 I had a small question which might actually help out a lot of people. Is it possible for a normal member to roleplay a NPC? Because I was imagining it would depend upon the significance of that certain NPC.

 Members are allowed to play and create NPCs. They're also allowed to narrate for other people's storylines in much the same way Narrator Staff do, just with no actual authority, no mod powers, etc.
