Sabin watched Rydia cower in fear and bury her head into his chest. The tears were just running from her eyes like a waterfall, she was truly scared. He ignored the liquid that slid down his arm, there was no time to complain about that now. Suddenly, he felt a hand wrap around his arm, he turned to see who it was and it was Tina trying to get his attention. She drug him and the new guy Red with her in an attempt to try and get out of the forested area. It seemed that no one was able to communicate with Tina because of Rydia being in such a state of shock. But their escape was interrupted when the man had zoomed in front of Tina, blocking her path and still acting like a fool. "Ugh I'm so fed up with this!" he yelled, this man was seriously starting to get on his nerves. He was just toying with them cause he knew they were obviously weak. "Alright guys, enough screwing around, we have to get outta here. This is starting to give me a rather annoying headache. Plus Rydia's scared speechless cause of this guy's sick jokes." Sabin growled before trying to swipe at the man, but his foot just faded past the after-image. He swung his head to the direction of the ship at the group before running out of the forested area. If this man ever got serious, he could probably kill them all and Sabin won't have any of that. |

AS both Red and Sabin failed in their own attempted to hit the man Tina let out a mute sigh and rushed for the boat. She knew that Sabin would follow behind her. She was pretty sure Red would follow as well. Hopefully that dude they were looking for would be some where around here or at the ship they where going towards. She really did not want to have to go back into the forested area with those demonic plants and a crazy warping man who thinks he is a zombie. Tina stopped at the boat panting a little bit, she was scared honestly, she could have been easily killed without a doubt and so could her sister. She could not stand the sounds that Rydia was making as she screamed like that just moments ago. It brought tears to her eyes almost but she had to endure it and be strong for Rydia right now. Rydia was still in Sabin's arms hiding her face in his chest, trying to block out the world right now to calm down a little bit. She was trying of crying and screaming from the fear she was in. It was getting ridiculous. She stopped crying but she was not going to stop staying in Sabin's arms for the time being. |

After watching the man try to hit another version of the man, Red decided this was enough. He sheathed his swords and took off for the boat as the others had, a blur of green around them as they ran and a light at the end of the thick brush, which must have been the where the ships were, and Red decided he would catch a free ride on it. Red grabbed his duffel bag and hopped aboard the ship and hoped the people wouldn't care, as they were hopefully more worried about getting away from the strange man who was causing them trouble. After using his boat to push himself around the boat, he climbed on top of the ship, and grabbed one of the men aboard from behind, and snapped his neck, then throwing him overboard. Red then stayed behind some boxes and barrels of assorted things. He would stay there until the rest of the people were on board, and try to blend in with them, as he assumed this was their idea as well. Red broke the box behind him noticing it was bottles of rum. He proceeded to take one and pop it open. He looked over the boxes making sure no one noticed him, and noticed two of the ten remaining men were walking toward his area. Red took one more sip of his drink and put it down, pulling out his swords while still crouching behind the boxes. As the two merchants came around the corner, Red slit one of their throats with his right sword, and stabbed the other in the head with his left sword. He then disposed of the bodies by throwing them overboard as well, and waited for the others. There were eight men left. |

Sabin finally got to the ship with Rydia still in his arms, he looked down to check up on her again and it seemed that she had stopped crying. He pushed her up more on his arms so he had a better grip on her. He approached the ship and saw a couple of ropes hanging from the side of the ship. Sabin propped Rydia up on his left arm so that his right arm was free to grasp the rope and pull both of them up. He saw that Red fellow run towards the ship but then suddenly disappear, no matter Sabin wasn't paying too much attention as to where he disappeared to. Maybe he left on his own boat to go about his business, who knew. They finally got to the deck, as soon as his feet hit the floor, he leaned on the edge and slowly slid down until he was sitting with Rydia in his arms. She looked like a frightened little child. Sabin began to rock her gently and slowly and humming at the same time, trying to put her to sleep. He thought that after all of the screaming and crying she did, she must have been exhausted and a small rest was in order. Sabin looked over the edge to see tears rolling down her eyes, he signaled her to come up "Please, don't cry. Your sister is just fine, she's doing fairly well. She's in good hands Tina." he said before smiling and continued the rocking. Suddenly, he heard footsteps on the floor below them "Crap, there are still people on this boat...There's no point going after them inside, I should wait til they get into the open." he thought. |

Shadi grinned as he kept up the act, scaring them witless and watching as they tried to hit him. But he knew that soon, enough would be enough, as he knew if he kept it up, the poor souls wouldn't be able to do a thing. While Shadi had never really cared for life and the well-being of others himself, he knew that he would have to stop before he traumatized them. Although, his plan did work quite well, as they went away from the man-eating plants on the island. Shadi could deal with them himself, but he knew they wouldn't be able to handle them. Shadi stopped using Soru and acting like a zombie and sat on top of a tree, watching the events unfold. His part had already been played in this. Besides, they amused him. He couldn't help the fact he had a strange, or should he say, 'sick' liking of scaring the wits outta people like the little guy who held the scared girl said? Shadi knew that they would now have a nice time, although they did have to contend with about 10 or so people on a ship nearby. But did he care? Nah, he didn't. But.. he did feel sorry for them, he had taken his scaring a little more extreme than he normally did. So he sighed, wondering what to do. He stood up on top of the tree and stared at the sea and the ship, noticing all the little people he saw earlier nearby. He closed his eyes and started to meditate, wondering what to do.. until he sensed a prescence above. He opened his eyes and looked up in the air, wondering what that prescence might be. He noticed a being fly over the ship, so high that you'd have to really crane your neck to see it. Shadi focused on the figure, and soon saw it was a hawk-man. Shadi thought it was probably some stranger, until he saw that the man was watching the group he terrorized earlier and the other people on the ship. He leapt off the tree and used Geppou to move towards the bird-man, and picked up speed as he went along, blurring out of sight. However, Shadi forgot that even though he could move fast and blur out of sight, in the air, his vision got limited and he couldn't focus too well thanks to the glare of the sun's light, and ended up ramming into the bird zoan instead of stopping to do an uppercut like he was going to do. Shadi took no damage from the force, and stopped in mid-air, continuing to bounce using Geppou. He looked around for the bird zoan, and noticed the guy glaring at him nearby, flapping his wings to stay afloat in the air. Shadi grinned at the man. "Hey, how's it going? Suprised to see someone else fly in the air? Well, I thought about it. I could let you have your fun, and kill them. But.. I already kinda scared them and toyed with them. So now... It is my turn to do the same for you. I'll make you fear me by the end of this... before I kill you. After all.. I am the Shade of Death. I am the one hidden in the shadows, destroying lives and protecting people without them knowing about it. It was your ill fortune that you happened to meet me..." Shadi said, using Geppou to get right in front of the hawk zoan. Shadi pierced the man's head with a Shigan, killing him instantly before the man could say a word. Shadi pulled his finger back and watched as the man fell through the air towards the deck of the boat. Shadi used Geppou and landed in the crow's nest of the ship, being obscured out of sight of anyone on the ship and watched as the bird zoan plummeted through the air, until he heard the body land on the deck below. Shadi sighed as he took out some sunglasses and started to take a snooze, glad he did something good. And he might as well wait for the others to finish up now... and he would stay in touch with his senses just in case there was another unfortunate accident or plot in motion.. Rydia was still with Sabin as he began to rock her back and forth to sleep on she sleep. She did not want to go to sleep but all that screaming caused her eyes lids to become rather heavy. Rydia yawned and quickly drifted off into her own little wonderland, where that monster ass zombie fucker was not. That made her a lot better, she was ok with going to sleep, honestly she was so exhausted that she couldn't keep herself awake if she wanted to anyways. Tina saw Sabin's words and also got on the ship. She looked off the ship to try to figure out where that one person they were looking for had gone. She looked back at Rydia for a moment, Sabin had her handled. That was good, he was probably planning on sleeping with her later tonight or something. Tina thought with a strange expression on her face. She began to think to herself - Rydia you little hoe... you jump all over every cute guy you get around still!- She knew it was mean to think that about her sister, but it was the honest truth. Tina backed up a few steps and then suddenly a man hawk thing! Slammed into the deck of the ship about 6 inches away from Tina with a hole in his head about the diameter of a finger. Tina's eyes widened greatly as she looked back at the dead body. How in the world!? When! Where! Tina fell off her feet on to her ass hard in shock. At the same time the crew of the ship came on deck to look at the what all the noise was. They looked at Tina and Sabin who was holding the tear stained eyed Rydia who looked almost dead in her sleep. One of the men picked up a sword, "That girl and that man killed that woman!!" He said in horror as the rest of the crew picked up weapons. Tina heard this and stood up looking at them, but was unable to make any noise. She drew her sword as well. She knew his people were going to kill them if she did not defend herself. Tina stood ready with her sword in hand as one man rushed at her. She moved out of the way and hit him in the back of the head with the handle of her sword knocking him out. Tina was surprised at how easy that was. Then she realized, they where just merchants. As another one of the crew ran at her, she spun around and took him by the back of the neck and threw him off the side of the ship on to the beach of the island. She really did not wanna have to kill anyone unless she really needed to. She waited for another one of the crew to run at her now. Tina panted slightly from all of the crap she had to deal with, first that fucked up zombie bastard, then that crashing dead guy from the sky, and now the rest of the crew. Tina shock her head silently. |

Red had almost fallen asleep waiting for the others to get on the ship, he had some rum, and a quiet cozy place. He was very tempted to just fall asleep and when he woke up to see if they needed help, but they were all stuck in this together he had decided, and would help them if they needed it. He crouched looking slightly over the barrels noticing the girl merely knocking out the men and laughed. They were merchant this much was true, they were also poor fighters, but they had attacked the lady first, if it were him he would have just killed them on the spot. After a long moment, Red got up from his small spot, sighed, and walked over to the other people, almost tripping over one of the knocked over barrels, from his earlier fight. He had made a mess and didn't notice it, he was surprised none of the merchants noticed any signs of the small skirmish. He chuckled softly to himself, and continued to walk. He took one sip of the rum bottle, less than a quarter left in it, and tossed it out to sea. He yawned a little bit, and stretched. "So guys, whats the plan?" He asked in a slightly loud voice. He was growing annoyed of the man who was trying to play with them. "I am all for taking this ship out to sea and finding a different island." he said as he looked around making sure the annoying man wasn't around. He cracked his knuckles as he finished. |

Sabin sighed, it seemed that he had finally put Rydia to sleep with his rocking. He looked down at her weary head resting on his tear soaked shirt and chuckled "Jeez you're such a baby. I guess I'll have to keep a closer eye on you." Sabin mumbled in a joking manner. Suddenly, something fell from the sky and hit the deck with a loud *CRACK* which made Sabin jump a little. It wasn't the deck that made that sound cause it sounded like a neck snapping or a bunch of bones breaking simultaneously. But what hit the deck...Seemed like an overgrown bird, possibly a zoan user but what the hell could have made that finger sized hole in it's head? It couldn't have been a bullet because the hole didn't have the same diameter or shape of a bullet. After he jumped his heart picked up it's beating speed, hopefully it didn't wake up Rydia. He began to calm down a little bit until one of the crew members of the merchant ship came onto the deck and accused Tina and Sabin of "killing" Rydia. Sabin's face looked puzzled, before he could even reply, Tina had already taken care of the panicking merchant who's body landed right in front of Sabin, unconscious. "Honestly, I've had enough of this island...All I want to do right now is relax and take care of my new found nakama. Is that too much to ask?" he chuckled as he rested his head on Rydia's, the feeling to sleep was overcoming him as well. Red, a person that they had just recently met asked what the plan was, Sabin shrugged "I guess we'll have to take the ship. Is there any more crew members? If there are we should wait until they approach us." he replied. He then raised an eyebrow and wondered "Did we get away from that disappearing jerk?" Sabin questioned everyone. |

Shadi snored slightly as he took his quiet little nap. He was having a nice dream about scaring people and eating raw meat at the same time.. until his stomach growled. He yawned slightly as he felt his stomach rumble, and groaned. Great, just as he was having a nice dream. He just had to get something to eat now. Shadi sighed, and stood up in the crow's nest. He looked below the crow's nest, and noticed that his little.. "stunt" with the birdman had alerted the rest of the merchant group and they had now surrounded the poor little group he terrorized earlier. He wondered if he should step in and help.. but he didn't really care. But then out of the corner of his eye, he noticed a barrel. He peered down at the barrel and noticed it had salted meat! Shadi licked his lips, and grinned. He could eat that entire barrel and the food would still be somewhat raw, just the way he liked it! Shadi used Soru to move from the crow's nest down onto deck and appeared less than a second later in the middle of the entire thing. However, Shadi ignored the shocked and angry reactions of the people on the ship and went right for the barrel of meat. He grabbed fistfuls of salted meat and started to wolf them down. "Hey! Wh-where did you come from, you pale freak? That's our food you're eating!" One of the men said, growling as he pointed his sword at Shadi, who was ignoring him and continued to eat the meat. "Grrr.. you fool! I'll teach you a lesson for eating our food! Taste my blade!" The man said, getting upset with Shadi and brought down his steel sword on Shadi's back. Shadi paid little attention to the man and watched as the sword came right down on his back. Normally he would've dodged it, but he knew that his Tekkai could easily snap a steel sword now. "Mmph.. Tekkai." Shadi said, whispering as he stopped eating momentarily and tightened his muscles as hard as steel. The sword hit his back and shattered on impact. The man with the now broken sword gasped in shock, and Shadi chuckled as he wolfed down the last of the meat. He had now cleaned out the entire 5 foot barrel of meat, and he sighed. "Ah! That was delicious. But anyway.. didn't your mommy ever tell you not to interrupt a person when they eat? Because otherwise.. they'll be pissed! But nah, I'm not pissed! I'm glad, since I got to scare the pants off of those people behind me, and I got to scare the heck outta you and shatter your sword! Isn't it a nice day for scaring? Ah.. OH! I just remembered!" Shadi said, exclaiming in joy. "YOU!" Shadi said, turning around and pointing at the guy who held the girl who was terrified in his arms. "Nice to meet ya! I'm the dissappearing jerk, fucked up zombie bastard, whatever the hell you want to call me! I don't mind! Just be glad I'm not using my REAL nickname! then you all would be scared shitless if you knew about what my title was! But anyway, don't mind me for doing all those freaky stuff earlier. It's just a way for me to keep entertained." Shadi said, sighing as he danced around on the deck, not caring about what people thought of him. He soon used Soru and appeared right next to the clone of the girl who was passed out on the floor with the boy. "Hey.. I may be a fucked up zombie bastard, sure. But.. I'll do you a favor. I'll apologize if you'd like, but I suck at saying sorry. So how about I just clean up this mess for y'all? I don't mind.. after all, I kinda got you into this mess. So give me a nod or let me know if it's all good with ya!" Shadi said, grinning as he gave the blue-haired girl a thumbs up. [OOC: Posted up techs! August 13.] Spoiler: click to toggle

Rydia drifted off into her own dream land now. All the screaming and stuff she had did before made her so tired that even the crash from the bird did not even phase her as of now. She felt Sabin's head against the top of hers, that was very nice indeed, it really made her feel safe. She made a soft 'shoo' noise each time she released her breath from within in her sleep because of the position her body was in. She really had no care in the world right now, she did not want to wake up. Tina, however was looking around at everyone. The man named Red had killed a few people and that made her flinch a little bit. He could have just knocked them out and ignored there pointless attacked. He had to kill them though. Two more merchants ran up on Tina as she grabbed the two men by the backs of thier neck tossing them off of the ship. She agreed with Sabin had said, she was sick of this stupid island. The random guy who could zip around wildly appeared near them again. Tina looked over at him and glared a bit as she was stealing the meat in one of the barrels. It is not like she could yell at him and tell him to stop or anything like that. She was mute after all. Tina looked towards Sabin and Rydia and smiled, but she realized she couldn't control the ship without being able to dish out orders. Someone else would have to call the orders for her. The man warped once again, but something was wrong some dust was pushe back from where his feet where. He wasn't warping was he. Tina looked at him in shock. Was he really that fast? That type of speed was something she thought was used by marine higher ups and Grandline Pirates. He gave her a thumbs up for something and she just sorta nodded ok to the really fucking strange dude. She had no idea what was with him. She tapped Sabin on the head to get him up, he needed to take charge for now. |

Sabin shot his head up in confusion as the man shouted YOU. He looked up with his eyes practically half shut and with tears coming out of them "Huh? What? Fucked up zombie bastard?...Oh, yeah...You scared Rydia half to death...Literally. If she saw you right now she'd probably flip her lid..." he said in a groggy tone. All he really wanted to do was to drift off to sleep and get off this island. Tina tapped Sabin on his head as if she wanted his attention, he looked up at her and slowly lifted Rydia from off of him and put her down "Well that's one messed up way to keep yourself entertained, I just found it slightly stupid is all...Also, it would be really awesome if you could fix up this mess...This...Dead bird-man, seriously did you do that?" he questioned the weird man. "And this woman right here can't really reply due to her unnatural abilities which made her a mute so I'll be interpreting her thoughts, I think I could pick up what she's trying to say by reading her lips." Sabin stated, "And...Would you not eat all of our food? We're gonna need that." he said in an annoyed tone. He didn't notice until now that there was a crew member behind him who looked absolutely terrified, Sabin then noticed that there were bits and pieces of a shattered sword on the ground. What was up with this man? He was absurdly powerful if he had made that finger-sized hole in the bird-man's head and if he shattered the crew mate's sword. |
