So for my character I have in her character that she has a natural obsession/fascination with chickens. What better way to represent this than with a chicken NPC companion. Then that got me nostalgic for everyones favorite pyromaniac poltry ball Pojo. So my question is this, if I have it set up that my companion starts as an egg and eventually after a set about of gained sd, to be decided by the admins or mods of course, it will hatch into a chick, then after another set progression it turns into a full grown fire breathing chicken. Would this be at all possible? I mean stranger creatures have been shown in OP so far so i don't think a fire breathing chicken is to far fetched o a concept. Is there any merit to this idea or should I abandon my dreams of being able to canonly say "Pojo has burned the food." ?

The issue here wouldn't so much be whether or not it makes sense, because I agree, it's the weird sort of thing that OP has, but more whether or not a character should be allowed to have a fire-breathing chicken. It would also depend how powerful its fire is. If it's a very minor thing, and as you say, used for cooking purposes, then I wouldn't really have a problem with it.

The maximum damage I would allow with the chicken is probably... Minor superficial burns. No incineration. No widespread destruction. Just a little chicken that burps a small fireball every now and then.

Yes I wasn't planning on it being that big a deal or scorching sun type flames. It is mostly for aesthetic purposes only, after all even if it can breath strong fire it's still just a chicken. wasn't planning on him being much bigger than your average egg laying chicken. Plus I really want to be able to have her say "No Pojo don't burn the food!" hehehe. But yeah Mildra has a thing for chickens, I loved Gauntlet, so i figured a fire breathing chicken. I'd gladly accept a low limit on the heat of flames produced as well as the distance they can travel and the area of effect. if this idea is accepted would the fire breathing aspect count as the NPC's 1 trait?
