The Bliss Kingdom, easily the most impressive kingdoms in all of South Blue. In fact it was possibly one of the most prestigious kingdoms in all the blues. The only exception being the holy land Mariejos. Not far from the coast of this island was a massive ship. Easily the size of a Marine battleship, but much more elegant than what the Marines used. Gold trimming stretch across the whole ship. At the front was a huge golden figure head of a dragon. Numerous sails used the wind to carry the large ship. On each on was the insignia of the World Government. Aboard the deck were the deckhands completing their tasks. Among them were numerous men dressed in black suits wearing sunglasses. A security team of some sort, meant to protect the people aboard the ship. One would assume that a ship of this size would have many passengers on board. They would be however quickly learn that this was not the cause. The large number of deckhands and security were there for a single family. This was the Holy Dragon, a ship belonging to one of the Tenryuubito families. While the staff was busy keeping the ship safe and moving, the Tenryuubito were relaxing below deck. The private quarters for them would seem absurd to the average person. An entire floor of the ship was made for four people. No one was allowed on this floor unless they were granted permission by the Tenryuubito. The entire floor was a tiled with ivory. Pillars of the same material were built along the walls. Three doorways lead to private bedrooms, all as elegant as the main room. In the main room the four Tenryuubito were sitting in lavish chairs. Slaves owned by the family bringing them whatever they demanded, often before they had to say a word. In the corner of the main room, sitting next to a fire of all things, was was one of the Tenryuubito family members. Much like the rest of her family, she wore large white robes that almost looked like a space suit. Her head was encased in a bubble, pumping in oxygen so that she did not have to breath the same air as the commoners. Much like the rest of her family, her brown hair was standing up and curling at the end. Unlike the rest of her family she wore a deep purple veil that covered the lower half of her face. A pair of pitch black glasses covered her eyes. Her face intentionally hidden from view. It was an order from her father, as he did not want commoners to see his daughters face. This daughter was Senna, the youngest child of the family. While looking at the fireplace Senna let out a loud sigh. "Honestly Father, why must we go to the Bliss Kingdom? There has to be better uses of our time. Such as avoiding the common people all together." Senna said in an annoyed tone while pointing at the fire place. One of the slaves standing by it immediately jumped into action and placed another log on the flame. Senna meanwhile looked at her father. Her look matching the tone in her voice. |

The other Tenryuubito sitting in the luxurious private quarters were less bored than Senna. Sitting in the corner opposite of Senna was her mother, Luana. Much like Senna her black hair was curled to raise upward. She wore a veil as well, though it was much thinner than Senna's. When Luana heard the complaints of her daughter she little out a small chuckle. Much like the settings that laugh even sounded stuff and elite. "You know how your father is Senna. We must always set an example." The sarcasm was heavy in her voice as she pointed to a bookshelf close by. One of the slaves quickly scrambled over to grab a book and bring it back to her. Seeing the book presented to her brought a scowl to Luana's face. "I finished this book two days ago you fool! Bring me another!" She shouted at the slave before tossing the book at his face. The young man fell backwards before scrambling to get back up and find another one. Towards the back the large room more laughter could be heard. Sitting in a leather chair while using one of the slaves as a foot rest was the son of the family, Joachim. Like his mother he had black hair in the same style as the others. Unlike the other Tenryuubito Joachim seemed to be on the chubbier side. His white robes looking more snug on him than the others. "Leave it to Senna to be complaining about leaving Mariejos, Guhuhu!" While Joachim was laughing at his sister the slave his feet were resting on slipped and fell down. As he lifted his head the slave saw Joachim looking down at him with anger. A snap of his finger brought a man in a black suit over. He proceed to drag the slave away while another came running over. Getting down on his hands and knees the slave waited for Joachim to place his feet back up. "Maybe instead of making a big fuss about going on these trips you should enjoy them. Afterall, wherever we go its guarenteed we'll get the best! Even if its a kingdom they have to wait on our every whim." While Joachim started to laugh again a groan escaped the man sitting at the center of the room. Sitting in the largest chair while facing the fire place he had salt and pepper hair in the same fashion as the others. A thick beard of the same color was on his face. This man was Amedeo, father of Senna and head of the family. "We were invited to the Bliss Kingdom for their annual event Senna. "As Tenryuubito, it is our duty to represent the purity of the World Government." Amedeo stood up from his chair, staring at his daughter for a moment. "In you is the blood of the founders. A history that has shaped the world to its current glory." He proceeded to point at the slaves in the room while looking stoically at Senna. "These lowly beings should be grateful that they even get to be in your presence." Walking towards the fireplace the elder Tenryuubito placed his arms behind his back. "By attending this event we are giving it our support. In doing so we are showing the world what is to be considered proper. That being said, I expect you to attend this even young lady. You shall not spend the entire trip locked in your room to avoid being social, do you understand?" |

Senna's boredom seemed to get a response out of her entire family. Looking over at her mother Senna couldn't help but smile. This constant need to go and "represent" the world government was annoying. It had more to do with Amedeo's ego than anything else. Senna's smile quickly vanished however, when her mother yelled at the slave. She turned her head away and frowned. Treating someone like that just because they grabbed the wrong book? She could not understand it, but that had been the case for as long as she could remember. While looking at the fireplace Senna heard more laughing. It was coming from her brother Joachim. Her look was one of annoyance, she was not found of her brother at all. "Leave it Joachim to find any excuse to stuff his fat face." She said in a cold tone while glaring at him. The tension in the room grew as she spoke. Joachim was going on about the treatment they would receive. Senna couldn't care less about that. For Joachim and Luana, there was no such thing as being pampered too much. All Senna wanted to do was stay home and continue her practice. "Joachim the amount of "whims" you expect, it amazes me that you even remember how to breath on your own." Senna was planning to continue her insults, but stopped when she heard her father. Whenever Amedeo was about to speak, the room went quiet. His position had demanded as such, even from his rebellious daughter. As Senna expected he went into a full speech. Senna could lip sync her father's speech at this point. It was always about the pride of being a Tenryuubito and the responsibilities that came with it. She knew what reaction her father was expecting. Senna was suppose to be in awe of his speech. She was to be proud of her title and act like the rest of the family. Instead, Senna rolled her eyes and stood up. She began walking towards a door leading to her room. "Rauja! Come stand guard for me this instant!" Senna barked at one of the slaves while walking away from her family. Once she opened the door to her room it lead to a small hallway. At the end of the hallway was another door. Inside that door was a bubble layer, separating the room's air from the rest of the ship. Once she was inside Rauja was to close the door and keep guard. Inside her room Senna took off the bubble around her head. Looking at Rauja her serious look was gone. Making a pouting face she fell backwards onto her bed. "Buuuuu! Rauja! This trip is sooooo boring!!" |

Standing at the back of the room, between two of the doorways, was Rauja. He was a tall man with short purple hair. Tied to the belt on his black pants was a sheathed rapier. Aside from a black leather coat he was shirtless. His tan skin displayed a numer of scars across his body. Around his neck was a thick metal collar, a red light on the side blinking from time to time.At the center of his chest was a branding scar, the hoof of the soaring dragon. It was mark that was placed on all the slaves aboard this ship. It meant they belonged to the Tenryuubito, that they were their property. Rauja stood in his position of the room, keeping a straight face the entire time. He quietly watched as the family bickered among one another. Senna, as always, being the most vocal about not wanting to travel. When she ordered him to follow her the slave simply nodded. After Senna walked through the doorway Rauja followed behind her. While she entered the bubbled room Rauja came to a stop. He calmly tapped his foot on the floor while looking at the ceiling. "Three, two, and one." Rauja quickly spun around, unsheathing his sword and pointingit at the doorway. "Don't think you can walk away from me after that insult Sen-!!" Joachim shouted while tossing the door open, only to see a blade pointed his way. Rauja stood there, giving the same serious expression to Joachim. "My apologies Saint Joachim-sama. However, Saint Senna-sama has ordered me to prevent anyone from entering her room. No matter what their standing may be." A vein furiously pulsed in Joachim's forehead. This slave had the nerve to stand up to a Tenryuubito? "Father! Rauja is pointing a blade at me!" Amedeo looked away from the fireplace, confused for a moment. "Is he following Senna's orders? If not then just shoot him!" Joachim looked annoyed as he turned to face Rauja. "He is doing what Senna told him to do." Joachim mumbled while glaring at Rauja. "Well then leave him be Joachim. Rauja is Senna's property after all. Just leave your sister alone, you know how grumpy she gets on these trips." Looking at Rauja with rage Joachim turned around, slamming the door shut in the process. Rauja let out a sigh before sheathing his rapier. Turning around he walked through the bubble and into Senna's room. Once he was inside he sweatdropped at the impending tantrum Senna was about to throw. "Oi oi...you do this everytime we go to a new island Senna." Looking at the young Tenryuubito Rauja leaned against the wall while folding his arms. "Besides, the Bliss Kingdom is actually a nice place. There is not much in terms of dangerous things and the city around the kingdom is filled with some of the best businesses in all of South Blue. I'm sure you'll have fun." |

Senna giggled from her bed when the door opened. This wasn't the first time Rauja pointed his sword at Joachim. One would assume he would learn. She could hear her father from her room. The comment about shooting Rauja greatly angered her. Rauja had to put up with so much from Senna's family. It was expected to an extent, as he was the family's slave. However, things got worse when Senna had made him her personal slave. It was all a lie of course. The truth was Senna had grown interested in learning certain skills from Rauja. Before he was caught Rauja was a medic for a pirate crew. On top of being a skilled doctor, he knew how to fight as well. Amedeo had allowed Rauja to keep his weapon in order to be a body guard for the family. As long as the bomb collar remained attached to his neck, Amedeo was not that worried. Senna found all this knowledge fascinating. She convinced her parents to let him become her "personal slave" so he could be her teacher. In return Rauja did not have to endure the kind of abuse the other slaves went through. In actuality Senna looked up to Rauja more like a brother than she did Joachim. She knew Rauja was going to be in trouble now though. Joachim did not like being shown up like that. He would make sure Rauja had a hard time in the Bliss Kingdom. As soon as Senna thought about the Bliss Kingdom, it brought back the pouty face. She didn't want to go there! If her father was excited chances were it was boring. A bunch of snobbish people kissing their boots in hopes of climbing the aristocratic ladder. She would have to wear this annoying suit the whole time. Go where her family would go and act like a spoiled snob for appearance. This was going to be a horrible trip and Senna knew it. When Rauja commented that Senna did this on every trip her expression changed to shock. "What?! I do not you liar!" Senna said while reaching for a pillow and throwing it at Rauja. She was did not act like this all the time. She titled her head back onto the bed. Her mind began to play back all the other trips they went on. The more she thought about it, Rauja was right. Senna soon blushed with embarrassment, never looking away from the ceiling. "On second thought...you may be right. I'm still not apologizing though." Her pouty face quickly returned after that. Crossing her arms Senna spun around, laying her entire body on the bed. She was going to be difficult again. When Rauja said that the Bliss Kingdom was actually nice Senna stopped being pouty. She picked herself up and looked at Rauja. She hoped that by nice, Rauja had actually meant exciting and fun. When he said there was not much in terms of danger she finally broke. The pouty faces were long gone. Instead Senna looked at him with two big wobbly eyes full of tears. "Nothing dangerous?! That means no excitement! Buuuuu! This trip is going to be terrible Rauja!!" With that Senna fell back onto her bed. She looked grumpy now while she crossed her arms tighter. All the sudden Senna's body started to grow. Her body expanded over the bed until she was seven feet in height. Her legs stretching well over the edge of the bed. "If theres no chance for an adventure then I'm not living this ship until we head back! I'm not going to move a single muscle until then.....Buuuuu!" |

As he was smacked with a pillow all Rauja could do was smile. Senna didn't like it when she was called out for her bad behavior. He simply stood there with a smirk, waiting for Senna to react. When she finally admitted to the fact Rauja had to hold back a chuckle. His attempt to calm Senna down though seemed to back fire. This girl, she was so eager to find adventure. How in the world was she a Tenryuubito was beyond Rauja's understanding. It was fun to have an adventurous side, but people needed to know their limits. It was easy at first, when she first wanted to see the world. She would simply tell her parents she wanted to be alone and go to her room. After that she would sneak out the window with Rauja's help and explore the town. Walking among the regular citizens was exciting to her, for a while. That worked for a bit, but eventually Senna wanted more. She wanted to go on real adventures like Rauja had before he was caught. While Senna was much braver than the rest of her family could ever be combined, she was still not ready for this sort of thing. It was getting harder to try and convince her otherwise. "How can you say it will be terrible when you haven't even landed on the island yet?" Rauja said while closing his eyes and smirking. "Just because there won't be anything dangerous doesn't mean you can't have fun. After all, the best that Bliss Kingdom has to offer will be waiting for you." The bodyguard laughed a little while lowering his head, not paying attention to what was happening. "I know you don't like to act the way your brother does, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy being pampered a little. Wouldn't you agree Senna?" Lifting his head Rauja opened his eyes to see a much taller Senna laying on the bed. His jaw dropped to the ground and his eyes popped out of his skull. "What are you doing Senna?!" The bodyguard said while clapping his hands on his head. Senna had to be about seven feet tall now, almost a full foot taller than him. "You know you can't use your Devil Fruit around your family! Now stop acting so childish and go back to normal!" Rauja walked up to the bed, trying to lift the taller girl up from her bed. She wouldn't budge an inch, being so stubborn. He tried pulling the blanket from under her, but only ended up slipping and falling onto the floor. He let out a heavy groan as he got up to his feet."Alright fine! I'll tell you the truth about the island Senna." Looking at the Tenryuubito he gave her an annoyed expression. "Only...if you turn back to normal though." |

Senna was being rather stubborn now. It was an annoying trait she had for a long time. While she tried her best to act nothing like her family, she did have her moments. This was one of those moments. Knowing that there wouldn't be anything exciting happening on the island Senna did not want to go. This sort of reaction would annoying Rauja, but she didn't care. Despite her little tantrum Senna would end up on the island. Her father made sure that his entire family was there when the Tenryuubito arrived on an island. Even so, she would try her best to stay in her bed and not leave the ship. That was why she used her ability. "I'm not moving...not one inch." Senna said while Rauja tried picking her up. She had to admit, it was always funny to see Rauja become shorter than she was. He was right to worry though, since Senna's family did not know about her ability. A few years ago Joachim had bought the mini mini no mi at an auction. He had planned to feed it to a mermaid he kept as a slave. Since that would have killed the mermaid Senna took the fruit while Joachim wasn't looking. Since then her ability has been kept a secret between Rauja and herself. Right now, it was a secret that was annoying Rauja. When he fell over from trying to pull the blanket Senna had to hold back from laughing. It seemed like her stubbornness had worked out though. Rauja was now starting to talk about some truth on the island. Senna started to smile as she shrank back down. "Truth? or do you mean secrets?" Senna was looking up at Rauja, now sitting on her bed at a height of three feet. Most importantly, there were stars in her eyes. There was something Rauja did not want to know about. Something that was probably going to be full of adventure. She was suppose to return to her normal height, but Senna had a hard time controlling her ability when she was excited. Learning about a secret on an island that was suppose to be all hoity-toity was very exciting. She leaned in with a big smile, waiting to hear what Rauja knew. "Attention crew! Prepare for docking, arrival to Bliss Kingdom in five minutes!" A voice came over the den den mushis on the ship. Senna's joy quickly vanished. Sitting down on the edge of the bed Senna was pouty again. She wanted to know what Rauja was talking about. Her family would be getting ready to go for the deck. Folding her arms Senna sighed as she looked up at Rauja. Maybe the secret he knew was a quick one? |

Rauja began to dust himself off as he stood up. That Senna, she always found a way to get her way. Granted it was in a less cruel way compared to her family. As Rauja lifted his head he noticed Senna was no longer bigger than he was. Infact, it seemed she was a lot smaller. "Oi oi...I said your normal height", Rauja said with a sweatdrop. "Well, at least she isn't seven feet now." Rauja thought with a sigh before stepped in front of the bed. Picking up the Tenryuubito, he placed her down on the edge of the bed and sat down next to her. "The name of where we are going is a little deceiving. Now don't get me wrong, for the nobles and wealthy the kingdom truly is blissful." Rauja paused as he looked out the window in Senna's room. "For everyone else that doesn't always happen to be the case." He looked at Senna for a minute, smiling though showing sadness in his eyes. "For starters its always raining on the island. That sort of constant weather can have depressing effects on people. More importantly though, theres a side to the kingdom that most don't want to be seen. A very shady un-" Before Rauja could finish speaking a voice came over the Den Den Mushis. The island was in sight and the ship's crew was preparing to reach the island. "I guess we'll have to save the rest for later." Rauja said while standing up. Turning around he saw that pouty face on Senna again. Smacking his hand against his forehead Rauja sighed. "Don't act like that Senna. I promise to tell you the rest of the story. IF you turn back to normal and get ready to go onto the island." Rauja wagged a finger at the young Tenryubitto before turning around. The sound of footsteps could be heard near the entrance. All the sudden the door leading to Senna's room was opened by one of the slaves. Standing behind the slave was Amedeo, looking as stern as always. What he saw standing in the small hallway was Rauja, as stiff as a board with his rapier drawn. The elder Tenryuubito never liked seeing Rauja with a blade drawn, but he was merely doing his job. "Rauja...", Amedeo said in a bored voice while looking at the blade. "We shall be reaching the docks in a few minutes. What is Senna doing in there?" Rauja remained silent for a moment, his eyes lowered so as to never make eye contact with Amedeo. "I do not know Saint Amedeo-sama. I was merely told to stand guard in the hallway. Saint Senna-sama threatened to shoot me if I entered her room." Amedeo raised a curious eyebrow for a moment before shaking his head. "She better not without my approval. The nerve of her, just deciding to damage good property I paid good money for." Rauja remained silent, having grown use to how the other family members spoke of him. "Well, tell her come to the deck this instant. If you get shot...then I suppose I should be able to find another slave here." When Amedeo turned around Rauja shot the man a wicked glare. Once he and the other Tenryubitto were gone Rauja turned around and opened the door. "You hear all of that?" |

As much as Senna like being taller than Rauja, the opposite could be said when she was smaller. She looked rather grumpy when he picked her up and sat her down. That attitude was quickly gone when Rauja talked. Senna was paying attention to every word he had to say. She had a big smile on her face when the word deceiving came up. That often meant there were some really big secrets to discover. As was the case with most places they went to, it seemed like life was meant to favor the wealthy. Senna had grown use to that, as sad as it sounded. Her eyes grew wider and her smile grew when Rauja mentioned a secret side to the kingdom. This was just exactly what she was hoping for! There was no way this wouldn't lead to an adventure! Before Rauja could finish the message came over the den den mushi. When he mentioned his would finish telling the story later Senna's joy was gone. "Buuuu! You said you would tell me!" Senna was being grumpy again and Rauja knew it. He also knew how to handle these situations as well. When he gave Senna the rules for hearing the rest of the story Senna pouted some more. Even so, she grew back to her normal height of five and a half feet. She still had a pouty face though. When she stood up Rauja was already moving towards the doorway to the hall. Her father was coming to know what Senna was doing. Rauja made his way out there to distract Amedeo while she got ready. Senna put the veil back on when she heard Rauja. She did not like hearing him have to come up with such lies. Senna would never dream of doing that to Rauja. Sadly that behavior was to be expected of her by her family. Hearing the way her father spoke to Rauja made her sad though. He truly did not see Rauja as a person, nor any of the other slaves. When Rauja had returned to the door Senna opened it. She was wearing the bubble over her head again. "Yeah, I'm ready to go." She spoke with a sad voice. Her glasses and veil hid her face, but she was upset with her family again. Senna made her way up to the deck of the ship. Along the way the ship's crew would stop what they were doing. Each of them bowing at Senna's presence. She did not much care for this, but she couldn't say anything. When she reached the deck Senna saw that it was in fact raining, very heavily too. Towards the front of the the deck her family was standing there. A slave was holding an umbrella over their heads while they were getting soaked. "This place does look rather depressing." Senna quietly said to Rauja as she noticed an umbrella was held over her head. She and Rauja made their way to the rest of the family. Upon seeing Joachim she gave him a glare. The family stood there and waited for the ship to reach the docks. The closer they got to the island Senna could hear cheering. At the docks hundreds of the Bliss Kingdom's citizens had shown up. All coming there to see the Tenryuubito. While the rest of her family was loving this Senna was unimpressed. Once the ship came to a stop a set of stairs was extended from the deck to the docks. Numerous men in suits, apart of the security team were the first to rush down the stairs. They made sure everything was safe before the family came down. While they walked down the steps the cheering grew louder. At the end of the docks was a huge and extravagant looking carriage. Standing next to the carriage was an old looking man with a long grey beard. He was one of the king's advisers named Hantul, waiting for the arrival of the Tenryuubito. |

Though Senna's face was hidden, Rauja could tell she was upset. He tried to give her a reassuring smile but she wasn't looking. If only she understood that there would be more trouble if her parents had known about the truth. As they made their way to the deck Rauja was in front of Senna. He got a kick out of the looks he was getting from the ship's crew. The idea of a slave carrying a weapon was rather strange to them. At the stairs leading to the deck was a deckhand holding an umbrella. Rauja took it from the man before leading Senna to the deck. Before she stepped outside the bodyguard had the umbrella opened and over her head. Rauja was getting soaked in the rain, but he did not mind. When he heard Senna speak up about the island's appearance Rauja smirked a little. "Your only seeing it from a distance, wait till you see it from the inside." Thats all Rauja would say for the time being, as they both walked closer to Senna's family. He had to continue the appearance of being the obedient slave in front of them after all. As they stepped up to the other Tenryuubito Rauja stood behind Senna with his head lowered. Once they were closer to the island they could hear the cheers of the citizens. Joachim began to smile while letting out his usual creepy laugh. "Guhuhuhuhu! The commoners have already gathered. I hope there are some pretty ladies there. I could use a new wife after all." Rauja rolled his eyes at Joachim's comment, that idiot was horrible with women. Luana looked at her son for a moment before smiling. "Oh? What about the other three you left at home? I don't want any useless peasants taking up space after all." Joachim shook his head for a moment, a perverted smile on his face as he spoke. "They still have their uses mother, though I may ship one of them away when we return home. Especially if I can find a cutie or two here, Guhuhu!" While Joachim was busy in dirty thoughts his father sighed. "So long as you maintain a proper attitude while in the castle. If you embarrass me like you did on the last trip I'll have all your wives sent away." While he spoke in a stern voice Joachim looked shocked for a moment. "Gahh! No Daddy! I promise I'll be good here!" While the family was bickering with each other the ship came to a stop at the dock. The crowd that had gathered was huge. Joachim and Luana had an arrogant smile on their faces while Amedeo remained as serious as always. Rauja walked in front of Senna again, making sure she was safe while holding the umbrella. He always found it strange to see such a huge gathering when the Tenryuubito arrived. If only these people knew how the world nobles really behaved. Well, Senna being the exception, though that was a side she had to keep secret sadly. Once the family stepped foot on solid ground the site of the carriage was the first thing they saw. Joachim's smile quickly vanished when he saw the massive and elegant means of transportation. "What is this thing? Did this cheap kingdom have nothing nicer to greet us?" Luana saw the carriage as well, letting out a sigh at the sight of it. "Honestly, you would think a kingdom like this would bring out their very best for the arrival of the Tenryuubito." Amedeo turned his head, staring at his wife and son in silence for but a moment. It was enough to make both of them appeared worried before they went quiet. Amedeo came to a stop in front Hantul, observing the man for a moment before speaking up. "I assume you are the man the king sent to meet us?" Edited by Kyto, Feb 1 2013, 12:45 PM.

Senna rolled her eyes as well when Joachim spoke. The "wives" he kept back home were simply slaves. Senna felt sorry for those girls. They would have their lives completely uprooted, all because Joachim found them to be pretty. Worse of all was how fickle he was. He would grow so bored of them rather quickly and yet would not allow any of them to leave. They were only allowed to leave once he found no further use in them. Senna was never sure they were returned to their homes either. As curious as she was, she was too afraid to know the truth. It didn't help that mother instigated this behavior. The two of them were quickly silenced once Amedeo spoke up. As much as Senna could find her father annoying, she had to admit that he knew how to put his family in their place. "There are so many people here, despite the weather." Senna said while looking at the crowd that gathered. So many people had arrived just to see a family get off a ship. Some of them even stood in the rain without an umbrella. Was seeing the Tenryuubito that necessary to them? As she made her way off the ship she noticed Rauja playing bodyguard. This made her chuckle a little. "I don't think we have to worry about the crowd of adoring fans Rauja." She whispered to him while they stepped onto land. The cheering was louder than before. Her family was acting like they couldn't see them. Joachim and Luana could hear them though, as they were soaking in all the cheers. While the rest of her family was focused on the carriage Senna waved to the crowd. To get a reaction from a Tenryuubito must have been big news for them. The cheering grew louder while Senna played innocent in front of her father. Once the family was in front of Hantul he bowed before them. "I am very sorry for the condition of this Carriage. I will see to it that the craftsman is fired. My name is Hantul, and I am one of the King's advisers. Shall we proceed to the castle Saint Amedeo-sama?" |

Rauja kept a straight face while Senna laughed a little. She was taking the crowd more lightly than he would. It was true that most of these people were simply there to bask in the glory that was the Tennryubito. However that did not mean there could be some people hiding amongst the fans that wanted to harm them. Even on a predominately noble island, there was a chance of danger. In fact, in Raja's experience, these places were more dangerous than most pirate ships. Despite wanting to smile at Senna's comment he remained serious. He had to since the rest of the family was here as well. Once they were near the carriage Rauja couldn't help but roll his eyes. The list of things Joachim and Luana complain about was big enough make it into a sail for the Holy Dragon. As the Tennryubito stepped over to Hantul, Rauja had the other slaves start to put the luggage onto the back. While this was happening Amedeo looked at the carriage, unimpressed himself but quiet. It seemed that the King's adviser was willing to fire a man who had done an elegant job over the displeasure of two people. Amedeo nodded without looking at Hantul before humming to himself. "See that you do, if your kingdom has a a dungeon I suggest you consider putting him there." He said in a rather cold and factual tone as a slave opened the door for the family. "Well hopefully this carriage is not an indicator of what to expect at the castle." Luana said in a bored voice before stepping into the carriage. "Guhuhu! Why bother going to the castle when there are so many pretty girls here?" Joachim's expression was clearly perverted as he looked on at the crowd. Turning around to see the look he was getting from his father he quickly and quietly stepped into the carriage. Once Senna was inside Amedeo looked over at Rauja, giving him a stern look as well before going into the carriage. While the Tennryubito family sat inside the comfy transport, Rauja and the other slaves hopped onto the back with the luggage. They would have to sit out in the rain all the way over to the castle. Inside the carriage Amedeo looked out the window, still not making eye contact with Hantul. "So what can my family and I expect Adviser? I hope this trip will not be a waste after all." |

Senna glared at her father for that comment. Was he seriously suggesting someone be sent to a dungeon for this work? Her family could be so embarrassing at times like this. Worse of all was that this Hantul was nodding in agreement with Amedeo. "Of Saint Amedeo-sama, I will bring that up to the royal guard once we arrive to the palace." Rolling her eyes Senna simply stayed quiet. She just walked into the carriage, wanting to get out of the rain. She felt sorry for Rauja, since he had to sit outside with the luggage. He would probably play it off like it was no big deal. From time to time Rauja would comment on how the rain reminded him of his old crew. Senna never understood why, and never really asked. It was one of those things she figured he wanted to keep personal. While she was thinking about Rauja a conversation started in the carriage. Her father was getting right to business again. Senna couldn't help but admit that she was curious as well. She decided she would turn her attention towards Hantul. Considering no one else in the family was willing to make eye contact. "Yes, well the ceremonial speech his Majesty will give to the kingdom is not for another two days. However the Palace has prepared a royal banquet in your families honor Saint Amedeo-sama. From there my staff and I have been advised to fulfill any wish you desire tomorrow. Whether it be exploring the city or simply staying on the palace grounds. Then when the Ceremony takes place, the king hopes your family will be willing to be by his side when he delivers his speech." Senna looked rather unimpressed after Hantul's answer. As usual, the Tennryubito family was going to be pampered to no end. She already knew that her mother and brother were going to abuse this. Amedeo probably would as well, but he would try to make it look more dignified. Senna just remained quiet, watching the kingdom go by from her window. It did not take much longer for the family to reach the Palace. It was rather beautiful, though the rain did not help brighten the mood. Once everyone stepped out of the carriage they were greeted by the staff of the palace. From Knight to groundskeepers, everyone bowed to the Tennryubito. "If you will follow me, I'll lead you all to your quarters." So they were getting their own quarters here. Senna only sighed as she watched the slaves unload the luggage. She followed the rest of her family as they entered the Palace. It was incredibly lavish, as expected. She walked down numerous halls until Hantul had shown her to her quarters. She was impressed, but refused to show it. Instead she let out a yawn and looked bored. "I suppose this will suffice for a few days...If I must stay here. Rauja! Bring my luggage in here this instant!" She barked at Rauja, expecting him to follow without question. Once she was inside her quarters she waited for Rauja to close the door. From there Senna waited for the others outside to get a good distance from her room. Once she figured the cost was clear Senna gave Rauja a pouty face and shrank down to three feet. "No tell me that big secret Rauja!" |
