I'm leaning to North Blue since that was the only one named in my crew's recruitment post :P

He can start in any ocean so that is why I opened recruitment for my crew, to decide in which ocean to start. I'm just waiting for a reply, if I don't get it by tomorrow I'll edit my character to North Blue and then we can start RPing :)
