Weapon Name: Water Capsule Weapon Class: ? Weapon Description: Not actually a weapon, this capsule solely purpose is to keep water inside. It is made from a special kind of river plant that`s small in size, a 10 cm in length and 5 cm in diameter. It`s not hard and feels more like a rubber. Weapon Ability: Even though it`s small, it`s able to contain around a liter of water inside of it. To use it, we just need to squash and makes the water inside flows out. And to refill the water we just need to put it into the water and let it absorbs as much water as it can handle. Quantity: 3 Price: ??? Note: This is mostly for my mermaid, so even though she is a devil fruit user she still can soak herself with water and regain her strength back even though she does not enter any water/sea. |

Honestly, I don't think this is really needed, in my sole opinion.. I mean, you could just.. shower on the ship once in a while? Taking baths count as soaking in water you know. =P |

Yeah... if it just holds water, it's nothing actually special, so just labor/material costs would apply (10 points), so at base rank that'd be the aforementioned 500,000

| Would the liquid absorption just be something that happens without any explanation ? If so I'd say it would be a 15-20 point dangerous ability. |

The 500,000 price for this seems fine (3/3 approval), and since you haven't commented on about absorbing (if unexplainable and such)it or have been been on since May, you can try getting the absorbing thing if you really want it if/when you get back, but as it is now is accepted.
