Karma Karma no Mi:
Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia
Devil Fruit Ability: This fruit turns the user into a Karma man. A karma man is bound by the rules of cause and effect, and enforces the law of return.

The first and most visible effect of this fruit is that it changes the color of each eye, one red, one blue. It allows the user to see the overall karma balance, these shows up as a colored aura. The more red the aura, the more evil and destruction the person has sown; the more green the aura, the more good and helpful the person. This aura only shows people at the far ends of the spectrum, and most people show up as gray.

Also, as a karma man, the user gains the ability to store “damage” in a “buffer”. For example, if the user is hit in the head, she will feel the pain and the pain will be added to the damage buffer. Then, with contact with a target, the user can “copy” her pain onto her enemy. It is said that with extreme training and skill with the fruit (savant) the buffer can hold physical damage as well as the non-physical feelings.
The buffer holds “karma” for (fortune x 2 = seconds), after which the “karma” cannot be copied to a target.

Finally, as a Karma man, any act of good or evil done by the user has an almost instant retribution for the act. Also, the people near them will have good or bad luck depending on their karmatic standing.
