The newcomer smiled at the incoming enemy, whom after being taunted, now charged at full speed, probably confident in his skill, poor guy. At the distance he was and considering his skills as marksman, it would be very easy for him to shoot him the head and end right that useless fight however, like he said earlier, some exercise would be nice, it had been a long time since his last confrontation. Besides, his sudden attacker, the bald one, seemed to be pretty pissed about him, something that could only mean that whatever he did to him, it seriously affected the monk, not to mention how supposedly was hard to enrage someone as a monk, a person that was used to live in peace and never burst into rage. Anyway, he wasn't concerned as he was sure whatever it was, that man deserved it. Besides, as a pirate, he didn't have to obey to any rule, he could do whatever he wanted to anyone.

Focusing more on the guy who now ran towards him, he analyzed his movements and, noticing how he carried a sword, he quickly used his thumbs to push a small button on the side of each pistols. After pressing them, a small blade came out just beneath the barrel, from each of the weapons. The shiny blade was a bit longer than the barrels and about half the width but seemed pretty sharp. Now that he was ready, he brought down both pistols, crossing them to meet with the stranger's sword and block the slash. At the same time and realizing his opponent's move, he stretched out his left elbow to somewhat defend against the kick, making it hit Richard's shin.

Watching all this was Ezekiel who was finally coming back to his senses. For some moments, he let his anger blind him but now, as he watched the fight, he was slowly returning to his normal mood. To see that man there was just too traumatic. It reminded him of the past, when this pirate entered the monastery along with the rest of the crew and, one after another, killed all the monks inside, all his brothers, leaving him alone to witness all, leaving him to leave with this pain, with this memory. it was this that brought him to the island and it was this single event that made him abandon the religious asceticism he loved so much in the past, it was this nightmare that separated him from God and damaged their relation. But he was determined to get revenge, to make those pirate pay for what they did to him but specially to make they pay for what they did to his beloved brothers. There was no way to end this chapter of Ezekiel's life without shedding the blood of those criminals.

What surprised him most was that, unlike him, this man, James Noodstuck, didn't recognize his face at all while Ezekiel didn't have to think twice to see who he was. As suspected, pirates had no interest on others, they did what they wanted without even think of the consequences. He wouldn't be surprised if this man had break into more monasteries on that night and killed hundreds of monks just for pleasure, just to see the blood gush from their bodies. Disgusting fellows to say the least. It made him wonder why would his father, God, allowed such people to walk the surface but the answer was clear to him, Father was forgiving and He hoped they could all atone for their sins.

Unfortunately, all this thoughts were bringing back the rage that consumed him when he first saw Noodstuck and soon, the trance-like state where he could only thinking about killing that man. At first, he tried to control it again but it was stronger than him, he just wanted to crush that man, slice him open, rip his guts out. As reflex, he tightened his grasp on the yue ya chan, making it shake vigorously as he fought against the sinful thoughts in his mind. Father....forgive me...

Right in front of him and oblivious to the internal fight inside Ezekiel's mind was the pirate he hated so much, trading attacks with the other man who offered him help. After successfully block the incoming sword slash, it was time to counter-attack and have some fun with it. With a single movement, he pushed backwards Richard's sword that had been stuck between his crossed dual pistols, making him stumble away. Now that he had some space, he pointed out both pistols and aimed each one at his adversaries. Before continuing he wanted some explanations.

"Well, well, well. Gentlemen! It's been an honor! Before we go any further i would like to know more about you two. Now, please, tell who the hell are you and what have i done to you. Honestly, i have no idea why do you people wish to die so quickly! What's wrong with the rookies these days? Ah...and don't try anything smart or i'll shoot you in the head. You with the sword, please explain yourself or else, you're history. By the way, its James Noodstuck, also known as Wild Cowboy around these parts, but I'm sure you all know who i am, specially since i have a bounty on my head, one enough to make you all rich! Now talk, suckers!"

Landing in a crouch Richard slid back slightly on the solid wood floors, cringing slightly at the pain in his left arm and now, his leg. Taking a deep breath he listened as the man revealed himself to be James Noodstuck. The name meant nothing to Richard, which caused him to glance suspiciously at his so called ally, wondering if this guy they were attacking was indeed a pirate, or perhaps another bounty hunter, or worse, a marine.

I'd hate to be labeled a pirate all because of this baldy... he mused, before shifting his gaze back to the man who had a gun pointed at his head. It was then, hearing the man brag about his bounty, that Richard let out a sigh of relief, slowly rising to his feet.

"Its really none of your concern who I am, since when we're done with you that head either wont be on those shoulders, or you'll be in chains and headed for the nearest marine base."

Smiling the young swordsman shifted into his fighting stance, raising his blade and holding it out, pointed towards the mans gut as if preparing to thrust it at him. All the while his eyes remained focused on the mans hand, ready to attack or evade at the slightest twitch of the mans finger.

"I guess its only fair to let you know the name of the man who's going to defeat you huh? Its Richard. As for why i'm here, well I came for a good time. After all your island's pretty shitty, cowboy.

Its just bad luck for you that we happened to cross paths. Though you should be asking that guy his history, not me. The entire time i've been here i've never seen him so pissed off."

James took his time to answer the cocky opponent he had in his front. What he heard wasn't quite what he was expecting but it was still interesting. To think to two completely strangers meet and quickly decided to pair up. Well, at least he knew what they were now, bounty hunters and probably some with low experience. But theres was something that bothered him and that was the way how the one named Richard acted so confident, almost like he was superior. He had always disliked cocky people and to see him talk like that just made him want to shoot him right in the face, but no, he had to enjoy the moment, there was still something that he wanted to know. Without taking his eyes of both adversaries, he addressed some words at monk.

"Well, very nice Richard, but you better respect me more next time or this will be your last say on this shitty island. Now, bald guy, tell us your story, what have i done to you? Was it your mother? or our father? Wait, you had a hot sister? Or was it your protective brother? Speak up, fool!"

The more he heard his voice the his rage build up, now starting to reach serious levels where he would no longer act for him self. They way he mocked with his situation was just absurd. He enjoyed it, he enjoyed the killing and now bragged about it, mocking the ones who suffered with it, at least, that how he saw it. The eagerness was great bu he was better than that, he would fight the sinful thought and would have a proper talk with him before destroying him. he needed him to know where were the others. With a deep breath and a quick pray, he calmed down a bit and found the motivation to speak without losing control.

"I am a servant of God, Ezekiel. The reason why im here is simple, i was looking for you because i need some information, information that only you could give me. You see, unlike you, i didn't forget about my past yet i tried and i tried very, very hard to let all the memories behind, but the pain is too great, it keeps haunting me unless i have my revenge."

The pirate looked confused with his talk. It was obvious that he was somehow related to his past but he wasn't getting it. how could he be the one who could have the information he wanted? Who was this guy? The name, Ezekiel, didn't ring a bell and so, it only confused him more.

"Speak up, boy! So far, i have no idea what you're talking about."

As expected... Pirates were vile indeed and began to wonder if he should spare th ones he had defeated earlier. His Father wanted them to redeem but so far, the only thing he could see them doing was causing more and more pain to the people. How could they be so evil, so self-centered? A cruel act like the complete slaughter of a monastery was forgot in just a couple of years, an event that hurt hundreds and shocked thousands. Puff, it had completely vanished from his mind.

"I'll revive your memory since you don't seem to know what im talking about. Maybe you remember entering a monastery 4 years ago? No? You and a group of pirates, all armed? You all entered it and killed every single monk inside leaving only one alive, one that was supposed to live in constant agony after witnessing such thing. Yes, that was me, it was me who you forced to do all those disgusting things. It was me...But now i'm here and i'm here for a reason, i want answers and you will give them to me, no matter what."

The explanation seemed to stun the pirate for a bit and Ezekiel, noticing that little slip, decided to unleash the rage he had been taming for the past minutes. With a jump, he propelled himself at the man and slashed his arm, making him stumble backwards and eventually fall on his back still wielding a pistol. Snapping out of it, he began to shoot around without aiming. He seemed affected by Ezekiel's words and it was causing him to panic a bit. But why was he acting like this? Wasn't he just minutes ago bragging about his kills?

"I know nothing, leave me alone! Leave me alone!!!!"

With one arm bleeding massively, making it useless in combat, he focused on shooting with his other arm, the left one, but he was fairly poor with it and the constant shakes he was having interfered greatly with his skills. Still, he tried his luck and sent some bullets at Richard, hoping that at least one would hit the desired target.

The monks story was a strange one, and certainly unexpected. Torture, death, revenge? It sounded like some sort of campfire story. Yet the intensity of the young monks voice, the fire in his eyes, it all spoke of sincerity, honesty, of a real unbridled passion against this man.

A bead of sweat dripped down Richards forehead as he watched the monks frantic attack, hardly surprised when the attack connected and sent their opponent sprawling to the ground. That man, who was the focus of his temporary companions fury, seemed quite shaken by the boys words, almost as if he was seeing a ghost.

For a moment Richard was lost in the sight, the once calm monk speckled in the blood of his victim, towering over the once confident man wide eyed and scared. What had happened to the compassion and kindness he'd seen earlier? It was that sudden change of personality more then anything else that shook Richard, feeling almost dirty now for having let this strangers good nature fade away. There had been nothing he could of done of course, but still he could have --

A sudden pain seared across his right side, hot and agonizing, as if someone had taken a hot poker and swiped it across his side. Hissing in pain Richard looked down, seeing the rip in his coat and realising he had been grazed by a bullet. It was only then that he seemed to regain his senses, hearing the sound of gun fire once more, the mans screams, the worried confusion of the people outside watching this scene unfold.

Running forwards Richard kicked out, attempting to stomp down on the fallen mans hand, and hopefully break it, or at least cause the gun to fall from the mans hand. As he did so he turned up his blade defensively, to protect the fallen man, a move that surprised even himself.

"I know this seems strange, but calm down Ezek...er...monk. I don't normally protect criminals, hell this may be the first time ever, but I can't help but feel dirty watching you assault this man. If you need answers, if you want revenge fine. Let me be the one to inflict pain on him though, or death. I might just be a bounty hunter, but it disturbs even me to see a so called servant of God, assaulting and murdering people."

As he spoke his sword swung down, pointing towards the wild mans throat in an attempt to keep him still. His mind was elsewhere though as he looked over at Ezekiel, uncertain whether he was trying to protect this criminal, Ezekiel, or himself with his current actions.

"The hell?"

Wait, was he cursing now? Something was really wrong with him, he needed to calm down a bit. The anger had taken over him again but this stranger, this bounty hunter, was now making him see things more clearly. He was right, he was a servant of God, he was way better than this. It just...It was really hard to deal with all those feelings, he had suffered too much. All these evil thoughts were kind of new to him but strangely, it made him feel well, it made him feel free, strong, powerful. However, now that he looked back at them, the only thinking he could feel was shame. His behavior was unacceptable, his brothers wouldn't approved it since he had just lowered himself to a pirate level. Besides, the way how the pirate now behaved, the metal breakdown he now displayed, only made him feel worse, he wasn't the type of person that enjoyed to cause pain to others, not even if they deserved. With a deep breath, he released most of his anger he had inside and returned to his normal and controlled mood.

"I'm sorry...You're right, i lost control for a moment but my father guided me back to light. This....man doesn't deserve death but rather prison. There, he will have time to think about his life and sins, and eventually redeem himself. But now, he will talk. Thank you my friend, your words were very important to me."

James now laid on the ground armed and with Richard's sword pointed at his throat. His whole body was shaking and he had a terrified look on his face, ion fact, he was even a bit pale and sweating heavily. What was going on? What happened to the tough guy? What memories does he have of that day? So many question to be answered and so little time. with a couple of steps, Ezekiel approached the pirate and rested his hand over the cut made with his yue ya chan. It was deep, surely very painful and was bleeding abundantly, he needed to act fast before he passed out.
The man, noticing the monk's approach, began to scream like a mad man, fearing he would do something to him.

"Go away! Leave me alone! It wasn't me, i was just a rookie! Call Bobby, call Bobby!Aaaahhhhh!!!!"

Bobby? Who's Bobby? The man seemed to be delusional, maybe it was from the blood loss, it would be hard to get any good information without making him focus. It was still hard to understand why that madness all of a sudden but it was obvious to him that something went wrong 4 years ago, maybe that was the reason for him to not be with his old friends.

"Bobby! Bobby, is that you? Bobby, please, save me! I'm sorry Bobby, i'm really sorry! Please, help me!"

"He has to snap out of it, he's seeing things now. In this state, i won't be able to get any reliable information."

For a moment Richard thought he made a mistake. The look in the monks eyes was one of indignant rage, and for a split second Richard was sure the man would run him through, just to get to the man on the ground. But just as quick as that angry look appeared, it vanished, replaced by a mix of emotions as he backed down, apparently surprised by his own actions.

Letting out a sigh of relief, Richard turned, wiping some sweat from his brow as he sheathed his sword, wincing slightly as pain raced up his left arm. Now that the monk was back to normal Richard moved away from the fallen man, leaning against the other side of the door way, one eyebrow quirked slightly at the delirious man. For a moment he considered just taking this man in for a bounty, as well as any others in the bar currently, before dismissing the idea. After all, even if he did collect all these bounties he'd still have no where to go and nothing to do.

Eh, whats the worst that could happen...

With that thought on his mind Richard casually moved inside, and towards the nearest unconscious man. Humming a random tune he ripped one sleeve off the mans shirt, and returned to their delirious little friend. It wouldn't do to have him die of blood loss after all, especially if they were apparently supposed to get information from the man.

"Shh, shhh calm down James, its me Bobby." Richard began while ripping up the stolen sleeve further, before wrapping it tightly about the wound on the mans arm, ignoring the mans cries of pain. "You got to help us James. We're hurt too and we can't remember our way back to the hideout. Just remind me where it was again and we'll take you back there and you'll be better in no time." Richard said to the man, figuring it was at least worth a shot playing into his delusions. If it didn't work, well, for this cowboys sake he better hope it worked.

With a strained smile Richard continued to encourage the man, gesturing for the monk to go to the bar while mouthing the word water. Though he said nothing he hoped the man was sensible enough to know, that a good cold splash of water on the mans face would probably help snap him out of his delirium. And if they have no water he could at least fetch me a bottle of whiskey... Richard thought to himself, focusing once more on their so called captive.

"Ah, Bobby! Yes, thank you, thank you very much Bobby, oh, i mean, Mr. Savage."

That single action from Richard made the man more happy and slowly, he was beginning to calm himself down but still delusional. The monk however, was now trying to put the pieces together. He now had a name, Bobby Savage. Either it was his real name or just a nickname but any of the option was viable, a name was always a valuable information. It seemed, however, he could get more from him and with this particular approach from Richard, things could get really interesting.

"Hideout? Bobby, why do you want to return there, you know that theres nothing there...It was destroyed long ago! Wait, Bobby, is something wrong?"

Well, that was troublesome. So, their hideout was destroyed, meaning that to find all the remaining crew would be very difficult. Now that he thought about it, this event probably led to the crew disband and so, they were now all scattered around, but, as long as he continued to get more clues like these ones here, her would slowly get to their leader, the one who he blamed for all the deaths on the monastery.

"There's nothing wrong, James. Just remain still while we get some more help."

The pirate looked at the monk foe the first time after being attacked. This time, he didn't seem to fear him at all and in fact, he seemed happy to hear his voice as well has the news about getting more help. In Ezekiel's mind still roamed the thoughts about how that man transformed himself in a couple of seconds, just after hearing about his tragic past. From proud pirate to coward fighter, all because of a single story. Something was wrong int here and hopefully, Bobby Savage would be able to give them some of the answers.

"Thanks, Richard, i think its time to alert the marines and put all these guys behind bars."

"Eh its no problem. At least it's given me something interesting to do today."he replied with a slight smirk, before slowly rising to his feet once more. Richard made his way back inside, deciding to grab himself a nice drink. Humming softly to himself, the black clad man, leisurely grabbed a bottle from behind the counter, popping the top off with his teeth.

Spitting the top to the floor, the young bounty hunter eagerly began to chug down the drink, letting the strong liquid warm his body, and dull the throbbing pain in his side and left arm.

"Hey someone call the marines, and maybe a doctor would ya?" he called out a window, wincing slightly before sitting down once more, idly watching James the wild cowboy and Ezekiel the monk as he awaited a doctor and his pay.

Luck was on the two bounty hunters side. Like a miracle or some preset to happen, a couple of marines happened to walk by the entrance, quickly examination the mess that was going on that bar. The Mucho Guapo bar wasn't unknown to them, in fact, it was a place where many bar fight had started and we could say that, week yes, week no, someone would get in some sort of trouble there. So, it was with no surprise that they saw the huge damage done around, once they spotted the label where the name was written. After looking around the entrance area and take a more close look to the drunk and injured pirates laying around, they finally entered the bar it self, coming face to face with Ezekiel and Richard, who were still near the delusional James Noodstuck. It wasn't hard to figure that both were either the strongest pirates around or two guys who hunted down pirates. Still, they had to be sure about who were they dealing with.

"Names please."

"Im Ezekiel and this is Richard, we are both bounty hunters and we remained here to secure all these pirates, preventing them from getting away freely."

The two looked carefully at those allegedly hunters and then at the injured guy who was in front of them. Looking a around, they spotted several other pirates injured by sharp objects, consistent to those that both carried. Neither of the two marines had a way to know if they were actually bounty hunters or just some pirates trying to pass by one since he never heard their names associated to the bounty hunting job but so far, the story seemed true. As far as he knew, these two could be rookie in the profession and because of that, fairly unknown. Without a true reason to suspect them, he was willing to let them go and pay them the beli from all those guy's heads.

"Very well. I congratulate you for this wonderful job. We do have some interesting capture here. I can see Wild Cowboy here laying on the floor. His bounty was recently raised to 350,000. You'll get a nice from this hunt. Nice job you two."

To the monk, this was more than a normal hunt, he was there for more than a simple job, he had no real interest for the money he would be receiving however, this trip to the Wild Wild West proved to be fruitful, being able to get a name that would hopefully lead him to eat another. Soon, all the pieces would be together and he would be able to get his wanted revenge, pretty soon. He still needed to know more about this Bobby Savage guy and maybe, the marines could help him out if he was a wanted man, which he was counting on.

"By the way, do you know any Bobby Savage? Maybe from a bounty poster?"

The marines took some time to come up with an answer. the two talked for a bit in a low tone, clearly discussing something that they didn't want to reveal to the two bounty hunters but after that somewhat short talk, the two seemed a bit worried about that question. Even if apprehensively, the answer still came out.

"Yes, yes, Bobby Savage, we know him, he is reasonably known around the West. We are still trying to get his trail but its really hard to pick it up, you guy should gun for someone else. He was spotted long time ago on Red Sand Island, his homeland. Rumors talk about his death at the hands of an unknown bounty hunter. Anyway, he is way out of your league. His last bounty was of 7,000,000."

So that was it, Bobby Savage was a pirate and a respected one around this blue which should make things easier but in this case, it did not. He was missing for sometime now, or at least that was what the marines thought. However, he still got a location, Red Sand, apparently, his birthplace. Such piece of information was actually very useful and could mean only one thing, his next destination would obviously be that island. Precious information could be there. He couldn't wait to land on that island and unveil more about those vile pirates that slaughtered his brothers. With God as his guide, he was sure that he would get more answers soon.

Failure to link characters in Signatures means no SD. Though, why c0n has three characters to begin with is beyond me. I'll crush that later.

So this was an SL about Ezekiel trying to find his boyfriend so they could make love and money in Mucho Guapo or whatever. how could be one so damn idiot? Then some bar fight happens because he pulls out a spade. I didn't get that part. "Bothers!" Then Richard strolls in all pale like; those chumps he had watchread too many horror filmsbooks. Then some bottle throwing, religious banter, then some guy got cut up by a sword. Kind of a cheap blow really. Who uses a sword in a fist fight? Anyway, you just loved to drag out pointless combat didn't you? ._. Then some idiot killed his friend because of a sound. That's gonna need one hell of an excuse for his family. Then big bad strolls in, with his awful name. Cowboy in italics is epic insult, yes? Big bad must've had a bad dinner after that monastery stuff. And Bobby, eh? Was probably bad sex. Then Big Bad became a child, so Ezekiel and Richard played happy families. Yeah. Then the Marines came and that was... weird.

Anyway; The part you care about.

Ezekiel - 17 SD, ::beli:: 4,000,000

Richard - 10 SD, ::beli:: 2,200,000

The threat increase is like.... 0.35. I bet people will be real scared of you now.

Note; SL began before updates thus no special bonus things.
