When maintaining a cross-over RPG, it is essential to tweak certain things about each story in order to make a coherent, accessible plot. Everything must be woven together to become one.

The chosen focus of this RPG is the characters, and their interaction and development. As such, certain things that are to come in the original canon plot of the musicals, will either not happen at all, or will come about in a different way, a way best suited to the members who play the characters. Certain aspects of the plot which are 'may or may not's are left to the members involved to decide.

Keep these things in mind for all of the musicals, but here are some specifics pertaining to each musical:

SWEENEY TODD: THE DEMON BARBER OF FLEET STREET

  • now set in France, instead of London. See The Story So Far...for more details.
  • Johanna may or may not be caught by Judge Turpin, and therefore may or may not be sent to the asylum
  • No characters are to be killed unless the members who play them constent to it
  • The Beggar Woman's identity may or may not be discovered by Todd

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA

  • Erik may or may not reveal himself to Christine/bring Christine to his lair
  • Raoul and Christine may or may not decide to get engaged
  • No characters are to be killed unless the members who play them constent to it

LES MISÉRABLES

  • Instead of incorporating the battles and uprisings of the students and the poor, the motives of Marius and his fellows are of general political activism, not leading to a war
  • No characters are to be killed unless the members who play them constent to it
  • Valjean's true identity may or may not be discovered by Javert

v Quote of the Moment v
Babette wanted desperately to look behind her. To find a kind face...to find any other face...but all she saw was his: Pointed, dilapidated and thin, with odd, almost sickly yellowing skin. This, she concluded, was the first time she’d ever seen someone truly hideous. Inside and out.
