"Yes, yes, I'm sorry I'm late," Sebastian said, nodding slightly as apologies to his comrades. He was generally sorry that he hadn't arrived on time, he wasn't one of be late. Just wasn't him.

He listened to Rounin and Rico discuss Division Two as he took a seat at a nearby table. He waved away the waitress, instead opting to glance around the bar. Every scene around him found itself absorbing into his mind, there to be remembered forever. It was a useful talent he'd been born with. Within seconds of sitting there he knew the building through and through, he could rob the place blind in seconds and be out in seconds. Probably escaping through an area even the owner didn't know...

Sebastian's thoughts were paused as he noticed a certain kid. A certain kid he'd invited. "Sionel, come here," He said, motioning for the boy to talk over. He'd have to introduce him to the others. "Omega Prime, this is Sionel. He and a few others shall be joining me as part of Division Three. He smiled, giving them a moment to welcome him.

"With that said... We made plans of the future. We've had two years to grow powerful and make that future real. Now, we need to act out these plans. What need to know what areas we shall target first gentlemen. Personally... I will have Division 3 going into small areas, breaking down their belief in the government, and defeating the powers that be there. We may face resistance, and I'll ask for assistance if such time comes. As long as this is fine with the leader," He finished, looking towards Rico blankly, waiting for his confirmation on the plans.

Sionel saw someone walk in that person seemed familiar but Sionel didn't really know where he knew that person from he tried to think hard to remember and it came to him his reason to be here was that guy he was the one who told Sionel about this all and Sionel was very glad that he arrived since he was already filling out of place since he didn't know anyone in here.

"Sionel, come here," Sebastian motioned Sionel to move towards him and Sionel obeyed "Omega Prime, this is Sionel. He and a few others shall be joining me as part of Division Three." "A real pleasure to fight and work alongside everyone of you here!" he was getting pumped up already this was so exciting for him he was basically going to be in a war and this was the perfect chance for him to hone his skills and to be the adventurer he wants to be, his dream is Adventure and Exploring that's all he wants he has no other goals that changes today since starting now his goal is to take down the World Government alongside this Revolutionary Army. He wasn't too fond of this people either since he had some problems with people in power back in his island due to his major hating pirates and making campaigns against them making his returns to the island a pain until he did something about it that is, that however is another story.

As long as this is fine with the leader," Sionel was paying high attention to everything Sebastian the Leader were talking about he liked the plans and Sebastian's way of thinking, he was really glad that he joined the Revo's under him however everyone here seemed to be really nice and strong all set with their goals and ways of helping the Army this group was really well made he knew they were destined to success and this made him even happier however this was a serious matter so Sionel tried his best to stay serious while being his cheerful energetic personality, this was hard but he can control himself when he wants to.

Rounin
Rounin bent his knee, before straightening it back out, and repeating the action, rocking the chair that he was nestled into. He paused from his rocking every time he felt the chair lean back too far, and he felt the balance about to escape from him, before pulling it back up and to the safety of the a better angle. It seemed as if everyone had been busy since their first gathering.

"I guess that makes some sense," he said after a pause as Rico answered his question. There were holes in his logic, of course; why would they not be seated according to their ranks now, and allow for other strong individuals to simply join them later? The question was a simple one, but pursuing the conversation further would mean elaborating on his logic; something he had very little interest in doing.

Instead, he listened to the chatter fo those around him. Everyone seemed to be alight with enthusiasm, now that they had gathered for the first time. Even old man Perecon seemed to have become more upbeat, and cheerful now; Rounin supposed he couldn't be surprised though. This was his life's work, and it was something that he cared very deeply for; Rounin could only imagine his joy at seeing it beginning to come to fruition.

"My travels have been eventful enough; I saw my brother a few weeks ago for the first time. We killed a Sea King, and did a few other things before parting ways," Rounin said, a flash of pain shining through his bright blue eyes as he recalled the nature of his brother's visit once more. However, he reigned himself in before the pain could spread any fruther, and returned to Perecon's question.

"I also ran into an old colleague of mine in the Salty Blues, Marine Captain Frank Matson. He and I had a nice little back and forth fight, before I eventually beat him. Picked up a nice little navigator, and managed to dodge the hurricane that hit over there. Plenty of excitement there," he said with a mischievous grin over to the old man.

Sebastian seemed to make his presence known once more, as he stated what his ambitions were for his division. Rounin withheld a chuckle, but could not stop himself from rolling his eyes as he elaborated his intentions. Such a simple minded individual, regardless of the genius abilities he posessed; there were things that needed to be done though, of course, and Rounin was glad that someone else was volunteering for the leg work.

Rico stepped back a moment later, and clapped his hand on the shoulder of a youth who was seated not too far from Rounin. They were talking about grand deeds of heroism, and Rounin turned his head from them. He had left out the obvious possibility of failure; what would happen if their anarchist dream failed? The world would view them as nothing more than criminals if that occured.

"My intentions are a bit more to your interests, sir. I intend to leave for the Grand Line shortly enough; my navigator is amongst the most skilled I have ever come across, and we have already plotted our route throught he Line. Amongst our destinations are the islands, St. Poplar and Marineford. While I'm there, I'll perform a bit of recon. Maybe a little more, depending on how it goes."

He turned his head to Rico, his eyes narrowed and a small, knowing grin keeping his lips upturned. He nodded, and then turned away once more, clasping his hands together and moving them behind his head, his hands acting as a makeshift pillow. He closed his eyes and returned to his thoughts a moment later, keeping his ears open as the others interacted.

Perecon listened to Rounin's remarks. He seemed to not want to discuss the subject of his brother and Perecon resolved not to press the issue. Painful memories were not meant to be had upon what should be a joyous occasion such as this one. He simply listened and nodded politely, and was actually quite pleased with what he heard. He supposed that he was feeling the kind of pride an elder instructor has when their student accomplishes a task that they had set them - even though Perecon was neither Rounin's mentor nor had he set him any sort of task.

The man looked happy enough at least. Perecon returned his smile and thought back to Murval who was waiting somewhere outside. "That reminds me, I've got something to show you all when we exit this building." he muttered - it didn't really matter if anybody heard him or not and he wasn't really speaking to anybody in particular either. He was just sort of muttering to himself so as not to forget.

"Omega Prime, this is Sionel. He and a few others shall be joining me as part of Division Three."

Perecon glanced over to Sebastian and saw a kid standing next to him, a kid who seemed rather eager to be part of the revolution. Perecon smirked a bit and gave the kid a nod as he spoke. "A real pleasure to fight and work alongside everyone of you here!"

Amongst our destinations are the islands, St. Poplar and Marineford. While I'm there, I'll perform a bit of recon. Maybe a little more, depending on how it goes."

Perecon chuckled to himself as he heard these remarks. "Well...I thought I'd picked up someone, but apparently he STILL hasn't arrived. If he's not on the boat when I get back I'll be leaving him behind. Unfortunately I don't think I managed to recruit anybody else, but I did find a few individuals who took interest. Who knows, maybe they'll show up and help me out." he gave a small shrug at this.

"Anyway...I was thinking of leading a battle against somewhere. Capturing a marine base or something. I haven't seen much action over the past year and I don't want these old bones getting rusty."

He laughed a little and heard a faint caw outside. It seemed Murval was getting impatient, he'd have to go and check up on the pteradactyl soon.

At this moment, Nate was still pretty much alone in his own group. Taking a pull of his cigarette, he blew out the smoke after a long intake. He was still left in the dark as to who was his actual partner in his group. He was already a Division Leader of the group, but would he actually be left alone in a group. Every single leader seemed to have recruited their own members, but not Nate. He was hired too late for him to go talent hunting, and thus he was left to come here by himself.

' God dammit! He could've told me I have to recruit my own group. Now I am left with no one while all the other Leaders got a man under him. I knew I should never come here by my own.' Nate's mind began, showing what his feelings were.

" As you all can see, I haven't truly recruited anyone. Being the latest recruitment, I doubt I could've with such a short time. However, I have an idea on what we could do at this time. We aren't fully established as a threat to the World Government, so we have the ability to weaken the World Government first before they even know what hits them. Like Sir-Perecon was it?- said, maybe capturing a marine base would really get us noticed, if that is our objective. I would, however, advise not to. Our powers can't match the strength of the whole Marine corps, and we need more people to truly challenge them. Guerrilla Warfare. That is the best way for us to take down the World Government. Attacking supply trains, small forces, important people. The World Government has been untried to such a tactic for so long. It would be the best course to weaken their resolve. As our power grows, we can challenge them in a proper combat. But until then, weakening them is the only way to truly weaken the World Government. " Nate advised, putting his thoughts to the gathered.

Waru simply sat down and waited for his chance to be announced to the rest. He had noticed a later of the original mosey in just in time. Waru was getting terrible bored at the moment. He sat down and awaited his chance. Listening to the men speak. Strangely the old man wished for a fight, not something Waru would find in a "wise figure", it simply wasn't something he was used to. One who plans to travel the grand line. One who wishes to strategize.

Already people were announcing that they had subordinates. But Waru did not hear his name in the captains list. Nor was promoted to even having a rank. He stared, got up, and grabbed a glass of water. He was never one for alcohol. Sitting back down, he sipped the water, and awaited some form of contact with him. Most preferably social.

The young man soaked in all the information presented. He now had a mental grid of how the divisions were coming along. He had not tested the strengths of the divisions, but he trusted his mates and himself. The captains were impressive. They had presented a basic outline of goals to accomplish for the Revolution. It was now his turn to take and piece all this good stuff together and turn it into a master plan.

"As I see it we need to build our assets first." He took a slow walk back and forward and took a sip of his drink. "That means we need forms of transportation; ships. Treasure, which we will find in weaponry." He took another sip as he carefully watched the reaction of his audience. "I think it is great you want to go to the Grand Line, we definitely could use some recon work in that area. But, for the rest of the team we should establish ourselves in the blues." Rico sat his mug down and pulled out a map. He then withdrew a single nail and pinned the map above on the wooden wall.

"I have been doing my research and found these two locations. Salty Blues & Genbu Island. In the Salty Blues there is a small group of islanders, less fortunate than those who recieve the mainland riches. We need to go help them, so I plan to raid the eateries and shops. We need to get them food and clothing; and material. The only catch is that there is a Marine Base on the island." He paused to let his leaders and members get a grasp of their mission and understand why Salty Blues needs them. "Secondly, Genbu Island. There is said to be some lost technology there, I just want to send a Division out to map this land and maybe learn about the technology. I would like to see if there is a way to excavate some of the technology and perhaps treasure for our own uses." Rico presented his two ideas and was ready to see who would love to accompany him.

"So, Salty Blues & Genbu Island are my first targets. Now, I need you to choose the mission you want to do. M1 - Salty Blues or M2 - Genbu Island. Once we figure who goes where, we will discuss ships, funds, and other necessities and then we will set sail!"

MISSIONS

Help the Poor of Salty Blues - Salty Blue is a rich mainland, famous for exporting their salts. The citizens of Arajio Town are quite rich for this. However, among the outskirts are the excluded poor. They receive no help from the wealthy. They rarely enter the town due to lack of ability to pay. They cannot afford healthcare, food, or clothing. Our mission is to raid the shopping centers, department stores, grocery, and hospitals for their tools. Alert: Marine Base present.

Explore Genbu Island - Genbu Island is said to have an abundance of lost technology. Explore this island and locate the technology and how to use it. Expect great dangers, strong animals, and perhaps an ancient civilization of people. Only the strong will survive and succeed.

A serious look suddenly shrouded Nate. It had a more serious glow than before, and in the mind of the young man, he was deciphering every possibility. The likelihood of meeting the marines of the Salty Blues was almost a definite probability. To be there, that means one has to have the mental capability as well as the physical edge against those marines. As far as Nate was concerned, he couldn't truly tell just how strong or how capable the Marines based there was, but he had to assume they were the best of the best. Leaders always must look to objectives that way, just so they could plan a few steps ahead.

It was the right choice in Nate's view for Rico to pick the Salty Blues. With the constant oppression on those there, the chance of them joining the Revolution increased at least 15%, not to mention if they have been ill-treated by the marines, it increases another 8%. It was certain that they would sympathize with the cause created by Rico, and thus would prove to be a great base for Omega Prime. With such tactical aspect given, it is only natural for the revolutionary to come to that place.

The second mission, however, was more of a scout mission then anything else. But although Rico stated it was a mere exploration trip, Nate could second guess the leading figure of the group. It was based to see if Genbu Island could be the base positioned in the East Blue. At this moment, only the North would fall under the influence of Omega Prime if taken, but if Genbu Island was also under that very influence, a pincer could be formed between East Blue and North Blue. Both blues would have divisions which could reinforce one another. It was a nicely thought out plan to Nate, and he decided to keep his own thoughts to himself, since it might not be wise to tell everyone of a secret.

Coming back to his decision, Nate couldn't really map out which place he should go. Exploration wasn't his forte, as he preferred to have battle strategies and lead his people. It was clear that he has already chosen without even himself knowing.

" Division 4 would undergo the raid in Salty Blues. Although I lack combat experience, I am much better suited for battle strategies and naval fights. I would like, however, to get a man under me at least for guarding me and the ship if I am actually getting one. I couldn't run the whole ship by my own." Nate said, taking another puff.

Rounin
Rounin sighed as the entire process of this seemed so drawn out; they knew one another for the most part, save for Nate, and the younger recruits. Even so, at this moment, it was unnecessary for them to really know one another; it seemed as if they had honestly gathered, simply to state what they would be doing, which seemed such a poor structure for this organization.

Then, Nate took the stage and began complaining about his lack of time to recruit individuals to his cause. One corner of Rounin's mouth raised in a snicker as the man huffed his inconvenience. He couldn't help but feel like he was better suited to be serving under someone, rather than holding the title of Division Captain.

He did seem to have some uses though. Rounin could not help but agree that capturing a Marine Base at this point in their campaign would be amongst the worst moves they could make. If they brought too much attention to themselves, when they were still simply fledglings, then they would encounter significantly more resistance. When he had made declarations of potential attacks on Marineford, he had intended it to be small scale; things that would be deemed mere pirate attacks, rather than full scale Revolutionary Activity.

However, when he began spouting supply train nonsense, Rounin felt that he was going down the wrong course of action; certainly, neutralizing those resources had its uses, but it would be much more useful to gain support, and forces before launching a full scale campaign. Even such minor things as those attacks would draw too much attention to them in this fledgling state.

It seemed as if their leader had a few similar ideas to his own; it was a pity, really. Rounin nodded as he outlined the two potential missions for them, sighing as he heard the locations. Certainly the Salty Blues were a worthwhile location in the North Blue, but at this point, attacking the Salty Blues would be a waste of time; building support there though... It would be useful.

Rounin slid his feet off the table, his chair sliding forward until it rested on the ground. He leaned forward, his elbows falling on his knees as he grinned over.

"Well, I've already done my job over in the Salty Blues. Matson and I got into a little scuffle, and I think that my face would be an unwelcome sight there right now," he said, his eyes shining at the thought of meeting up with him again. "While another bout with Matson would be fun, I think that I should stay away, otherwise I'll draw attention to myself. For me, Genbu Island it is."

Then, Nate spoke once more of his intentions. He wanted to undertake the mission in the Salty Blues; a benefit to Rounin, no doubt, but there was a small problem that Rounin had. It seemed as if this guy was high on what he was capable of doing for strategics, and just how important he was; a guard at all times? Did they really have the man power for something like that?

Still, he bit his tongue, and held his comment in; no need to cause offense, when none was needed. It would only be detrimental in the long run. Maybe his strategic experience would make up for his lack of actual combat ability, or maybe his combat ability would improve. Regardless, if he could prove an asset later on, Rounin would not want to turn him against him.

"And it seems we even have a taker, so that I don't have to head over to the Salty Blues!"

Perecon listened to what Nate said and agreed with him on the Guerilla Warfare part.

"Yes, it is true that we cannot capture and hold a marine base with our current strength. What I was thinking of falls directly under your guerilla warfare idea however. I did not say that we needed to maintain the marine base, did I? I was thinking of waging an attack on a marine base only to draw attention to ourselves as a group. That is, if we want attention drawn to ourselves, but it would appear that we don't. I can see both sides of the argument here, but as I'm complacent with either side I will not press."

Rico then laid out what he had in mind, two missions for them. Perecon mulled over which one he would rather take, but it didn't take very long at all. This was an easy decision for a guy like him.

He listened to what the others said and found that Nate wanted to lead the Salty Blues mission while Rounin wanted to take part in the Genbu Island mission. Perecon noticed Rounin smirking slightly while he listened to Nate and he wondered what that was all about, but didn't comment on it. It would be rude to draw attention to something like that, afterall.

"Why do you feel you need a personal guard? If you can't handle yourself very well in combat I'd reccomend getting some training before you launch that invasion. Maybe provide a more tactical take on things? Well, whatever, it's not up to me afterall."

The old man chuckled and then realised he hadn't actually stated his preference yet. He rapped his staff on the ground softly, just to try and draw everyone's attention while still making it appear as though he wasn't doing it on purpose.

"I myself would like to head off to Genbu Island. I believe that I will be most effective there - this old brain might be of use afterall. Plus I have with me an ally who will be much better suited for that island than Salty Blues. Everybody on this island would be shocked if they saw him, so he's got to remain out of site.

"But yes, I'd prefer to go to Genbu Island."

[OOC: Sorry about not posting yet! I've been so busy and I went away (last minute decision) but I'm back and ready to RP!]

The trip to the Dahngrest was quicker than Kundai thought it would have been. Time seemed to fly by as all Kundai could do was day dream, pondering what life would be like now that he was about to become the enemy of the World Government. But it wasn't like he was going to become any ordinary enemy. He was going to be in direct opposition to them, aiming to obliterate and overthrow them. That was a challenge in itself and it was going to take a lot more than a few measly men banding together. It was going to take a whole movement; they were going to need an army.

Kundai didn't mind being apart of that army. The World Government was corrupt in many ways and it needed changing. But that wasn't the main reason he was going to be apart of this revolution. It was because of the other man that was with him on this ship - Perecon. Perecon was the man who saved his life. He was the man Kundai was still indebted to and there was no way Kundai was going to leave that debt unpaid. He would put his life on the line for this man. As for why he was indebted, well, that's another story.

Kundai was falling behind. Their boat had pulled up and, in another one of his day dream's, Kundai had lost his whereabouts. He had somehow fallen behind Perecon and gotten himself lost. Well, this was going to be interesting. He had no idea where they were going and, while is mind was off with the fairies, he had completely forgotten the way back to the ship.

Tch, what a pain in the ass

Kundai decided to wander around aimlessly, as one does when they're stupid and they're lost. He realised he didn't really need to be with his leader right now. Kundai wasn't a major player in this revolution, he was merely a soldier for them so he didn't need to be involved in the bigger picture. But what he could do to help was to train himself and make himself stronger. Yeah, what a good idea! Why not work out while waiting for his leader to finish up with his business!? So Kundai flipped up into the air quickly and landed down on his right hand, feet up in the air, performing a one-handed hand stand.

"1000 one-handed hand stand push ups it is! Each arm!" Said Kundai to himself.

Kundai was normally much more calm and less spontaneous than this. I mean, he had just started doing 2000 one-handed hand stand push ups in the middle of a main street, people walking all around him... what was he thinking? Really, it was because he was nervous and excited. A new chapter in his life was about to begin - one which promised to be full of adventure and danger. It was time for Kundai to knuckle down and fulfil his debt to Perecon. He needed to become stronger, so if doing those push ups in the middle of a crowd was weird, he didn't care. He needed to do it to focus his mind. He was going to do his best for Perecon - he was sure of it.

Sebastian's face went blank, his mind working over-power to analyze what was going on around him. Half of his attention went to watching the actions of those around him, and the other half dedicated itself to breaking down their latest mission choices. Based on his division members what would his plan be? How would they accomplish their goal?

His mental focus broke, watching Rounin giving Nate an evil look. He obviously didn't agree with his thoughts, and Sebastian smirked shaking his head. Rounin, always so quick to judge. Although, the new guy did have his faults... so far Sebastian was willing to see what he could bring to the table. Maybe he'd intrigue him in the long run.

"Hmm, myself personally... I'd have choose Genbu Island, if only simply for some down time. But based on the skills I possess and other factors, including it being the minority choice at the moment, I pick Salty Blues."

Sebastian frowned, glancing away after giving his thoughts. The map of Salty Blues formed in his head; a blueprint of a place he'd visited a year ago. His memory perfectly recalling it. A plan was already creating itself in his head.

"Nate," He began again, completely ignoring the conversation going on around him, "I'd like to talk with you later. Detail who all you have available for this mission, we can break down and discuss basic plans if you'd like."

Sionel was really focused on everything that was being said there even though he didn't have a say on anything. He was really intrigued as to how the group was working right now they seemed to be a small force but with a big goal. Sionel is certain that they are not the only ones that hate the government and want it changed so finding allies won't be that hard. Their leader had already some plans on his mind as did the division leaders even though some seemed to disagree with the others plans but that was normal since not everyone shares the same view. Sionel remained silent through the whole thing he wanted to be helpful but he knew what he was capable of and at this point it wasn't much, he didn't have the experience or strength that all of the possessed. He was a simple rookie starting his adventure on the sea. One thing was for certain he loves adventures and fighting so in due time he's going to be a valuable asset.

The plans were set on the table. Two missions but Sionel didn't get to choose he would have to follow his Division Leader. Sebastian the man who recruited him started speaking and he made his decision they were taking the Salty Blues mission. This made Sionel really excited that was the type of mission he would like not going on some excavation of sorts. Sionel couldn't hold his excitement and he made an outburst of sorts. He jumped holding his hands up high he screamed "Yeah! we're going to the Salty Blues! Plus I get to do the coolest stuff, rob and beat up people!" yeah that would seem completely out of place and would probably lead to a very awkward moment. His outburst over he looked at everyone who would be either surprised or mad at him and he returned to his seat "Sorry about that, I got a little over excited..." he said ashamed rubbing the back of his neck and laughing a little.

He motioned the bartender and ordered a cola as the bartender gave him the cold cola he gave him the money with a smile on his face. He drank the cola really fast without putting the mug down for a moment. After he finished he let out a big sigh of relief and put the mug down. The bartender coming shortly after to retrieve the mug and clean it. Sionel still felt ashamed of what he did "Gosh I'm so stupid I need to learn how to behave myself in front of important people..." it was a weird attitude for him. Sionel was usually this fun and energetic guy but right now he felt nervous mostly because he was in the presence of something so important and amazing and he felt so weak and normal and everyone here looks so amazing and extraordinary. So Sionel was left for shame, this same shame is what's going to drive him to become stronger so he too can be amazing and extraordinary and one day he can lead a full attack on Marinford alongside the revolutionaries. One day he'll stop being useless.

The commander slammed his glass down in excitement as he heard the chatter from inside the taverns. His eyes became weary however, as he heard some rising chatter outside. There must be something pretty amazing going on out there. However, with rising chatter it was time to bring this meeting to a close and embark. "Alright it is confirmed. Divisions 1 and 5 I want you to set sail for Genbu Island immediately. Divisions 2 and 4 you will follow me to Salty Blues where we will liberate and help the poor." The man tugged his cape and draped it back over his body.

His hazel eyes smiled as he took one final sip from his glass. Two years, who would have thought that these people were this reliable. He was really building an army, something strong and everlasting. His eyes closed as he looked across the room one last time. Everyone would now have to worry about their own travels. Their own survival. Their own ships. The commander had done all he could, or felt as so. This was also to see how well the Divisions could fend for themselves out here, this would definitely be tricky.

"Via Den Den Mushi we will keep in touch. I will reveal our next island to meet and plan our next missions. I bid you all good luck." The fellow turned towards the tavern doors and would smile and exit. He wanted to keep all meetings minimal especially in an open place. When they all made it to to his ship the meetings would definitely be a lot different. He began to walk slowly towards the docks as he saw his ship in the shadows, it seemed his crew had finally finished the main flagship of Omega Prime the Omega Phoenix.

Ace Fresca
Julias watched as Rico left the bar. Julias had been here the whole time, naturally; he just hadn't said anything. Julias is never one to talk around those of higher status than him. It's not because he is shy or anything, he can just never think of anything to say. He thought about what Rico had talked about. "Alright it is confirmed. Divisions 1 and 5 I want you to set sail for Genbu Island immediately..." Genbu Island? Wasn't that the one with the ruins and the dangerous animals and whatnot? Julias wondered if he would be strong enough to take on that mission. He'd have to, though; he was assigned to Divison 1. He looked at his fellow Division 1 members, especially the division leader, Perecon. Perecon appeared to be very old, wearing a hooded robe. He also had a strange wooden stick. Was it a staff? Did old people really walk around with staffs?

Julias sighed. He figured that if he was going to talk to his fellow Revolutionaries, now was the time. He took a second to think about what to say, finally managing to spit out something. He got up from his bar stool and cleared his throat. "Uhh, hi." Julias finally said, loudly enough for the others to hear him. "I'm Julias.. Julias Fresca. I guess I'm with you Revolutionaries now. Division One." Julias held up one finger to illustrate. He laughed nervously; he wasn't sure what kind of reaction he would get, if any. For all he knew, they couldn't even hear him. Julias frowned, he was never very good at talking. It wasn't that he got shy, it was that he never could think of what to say. He was a rather bland person, overall. He decided to just go ahead and say that. "I'm, uhh.. really boring, just to get that out there," He said, before finally sitting down on the stool.

Julias realized that his whole "speech" was rather awkward, and he was probably getting funny looks. He shrugged; he was rather used to being looked at strange or just plain ignored. Then again, these other guys in Omega Prime looked like they would get the same reaction; some guys in this group were pretty funny looking. Julias waited for someone else to say something, staring at the bar while sitting on the stool.
