Igglybuff
Igglybuff is a small, bipedal balloon-like animal that is pink all over. It has a rounded tuft of hair on top of its head, a small swirl-like pattern on its forehead, and red eyes in contrast to the teal eyes of its later evolutions. Igglybuff have small, stubby limbs.

In order for one to evolve an Igglybuff, they must first begin training the Igglybuff. The time of day, such as Morning, Day, Afternoon, Dusk, & Midnight are unimportant. The important factor of training Igglybuff is in order to raise its Happiness level. The happier it becomes, the higher of a chance you have of getting Jigglypuff! Be sure to groom it regularly and treat it with love and care!

Jigglypuff
Jigglypuff appear as round pink balls with two small, cat-like ears and very large eyes. Their bodies are soft and rubbery. They have small arms and legs. A Jigglypuff has a curl on its forehead.

In order to get to Wigglytuff (finally!), no amount of training in necessary. In fact, things such as happiness and time of day do not matter either. The only possible way one may evolve their Jigglypuff is with a Moon Stone. Moon Stone is a certain rock with evolutionary properties that originates from Mountain Moon, where a meteor was said to have struck long ago. Holding a Moon Stone in front of a Jigglypuff will successfully evolve it into a Wigglytuff.

Congrats! You have finally reached the peak of the evolutionary chain; Wigglytuff! I bet you're a proud little boy, aren't you? Wigglytuff is a great Pokemon to have on your team! Screw the competitive ideas; as long as you have Wigglytuff and your imagination, you'll be unbeatable! Wigglytuff is a Pokemon that had a lot of varied attacks as well, even a good amount of elemental attacks! It's is a very flexible Pokemon with only one weakness, which it can even learn moves to defeat! Wigglytuff rules!

Now, there is just one last thing we must do before we conclude this blissful topic of loveliness. Wigglytuff has an attack that is exclusive to itself; an attack that can bring even the mightiest of men to their knees. This attack is called "Do The Wave". "Do The Wave" is an extremely dangerous attack, and the only known Wigglytuff to even survive its use is me. I alone was able to perfectly execute "Do The Wave" after many years of training. In order for you not to screw up like the other Wigglytuffs, you'll need to learn about "Do The Wave".
