Weapon Name: Reitoukansou (lit. Freeze Drying) Weapon Class: Kyouki [Dangerous Weapon] Description: Taking the shape of a "standard" katana, a 26" long blade with an 8" long hilt and a square-shaped guard to protect the hand from slipping onto the former from the latter. Unlike most standard katana however the metal that comprises Reitoukansou's blade is pure black in colour, as dark as the blackest of nights it is said. The hilt itself is wrapped in a dull bronze cloth and secured in three places on each of the flattest edges with a precise star-fold of the cloth, to secure it in place. Reitoukansou's guard is square in exterior shape but the interior is a myriad of spokes with a pair of small oblongs on either side of the flats of the blade. The sheath is quite simply, a pure black in colour except for the upper three inches of it, closest to the hilt, that are a solid bronze like the hilt. Ability: Hyouketsu (30 Points) The ability of the Reitoukansou is known as Congelation as the sword itself gives off a constant aura of cold and is capable of freezing things that are sliced by it. Whenever the sword hits a foe the cold aura can be extended, capable of freezing a foe on contact. When a foe is frozen in some way the cold sinks into their bodies and their speed is reduced by 40 (to a minimum of 1) and entire limbs can be frozen if a foe has a stamina below 50. The freezing effects of this weapon however wear off after 2 posts. Price: ? |
