Mars’ Spear Descent Mars' Spear March carries the name of the Roman God of War, Mars. Somewhere in the great sea, the clouds were parted by the falling of a monumental spear. This massive spear that pierced the heavens was far larger than any island in the Blues. The spearhead of the weapon pierced the ocean floor but was still showing from the waters. The weapon was completely covered with various dense vegetation. From the base of the spear moving up to the top of the spear the climate changed into a more cold and mountainous habitat. The great adventurer Tom’a Gongalla was the first in the world to venture this massive spear which he has pronounced to be large enough to be an island of its very own. Tom’a’s logs of the island have explained the scaling of the island but it also listed some very interesting notes. Apparently the island is riddled with a mass amount of violent creatures not found in this world. He proclaims the spear had descended down from the heavens as a means to exile these creatures from a more Divine World. In this event everyone on the site will be able to RP on Mars’ Spear. There are no special requirements to be able to venture to this island. You can be anywhere: The Blues, Grand Line, New World, Impel Down. It doesn’t matter; it is completely noncanon to your character’s current location on the site. All topics will be graded by mods like they normally would but this is the kicker. Rather than getting a DP and beli reward you will be granted a SP reward for the event store! The one major rule of this event is that you can only have one topic on the island at a time. This topic can be NPCing or using your own characters. The SP gained from this event is based off the DP you would earn from the topics you have done. If your topic would gain 4 DP instead you earn 40 SP for your topic. Mars' Spear Edit: To prevent abuse of the shop system since Mars' Spear is graded in a Grand Line state of mind (more DP for your RP) only the first 3 topics you do on the Spear are worth full SP. Basically make your first three topics count! All topics graded after your first three will be reduced down to 30SP per topic. Edited by Isabella, Mar 5 2012, 10:21 AM.
