I had a few ideas for Devil Fruits I may want to use for my characters. Just need to know what kind of tier they may be or if the idea is ok. Guru Guru no mi (rotation rotation fruit) - The user is able to rotate or spin any sections of their body along a straight axis, say for example spinning the forearm to create a punch with spiraling spin force added to it, or rotating the upper body along the waist to throw off anyone grabbing onto him/her. Speed of the rotations would scale as fortune increased, say maybe fortune times some number equals the amount of RPS capable of spinning. |
