Behind her formal yet wild style outfit, Touko had a very athletic body, much to it that some part had muscular appearance. Her lean body gives her a perfect proportion for a teenage girl, the only problem was her height, which is rather... short for someone of her age. Perky and alluring average size breast, down to her perfect size hips with tight and strong toned abdomen. A close look to her face suggest a mature woman on sight. Pale yet rather bright, resembles an active Caucasian female who spent much of her time with outdoor activity. she had a solid scarlet hair, mostly seen tied up in a short ponytail or for just to make it stay out of her way. Her red crimson eyes gives a firm and sharp look that suggest a straight personality.

To put this more simple, Touko is not really a discipline marine, and yes she rarely wears her uniform. most of the time she can bee seen wearing a White Tube Top with a zip in the center dividing 2 sides of left and right, that reveal some of her toned midriff . For her lower fashion, Touko wears a Black shorts and a leather belt around her waist along with her sword holsters. She wear a a pair of red boots along with black stockings and garter-belt. She also wears a pair of two color fingerless gloves with Red color facing up and black color on her palm side. she wears a long red coat that mostly left opens.

Personality:
Every situation requires a different level of commitment, a different level of responsibility, and that is where Touko capability to adjust herself according to each situation, when meeting a person for the first time, Touko is friendly and amiable, when dealing with work, Touko is serious and reliable, and so on. Much to her authentic characteristic, Touko spend much of her time being a laid back officer, enjoying every time with doing things that she favor. Speaking about her temper and personality, a chivalrous swordswoman down to her core, Touko is not a person who were easy to explode. A calm and predictive person that most of her words would have more than just a literal meaning behind it. Although sometimes she just being childish, playful and rather annoying but more to it is her laid back attitude that makes her seems like an irresponsible person.
People would considered her as a genius involving war strategy or influencing people, much to her communication skill that can even turn the deadliest criminal looks like a little innocent puppy in front of a court. Touko does not open herself to others, she do enjoy reading onto they personality and maybe even check they background now and then, just to know what buttons to press at those closer to her or even how to deal with some stranger for the first time. Of course does Touko not cross anyone limits by carefully choosing her words and keeping the talk under a safe line as you can never know what people can do when they snap.
she was always a calm person, even during a dire situation although there's something about her charismatic aura that cause fear to most people with weak constitution. When angry or upset over something, she doesn't burst like most people, Touko maintain her poker face while getting more aggressive on her action or behavior and sometimes lashing out polite curses. Touko justice is not an absolute justice, but its not a false one either. she prefers to call it the true justice that the path was not have to be kind and generous, or straight and discipline with no compromise, but more a reflective equilibrium between the two side of good and evil. although most of her way was rather chaotic good, rather than following the rules of the marine. She had no obvious respect against the chain of command that she believes even the lowest rank of marine can be a better leader given the right time on the right place. She's also a very chivalrous person, a person of the old, a warrior spirit or whatever people would name it but she would never kill an unarmed person, or a child, or an old man.

There is nothing much happens on her past, she grows up rather 'normal' in her own sense. At the day she was born, she was already a member of the Griswold orphanage, a small charity institution for the abandoned children. She spent quite sometime growing up under an eccentric caretaker, slowly learning her way toward the world that she would know today. she didn't really had any problem in socializing, and never will. she was never even had a thought of wanting to know who was her real parents are, not that she didn't care for it.
At the age of 7 through an unexpected incident, young Touko was adopted. A traveling old lady was literally interested in her existence and decide to take Touko with her. She was a mysterious lady for any thought, and seemed to have no place for settling in. Thus from that moment Touko were set to travel around the blues with her adopter. Her personality were soon constructed, based on her experience and witnessing the world with a lot of influence from an alcoholic, muscular, rough, brutish and well.... impressively good at being a jerk. yes, the old lady was a Marine officer, and weird enough she was a powerful person, strong enough to fight a whole crew of pirates while piggy riding Young Touko on her back.
Pretty much as expected, young Touko's interest and her current lifestyle were influenced by this single person. She learn and trained herself in the same martial arts style as the old lady, and become obsessed with gaining strength. but the time finally come for both of them to embarked on their own journey. At the age of 12, The old lady depart alone, claiming that she will hunt a famous pirate on New World and might not return for a long time. Touko refused that decision, but she does not cried. They made a promise that one day they will meet again ione day, and for that matter she must become stronger. And so after the old hag gone, Touko enters the Marine service. From there her life stature climbs surprisingly fast, from a mere weak orphan girl to a strong willed Officer, only because of her great talent and dedication to uphold Justice against piracy was a valuable asset to the world government.

Kurenai No Kiba Weapon Class: Dangerous Description:
Nodachi Form : The regular form looks like a simple nodachi, longer and heavier in comparison to a regular eastern style katana. The only different that it has jagged edge on the back side of the blade.
Cleaver Form : When activated, the sword grows into a massive great sword, Massive even compare to a regular Great sword. The total length of this sword is a staggering 3,1 meters or 10'17" with a long hilt up to 110 Cm and huge blade with 200 cm length with 45 cm wide. The blade was tremendously heavy compare to a normal sword. it weights about 210 Kg.
More to add to the list how deadly this weapon can be is the unique ability it possess. Due to the an unknown substance mixed in its material, this Sword can create a blazing flame with intense heat that it can melt almost everything that come into contact with its bursting fire. A horizontal application of senkuuretsuha, Touko would thrust her sword in cleaver mode, aimed at the target with extreme force, creating a blast of Fire in the image of a lion's head, which deliver a devastating blast. this blast was very strong that it would shatter and burn anything in to char. When this attack connects directly without a medium it would be very devastating that it would instantly turn the object into dust.

Touko would jumps as high as she can and perform vertical Overhead strike with massive strength. upon contact with the surface of any kind, it will release explosive shockwave that capable of creating Fissure along the ground that could shatter any object (Depends on material breaking chart). This move is also the origin of the sword's name as it was once used to cleave a ship in half.
