The user becomes a conveyor belt man. Any part of his body can be translated across the surface of his skin to a different location. Within an area of 1/2 a meter per Fortune of his location, he can change part of any relatively smooth (non-living) surface he is touching into a straight conveyor belt. Whenever his power is in use, it makes a mechanical whirring noise. The speed at which belts can move is 1 meter per second for every 4 Fortune.

Example: (Use on self) User could create a belt around his own head to move his eyes all the way around to the back, or on the bottom of his shoes to increase his speed.

Example: (Use on surfaces) User could create a belt under someone's feet to try to throw them off balance, or one under a heavy object to move it out of the way.
