems, and the corrupt marines that tended to come through the town for various reasons. All in all, it was a very boring town in her eyes after a few days, not even messing with the marines provided as much pleasure as it did back when she was growing up. Stepping down the plank and onto the docks Kazumi began the usual stroll through the streets looking around to see what has changed, which wasn’t much, and listening to the town’s news with mild interest. It was mainly the usual stuff topics like trading, weapons, ships, who was sleeping with who, who did what and all the little things that were pointless to talk about. She had almost missed the news of dead bodies being found in one of her favorite taverns, while unfortunate that he would have bad publicity now she mostly regretted being there when it happened and to partake in it herself. When she finally got home, already sick of the town from all the pointless things she has been hearing Kazumi began stripping down as she walked through the living room, tossing her twin katanas on the table and throwing the cloak overtop of them she quickly made her way to take a nice and relaxing bubble bath. The warm water felt amazing after spending so long on the ship and wrapped her arms across the railing in bliss as she gave in to sleep. Some time later. A loud banging noise finally woke the doctor up from her slumber, her eyes weakly fluttered open as it continued, forcing her to rouse herself from her peaceful slumber with her head spinning. A woman’s voice barely registered in her mind as she attempted to clear her head, pressing a hand to her temples as she grips the railing and heaves herself up out of the water; nearly falling over in the process as she stumbles out and dries off muttering to herself. “Someone has better be dead or dying, or else they will be.” She said in a tone that would have been threatening if not for being so weakly said, her violet eyes glance up at the front door as she pulls on a her white shirt and a pair of her mother’s black trousers before walking towards the door. {color=blue] “I’m coming, hold your horses geeze.” [/color] She call out grumpily while opening the door, slightly glazed over eyes looking dully on the two girls on the door steps; both looking as if they had been running since morning and just now stopped. The emotionless gaze turned to look at the person the red head was gripping and immediately sighed at the sight of a girl with bloody clothes and bandages. “You had to get hurt when I was bathing didn’t you….. Well pick her up and carry her to the living room table, lay her down flat on her back and I’ll be there…… Do you want it to be a quick treatment and send you on your way or do you want a room miss? Kazumi said in a tired voice, her head still massaging her head as she turned around and started walking back to the medical cabinets, letting out a quite stream of colorful curses at being so dumb as to fall asleep in the bath. After a few minutes she had finally came back with a medical kit and set it on the floor, kneeling down beside the table yawning while she began to sort through it and remove the bandages from the girl’s arm. Her tongue clicked in her mouth as she turned the arm around ignoring any cries of protest as she continued the examination, her finger trialing down the unharmed side of her arm before letting out a sigh. “I have bad news, bad news, and some good news. Bad news is that you got shot, and it wasn’t a clean shot. I have no pain killers to give you at the moment and making some would take a few hours. Good news is that I can still take it out, and you will be in a lot of pain.” She said as she reached under the table and pulled up a leather strap, quickly securing the girl’s feet to the table so prevent struggling and pushing a wooden stick in her mouth. "Red head hold her shoulders down and make sure she keeps that in her mouth. I’m not good enough to sew her tongue back in if she bites it off.” Kazumi said with the same dull tone she has been using all along, once the girl was held down she kneeled down on her hand and began to dig into the wound with the medical tools. Pulling out a small bullet before dipping it into a clear liquid that quickly turned a brownish color, washing off the blood to reveal the rusted metal beneath it; the doctors eyes narrowed dangerously as she glared at the liquid before turning it to the foolish girl who had been shot in the first place. “You say that you lost a lot of blood because of this? You probably just spent the last half hour or so with a rusted bullet stuck in your arm breaking apart. I’m sorry but this won’t be a quick treatment like you wanted. You will have to spend at least three days here as I treat you or you could risk losing the arm or dying even. “ She said in an annoyed voice while applying medicine and stitching the wound up the best she could.
