You know.... It was starting to become a pattern. As the captain dangled upside down at the side of the ship he stared at the ocean rushing by underneath him. For some reason this was the third time in the last week that Tora had been thrown overboard by Guy. Folding his arms the captain scrunched his nose. It was becoming a bit of a problem. He was ought to have a talk with Guy about his aggression towards the captain!! It wasn't healthy anymore!! The captain was about to comment on it when he heard some commotion up on the deck. Not much later Shin was dangling alongside of Tora. The young pirate sucked in his lips as he stared at the shipwright. Even Shin? The embodiment of patience and easygoing-ness had fallen victim to Guy's unreasonable fury?

"Ne Shin.... I'm starting to think that Guy has some serious anger issues. As your Captain I have to tell you, you need to have a serious talk with him man. Maybe your Justice will get trough to him..... I fear he'll walk down the same path of darkness as Zenko...."

That was definitely going to happen if Guy kept up his behaviour like this. The still upside down captain's attention was drawn when he heard Geno and Pai speak up on deck. Where they still on about that? Hadn't Tora and Zenko explained this to them already? Why on earth did nobody in the crew seem to get that Zenko didn't need any more medicine?

"Zenko doesn't need medicine!! He's completely fine, his wounds don't hurt anymore so their healed!! It's like my shoulder!! It doesn't hurt!! Eh... Much.... When I don't use it. But it's healed!! Also I want apple sauce"

It was added casually but sternly. He did. He needed it. He was hungry and Pai was taking to long to prepare food. The captain fell silent for a few seconds as he stared at the horizon still in his upside down position. He probably wasn't going to win this argument... For some reason Geno, Pai and Guy were incredibly insistent on the medicine part. Blinking the captain cocked his head to the side which admittingly looked ridiculous in his current position.

"Awawa?"

Wait what was that on the horizon? Blinking the captain raised his finger to point at the object he saw in the distance. His voice rose up in volume as he called out to the rest of the crew.

"Oooooooi!! Everyone!! I see something in the distance!! An island? It looks like an island!! It's an island!! Awahahahaha!! An island awesome, Ne, Ne!! Apple sauce? Kubo!! Pull me up man!! An isl- AH!! AAAAH SEAWATER IN MY MOUTH!! BLEGH!! PULL ME UP!! NOLA!! PAI!! PAILA!! Eh? Eeeh..... Awawa.... Anyone....? I don't want to be upside down anymore, it's confusing!!"

"Hm, ah don't worry the ropes won't snap, my father taught me the best way to tie ropes"Guy said answering Nola's comment about making sure the ropes were tight all the while hearing Tor talking about him and his..anger, and so leaning over the edge the navigator looking down at the two hanging red caps and spoke calmly

"What was that about me..hmm?"Guy said calmly but when the two looked at his eyes told a different story, it was a look that said choose your words carefully, and then it switched to what Tora had said next

"...Baka that isn't how wounds heal..hmm a island..let's see"Guy muttered hearing Tora yell out about a island and at the same time yelling to be pulled back onto the deck

Well this time Tora had actually said something that was true..and not exagerrated

"Fine"and with that both Shin and Tora were pulled onto the deck once more before he glanced back down then rubbed his face slightly

"That wasn't close to the water now this...is close to the water "As Guy simply pushed Tora over the edge once more still tied to the ropes, only this time he dunked into the water for a brief moment then was pulled back onto the deck again then untied.

"Now that was close to the water...besides I've been sailing longer than you and most of the crew...although I'm not sure about Nola..but still I know alot about managing a ship than you Tora as for the island most likely called Toroa"Guy added before he headed off to the helm after finishing untying Tora and Shin.

"Now I hope we can find some medicine at this island"Guy muttered as he was finally calm and composed once more turning the ship towards the island before heading into the kitchen to get something to drink.

Zenko glared at Tora. That little bastard. Ratting him out without a skipping a heartbeat. The first mate turned to the face the rest of the crew, as he continued lifting his weights. His expression slightly dull.

"Oi. I feel fine! I don't need any medical supplies."

Zenko defended himself, like he always did. His wounds did slightly bother him. Junou did quite some damage, followed by Carter. And of course, the finisher that Tora had done. It had been quite a painful experience. But Zenko couldn't slack.

"O-oi! I don't have demon-powers! Shut up! And I'm not wasting medical supplies! Geno is! I keep telling you, I don't need anything. I feel fine!"

Zenko pinched the cook's ear. Why did people keep referring to him as a demon? Zenko didn't understand it. This was mostly because he never saw himself when fighting, or actually being in his sort of demon-mode.

"No, no Nola! Finish your sentence!"

Zenko picked up on the fact that Nola wanted to defend the first mate. Nola was someone Zenko would get along with just fine. She seemed to know that Zenko wasn't a demon.

"Eh?"

Zenko blinked, looking at the captain. First Tora threw him in front of the lions, only to afterwards throw some distraction for the lions. Zenko didn't know what to think of the captain. The first mate crossed his arms pondering.

"My wounds are healed, Guy! Don't worry!"

Zenko laughed, as he patted Guy on the shoulder, the navigator need not to worry about how wounds healed. Zenko was pretty much fine. He felt great. Sort off... Zenko then turned his attention to the island. His face seemed to light up.

"Aaah! Great!"

The first mate looked delighted. It would be good to have some solid ground under his feet again. That and he could actually get some training done, without people complaining about so-called wounds that needed to 'heal'.

"Nola! Your rhythms are as soothing as t--Guy, what are you doing!?"

Shin yelped out in surprise as Guy suddenly grabbed him, dragged him down to the deck and then threw him over the railings, holding the shipwright upside down by his foot. The stunned shipwright looked down at the sea, which was dangerously close to him, then back up to Guy confused. The navigator had gotten more and more aggressive by the day lately. It probably had to do with Zenko.

Glancing to the side, Shin saw that Tora was in the same position as him. So here they were. Both of them dangling upside down due to the wrath of their navigator. When Tora spoke, Shin was not so certain that the captain was right. Maybe Guy was just having a series of bad days. Maybe Zenko had no influence on the navi...

"..."

After Guy had gotten hold of Shin's foot again after almost dropping the shipwright, Shin knew that Tora was right. Evil was in the navigator's heart, and it had to be purged.

"You're right. I've always thought my presence alone would fill him with good, but I've underestimated the allure of Zenko's dark path once again. I must work harder."

Shin spoke seriously. Being upside down made it hard to sound and be taken serious, but Shin liked to think that he pulled it off. When Geno spoke about medical supplies, Shin sighed. Zenko and Tora had probably gone through all the supplies with their silly attitude about wounds.

"They're not healed! Neither are yours, Tora. You two need to have patience and let your bodies heal. Like I'm doing. It'll only affect your training negatively if you keep up like this, Zenko."

Shin's wounds hadn't been as grievous as theirs thought. A broken bone here and there. He had just kept still and let the wounds heal with the rejuvenating power of his Justice.

"Look, Zenko... I know you're scared that I'll be better than you in your best state, so you keep hurting yourself to have an excuse whenever I show you up. I know."

And that was all he said concerning that matter. No words of encouragement, just a thinly veiled insult. Zenko thrived on insults. Like any other demon, insults only made Zenko stronger and more ferocious. So, in a way, Shin was actually helping Zenko. Also, it was fun.

"You can't just throw your crew mates overboard like that, Guy. We're not a disposable item or Zenko."

Lately, the crew had acted as if Shin was an accomplice of Tora. They had punished and blamed him like they did the captain. It was not fair! He was a beacon of good!

Pai looked over to Nola as she attempted to say something. At first it seemed like the Fishwoman was attempting to correct his statement. A hearty chuckle came from Pai as he folded his arms and shook his head. At the same time is appeared as if Nola had given up on trying to correct Pai. The Molebearpig stood confident, laughing while Zenko attempted to motivate her to finish her comment. "Silly Zenko, its obvious as to why Nola can't finish her statement." The cook spoke with a voice of confidence while Zenko was grabbing at his ear. His body language spoke a different tune as he trembled in fear. "She clearly understands that you are a demon." Pai pulled himself away from Zenko's grip and began to rub his ear. After a few rubs he chuckled again while glancing over at the First Mate. "Honestly, I don't know why you are so embarrassed by that fact Zenko. You don't see me shying away from being a Molebearpig, despite the immense responsibilities that come with it." Pai shot up to his heavy point form before placing his hands on Zenko's shoulders. "Embrace your demon side, only then shall your wounds heal in a matter of seconds! Plus...you'll probably be able to breath fire for something cool like that!"

The Red Cap Cook would have rambled on for a longer amount of time had Tora not called for help. Pai was slow to react however, seeing as he was trying to council Zenko through his identity crisis. By the time he got there Guy had pulled the Captain and Shipwright back to the deck. Pai watched Guy walk over to the helm with a worried look on his face. "Note to self, don't piss off Guy." He thought to himself while standing up and looking out to the horizon. "Mental note saved Pai." His mind responded back in a confirming voice as the Molebearpig nodded. "Well if we're going to be docking on an island soon I'll put dinner on hold. It would be nice to do some wood grilling tonight." Pai said as he made his way into the kitchen and made the arrangements for the crew's meal.

Shempa was able to lift himself up from his bed as Spike took a seat. The three council members all listened to Spike as he described the day he had. Gorshu seemed a little confused at his excitement about finding a strange arrowleaf. "An arrowleaf? Those things are all over the island Spike." Omacha and Shempa remained silent while they waited for him to pull the plant out of his bag. Shempa let out an impressed hum at the sight of the plant while the others looked at it. It was always so fascinating to listen to Spike go on and on about the detail of each plant. While Spike spoke one of the tribesmen poked his head into the hut. He was apart of Gorshu's guard, and it seemed like he wanted to speak about something. "Excuse me for a moment", he said while getting up and out of the hut. At the same time Omacha leaned in to examine the arrowleaf more closely. "You saw this one growing by the coast? That probably explains why it has a salty tast to it. Even so, I did not think arrowleaf could grow that close to the sand." Shempa merely chuckled after Omacha's observation. "Grohoho! Well thats the beauty of nature Omacha. It never ceases to amaze!" When he was handed the cup of tea Shempa nodded and thanked Spike. "Omacha, if what Spike said is true we should trade cups. At your age these herbs should do wonders for your back." Omacha just gave Shempa a blank stare before waving his hand at the elder. "Oi oi...just drink your tea." As the group began to drink the tea Gorshu had returned to the hut. Shempa noticed the concerned look on his face as he lowered the cup of tea. "Is everything okay Gorshu?" The tribe's guard looked at all three men before speaking. "I'm not sure how serious a threat this is yet, but my men have spoted what appears to be a pirate ship coming towards the coast."

As Pai raised the idea of putting dinner on hold, Kubomacho's stomach growled profusely. Dinner.... on hold!?

"Rowr..."

He complained. That was really gonna suck.

Geno snorted out a laugh as Shin was trying to give Guy heck for throwing the shipwright and the captain overboard. Disposable, or Zenko.

"Hey! Why would we throw Zenko overboard!"

The self proclaimed sea princess shouted. She waved her arms about before realising how outspoken about Zenko she was becoming.

"Em... No one should be... Over... Board..."

She tried to save herself.

Geno then nodded in agreement.

"Toroa Island..."

Sounded like an idea. The crew really needed new supplies, and this was the closest island they could stop at. Maybe Guy had intel on it.

"Do you know anything about this island Guy?"

She questioned. If he knew of the folks and civilization on the island, it would be much easier navigating to a village for supplies.

Okay!! Someone was going to have a serious talk with Guy!! Just when the captain had been pulled on board the navigator gave the young pirate a push causing him to tumble over the edge and plummet towards the ocean. The captain ushered a frightened yelp as he neared the azure depth only to bounce back as the rope straightened fully and snapped backwards.

"Ack!! That was really close!! Awahahahahaha!! Okay, you guys can go ahead and pull me back up. Anyone? Penko? Awa... I mean Pai or Zenko actually. Where's my cap by the way? Did it fall in the ocean? Ah no I wasn't wearing it. Apple sauce? Oi Guy!! Stop throwing me overboard man!!"

Guy was definitely on fire or whatever you called it when Zenko's demonic aura flowed into another person and possessed them forcing them to act out heinous acts of violence. He was about to speak once more when he caught Guy's gaze. It rarely happened but Tora decided to listen to that small but present voice inside his head that kept urging the captain to leave Guy alone. Instead, Tora would focus all his energy on other more important matters such as.... Actually he hadn't decided upon what to do yet. The island in the distance still intrigued him. He wanted to go there..... He wanted to know what kind of island it was and what kind of adventures it held.

One his ass got hauled back on board the captain sat on his hands and feet. His eyes cloudy as tears rolled down his cheeks. How he had missed the wooden floor of this ship. Lowering himself the sniffling captain pressed his cheek against the deck and started rubbing his face against it awkwardly.

"I missed you Hopper..... Can you believe it? Guy threw me overboard for something I di-"

No.... No...... Listen to the voice Tora.

"Guy threw me overboard... You'd never do that would you Hopper? Awawa.... You'd never be- No Shin!! Our wounds don't hurt because we've healed. I stopped bleeding you know so it's all better"

Exactly!! Shin was no doctor!! Geno was the doctor on the ship!! Tora would only listen to her judgement about wounds!! And afterwards he'd convince himself that she told him he was fine and that was that. The same went for Zenko. Zenko couldn't be hurt. Zenko was solid, like a brick wall.

"Zenko's fine!! Awawa!! He's durable like a brick wall, here, I'll show you!! BRICK WALL!!"

Tora exclaimed grabbing Zenko by the shoulders and head butting him. The boy's head snapped back upon impact as he stumbled backwards and raised his hands to his forehead. Holy crap that hurt!! See!! Zenko was like a brick wall of sturdiness!! Nothing could hurt the first mate!!

"See Geno?!? Wounded? I just headbutted him and he's completely fine!! Atatatta!! My head.... Zenko what the hell man!!"

God that hurt!! Also....

"Zenko has the powers of the Southern Demon tribe Nola. I know your new so it's going to take some getting used to his strangeness but I assure you that if you get to know him and look past his demonic demeanour he's a really good guy. Also. He isn't into my sister at all. Nobody is. She's my sister. Stay away from her. I'll kick you"

Somehow his attempt to convince Nola turned into a semi-threat towards Zenko as the captain now stared at him seriously raising his fingers to his eyes before pointing them at Zenko and back to his eyes. He was on to him..... Oh he was... Nothing got past the sharpness of Tora's mind. NOTHING!!

"Awawa? Wait no dinner? Oi Pai. As your captain I have to tell y-"

He turned to look at Guy and sucked in his lips to prevent himself from going any further with that line. Stupid Guy with his stupid habit of tossing him overboard. He scooted away until he was on the other side of the deck before he continued his sentence.

"As I was saying. As your captain I have to tell you, you should really be making us dinner after all. I want apple sauce. I'm hungr- Wait did you say Fire Breath.....?"

Eyes lit up in bliss as Tora slowly and expectantly turned towards Zenko. Fire Breath......? That was freaking awesome!! Was there anything his first mate couldn't do? Tora had made the best call ever hadn't he?

"Ne Zenko~~ Show me your fire breath~~ Here..... I'LL TOSS THIS UP IN THE AIR AND YOU SET IT ON FIRE!!!"

Tora exclaimed picking up his own rocking chair and hurling it overboard. The moment his fingers let go of the item the captain became pale, he reached out to it sadly as it flew trough the air. Nooooooooooooooooo!! Zenko what the hell!! Why?!? His lovable rocking chair hadn't done anything wrong!!

"NOOOO MY CHAIR!! MISTER ROCKSWORTH COME BACK!! Can anyone get my chair...? It fell of the ship"

Turning to the rest of the crew he raised his hand apologetically staring at them somewhat guiltily. He knew he messed up, he just couldn't acknowledge it. The captain shoved his hands into his pockets and shoved his feet about mumbling something about being sorry and if someone would please get his chair once more before he realized something.

"Awawa? Wait Toroa? Ahahahawawa!! That island's named after me!! Because I'm Tora!! It's named Toroa!! Get it? Toro-a!! Take the o away and you get Troa!! If you put the O after the R in front of it you get Tora!! I'm becoming really famous aren't I? Awahahaha!!"

These moments seemed to be a frequent thing aboard the ship. Nola called them "Crazy Flares". Every so often someone aboard the crew, usually Tora, would say or do something to instigate a situation. From there another member of the crew, usually Pai, would then say or do something that would only make matters worse. A small flare would only involve Tora, Pai, Kubo, and on certain occasions Shin. The seriously bad flares involve pretty much everyone in the crew. Nola had so far been able to avoid getting caught in these moments, but that meant she often watched from the sideline. Today was a particularly large flare, possibly the biggest Nola had seen. She sat against the rail and watched everything that was happening all at once. Guy had tied Tora and Shin to ropes and hung them overboard. Pai was trying to convince Zenko he was an actual demon, and giving him superpowers in the process. Zenko was reaching out to Nola in an attempt to get another voice of reason. She would have helped, but that would mean getting caught up in the flare. Poor Geno, she seemed to be trying to look out for Zenko's well-being. Instead he was being as stubborn as the others and stating his injuries were all healed. Nola was far from being a doctor and even she knew he was not at one hundred percent.

"You should all really be listening to Geno. Considering she is the doctor and you all seem rather....birdbrained compared to her when it comes to medicine."

Nola's comment seemed to be ignored for the most part though. Tora had picked up on Pai's demon comment. He was now rambling on about some southern demon tribe. Nola gave the group a blank stare then shook her head. The Crazy Flare reached its peak as Tora wanted to see Zenko breath fire by tossing his chair overboard. She simply stared at the chair with a dull look, watching it flip in the air and then into the sea. The same time it splashed Tora had realized what he had done. She looked over to the rest of the crew and tilted her head in confusion.

"Was he tossing so many things overboard before I joined, or is he merely doing it now that there is a Fishwoman aboard his ship?"

While Nola asked her question Tora had spotted the island. She had heard of Toroa before, and despite what he had hoped the island wasn't named after Tora. Nola did not know much about the island though. She had assumed that since their medical supplies were out Guy would dock the ship either way. Standing up she prepared to get off the Wave Hopper and onto solid land for the first time in a few days.

Guy just looked at Tora as he ranted and raved about different things and got close to being smacked on the head with his pistol had he carried on with that line of hought involving Guy, that was until he made up some random crap about Zenko having the powers of the southern demon tribe

"...Tora..wait what?"the navigator said as it suddenly changed into a warning to Zenko to stay away from his sister..what the hell they were by now far away from the island in question who was he warning Zenko now...for like the tenth time now

"I think he get's the point Tora..anyway..."he was about to carry on when Geno asked him a question about the island...well he had only been here once but it was a rather quick visit so he didn't really know much about it only there was one tribe he met

"Ah..well there's no city to speak of..hmm most of the island I reckon is grassy plains, the only problem I can see is finding anybody on the island since the last time I was here we saw only one group of nomads.."Guy answered pausing slightly before he carried on speaking

"But the last time I was on the island it was years ago so the island might have changed since then"Guy added not mentioning the fact the island had some really strange creature on the island...and soon after that he heard Nola ask if Tora tossing things overboard was something new because she was there or if he had been doing it before she joined.

As Guy walked past Nola heading towards Tora she would hear Guy's voice in her mind, like a whisper

"He's been doing that before you joined...it was the sole reason why we stopped off at Sunnysmile island in the first place" and when Guy reached Tora the man delivered a swift knock on the back of the head

"Baka stop throwing things overboard or I'll be forced to nail everything down so you can't throw them overboard"Guy said looking at the moronic captain before he sighed and headed back to the helm as they were getting close to the island the ship needed a slightly adjustment otherwise they might run aground.

Spike smiled as Omacha hypothesized about the taste of the plant being related to it's growing near the coast. He had come to the same conclusion, and it filled him with joy to hear his deduction validated without even having to mention it. His smile widened as Shempa reminded Omacha of the beauty of nature, but soon broke as Spike descended into a short fit of laughter when Shempa suggested he and Omacha trade cups. That passed quickly enough, and Spike was once again back on the subject of the arrowleaf. "I had been thinking the same thing, Omacha. If it's possible, I would like to borrow a few--- Shempa? What is it?"

Spike had seen the look on Shempa's face as the tribal elder noticed Gorshu re-enter the hut. He kept quiet as the youngest councilor reported on the ship heading for the island. Pirates? Here? But there's not even a town on this island. What could they want? A million different thoughts flew through Spike's mind as he sat and sipped his tea, his outward appearance calm while his mind raged in a torrent of mixed emotions. After a short bout of internal debate, Spike finished his cup of tea in one large swig and stood up, a much more serious look on his face. "I'm guessing we'll want to see what they're doing here. Hopefully they're just lost and they'll leave when they don't see any signs of civilization. Whether that's the case or not, though, I want to be in the scouting party. If they start causing trouble, I want to be there to end it."

The first mate stared blankly at Shin. He was a shipwright, not a doctor. He didn't know how bodies worked. Apparently Tora and Zenko were the only ones who knew how a body properly healed. Okay, Zenko had a bit of doubt about this as it was Tora and knowing something... But Zenko felt just fine.

"I could beat your ass right here and now..."

The first mate responded disgruntled. The nerve of that shitwright, thinking he could take on Zenko. Of course, Shin had a tendency to push Zenko's buttons. When the shipwright compared Zenko to disposable items. The first mate would just wait on his opportunity.

"NOLA CLEARLY UNDERSTANDS I AM NOT A DEMON! I DON'T NEED TO HEAL MY WOUNDS, THEY ARE FINE! I AM NOT A DEMON! DON'T MAKE ME CU-huh?"

Zenko started to angrily rant at Pai, but the moment Tora took a hold of Zenko's shoulders and smashed their heads against each other, Zenko's head snapped backwards. The First mate was quiet for a brief moment. This was mostly because he was dizzy from Tora's headbutt.

"Not a demon... Pai.... Fishwoman... Nola... Molebearpig... Shin... Shitwright... Shitwright... Shitwright..."

Despite having some things get messed up for a brief moment in his head, Zenko never failed to get confused about insulting Shin. Zenko stood around wobbly for a few more seconds as Tora started ranting to him about his fire breath. His head finally cleared up, in time that Zenko could see Tora throw the the rocking chair. Zenko briefly fell quiet, before he walked over to Tora. He tied the rope back onto his anckle, before he picked up the captain.

"Shin. As you failed to stop Tora from throwing a rocking chair off the ship."

Zenko hurled Tora after the chair, before the turned to look at the Shipwright.

"You get another week of Tora-watch."

If Zenko was in any way demonic, it wasn't because of his anger, his strength, nor his endurance. It was that he assigned people to Tora-watch. Even the devil himself wasn't that vile to do something like that.

"Anyway Nola, Shin gets us in trouble because he doesn't pay attention to Tora, while he was assigned to. This ends up with Tora throwing things off the boat. It's all Shin's fault."

The first mate explained, if they had to be angry with anyone, it had to be Shin. The first mate then turned to Guy.

"Alright, then you should some places where we can get some supplies."

The often cheerful and relaxed Shempa showed a rare display of worry. A Pirate ship was spotted coming to the island, that could be bad. The island's track record with outsiders had not been so wonderful lately. While they were not pirates, the loggers that had previously came to Toroa had caused quite the mess. Shempa did not believe that a group of pirates would do as much damage to the forest as the loggers. However, harm to nature could easily be replaced with that of the lives of his tribe or another. The village elder rubbed his chin while letting out a sigh. Omacha noticed the worry that Shempa was displaying as he stood up. "It could be nothing, perhaps they are merely looking for a place to dock for the night." Gorshu turned his attention to his fellow council member, a huff being his initial response to the idea. "Or they could be looking to loot anyone they can find on this island. You should never assume the best with a pirate ship Omacha." Before Omacha had a chance to argue Shempa had raised his hand to stop the two. "It could very easily be an uninformed crew looking for a town. However it could also be a group looking to cause trouble. After what we all went through with the loggers, its better to side with caution." Once Shempa had spoken Spike had volunteered to go scout these incoming pirates. Gorshu gave him a smirk and nod, happy to have him coming along.

Shempa looked over at the two and merely nodded towards them. "Very well, but Gorshu...this is only a scouting mission for now." The village elder spoke in a surprisingly stern voice, one that Gorshu abidded to completely. "Examine what these pirates are doing and nothing else. Only if you think they present a risk should you attack." Gorshu stood firm, agreeing to Shempa's orders before motioning Spike to follow. A few moments later Gorshu and Spike were making their way through the forest with three of the tribe's guardsmen following. With the information his scout had obtained Gorshu knew exactly where to go to scout the Red Caps' inevitable docking location. "I know Shempa would not like it." Gorshu said to Spike quietly as the trekked through the plantlife. "But hopefully these Pirates are here to cause some trouble. I didn't get a chance to fight those tough loggers like you did and I've been itching for a challenge." A few minutes later the group would reach the edge of the forest, where the beach sand began. From their hiding spot they could carefully examine this strange crew without being detected.
-----------------------------------------

"Birdbrained?!", Pai shouted towars Nola who still didn't get the big picture. Turning his attention away from Zenko for a moment and pointing towards Nola the Red Cap Cook shook his head. "How could any of us be bird brained if there are no birds among the crew?" Pai pointed around to Tora, Geno, and Guy. "The majority of the crew is clearly human." His index finger retreated into a fist while a thumb pointed at Zenko. "Zenko is from the Southern Demon Tribe, the ones that breath fire but can't fly. That is the Southeastern Demon Tribe." From there he pointed over at Kubomacho, looking a little confused before a smile grew. "Kubo over there is obviously an ostrich. Cody is a Molebear, they are cousins of us Molebearpigs. As for Shin..." The Molebearpig said in a voice of conidence while pointing to Shin. "Shin is whats known as a Justice Lion! Such a rare and majestic species! We all shall be blessed for our next four lifetimes by simply being in his presence." Before Pai could continue his all important lecture Zenko had snaped at him. The longer the First Mate shouted the wider Pai's eye grew while his lips folded into his mouth out of fear. Just as Zenko was getting to the scariest part of his rant Tora had come and save the day with a headbutt.

Pai began to cheer for his Captain's intervention when he watched Tora grab a chair. "Oi oi...what are you doing Toraaahhhh!!!!" Pai shouted while watching Tora hurl another chair into the sea. The initial shock vanished in less than a second for the Cook, who watched Tora's realization with a blank stare. "You should have saw that coming Tora. Zenko is in denial about his demon heritage. How can he use the most basic of demon skills when he is unwilling to embrace his culture?" The Cook merely shook his head before walking towards the kitchen. "I'd go and fish Rocksworth out for you Tora....but then you wouldn't learn anything." Before stepping into the kitchen Pai turned his attention towards Guy. "Whatever this island is, let me know when he reach the shore so I can get dinner ready." With that Pai went back into his kitchen, taking his time to prepare the meal while Guy sailed the Hopper towards Toroa.

Shin watched on passively as Tora decided to prove that both he and Zenko were fine by headbutting the first mate, the shipwright cringing slightly as their heads collided. That had to have hurt. Shin flashed Zenko a mocking grin as the first mate responded to his insult by calling him a shiwright, as usual. Shin did not know why or when the rivalry had started, but he just knew he could not let himself lose to the first mate. For some reason.

"I'll save your chair!"

Shin shouted heroically as Tora realized it was a mistake to throw the rocking chair overboard. Shin prepared himself to jump down the railing and into the sea when he felt a sudden chill down his spine. He turned towards Zenko slowly, not even noticing that Zenko had thrown Tora after the rocking chair. Another week of... Tora-watch? No! Shin would have to sweet talk Zenko somehow, convince the first mate that the other members of the crew were a better choice.

"But, Zenko, my good friend and expert user of swords, it would be a waste of my powers to give me Tora-watch! Give it to Geno or Guy! No, wait, none of them have the necessary charisma to keep Tora in check... Nola is new, so we can't throw her to the lions like that. Pai is busy being our cook and practicing the arts of Justice. You... You would just corrupt him..."

And just like that, Shin had somehow managed to insult everyone but Nola and Pai. Tora-watch was a job tougher than most, but if anyone was up for the task, it was Shin! Only he had the proper skill set to take care of someone like Tora!

"I will do i-ugh!"

And just then Tora slammed into Shin, the shipwright flying to the side and almost falling overboard. He, through sheer luck, managed to maneuver himself so he landed on the deck. Shin looked at Tora flying through the air for a moment before he turned to Zenko.

"I don't want to watch him anyway, he always jumps into the sea..."

Gone was all the bravado and energy from before. The sight of Tora once again doing something stupid had drained it all right out of Shin. Never mind that Zenko had been the one to throw Tora.

Why was Nola teaming up with Geno? Was this something they all did? Fish sticks? Tora wasn't exactly sure but he wasn't a fan of it.... He had noticed it a while ago but Geno and Nola had something in common. He wasn't exactly sure but he had realized it when he had thought back to all the encounters he had with bossy people. They had all been of Nola and Geno's kind. Fishsticks... Right? No wait.... Carter was also a Fish... Something... Was it stick actually? Tora wasn't sure. It didn't feel right..... But then what was it? Wait why did it even matter? The point was he didn't like Nola banding with Geno. At least not when it was in his disadvantage.

"Oi Nola, Geno, as your Capt- What are you doing Zenko?"

Oh he was tying a rope around his ankles. The Captain blinked once before folding his arms. Was Zenko going to toss him overboard? That Demon Swordsman.... Sighing Tora shook his head turning his attention back to Nola.

"Awahahaha. Don't worry Nola. I've been throwing things overboard since before you joined our crew. Ah no!! Zenko you fiend, you tricked me into saying that!! I've never done it before!! It's Painggggggg"

Sucking in his lips he turned to look at Guy. Oh crap!! Guy was still dangerous as could be when it came to blaming Pai!! For some reason he didn't take kindly to it.... Almost as if Tora wasn't telling the truth, how crazy was that?

"Paingo's fault. Yeah. Paingo. You don't know him but he's bad news. Please don't dip me in the ocean Guy...."

While he spoke he was lifted into the air and not much later Tora found himself accompanying the side of the Wave Hopper again. He sighed patting the wood. It was nice to have a change of perspective. Zenko had hurled him of the right side instead of the usual left side. How conciderate!! Sometimes even Zenko could surprise the Captain.

It didn't take long before the Wave Hopper finally reached the shore. Now anchored the ship rocked peacefully in the waves while the crew had disembarked. Tora -finally freed from his constraints- stretched out, his toes curling in the warm sand underneath his feet. He loved the feeling of land after some time on sea!! Sure, nothing beat the Wave Hopper's deck but the land was always a welcome second!!

"It's been a while since I've set foot on an island!! Awahahaha!! This beach is beautiful!! Isn't it the perfect place to set up camp guys? Let's have a party tonight!!"

As usual, he was up for one.

============ Somewhere in the Grand Line ============

While the Red Caps took it easy for a change and old acquaintance of them was tabbing his thick fingers ons a table somewhat nervously. The hulking mass of muscle sat observing papers in front of him. The scars across his chest and grizzled face a memento of his fight with the Red Caps. None other then Callan Selks himself inspected the documents stalled out in front of him. This was bad...... He never would have guessed that the Red Caps would become such an issue. They had been nothing but a no-name crew.... To beat him and the Flashy Aces had been one thing but..... Sharx Reign?

"Purupurupuru"

The Den Den Mushi at his side rang loudly drawing Selks attention. His hand rose up to raise the horn and bring it up to his ear. His eyes were still glued to the documents but finally broke their fixed gaze when he looked out the window as he pressed the horn against his ear fully.

"Selks"

The voice send a shiver down the large man's spine. The air became strangely tense, a man of Selks calibre growing nervous almost instantly at the knowledge of who he was speaking to. He had known that with Sharx Reign's defeat it was only a matter of time before he'd get a call.

"Yes, Leader?"

"I believe you already know why I am calling, Selks. The Red Caps have been causing to much problems lately. Initially their actions were easy to overlook. Fortran Kingdom put no great dent in our plans and could easily be overlooked but the fall of Sharx Reign... Their actions on Sunnysmile put the organization at a disadvantage. Our agreement with those idiotic fishmen was incredibly valuable. The Marine vessels they took down wand the trade routes they opened up to us were crucial for the control of West Blue.... Thanks to them we have lost a valuable asset"

The line crackled statically for a second before it smoothed out again. Selks brought his thick fingers up to the bridge of his nose as he gave a single nod. He knew all of this damn well.....

"I know, Leader. The Red Caps have become a problem we need to deal with swiftly... I have assembled a new, stronger group of Flashy Aces, I wi-"

"No... There is no longer any need for your involvement with the Red Caps, Selks"

"What?!?"

The pressure on the Den Den Mushi increased when Selks raised his voice unintentionally. The loss at the hands of the Red Caps had been heavy on his pride and he had been dying to take revenge. To have that opportunity arise only to have it stripped away again, fearful as he was he at least demanded an explanation!!

"Why? You just said it yourself, the Red Caps need to be dealt with!! We can't allow them to run around any longer. Why can't I g-"

"Trinity..."

The words silenced Selks, his eyes widening. Trinity....

"Eh what are you on about with paingo Tora?"Guy asked looking at the captain in question, before he shook his head as the ship finally reached the island and the anchor had dropped to the seafloor, and so he hopped over the edge his feet landing on the sand of the beach before he walked further onto the beachand looked around.

"Ah nothing much had changed since the last time I came here"Guy muttered as he looked around the beach, he had some idea that if there were any nomads around it would be further into the island..but who knows maybe there's a group that's close by..but that might not be true this time around.

"Hm?"as Guy turned to look at Tora the captain would feel that all so common feeling closing around the kid like he had done something really...really stupid, that was until he spoke to Tora

"Yeah let's camp here for tonight..and Tora it's going to be a short party no ifs or buts about it"and like that Guy had layed down the law of Tora's party which mode of the time took what felt like forever to end, and this time he was determined to make sure Guy had at least a long time to sleep afterwards, after all how could he navigate the ship properly if he was tired.

Much thanks and appreciation to those who helped create and flourish the original One Piece Role Playing Game, located here: http://s1.zetaboards.com/One_Piece_RP/index/. It is a fantastic game which, obviously, we have based ours on in the most unobtrusive way possible, with any and all connections and correlations between our sites being nothing more than paid homage and the acceptance of excellent, well-considered ideas. While we here at NA have put a lot of effort into writing up the information for this game, a fair portion of it was borrowed and adapted from the aforementioned game, and so we here can't thank them enough for their hard work, and hope that anyone who ventures into this game checks their's out as well, assuming they have not already. They're a good bunch over there and deserve all the respect in the world for their ventures and creativity.
