"See, Zenko? I'm more than fit for Tora-watch. Even Tora agrees with me, and why would he lie to you? You question the honor and integrity of our captain?! How can you even utter such thi... Ugh. I can't tell such a big lie and keep calling myself a man of Justice..." He sighed heavily, his head dropping in shame. Zenko had won this round. He remained downtrodden until they made it to the village, where the sight of the tents and the villagers caused his spirits to soar up high once more. It always made him smile when the citizens of wherever the Red Caps traveled first saw them. With his size and penchant for building strange monuments at the end of each adventure, he felt like a gentle giant granting glorious gifts to the people each time. Although... his behavior should probably be classified as 'eccentric' or 'moronic' rather than gentle. "So this is... Actually, does this place have a name? Jungle Village?" Shin's amazingly strong lack of creativity shone brightly as he came up with the least original name possible. And he did it with pride. Shin knew that this time, the Red Caps would be able to travel to a new island, stock up on everything they needed, and leave peacefully without trouble. There had been no signs of anything dangerous going on; in fact, the villagers were probably weary of them. That would only be temporary, however, as Shin's charm was sure to win them over soon enough. He just had to keep Zenko from scaring everyone. Zenko-watch. Edited by Shodan, Jun 26 2014, 08:51 PM.

Spike was in a good mood the whole journey back to the encampment. The more he saw of this pirate crew, the more sure he was that he had made the right decision in trying to help them out. "They might be a bit violent, especially with their captain, but it doesn't seem hostile." He thought to himself as Tora caught a few good whacks from his crew. As the village came into view, Tora grew excited and did that Tora thing he does. Spike smiled as Tora warned him about Zenko and Guy drinking together, and said patiently, with a hint of a grin on the corner of his mouth, "I'll be sure to keep an eye on them." He flashed the crew members in question a quick, knowing wink before turning back around to lead the way. He entered the village, leading the odd assortment of pirates toward the elders' tent, Spike smiled at the members of the tribe gathered around in small groups, their curiousity getting the better of them. He had no doubt that everyone in the village had heard the rumors of the bizarre collection of pirates that had now made their way to their camp, and were hoping to catch a glimpse themselves. He saw wary faces and cautious glances, and more than one look of wonder, given the strange appearance of a few of the crew members, but there didn't seem to be any looks of hostility. Spike was grateful for that. As they picked their way through the assortment of tents, Shin spoke up, asking what the name of the village was. Spike slapped himself on the head, realizing that he made a horrible tour guide. He turned back to the pirate crew, and spread his arms wide. "Ah, yes, excellent question. Welcome, new friends, to the wandering village of the Rainbow Light tribe! Follow me this way, we're nearly at the elders' hut. Shempa will be very happy to meet you all, I'm sure of it!" |

Even Tora knew when he went to far and that moment came when Guy spoke his name slowly but ominously. Right, right. Insulting Guy was something Tora actually never got away with. Tora wouldn't be Tora if he didn't stick to his guns though!! He had insulted Guy, said that the man called the whales wife fat and by god he was going to stick with it!! The Captain simply took the punishment bestowed upon him by the navigator with quite possibly the most stoic of faces Tora had ever mustered. A single teardrop in his eye as he rubbed the recently hit spot. Stupid Guy hit so hard!! When Zenko decided to chip in and also smacked Tora the Captain sat knelt down at the side of the road, his body trembling as he held his head with both hands. Damned Zenko and his demon strength!! "Pfff.... Twas.... Totally you... Guys... Stupid....!!" Tora mumbled to himself as he glared at Guy and Zenko. Stupid Guy with his stupid.... Stuff and stupid Zenko with his stupid face talking about his sister!! Tora would have to put a stop to this right now!! There was absolutely no way he was going to put up with Zenko's behavior any longer!! "Zenko!!" He pointed with great confidence, his eyes narrowed as he stared down the demon. He was going to put Zenko in his place once and for all!! The next moment Tora just walked off laughing as Shin spoke up. "Ossu!! I'm honorable and intergeritiry.....? I don't know that word but I am it!! Right S-Shi..... in....?" A lie.....? Crestfallen the captain once against sat knelt down smack in the middle of the village this time. They had arrived and although he'd normally greet everyone with the volume of a thousand armies the young cap wearing pirate now simply circled his finger trough the dirt underground. "I'm.... Honorable....." Right? No wait!! They made him doubt himself!! If there was anyone who with him it was Kubomacho!! It was why the Captain rushed past Zenko, turned around, took aim, once again pushed him, aimed him into Guy and tried to judo throw Shin onto the manpile that was his crew before he strolled over to Geno innocently. "Their weird right Kubo? Ah!! Shempa? That names totally awesome!! I'm naming Geno Shempa from now on!! Alright Geno? I mean Shempa?" |

Kubo stood on his haunches, saluting to Tora's words. There was no wiser man than this man here, and this exact statement proved the fact. "Rooower!" The giant cat roared in agreement. Shempa looked to Tora in rage. Not just because he called her Shempa, but because in thought, she had literally just considered herself that. "It's Geno!" Shempa shouted at her captain, her eye twitched as her own brain considered her Shempa now. Shaking her head, Geno took a deep breath. No more of this Shempa business, it was confusing even her. Wait, who was Shempa again? Geno swore she heard someone say it before Tora had ever taken that name, and applied it to her. Was it the new guy? No, he had said it though. Ah yes. "We would be honored to meet your elder." Geno said to spike, bowing slightly. "SHEMPA. The woman said in a raised tone to Tora, to emphasize who Shempa actually was. |

Zenko peered at Shin, before slowly nodding. It seemed that Shin had finally understood what it was all about. Some lies were too large to keep up, and when it came to Tora and good behavior. Well... It was safe to say an abusive, alcoholic husband and his wife were a better match than Tora and good behavior ever would be. Zenko followed after Spike, slowly nodding at the wink. It seemed that Spike caught on quick. It was Tora who he had to watch out for. The things Tora got them into, it wasn't the other way around. "At least someone whose clever..." Zenko muttered a little bit. He looked around rather lazily. A quaint little village. Nothing really special about them. Of course, Geno had to be loud. It wasn't nice to be so loud when you were guests. Which never worked for their crew, but still. "Shempa, calm down." Zenko couldn't help but pick on Geno a little bit as well. |

Smacking his face Guy could only look at Tora before shaking his head he didn't want to deal with Tora's idioticy just now, so he did the only sane thing possible and just ignored the captain's ramblings. "..."this time the target of the navigator's glare was the poor shipwright who once again started to talk about justice and something about Tora, and Shin being capable of doing the Tora-watch, before dropping his head in shame when he feebly attempted to but failing to defend Tora and his lie. "Hm?"Watching as Tora got infront of Zenko then doing something completely stupid and push Zenko into Guy, Guy's arms reaching out to grab the poor swordman's shoulders picked him up and just as he did that he noticed Tora trying to judo throw Shin into the duo and so had the shipwright been thrown, Guy simply sidestepped with Zenko in hand before plonking the man back onto his feet before carrying on walking following the group into the village, most likely leaving Shin to the fates of gravity..and whatever seemed to stop the poor shipwright's flight "The rainbow light tribe.."as the navigator walked he was trying to think of the last time he was here, and pondered about if he had met this tribe before..but seeing as though all the tribes here moved from time to time he wasn't completely sure Edited by Naruto667, Oct 3 2014, 09:09 AM.

"Rainbow Light Tribe? What a joyous name! It just lacks a bit of 'omph'. Maybe... Rainbow Justice's Light tribe? No, Rainbow Light's Tribe of Justice? Perhaps Tribe of..." Shin mumbled to himself as he walked on as he pointlessly tried to figure out the best way of incorporating Justice into the name of the tribe. Stroking his non-existent beard to increase his brain power, he quickly came to the conclusion that the entire name of tribe had to be rewritten so it could honour the name of Justice instead. Lost in thought, Shin did not notice Tora's ill intentions until he was already flying through the air, his fingers still stroking his imaginary beard. his eyes narrowing mid-air as he saw Tora's figure stroll towards Geno-Shempa. He flipped around mid-air in order to land gracefully on his feet, but he got cocky and decided to do an amazing triple flip act. Failing due to a lack of space between the ground and his body, he landed on his back with a thud. He lay there for a few moments before he got up casually, walking up to the group as if nothing had happened. |

[Moving this along a bit] Hey!! Why had Guy caught Zenko? Tora kicked the ground childishly upset as Guy simply sidestepped the Shin rocket Tora had thrown at them. Tche!! Not cool!! The captain was about to say something until he heard Geno speak up. Why was she denying the name Tora had chosen to give her? Did she not get how honored she was ought to feel? Shempa... The name of Legends. Tora's arms folded as he continued following Spike while he tried to explain to Geno just exactly how powerful of a name Shempa was. Unfortunately he lacked examples. He was going to have to ask Shempa about those to. Luckily they had arrived at the tribe elders tent and -in a move very unlike Tora- the captain stopped walking and patiently awaited as Spike entered and made sure if was okay for them to enter. "Manners guys. We're guests in this place!! I want you all at your best behavior!! That includes you Pai and Nola!! Always making trouble... Awawa.... And Zenko, don't go breaking stuff and making unreasonable demands. None of that!! Also Guy!!" Ah no wait. He still wasn't in the clear with Guy. "Keep up the good work. Ossu. She-" Before Tora could speak up to Geno and Shin he noticed Spike give him the signal it was okay to enter. The captain turned to his crew once more, squinted, brought his fingers up to his eyes, pointed at them before slowly moving them over to his crew members and returning them back to his eyes. He was watching them.... They were going to have to behave!! Unfortunately the moment Tora stepped inside he kicked over a teapot causing it to spill it's content. Instantly the captains lips sucked inwards as he slowly glanced over at the group of Spike, two other guys who he had actually seen before and an older man. "Z-Z-Zheno d-d-did it" Tora spoke guiltily as he raised his finger to point at Zenko, Geno and Shin. The elder burst out in laughter upon hearing the words. What a spirited young man!! So this was one of the pirates huh? "Grohohohoho!! Welcome to the Rainbow Light Tribe, I am the tribe elder, Shempa" "Awa?!? Ah your the legendary Shempa?!? I'm Tazuki D. Tora. The man who will become the Pirate King. Ah no I meant. Tazuki Tora. I should never tell people about the D. thing according to my sister. Forget about that. It's just Tora. Ossu!!" "I don't think we're the ones you have to worry about, Tora...." Shin answered truthfully in response to Tora telling them to behave when they met the tribe elder. He knew that Tora might not understand what Shin meant, but telling Tora that he was always the one causing trouble would fall on deaf ears. They had all gone down that route before, and they all knew how fruitless it was to do so. And just as Shin, and very likely everyone else in the crew, had predicted, Tora managed to break something in the first seconds of him entering the hut of the tribe elder. Shin opened his mouth to speak up, but no words that he had not already said to Tora a thousand times came to mind. Instead he just sighed shaking his head and looking down on the floor shamefully. "I wonder how many times Tora was dropped on his head as a kid..." He mused loudly enough for everyone to hear. If he had to take a guess, he would have to say that Tora probably spent more time on his head than on his feet as a kid. It was the only explanation. It was simply impossible to be born so stupid. Wait a second. Hold your horses. Calm yourself. Impossible? That was not a word that should be in the dictionary of someone like Shin. He was Justice embodied in the form of a manly human who could transform into a lion. Nothing was impossible! Not even Tora's stupidity! He had to make up for even thinking of that word! "NOTHING'S IMPOSSIBLE! DON'T GIVE UP TORA, I KNOW YOU CAN BE EVEN DUMBER! HERE, BREAK THIS!!" He shouted out loud, breaking into action by grabbing a vase--boy this tribe elder had some breakable stuff--and holding it up for Tora to break. Edited by Shodan, Feb 1 2015, 04:36 AM.

Looking at Tora who had tossed both Zenko and then Shin at Guy, the navigator could only shake his head in annoyance...but it wasn't anything new it was simply Tora being Tora, and then he did something unexpected and actually waited for the ok to enter, however just moments are entering the camp he was back to normal when he knocked down a teapot spilling the contents onto the floor, then promptly blamed it on Zenko. "Heh...and I thought for that one second Tora had magically became normal"Guy started to say before he saw Shin the shipwright yelling about something-Guy hadn't been paying attention at all since he was looking at Tora trying to mentally make him behave like a normal person- However when the navigator looked up to see what Shin was on about the man simply smacked his forehead and then walked to the side of Shin before simply removing the vase from the man's grasp skilfully timing it so that by the time Tora tried to break it, it was already in safe hands with only emptiness for Tora to "break" |

Their was that D. Geno couldn't quite place what the D was. She scratched her head trying to think about Tora's D. Did anyone else in the Red Caps have a D? She knew she didn't have a D... Any of her male companions could have one... Any... Even... "Zenko's D...." The woman said without even thinking. She bet Zenko had a D. Probably a better D than Tora! She could see it now... Zenko D... Lastname. "I wanna see Zenko with a D." It seemed she just kept repeating herself now, not fully comprehending what she herself was saying. Kubomacho looked at Geno in bewilderment. What the heck was she talking about Zenko's.... Nevermind. He was learning to completely ignore Geno at this point with her strange addiction to Zenko. Now with all this talk of his- Time for a new subject. |
