Ok so a very nice staff member helped me with choosing a different fruit, due to my last choice being too uber great. So here is my new fruit: Name: Haya Haya Fruit Type:Parmecia Powers: In it's very basic form it is the opposite of the Noro Noro no Mi. With this the user can send out light blue blasts of energy which speeds things up. He can also turn this beam into different forms, such as blades (Which will only have the effect of the beam), blasts, and geometric shapes! Unlike the Noro Noro no Mi, the effectiveness of each beam is at the user's discretion, within the user's ability. So if the want to speed up a person only a little bit, instead of the beams fullest extent, they can. Or if they want to speed someone up for X amount of seconds, instead of their maximum Y, they can. Also the user can jump higher and further, when they use it upon themself. Max Time of the effect=Fortune times 4 in seconds Max Speed of the effect=Fortune times 5 in MPH Max Range of beam=Fortune times 5 in feet Max Height of jump=Fortune plus half itself in feet Max Length of jump=Fortune times 2 in feet Edited by Kiosk_Uploader, Jan 16 2010, 04:12 AM.

That's just exaggerating. The beam is supposed to speed things up. Not Give the user more power in his legs. It should be that, he can jump faster. In other words, seeming like a quick hop but at a distance that shouldn't be a quick hop. So it seems like the person has been influenced by strong gravity. Edited by The Dude, Jan 16 2010, 05:47 AM.

Objection! Is it not true that when things move faster that it has greater force! Do you not see people in track/field run before their pole jump! I am sorry, but your testimony is riddled with holes. Also, I have already attained permission from an admin to use this part for the power. ... Though it won't matter, the fruit as a whole isn't acceptable. Someone else has taken to similar of a fruit... that makes my eye twitch from pure anger... |
