 So I was wondering if there was a place people could throw up their ideas for characters, and get some help from members to smooth out any rough edges, get some ideas, or pictures to help, and look for advice and assistance with keeping the character in tune with the series' facts.

I'll start by listing off my character ideas, and getting a probe to see what people think.

1. Swordsman - Uses 3 Dual bladed staffs, a six sword style, double ended sword in the mouth is shorter then the two in his hands to prevent striking self! Weapon would look roughly like this.

Pirate.

2. Cyborg swordsman, two swords, mechanical arms for improved strength and speed in melee combat. Thinking of making him a bounty hunter.

3. Crusader, one who kills for the church. Swordsman or possibly a fist fighter. Kills Pirates, Bounty Hunters and any Marines who get in the way of his mission, feeling that the Lord's work is far more important then any man made laws.

4. Cowboy Sharpshooter bounty hunter. Forget Pirates vs Ninjas, we need more Cowboys vs Pirates!

 wasn't quite sure where to post this basically i was thinking of having an alchemist as my character and would eventually like to get potions to alter his appearance stats etc.... i was thinking of doing a speed potion a potion of hard skin and a beast potion wot sorta technique or stat would i need to have these sort of things?

 You won't really have any pre-requisites stats, persay, but you need to have a high fortune. Stat altering techniques won't be available till... Rank 16 if I remember correctly, though you'd be able to have potions that can make you stronger and faster, it won't be reflected on your stats. Kinda confusing, but true nonetheless.
